I used collars'n cuffs a couple weeks ago for my wedding. My 5 groomsmen and I had no issues and he tuxes all look amazing! They were top of the line and fit great. Len was great throughout the whole process. He came to my house for the tux fitting and measures all of us which was very convenient. I would recommend collars'n cuffs to any one who wants to look their best at their special event!

I recently used Collars'n Cuffs for my wedding this summer. Myself, along with 5 of my groomsmen had absolutely no complaints and everything went smoothly and was handled in a professional manner. We worked with Len Brown who came to my apartment for a fitting party. Not only was it convenient for everyone to get fitted at the same time and location, we had a great time doing it. Len is a great guy who goes out of his way to make everyone feel 100 percent at ease. After the fitting, Len worked with me to pick out the perfect tux for the wedding. The week before the big day, we went for our final fitting where Len sat with us while everyone tried their suits on. Everything went to plan and everyone looked great. Throughout the wedding day we all heard constantly about how great the tuxes looked. After the wedding, Len arranged for us to leave our suits at the hotel to save everyone a trip dropping them off. It was a huge relief after the day to simply leave the tux at the front desk and not worry about rushing back to the store within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Len Brown and Collars'n Cuffs for anyone looking for this type of service.

Our experience with Collars N' Cuffs & their salesperson Len as a disaster. - Following our first meeting on 1/31, Len was to have ordered vest samples for the groomsmen. When we called to schedule a follow up one month later, Len had not yet ordered any samples. - Len ordered the vest samples and suggested meeting the groom at a local bar to pick them up on 4/9. When the order did not come in, Len no-showed the meeting, leaving the groom waiting for nothing for 90 minutes. - Len offered to drive the vest samples to our home when they arrived. He brought tie samples instead, and was thoroughly confused when we corrected the order for him. - The bride drove to the store to straighten up the order on 4/18 where it was discovered that Len had completely omitted a groomsman from the wedding party, in spite of talking to the groomsman himself and sending him confirmation of his order. The bride needed to track down the groomsman, locate his sizing and his correspondence with Len, and apologize to the groomsman for Len’s for mishap. - At the bride's meeting with Len, he confirmed tuxes no later than 5/22. - On a call with the groom the week of 5/11, Len confirmed that the tuxes would "start rolling in on 5/21, and should be in by 5/22." - The tuxes arrived on 5/26. Four days before the wedding. - The groom's shirt was twice his size. - The best man's shirt was smudged. - One groomsman's pants AND jacket were too small. - One groomsman's tie had a massive stain on it. - One groomsman's suit jacket arms were too long. For the record, of seven tuxes including the groom, bridal party and father of the bride, five of them had one or more problems. That’s over 70% of our order. Everything that needed to be corrected last minute was delivered to our home by Collars N’ Cuffs on 5/28, two days before the wedding -- along with a “Men’s Wearhouse wouldn’t deliver to your house” comment. I’m sure Men’s Wearhouse would have done something, whether convenience or financial, if they’d had as many mistakes. In summary, we worked with two photographers; one videographer; one caterer; one florist; and one DJ. With all of the businesses, vendors, and family, Len was the only time we had an issue. He sold us on his trust & confidence, and showed that he wasn't trustworthy nor could we be confident in him. He was confused & unorganized, and at times insinuated that the couple, family or groomsmen were the problem, which was insulting. When confronted about his performance, he insisted that he worked with us every step of the way, which was laughable at best. The one thing he did deliver on was excuse he promised would not be a problem: "It's Prom season" or "Your wedding is the week after Memorial Day." Trust us, we knew when our wedding was taking place. At our first meeting, we were sold on our tuxes being in on 5/22/15, in spite of our concerns with proms and holidays. Len assured us of this. And the second they were going to be late, he leaned on those very excuses that he said would be a non-issue. On the day that we finished up, the owner, Scott, apologized to me & explained their side of things. He even made a few jokes & jabs about Len’s job performance, so we’re obviously not crazy nor could we possibly be the couple from hell. But in spite of apologies and a free pocket square, we simply cannot recommend Collars N Cuffs.

We were married at the Christiana Hilton in Newark, Delaware on April 25, 2015. Collars'n Cuffs was a recommendation to us. It was a pleasure to have met Len and Scott Brown. We needed tuxedos for the groom, my father, and the best man. They were very efficient in getting all of the measurements and answered any questions we had. They took the time to ask what we liked and gave us suggestions on what would look great and the differences between the styles available. They offer the service of coming to pick up the tuxedos at the hotel after the wedding which was a very nice convenience. On our wedding day, I was so amazed at how they all looked! My father had never worn a tux before and he looked so handsome! The best man, the groom's brother, looked equally handsome! As for my future husband that day, I can't begin to describe the emotions I felt when he turned around and we had our "first look". To me, he was the most handsome man I had ever seen! That's the beauty of the service that Len and Scott provide for your special occasion! I hope every bride feels that way on her special day when she sees her future husband as the "most handsome man" she's ever seen! From the minute we met Len Brown from Collars' n Cuffs at a local bridal show we knew he was our tux man! He has an out going and fun personality while being truly professional! Len offered a unique and fun experience by doing a home tuxedo fitting which was very convenient plus the guys had a blast hanging out while being fitted. He gave us his professional input yet respected our unique choices which led to our guys having a one of a kind look. We are beyond happy with how amazing our guys looked on our wedding day!

Collars'n Cuffs were amazing to work with. Len went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. From the beginning he was enthusiastic and willing to do whatever we wanted. One of the best services they offered was a tux fitting party where they will come to your house and fit all your groomsmen/wedding party members at one time. It's a quick easy way to ensure everyone gets this done, such a stress savor! The week of the wedding the final tux fitting they are great at changing out items that need to be altered and very helpful overall to ensure the men look their best! The day after the wedding we paid for the extra service to have all the tuxes picked up at the hotel...again worry free all around! Would recommend them to any groom for his wedding!

The groom and groomsmen got their tuxes here. The place looks kind of shady from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The guys there were so helpful and left the guys in the bridal party looking great. They are always busy and a little chaotic, so we found that appointments earlier in the day worked better.

It was very evident through your time and effort that you wanted to make our bridal party look their best for our special day. The tuxedo fitting party was a wonderful experience! It was a great way to get our entire bridal party together prior to our wedding day at one central location. The groomsmen left our home feeling very confident in the fact their tuxedo would fit perfect for the wedding day. We also were very pleased on the day of our final fitting. You both were very helpful in replacing some of the pieces of our garments in a speedy way. After the wedding, we enjoyed the fact that you came to our home and picked up all of the tuxedos. In turn, this was one less thing we had to think about after a long wedding day. Due to this outstanding service, we will gladly recommend Collars N’ Cuffs to all of our friends and family members and plan to use your services again in the near future. The men at this shop are excellent at what they do!! Len helped us out tremendously all the way from Texas!! He worked so hard to get us everything we wanted and we really appreciated his hard work!!! Len was a miracle worker for us. I recommend Collars'n Cuffs to everyone.
