We originally had another photographer scheduled for our wedding, but we loved Kamil so much after our engagement session that we requested him for the big day as well. TWA was very helpful in accommodating our request and we couldn't have had a better day.

ed any help. They made every step of the process so easy! Amanda Daly send messages whenever we needed to do something and told us exactly how to do it. We were able to get connected with our photographer very quickly, our payment plan worked great for us, and the process of ordering our album was so easy. About 3 months before the wedding, everything was taken care of, including purchasing the album. Our photographer, Mikhail was wonderful. He knew exactly what to do and told us everything he needed from us while still taking suggestions and requests. The photos were beautiful, and he got a lot of candid shots which was really important to us. I have two small complaints about the photographer but they are so minor that they didn't really affect our opinion of him. First, he had a second photographer there with them even though we only had one. My guess is that she was training, but he didn't tell us exactly why she was there. This didn't really matter, except at dinner because we didn't have a seat for the second photographer. We worked it out fine because we had some empty spaces, but it would have been nice to know so we could have planned ahead. Second, I wish that there were a few more flattering pictures of myself. I really loved all the pictures including the ones of myself, but I felt they could have been a bit more flattering. But, maybe this is just me having a super critical eye :)! Again, these two things were very minor. I could not recommend this company more. Everything about their service has been wonderful. The other day I was talking to my mom about an upcoming wedding and she said, "I can't imagine that their photographer will be as good as yours." I have received so many compliments about the photos, and everyone is extremely happy with them. Thank you TWA! You will not regret booking them!!!

e every step of the way to help us plan, coordinate, and envision our day and how we wanted to capture it. Honestly, if we could give more than 5 stars just for Heather, we would. Our other contacts at TWA have also been incredibly helpful from start to finish. Nick was our sales rep, and he did a phenomenal job answering all of our questions and matching us with Heather. Brittaney has been our contact for the album, and she's been super helpful through it all. One thing we do wish we would have done, though, is budget for the album a bit earlier in the process. The album and editing is so worth it, and we knew it would be an extra expense, but we didn't really think about it as a budget line item until about 4 months ahead of the wedding, and we wish we would have factored it in a bit earlier. That's more on us, though, not TWA. We did want to note that our second photographer was a little all over the place. He was incredibly kind and excited, but it was clear that Heather had to spend more time and energy directing him than being helped by him. He was assigned to my husband for portraits and getting ready shots, and it was a bit of a mess. We had flasks with our names engraved on them, and he handed my husband my flask to hold - even when he tried to point it out, the photographer just brushed it off and took the photos with the wrong name on the flask. He also kind of spoiled our first look, and Heather was clearly frustrated with him for that. We had intended on keeping the details of our suits a surprise, but while Heather was shooting my portraits, the second photographer came up with my husband's cufflinks and vest chain to ask for her help on how to fasten them, while I was standing right there. When Heather tried to remind him that those details are supposed to be a surprise, he didn't even register why it was a problem that I was standing right there. While it was a minor detail, my husband was a little sad that I saw those details before our first look. In addition to that, we got way less portraits of my husband, and the ones we got didn't turn out super great because the second photographer was so disorganized and anxiety-inducing. All in all, though, our experience with Heather and TWA has been amazing and we look forward to working them again in the future.

apher and videographer work through TWA. It just made things a lot easier in terms of keeping track of contracts and dates. I mention this because we were initially going to have the wedding in 2020 but the unknowns around covid made that impossible. The folks at TWA made the change from 2020 to 2022 easy. I will mention that buying an album is mandatory after the fact and can get a bit pricey. That said, in our initial conversation when we were still looking for photographers, the album was in fact mentioned along with prices and so on. Meaning: it shouldn't be a surprise. But looking at the photos we've gotten, I'd say it's absolutely worth it! I recently got the video back as well and I cried. haha I love everything about it. I want to give a shout-out to our photographers Mikhail C (who did both our engagement photos and the wedding) and Walter M, and our videographer John Z. Fantastic folks to work with! Also, Brittaney B deserves the biggest thank you for putting up with all of our questions and helping us navigate prices, photos, and so on.

feel like we were taken care of throughout the process. The biggest con are the “big box” procedures in place. The confusion that we have been feeling about getting our pictures, video, photo album, and promotions sorted out after the fact has not been what we expected, and we felt like it took the fun out of such an exciting final piece of our wedding day. They also send a lot of automated emails and it’s hard to know who you should really be talking with. My advice: ask a LOT of questions and be prepared to devote more time than you think to required meetings, reviewing their pamphlets, and pulling together your photo albums in the 2-3 months after your wedding.

He captured some beautiful moments, scoped out the city to see where we should go and what we could capture there, we are currently waiting for our pictures to be done and I cannot wait to see how amazing they are! I know the cost of their work can be expensive but you are paying for quality photography for a once in a lifetime occasion and if you can afford it you should go with the best you can. I know I will be proud to look at and share pictures from TWA for the rest of our lives!

and Greg. They were wonderful to work with and took amazing photos. Mark was my main photographer and knew exactly how to get the perfect photo. The photos and his attention to detail was amazing. I could not be happier. Greg made sure to capture all the details you forget about as a bride on your day like the empty church and table decorations. They made sure I didn't miss anything looking back at my wedding. I am currently picking out the photos for my album and it is so hard to choose what photos to include because they turned out so great.

ay, and I understand, because the cheapest option is still $500 for a plain black book with only 30 photos. But they are very up front that it is mandatory. We decided to allocate more of our budget to photos than other categories. What is the point of a big day if you can’t capture it well to look back on for the rest of your life? The TWA promotional wedding photo was of our venue, so we could easily see how good our photos would be. We sprung for the expense. Even with that, we could only afford the photographer, not the videographer. Not a big deal. We told TWA that we chose them because our venue recommended them… and then they assigned us a photographer who had never been to our venue. He was still good, but not what we had asked for. My husband convinced me that we were within our right to ask to swap to someone with experience at our venue and I’m so glad we did. It was not a problem, they reassigned us our photographer, who we met with and loved and knew the venue well. So our minds were at ease there. When we signed up we used a promotion that included some freebies. An 11x17 print, a photo canvas, and a signing canvas. We planned to order the signing canvas with one of our engagement photos and use it as our guest book. When my husband contacted TWA to place the order, they told him no. What? The bonus had expired without a) notice of an expiration in the contract and b) without a courtesy “your offer is about to expire” communication. So we had to scramble to come up with a new guest book idea. If you want amazing photos and can afford the packages, use this studio but know that you are truly only paying for the quality photographer. Do not count on any of their extras or albums being what you want.

Due to extenuating circumstances, I ended up with a different lead photographer (Casey) stepping in at the last minute to capture my wedding day. Having a last minute change was naturally super stressful for me as a bride, but Casey was absolutely fantastic, fun, and really made everyone feel comfortable! We also had James as our photojournalist, and the groomsmen in particular loved shooting with him while I was getting ready! Several guests even told me after the wedding how fun the photographers were. The pictures turned out gorgeous, and I’m so thankful that the TWA team captured such beautiful moments for us to look back on forever! Thank you!

Our secondary photographer was Adam, and he was also a pleasure to work with during the first look and before ceremony pictures. Our videographer was Kathy, and she was fantastic as well, capturing all the special moments of our day to rewatch later (since it was all kind of a blur!). We would highly recommend TWA to any couple looking for creative, personable, and reliable photographers or videographers to capture memories for their wedding or special event! The main reason I only gave 4 stars was for the behind the scenes work with getting portions of our contract such as the signing canvas ordered and ready for our wedding day. There was confusion with who I was supposed to be talking with to get a wedding canvas ordered and over communication with more than 3 different people reaching out to me that caused delays and lack of clarity for who was supposed to make edits and complete the order. My request for TWA is to have an assigned Point of contact for each wedding couple and make that known to the wedding couple so that there isn't any confusion or frustration.

posit and then officially cancelled on us 10 days before our wedding, Mike was extremely responsive to my inquiries about booking a videographer through them. We were able to lock someone in and very graciously at a discounted rate given we had lost our entire previous deposit. We had an engagement sessions with our main photographer which was nice because we had some time to get comfortable with him. Fast forward to our wedding day, we had 2 photographers and 2 videographers. I was told while I was getting ready that our second photographer got into an accident the day before and wouldn't be able to make it and they were finding someone as we spoke to replace him and boy did their team deliver. Between all 4 vendors, we had a blast! They were all easy to work with, kept our schedule moving along and my favorite thing - they all had their own creativity and vision and would come up with fun and unique pictures or content to capture. You 1000% get the value from TWA with what you spend. The professionalism, responsiveness and creativity was amazing! Also, with the package we purchased we are now part of the "Portraits for Life" program where we get a free 30 minute portrait session each year and then can purchase the photos! Cannot recommend Art, Cameron, Mark and Sead enough enough!

It makes this whole experience so easy. We are beyond thrilled with TWA! My only note to future Mr. and Mrs. is they are a tad pricier than other options but you get what you pay for. They do offer a lot of save incentives and credits for canvases and prints. It was beyond worth the price for the quality, professionalism and how easy they make everything . 10/5 stars! 😁

ly, we were planning from Europe, so communication and clarity were important and TWA was extremely easy and straightforward to work with. The photographer we were matched with, Justin, was fantastic. He was friendly and professional and put everyone at ease. He did a great job of capturing what we requested, as well as suggesting pictures we hadn’t thought of. We love the way the photos have come out and they came back after only about two weeks, which was incredibly speedy!

I was upset the morning of my wedding and Joanna and Kathy did so much to help me to smile and destress. My day truly would not have been the same without any of them!

d trustworthy. He and the second photographer arrived on time and walked us through each moment of our day. They were so attentive, flexible, positive, and communicative. We received our sneak-peaks 4 weeks after the wedding and will be getting the rest in 2 weeks. While I appreciate the communication, we’ve had many required meetings with the team (at least 4+), which has been much more than any other vendor we’ve hired. The other thing to note is you MUST order an album through them (it’s written in the contract), but we are excited to have something is print regardless. All in all, a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

to pick our wedding album from TWA. I suggest you make a time well before your wedding to pick out your album design. TWA was calling us the week before our wedding and we were a bit stressed out so we had to put it on the back burner.
