Tuxedo Den

Stay far away! Signed a contract for $137.50/tux. Got a call weeks later from Jeff that he couldn't so it for that price and had to charge $149 (I didn't want to go elsewhere after we settled on a tux, etc. so I just said fine). Got a call from one of my groomsmen who jokingly asked why I would make them get $170 tuxes...I call Jeff and he has the nerve to say sorry but that is the price of that tux and the manufacturer probably won't allow him to lower it. Needless to say I'm pretty heated at this point and say to Jeff that first we were at 137, then I bent to 149 even tho he (not the manufacturer) should've eaten the difference/taken the loss like ANY real business would, and then now after the deadline for my grooms to be fitted (way too late to change vendor) he pulls this they are $170. So he says I'll TRY to call the manufacturer and see if it's POSSIBLE to get it to $149 (I essentially say "you better" because you can't play these games). So he calls back and says the manufact. will allow the $149 BUT my groomsmen have to pay 170 and he will send them all a check after the wedding (why!). Now it's a few days before wedding and I go in to try on my tux and the shirt is way too big. Jeff says I'll get u the slim fit, and I say that is the shirt I asked to have for EVERYONE unless they were too big or didn't want it, and he says oh no everyone has the regular fit and that I didn't ever say I wanted slim. I again bite my lip and say fine I'll come back and get slim fit shirt. I go back with two of my groomsmen day before wedding and Jeff says "oh, I gave your shirt to your other groomsman who just left". This guy was staying at hotel and I wouldn't see him until that night at rehearsal dinner so I say Jeff, "I told u specifically NOT to give it to anyone and that Id come back to try it on". Jeff says no big deal it's just a slim fit from regular switch so what could go wrong?? Wedding day: shirt is two sizes too small around my neck so I couldn't wear it and had to wear a bubble shirt (all groomsmen also looked like bubbles because of Jeff). My dad was given a black vest even tho EVERY GUY in wedding had a GRAY vest INCLUDING MYSELF! (Looked sooo normal in pictures). One groomsman had NO top bottom on his jacket (and that's the one u button for those who dont know). Day after wedding my new bro in law gets a call from Jeff that hes charging him $70 for not returning his vest....and yes I called Jeff on my wedding day to let him know about my (the groom!) shirt being wrong size and told him NOT to give it to a groomsman (because he asked if he should give it to a groomsmen because he knew they would be in to get their tuxes later that day but i Didn't want him giving it to them because I knew darn well it would be screwed up even tho Jeff said "it's impossible to screw that up because its same size just slim fit" and he laughed at me for worrying!!!)...so you wonder how he has the nerve to charge for that lost vest after he screwed all that up AND tried ripping us off on the price (which he would've gotten away with if my groomsman didn't joke about why I would make them pay $170 because grooms get their tux for free when u get 10 so I wasnt aware of Jeffs dirty plan AND HE KNEW IT!). Awful business! awful Customer service! Wrong address on deposit slip for groomsmen to send measurements to so everything got there very late. And office/front desk is beyond unorganized which is why so many things were wrong.

Tux Den is AMAZING! Jeff went above and beyond to accommodate my wedding party last minute! Not only does the store have a ton of selections, colors and sizes on hand, but Jeff is beyond knowledgeable about the right fit, look, color, cut, style, etc. He took his time and showed me numerous color combos, sizes, accessory options and so forth. It was so much easier to see and feel the actual tux rather then pick from a catalog. From the minute we walked in the door Jeff was honest and excited to help us. He really seems to love what he does and it shows! He also didn't rush us through an appointment and actually took his time with us; which is a very rare thing with most wedding vendors these days! He truly cares about making your overall experience pleasant and stress-free! You can't go wrong with Jeff &Tux Den!!! Even though my wedding is not for another month, I am beyond confident and happy that the rentals and service will be outstanding!!!!!! I would strongly recommend Tux Den!

Tuxedo Den and specifically Jeff was amazing to work with. He gave the guys tuxes in advance if they lived far and did not need to make separate trips, he got the exact purple I needed specially ordered and allowed the groom to take home 2 ivory colors for the bride to put up to the dress and pick the day before the wedding. HE was extremely flexible and helpful during the whole process and they guys all looked great (especially my husband!) the day of! Thanks Jeff!!!

Jeff and his staff were amazing from day one. So friendly and helpful everytime we visited the store. In fact, I ordered my invitations from there too! I even placed my invitation order and totally changed my mind afterwards and they didn't hesitate to help me choose a new invitation-it was so easy and comfortable working with them. My husband wanted to choose the tuxedos for the wedding on his own (which made me very nervous) but Jeff and the staff helped him make the PERFECT choices and I couldn't have been happier! They even made sure the color exactly matched my bridesmaids dresses from Davids Bridal. Again, thank you Jeff and staff at Tuxedo Den for making this one very important aspect of my wedding affordable,beautiful,and easy to accomplish :)

Tuxedo Den went above & beyond for our wedding this past September. My husband’s tux pants were a bit too large when he went for his final fitting on a Wednesday night (before the Friday ceremony). Because our rehearsal dinner was Thursday night, we couldn’t pick up the new pants, so Jeffrey and his team hand-delivered them to the restaurant during the rehearsal dinner. Amazing service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for formal wear.

After our 8/27 wedding was postponed because of the hurricane...Jeffrey carried over the deposits and even took the hit himself for the rental from the 27th... We have used Tuxedo Den in the past for a few occassions, so when deciding who to rent tuxes from for our wedding that was easy. The staff at Tuxedo Den exceeds expectations with their personal service. They make you feel like more than just a customer. Our wedding isn't for a few months so we recently placed our invitation order with them. Their selection is pretty extensive, it will suit any bride's taste whether it be formal or modern. While we were there Jeff took the time to speak with my fiance and show him some options with tuxes that would meet the need for our bridal party. We can't wait to go back!

Tuxedo Den was wonderful with their service. I will suggest them to anyone who is in the area. My brother-in-law was serving in Iraq months before the wedding and was not able to get measurements until days before the wedding. Tuxedo Den pulled through for us and was able to get him looking wonderful in the tuxedo. As well as that, they took long-distance measurements for my uncle in California. Any problems or concerns I had wwre answered immediately when I called which helped with the stress of the wedding as well as relocating in the middle of the process. Thank you thank you thank you! I had a wonderful experience at Tuxedo Den; our family came from all over the U.S. for this wedding and the staff was so courteous with the try-ons! Plus, the price was below what I anticipated. They even gave my daughter free invitations for her bridal shower! Tuxedo Den has the look, feel, and selection of a very high-end shop, with prices that are well below all of the other places we looked. The owner is always there, and he even helped with a last-minute color change at no additional charge. It's nice to find such a great local business in the midst of huge department stores, where service is often sub-par. Thanks again, Guys!(very grateful parents of the Bride)

ok so its starts with my friend telling me about this tuxedo shop who also does wedding invitations. she couldn't stop raving about how good the sales people are that work there. so i said ok i'll give them a look, well i went there to look at the selection that they had of invitations. (thinking what could they have 20 things to choose from?!?!) well i was def. proved wrong. I walked in the door and was greeted right away by a man named Jeff, finding out that he was the owner of the store. i told him that i wanted to look at his selection of wedding invitations. He told me to have a seat cause i would have to look threw 10 books... can you believe it 10 books. so i did and as i was sitting here he always came back to check on me and even offered me coffee, tea or anything that i might want to drink. TUXEDO DEN is by far one of the best places to go. Brides to be def. give them a look , the customer service is awesome. the selection is even better. i had asked Jeff if he had hot pink vest for my groomsman and he said that he has about 20 shades of pink to choose from. All i know is that i am def getting my invitations there and my tuxedos there too.... GOD BLESS TUXEDO DEN!!! THANK YOU AGAIN JEFF YOU AND YOUR STAFF IS AWESOME.

Jeff was extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect on the big day. He was flexible when I had last moment changes I wanted to make with my husband's vest and tie and it turned out just like I wanted.

We met Jeffrey at a bridal expo and LOVED him and his staff. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Jeffrey helped us not only with knowledge of tuxedos, but with fittings, invitations, etc. We changed our minds a million times with the different colors for the tuxedos and he was SO patient with us. He also helped us make our invitations EXACTLY what we wanted. They were perfect! I couldn't be happier. Tuxedo Den helped make things go smoothly! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! I was under the impression my guys were going to be perfect! The guy that runs the place was so on the money when selling us the tuxes it was unreal! We were impressed. In the end- we were not so impressed. Most of them were not cleaned, and they had to wait to pick them up a day later. My father's tux did not fit, my husbands vest and tie were completely incorrect, and the guys' vests varied in colors which I didn't catch until I saw the pictures! It sucks, and I feel like I was sold a line of BS! Demand better service if you use them!

We're so glad we used Tuxedo Den. When we picked up the tux's many of them needed to be adjusted and within an hour all the changes were made. We also asked for a different vest which was there within 24 hours. Highly recommended!!
