y wish i watched my wedding tape sooner. But i didn’t. I sent multiple emails saying how disappointed i was in the wedding video and never heard back. Hopefully this review gets someone’s attention. I’d rather get all of the raw footage and have someone else edit the video. Not only that but it looked like a child recorded half my wedding on their cellphone. There were no flattering angles. The camera was just set down somewhere and he hit record. I got ZERO footage of my cocktail hour, no photos or video coverage. One of my stand ups entrances was completely cut out of the video or not recorded at all i don’t know because i never got an answer. Barely any editing and if it was edited, you were staring at a blank wall or someone’s elbow. Terrible. I would never recommend hiring TWA for your wedding. 

m on top of packages to be aware of, and we ended up spending double that minimum to get the amount of pictures and style we liked (not necessarily a bad thing but just a heads up when budgeting). We loved our photos.

y shots from the morning with David. He took his time to get a lot of very intricate shots, playing with the various lights, shadows, and angles in the locations. Sam was so much fun to be around and kept a smile on our faces all day long. He has a keen eye for detail and worked in such seamless unison with the photography team. He had such a lighthearted way of throwing little jokes in while shooting to get natural smiles and laughter out of everyone.  Nicki was so pleasant to work with from the moment she walked through the door, other vendors even commented on how warm and friendly she was. Our morning timeline ran behind by about an hour and Nicki worked her magic to get ALL of the photos we wanted (plus extras that we didn’t plan for!) and get us fully back on track before the ceremony even started. The team didn’t show an ounce of stress or frustration with the timeline issues, even though I’m sure they felt the pressure. The flower girls (4yo and 1.5yo) started to get fussy midday and Nicki even got smiles out of them for pictures in the middle of it all! She has such an eye for detail and is so talented at what she does, we could not be more happy with how she handled it all. All three of our wonderful professionals took time to stop and talk to us before leaving at the end of the night and check if we wanted any additional content before they left. ographers' work, they paired us with Monique Jimenez, who was outstanding. In advance of the wedding, she helped us to prepare the timeline and consider what to bring to which parts of the day. She worked tirelessly for 12 hours the day of the wedding, from early preparations through most of the reception. She was very thorough in capturing all of the little details, while also catching some more spontaneous and creative moments. She was positive, full of energy, and inspired everyone to have a good time while photos were being taken. Jim Cabrera was also on hand to cover some less formal aspects of the day, including the groom's preparation. He was equally professional, energetic, and confidence-inspiring.

We would recommend him to any couple who want a photographer who will not only take amazing photos but also look out for the bride and groom all throughout the day! Our second shooter Greg who also did great and added to our day! TWA really captured our wedding in a way I can't fully describe. They captured our special day so beautifully and we can't thank them enough! We look forward for our yearly shoots with them and we can't wait to get our wedding album in the mail! If you want a photography company that not only cares about pairing you with someone will capture your special day just how you dreamed but is also there whenever you need them, TWA is a perfect fit!

ofessional, and truly went above and beyond. The only downsides were a couple of things with TWA. First, the required Zoom meetings felt unhelpful—they mostly read slides verbatim, and it would have been much more efficient if they’d just emailed us the PowerPoint to review on our own time. Second, we were required to buy a wedding album from them. While we weren’t stressed about it, they did try to guilt us into spending more on a pricier album, saying things like, “You really don’t care about having a family heirloom?” which felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, despite these hiccups, we had a great experience, and Kamil’s exceptional service truly made all the difference. (In addition, Ray, our photojournalist and Dan our videographer were also exceptional and extremely fun to work with)!

and our special day. They were great at determining what style we liked and which of their photographers would be best to capture our vision. It was also really reassuring and stress reducing to know that TWA had a backup photog ready to go if anything happened to our assigned photographers. We worked with Jillian to choose the Emerald Package where we had 2 photographers, a main photog for 12 hours (Violet) and a photojournalist (Marcin) for 7 hours. Both Violet and Marcin were so easy to work with, made us feel at home in front of the camera, and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Neither my husband (ahhh!!!) or I are usually comfortable in front of the camera, but our photographers made us feel like we were professional models. We're so excited to see our pictures and receive our wedding album!!!

e opportunity to choose or vet our photographer ahead of time through an engagement shoot, which was a bit disappointing. It seems like they use a separate pool of photographers for engagements compared to weddings. That said, our primary photographer, Joanna, did a good job. Her experience was clear in how she directed us, found good spots, and suggested a variety of poses. Our second photographer, Olu, also did well overall, but unfortunately his camera experienced a fault during our ceremony. This meant we lost the two-angle coverage, which had been the main reason we chose a two-photographer package. Additionally, when our team tried to reach the TWA emergency line, they didn’t get a response. TWA did offer us a discount and print credit afterward, which we appreciated. Overall, the photos turned out nicely thanks to Joanna and Olu’s skills, and we felt the package was a good price for what we received.
