All of our photos turned out great! We were really happy with the photographers that we received from TWA. They were friendly and understood our style.

TWA offered us a variety of packages without being pushy. They took time to get to know us and helped us select a package that fit our needs. After showing us samples of a few photographers' work, they paired us with Monique Jimenez, who was outstanding. In advance of the wedding, she helped us to prepare the timeline and consider what to bring to which parts of the day. She worked tirelessly for 12 hours the day of the wedding, from early preparations through most of the reception. She was very thorough in capturing all of the little details, while also catching some more spontaneous and creative moments. She was positive, full of energy, and inspired everyone to have a good time while photos were being taken. Jim Cabrera was also on hand to cover some less formal aspects of the day, including the groom's preparation. He was equally professional, energetic, and confidence-inspiring.

We had the best experience possible with TWA, and specifically, our photographers David and Milan. They were everything we could have asked for, professional, fun, detail oriented, and they never stopped taking pictures! 100/10 would recommend. 

I can't recommend TWA Photographic Artists enough! They were true professionals from start to finish. Their consistent communication and support leading up to the wedding day made everything so much easier for me. My photographers and videographer were fantastic!! They spent majority of the day with me and captured all the moments I wanted perfectly.

Scott and Gabe did an amazing job capturing our day and making it special. Scott has a calming presence and knows how to keep the day light even with timelines falling behind. I had a great experience with Kamil and Chris from TWA. From the moment I was paired with kamil as my primary photographer he put me at ease. My initial photographer was not the right fit for me and needed a different one. I got Kamil and absolutely loved him! He was fun, funny and super relaxed. My bridal party is still talking about him. Chris was great too. He was my second photographer and both of the guys were everywhere I wanted them to be as well as exactly where I didn’t know I wanted them to be. I can’t wait to get my photos so I can gush again how wonderful these guys were. Thank you TWA for pairing me with these guys and thank you to Kamil and Chris for being so great. 

We used TWA for both our engagement and wedding shoots, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Great company! Mikhail was our main photographer, and let me just say, he was on it from the moment he arrived to the very last minute. Can’t recommend him enough. He definitely knows what he’s doing!

TWA did a fantastic job doing videography and photography for our wedding. The staff members were really nice and took great pictures and videos for us. TWA kept in great communication throughout the wedding planning process. The only thing is make sure you understand you have to buy the album with the package, but we are excited to see how the album will turn out.

We were paired with Kamil and Jorge through TWA. They were an absolute joy to have as our wedding photographers. From the moment they arrived, they brought such a warm calming energy and made us feel completely at ease. They were organized, professional, and blended in so naturally with the flow of the day. They captured every moment without ever feeling intrusive and made photos feel effortless and fun. We’re so grateful to have had them with us and can’t wait to see the moments they captured.

TWA was awesome to work with! Our lead photographer Jerry and Videographer Levi was so sweet and made us all feel comfortable on our wedding day. We had Ana as our main photographer and Jess as our photojournalist. Both women were incredibly friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Our photos turned out amazing and we got them back super fast! Everyone else from TWA that has been in touch with me via email is also super friendly and responsive.

Both my photographer and videographer were amazing and helped with having the day run smoothly. I was able to get plenty of photos without missing any time during my wedding. They were both very professional and personable. I felt like they were a part of our group and not just our photographer and videographer. They were amazing and I hope to work with them again!!

The whole experience with TWA Photography is and was amazing! From getting virtual meetings scheduled and planned, to walking through their different packages and photography styles, to day of working with the photographers, every single part was amazing!! Joanna was with me and the bridesmaids all day and made us all feel and look so good!! Rudy was with the guys and really made them all feel relaxed and comfortable! Larry and Violetta were a great team! From arrival, they were more focused on the energy of the room and how the group was feeling than the “perfect shot”, even though they pushed us towards better with our images! We are grateful for the effort they took on the day of with our big family, their expertise, and their professionalism.

TWA Photography was honestly so amazing! Jilian worked with us to help find the perfect photographer for us and was always there for any questions or clarifications! David was our head photographer and he honestly did such a fantastic job. Not just with the photos but he was so supportive and helped make the day less stressful for both my husband and I. We would recommend him to any couple who want a photographer who will not only take amazing photos but also look out for the bride and groom all throughout the day! Our second shooter Greg who also did great and added to our day! TWA really captured our wedding in a way I can't fully describe. They captured our special day so beautifully and we can't thank them enough! We look forward for our yearly shoots with them and we can't wait to get our wedding album in the mail! If you want a photography company that not only cares about pairing you with someone will capture your special day just how you dreamed but is also there whenever you need them, TWA is a perfect fit!

We had Kamil as our lead photographer, and there simply aren’t enough words to describe how amazing he is! From the moment we were assigned to him, Kamil was incredibly helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond. The only downsides were a couple of things with TWA. First, the required Zoom meetings felt unhelpful—they mostly read slides verbatim, and it would have been much more efficient if they’d just emailed us the PowerPoint to review on our own time. Second, we were required to buy a wedding album from them. While we weren’t stressed about it, they did try to guilt us into spending more on a pricier album, saying things like, “You really don’t care about having a family heirloom?” which felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, despite these hiccups, we had a great experience, and Kamil’s exceptional service truly made all the difference. (In addition, Ray, our photojournalist and Dan our videographer were also exceptional and extremely fun to work with)!

TWA was incredibly easy to work from start to finish. I loved their classic wedding photography style from the get go, and we felt that they would take pictures that represented us and our special day. They were great at determining what style we liked and which of their photographers would be best to capture our vision. It was also really reassuring and stress reducing to know that TWA had a backup photog ready to go if anything happened to our assigned photographers. We worked with Jillian to choose the Emerald Package where we had 2 photographers, a main photog for 12 hours (Violet) and a photojournalist (Marcin) for 7 hours. Both Violet and Marcin were so easy to work with, made us feel at home in front of the camera, and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Neither my husband (ahhh!!!) or I are usually comfortable in front of the camera, but our photographers made us feel like we were professional models. We're so excited to see our pictures and receive our wedding album!!!

Working with TWA was such a great decision! Our engagement photographer, our wedding day team, made sure we captured photos that captured our authentic selves. We had many compliments on our photos and loved the staff we worked with to capture so many special moments with people we love.

Our photographer Sonny was amazing. TWA made the process simple, they explained the different options and they provided timely communications so we knew what to expect. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

We hired TWA Photographic Artists for our wedding and had a mixed experience. Booking with TWA was easy and straightforward, but the process felt quite corporate. We didn’t have the opportunity to choose or vet our photographer ahead of time through an engagement shoot, which was a bit disappointing. It seems like they use a separate pool of photographers for engagements compared to weddings. That said, our primary photographer, Joanna, did a good job. Her experience was clear in how she directed us, found good spots, and suggested a variety of poses. Our second photographer, Olu, also did well overall, but unfortunately his camera experienced a fault during our ceremony. This meant we lost the two-angle coverage, which had been the main reason we chose a two-photographer package. Additionally, when our team tried to reach the TWA emergency line, they didn’t get a response. TWA did offer us a discount and print credit afterward, which we appreciated. Overall, the photos turned out nicely thanks to Joanna and Olu’s skills, and we felt the package was a good price for what we received.

Heather, Jem and James were beyond helpful! They made our wedding day so special! Heather reached out before hand to walk through all details! The front office was so helpful and communicative!

Heather, our photographer with TWA, was AMAZING! Everyone in the family and wedding party loved her. Not only did she make everyone feel comfortable, but her work is art. She is such a nice person, and I could go on and on about how wonderful she was to all of us. Thank you x1000!!!

My wife and I just got married in June in Chicago. TWA was phenomenal to work with! They are very organized with clear communication and highly talented photographers to choose from. We strongly recommend TWA for weddings as they will make the photography planning process seamless.

TWA company was fantastic with communication. They would get back to us within the hour or send an email letting us know they were not in but would answer us the next business day! We loved David, our photographer! He was upbeat, helpful in finding great spots for our photos, he was patient and doubled checked that he grabbed all the photos I was hoping to capture. It was a bonus that David is bilingual and he could communicate with family members who understood Spanish better! I got lots of compliments on family members who talked with David during photos. They thought he was wonderful!

Our original photographer had to cancel the week of our wedding due to a family emergency. We got Gabe and he did absolutely amazing! He got so many great shots and we had about 800 pictures when they were send to us. He was super nice and accommodating with everything we asked. Our videographer was amazing too, she got 2.5 hours worth of video! Although the company is a little expensive, I’m very happy we spent the extra money and had phenomenal pictures and video. The quality of both were unmatched if any professionals I’ve encountered. We can’t wait to see our wedding album when it comes!!

For our big day, we had two photographers. Both did their best to capture our big day! Heather was our lead photographer and she was amazing; patient but firm when it came to the needed timelines and did AMAZING fighting the heavy wind we had! We just got our sneak peek photos and they were what we hoped for. TWA themselves maintained communication throughout the entire time from signing on to the big day (we signed with them about a year and a half in advance!) and always made sure we felt prepared for our big day.

TWA Photography exceeded all our expectations for our wedding day! Their exceptional team was an absolute pleasure to work with - professional, attentive, kind and bringing genuine passion to their craft. They seamlessly blended into the background while somehow being exactly where they needed to be, capturing every meaningful moment from our special day. The photographs themselves are simply breathtaking. The team's attention to detail ensured that every shot came out perfectly and highlighted everyone's best features. They captured not just the ceremonial moments but also those precious candid instances. The entire experience with TWA Photography was worth every penny, creating a collection of memories we'll treasure forever. We cannot recommend TWA Photography highly enough.

We would definitely recommend TWA!! We decided to hire TWA when our reception venue showed us their work and we absolutely fell in love with their photos. We hired TWA to do everything from our engagement photos, save the date cards, wedding/reception photos and thank you cards. We had the pleasure of working with David B. And David O. On our big day and they were AMAZING!! Not only did we love our photos, but they were fun to work with and made us feel relaxed during the day. We would definitely use TWA in the future!

Our photographer John Kalad was extremely attentive, professional, kind, considerate, and helpful. Out of all our vendors, he was the most composed, organized, and proactive. He even offered to help with non photography related tasks. His calm personality and reassuring presence were also highly appreciated. Even with post wedding services, like photo edits and touch-ups, he was prompt and accommodating. Excellent communication throughout the whole process and quick turnaround for our photos. Both my husband and I are extremely grateful for his services and hope he is recognized for his excellent work!

From the beginning to the end, the team at TWA were very helpful and communicative. With all the wedding planning I was doing, it was helpful to get their reminder emails! Whenever I had a question, they were able to answer it in a timely manner as well! They were able to pair me with a great team of photographers and the videographer on my special day. They were able to accomodate all of my photo requests with all of my friends and family. TWA made my partner look so handsome with his groomsmen, and I looked so beautful with my bridal party, and I'm glad they were able to capture my memories in a meaningful way. With the photography package I got, I also got the Portraits for Life photo program, so I am excited to see how that goes as we celebrate our first anniversary this upcoming fall! We also got a photobooth photoalbum after our wedding, and our actual wedding album looks like a family heirloom; I am very grateful for TWA and how they memoralized our most special day, so thank you all!

We used TWA for our wedding this past 12/21/24! Throughout the entire process from first inquiry, planning process, meetings with our primary and secondary photographers, videographer, and photobooth associate, we were very impressed with the quality, professionalism, and product that TWA delivered. Nikki, our primary photographer, and Greg, our secondary photographer, were fantastic throughout the entire wedding day capturing everything that we mentioned we wanted in our consult appointments. Levi was our videographer and we cant wait to see the completed product of our day! Jerry was our photobooth attendant and he did a fantastic job getting people into the booth and creating a fun atmosphere. We loved our scrapbook with copies of everyone who came into the booth at the end of the night -- it was a very fun immediate souvenir of our day. We cant wait to see our album that was included in our package. Would highly recommend TWA for your wedding photography, videography, and photo booth needs. They offer and deliver on a complete package of services and are well worth the money for the value, experience, and quality of photos.

I used TWA for my wedding photo and video coverage in November 2024. Overall, the experience was ok. The communication and interactions I had with the staff were all good. I had actually won the photo package from the Bridal Expo. That being said in order for me to use the prize for 8hrs of photography I was only allowed to use TWA for video coverage as well and I was also required to purchase a photo album all in order to use the prize. They assigned Anna as my photographer and she was amazing. She was so kind and really good at capturing everything that I had wanted. I would give her 5 stars easily! The only thing I would have changed if I could do it over would be to ask for more vertical images. The majority that was taken were horizontal and so fitting in some frames is hard. That is something I didn’t think about until after the fact. TWA pushes really hard for their higher priced albums. All their contracts state that you must purchase an album to use their photographers. My suggestion is to make sure you are adding the album amount to your photography budget. As I mentioned I was required to use them for videography as well. They set me up with a videographer and I think 2 days before the wedding I got an email saying he canceled and here is the contact info for another person. So, I called and went over things with him. He did fine. I went with the RAW footage for 2 hours. Some things to keep in mind that I didn’t in the moment: 2 hours of coverage doesn’t mean you get 2 hours of footage. They take time to set up different cameras and move locations so I think in total I MAY have gotten 1-hour total footage back. Now I did ask for the RAW footage and so I understood that would just be whatever was shot that day and no editing and that was fine with me. When I first got the footage to review there was no sound from our microphones for the ceremony. I asked them to review and see if they could please make sure our microphones were recorded. They sent back a revised copy and then you could hear us. BUT the total time of the footage was missing 30min from when I had gotten it the first time. So I had to send it back and ask what happened to all that time? They reviewed and sent me back another copy and then it seemed to have everything. They said they removed it the second time around since it was nothing important and that shocked me since I was paying for the RAW footage. Overall, TWA was OK. I was thankful to have won the prize for photography, upset that I was forced to purchase an around $700 album, and was upset that I was also forced to use them for my video service and that was subpar.

My experience working with the TWA team from start to finish has been phenomenal! Communication with every person involved has been quick, clear, and efficient. The photographers and videographer were amazing and fun to work with. The photos and videos that they captured are breathtaking. I couldn’t recommend TWA more!

Nikki and James were awesome! I couldn’t have asked for better photographers! Everything was smooth and it was just a great overall experience. I’m truly thankful for both of them, and they didn’t worry once the weather didn’t cooperate they were more than happy to go with plan B! I couldn’t be any happier! Great job TWA!
