TWA Photographic Artists

We used TWA for our wedding this past 12/21/24! Throughout the entire process from first inquiry, planning process, meetings with our primary and secondary photographers, videographer, and photobooth associate, we were very impressed with the quality, professionalism, and product that TWA delivered. Nikki, our primary photographer, and Greg, our secondary photographer, were fantastic throughout the entire wedding day capturing everything that we mentioned we wanted in our consult appointments. Levi was our videographer and we cant wait to see the completed product of our day! Jerry was our photobooth attendant and he did a fantastic job getting people into the booth and creating a fun atmosphere. We loved our scrapbook with copies of everyone who came into the booth at the end of the night -- it was a very fun immediate souvenir of our day. We cant wait to see our album that was included in our package. Would highly recommend TWA for your wedding photography, videography, and photo booth needs. They offer and deliver on a complete package of services and are well worth the money for the value, experience, and quality of photos.

I used TWA for my wedding photo and video coverage in November 2024. Overall, the experience was ok. The communication and interactions I had with the staff were all good. I had actually won the photo package from the Bridal Expo. That being said in order for me to use the prize for 8hrs of photography I was only allowed to use TWA for video coverage as well and I was also required to purchase a photo album all in order to use the prize. They assigned Anna as my photographer and she was amazing. She was so kind and really good at capturing everything that I had wanted. I would give her 5 stars easily! The only thing I would have changed if I could do it over would be to ask for more vertical images. The majority that was taken were horizontal and so fitting in some frames is hard. That is something I didn’t think about until after the fact. TWA pushes really hard for their higher priced albums. All their contracts state that you must purchase an album to use their photographers. My suggestion is to make sure you are adding the album amount to your photography budget. As I mentioned I was required to use them for videography as well. They set me up with a videographer and I think 2 days before the wedding I got an email saying he canceled and here is the contact info for another person. So, I called and went over things with him. He did fine. I went with the RAW footage for 2 hours. Some things to keep in mind that I didn’t in the moment: 2 hours of coverage doesn’t mean you get 2 hours of footage. They take time to set up different cameras and move locations so I think in total I MAY have gotten 1-hour total footage back. Now I did ask for the RAW footage and so I understood that would just be whatever was shot that day and no editing and that was fine with me. When I first got the footage to review there was no sound from our microphones for the ceremony. I asked them to review and see if they could please make sure our microphones were recorded. They sent back a revised copy and then you could hear us. BUT the total time of the footage was missing 30min from when I had gotten it the first time. So I had to send it back and ask what happened to all that time? They reviewed and sent me back another copy and then it seemed to have everything. They said they removed it the second time around since it was nothing important and that shocked me since I was paying for the RAW footage. Overall, TWA was OK. I was thankful to have won the prize for photography, upset that I was forced to purchase an around $700 album, and was upset that I was also forced to use them for my video service and that was subpar.

My experience working with the TWA team from start to finish has been phenomenal! Communication with every person involved has been quick, clear, and efficient. The photographers and videographer were amazing and fun to work with. The photos and videos that they captured are breathtaking. I couldn’t recommend TWA more!

Nikki and James were awesome! I couldn’t have asked for better photographers! Everything was smooth and it was just a great overall experience. I’m truly thankful for both of them, and they didn’t worry once the weather didn’t cooperate they were more than happy to go with plan B! I couldn’t be any happier! Great job TWA!

TWA Photography was fantastic throughout the whole process! They are knowledgable and work diligently attending to details small and large. Their communication is amazing, easy to contact and quick with their responses. They are always respectful, clear, and kind. Our photographers Kamil and Scott were an absolute delight. They brought wonderful energy and nuanced skill. All of our wedding party loved them and loved working with them! They were amazing leaders and organizers. We had full trust in them throughout the whole process. TWA is absolutely worth every penny. They serve quality and settle for nothing less. The whole team takes pride in their work and approach it with passion. In different context my husband and I would be friends with everyone we came in contact with; they already feel like old friends. We hope others see this review and are inspired to choose TWA. TWA was excellent to work with from top to bottom. You work with a network of professionals who onboard you and help with any questions before signing on, then experts who capture the photos and video, and finally, you work with the editors of your media. Everyone across the board were talented and kind. We contracted them for our wedding with a lead photographer, a second photographer, a videographer, and a photobooth. We also received our engagement session photos with our wedding package. They’re definitely worth the peace of mind that comes with the price.

We had a great experience working with TWA. Art and Greg, our photographers, were wonderful to work with. They really took the time to understand us as a couple and our vision for our wedding, and captured it beautifully. Looking back, our photos still give me so much joy because they really capture the beauty and fun of our wedding. Rogie, our videographer, was also fantastic and did such a good job with our video and highlight reel.

I cannot recommend TWA enough! They captured every special moment of our wedding day with such creativity and professionalism. We had Nicholas as our photographer. He was really good about positioning people and knowing what looks good in a photo. I had sent along a PDF of photos I wanted, and he was really good about getting as many as possible with the time we had and the awfully cold weather we endured. The whole process was also great and easy from the first meeting with a sales rep to the day of our wedding. Thanks for capturing our memories!

Working with TWA was such a seamless process. Everyone we worked with was so helpful and we’d highly recommend TWA to any and everyone! We loved that we were able to choose a package that worked best for us. Our pictures turned out absolutely amazing. Sergi (our main photographer) captured our wedding day so beautifully. Sergi was overall great to work with. He really took the time to get to know us and made sure he was prepared for our wedding day. We were so impressed that we didn’t need to even remind him of the things we had discussed prior to the wedding, including our shot list, he had all of that ready to go at our venue! After the wedding, TWA followed up with us so quickly with sneak peeks and then our final photos. We really appreciated that Morgan also personally followed up with a phone call and email with next steps. Morgan was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Thanks so much TWA for making our wedding day so perfect and for giving us memories to last a lifetime (and beyond)!

We had a fantastic experience with TWA so far. Booking with them was a breeze, and they were very responsive. Our photo asst cancelled the week prior, but we were assigned another photographer immediately. We loved our lead photographer, Justin. He made the entire day fun and light while taking our photos. We also want to shout out our Photo assistant, Felicia, and videographer, Samuel. Both great to work with! We just got married, so have not received any photos back. So far this was a 5 star experience, and we hope that we can finish strong upon receiving our photos/video.

For our wedding photos, we chose TWA because their portfolio pictures looked great. We had a consultation meeting where they asked all about what kind of style we liked for the photos before the wedding. We were busy with all our preparations, so we didn't notice that the photographer they assigned only reached out to us right before the wedding day. He suggested going to a local park to take photos, which seems like a bad idea in retrospect since the day was forecast to be around 100 degrees. On the day of the wedding, he showed up in unprofessional clothing. It's not the kind of thing we would usually make a fuss about, but in hindsight, wasn't a great start. He asked us what of shots we wanted, and it seemed like TWA had never told him about our preferences even though we had a long meeting about it previously. We emphasized wanting photos of us and our guests. It turned out to be around 97 degrees, so we didn't go to the park at all and took shots inside the hotel lobby. We weren't exactly keeping tabs on him, so after the initial round of shots in and around the venue, we didn't see him a lot. Throughout the day, we had multiple guests tell us that he was having drinks and talking to people instead of working. He seemed to be just absent for long stretches of time. Near the end of the night, after a few people had talked to him on our behalf, he started working again and took some more shots of the reception, and asked us if we wanted any other specific shots. This was fine but it seemed like he missed a lot of what we said we wanted most - shots of us and our guests. He showed us some of the last shots he took on his camera near the end of the night and I said I didn't like how I looked in one of them and replied "It's your face". I get that we had gotten more comfortable, and I wasn't really offended, but again in hindsight, not professional. We were talking about the photographer after the wedding and my wife and I were disappointed, but decided to hold off on complaining until we got to see the photos, thinking that they might have turned out well. When we saw them, we were very disappointed and angry. The shots had a lot of bad angles, bad lighting, and most importantly, there were barely any of us and our guests. There were even a few shots of people from another wedding at the venue. Many of the shots seemed rushed and unflattering. We ended up reaching out to TWA and ultimately had a free makeup photo shoot. It was a better experience, but we of course couldn't recreate the wedding day and get the shots that the photographer missed. In hindsight, it would have been way better making an online album and having guests post all of their favorite phone shots to it, I don't think the quality would have been much worse and at least we'd have pictures of us and our guests.

We LOVE working with TWA! As a venue, we are often asked for recommendations and are always confident with the expertise, professionalism and quality that TWA offers and will continue to recommend TWA to our future clients. This company has wonderful communication and the overall process to reserve their services (photography and a photo booth) for our wedding was simple and very easy to navigate. Our main contact, Jillian, was amazing at answering all our questions, offering discounts where available, and keeping us updated throughout the planning process. We felt that their prices were about average and the service received was absolutely worth the cost. Our photography package came with 2 photographers, one of which was there from 11 AM - 11 PM. POST-WEDDING THOUGHTS: Anna (our lead photographer) did a fantastic job and was extremely kind, funny, & professional the entire day! She made sure to capture all the shots that were requested and a bunch of other great ones that I wouldn’t have even thought to do. The 2nd photographer seemed nice but I didn’t work with him as closely as he was mainly with the groom/groomsmen but overall he did a great job as well. The photo booth was fantastic and everyone loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend TWA!

Our photographer, Justin Vaughn, was the MVP of our wedding! TWA did a great job matching us up based on our vibe. He was patient, enthusiastic, funny, and just overall very professional. He's clearly great at what he does. Whenever he sensed things might not be working or a pose wasn't going well, he would quickly and kindly shift to something else, maintaining the energy and positivity of the sessions while using time efficiently. He read us as a couple really well, understanding that some dynamics match us better than others. He was definitely the best vendor we had and I'm so grateful we had him there!

We've loved TWA throughout our wedding process. From the initial info meeting, to the album info meeting, to the photographers and videographer chosen for our wedding day! Jerry, Vee, and Sead were amazing and made the day so fun!

Working with TWA was a great experience and they made it easy to make the decision to select such a great company! We decided to have 2 photographers for the day, which by far was the best idea as coverage from the day will spark memories for years to come. Our main photographer, Heather, was extremely professional but easy and fun to work with! Her previous work was so artful that we wanted her artistic flare to flourish on our big day and we can't wait to get the final results! She absolutely exceeded expectations on the day of and blew us away when we got to see sneak peaks. Our second photographer, Harry, was focused more on the details of the day. We knew he would be the perfect fit once we saw his previous work, the attention to the finer and more unseen details is remarkable! He was a delight to work with and I know he got some amazing shots that we can't wait to see. If you are looking for the ability to have a fun, artistic but professional photographer then look no further than TWA as they will deliver and exceed expectations!

TWA was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding was 2 days ago, so we haven’t even received our photos yet but we know they are going to be wonderful and I’ll update once we do! From the booking process, to payment, to all the helpful communications they emailed me us, and so much more, we couldn’t be happier with TWA as a company. They emailed me tips and important things to remember which helped me be prepared to make the most out of our wedding day. They did not pressure us to buy the most expensive package or upsell us, but they explained all the differences clearly so we could make the best decisions for our day. We had 2 photographers, Heather was our main photographer and Rudy was our second photographer. They were a great team and made capturing our wedding so fun and enjoyable for us and everyone else. Not only were they working hard to capture everything I asked for, but they helped me out so much with little things like carrying my stuff when I needed an extra hand. Heather really saved the day. There was a red lipstick stain (for my tailor) on my dress which she noticed when she began photographing it. She kept calm and didn’t even tell me at first! She was able to make it almost completely disappear with club soda and a white towel. There were several other amazing things Heather did to make the day perfect, but that was without a doubt the biggest. Our photographers were on time, organized, professional, just everything you could ask for they were it! Our cinematographer, Joe, was also outstanding. He was on time and jumped right in to what was going on as we were getting ready. He stayed out of the way but spoke up when he needed some adjustments in order to get a good shot. He was kind, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. We can hardly wait to see the product of all their hard work! We truly had the dream team for our wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, TWA!!!

TWA was nothing short of professional and detailed. From the moment we reached out requesting more information, TWA answered any and all questions and took the time to learn and care about us as a couple and our wedding. Kamil was our photographer and he truly knocked it out of the park. He is so good with moving quickly through poses, amazing at getting everyone’s attention including kids and dogs! our 2nd shooter and videographer were great as well! We cannot wait to get our photos and videos back

I had TWA do my wedding photography and videography. They had a main photographer, a photojournalist, and a videographer. They were very nice and very experienced. Even when we were running late on time, they made sure that everything went accordingly to plan with pictures. I was worried about figuring out what nice spots to take pictures at with my wedding party, but they just had so many different ideas and were very creative. The pictures came out so pretty!

The lead photographer was communicative, responsive, had a great energy and attitude and was wonderful to work with!

Gabe, Scott, the videographer and Photo Booth were all amazing! The team at TWA was professional and on top of their game if there were any changes. I would definitely work with them again if needed be!

Gabe was amazing!! He was very creative with the shots but was also able to keep things simple for us. He was patient with me and my husband and made all photos go seamlessly. During cocktail hour and the reception he knew just where to be without being in the way. Overall it was a fantastic experience, we can’t wait to see how the photos turn out! 😊

We had two photographers with our package. Art worked with me (the bride), and Harry worked with the groom while getting ready at the Courtyard by Marriott Chicago in Naperville, IL. Art was so wonderful, kept the mood positive and everything was stress free (for photos anyway :D) Then, we had our ceremony and reception at Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton, and Art/Harry walked us through all the poses and locations. I can't wait to see the final pix in about 6 weeks.

Anna B. was absolutely AMAZING. She has such an amazing eye for photography and I was in love with the photos she was showing me on her camera as the day went along. James H. was our other photographer and he was the ultimate hype man. My family loved him! We cannot wait to get our final photos back :)

We worked with Gaby as our lead photographer and she was amazing. She made sure to get all the pictures that we sent we wanted. Our second photo journalist photographer was Rudy and he was so fun and engaging. Our bridal party and guests had a lot of fun taking pictures with him. We can’t wait to see our pictures when they are ready. Would highly recommend TWA photographic artists. They are extremely professional and passionate about their work and it shows.

We had the pleasure of working with Heather McDaniel as our lead photographer for our wedding day and she was AMAZING!! Not only did she help us get all the shots we wanted, she stepped in to help me with my veil and bustle and even sewed it when it broke! She was my hype woman throughout the day, making me feel so beautiful! She had a calm demeanor that helped calm my nerves throughout the day. I have nothing bad to say about her and I am so appreciative of everything she did for us. I couldn’t recommend TWA and Heather enough!

Heather was amazing! She was so thoughtful with all of the pictures that she took. She also had some really awesome ideas that we would have never thought of! She helped with things besides photography too, I would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing photographer!

The photographers and videographer on our wedding day were absolutely amazing and patient! They brought a lot of great ideas to the table to ensure we captured every aspect of our day. We were able to request the same photographer, Kamil for our engagement shoot and wedding day. He was a blast, professional, and supportive. Adam our photo journalist was amazing! Came up with lightening round to capture photos of each table and even brought a fan! Very kind and professional. Kathy, our videographer was fun, kind, and extremely nice. We found TWA through a wedding expo last December/January for our wedding April 2024. The reps at the expo were super friendly and our online consultation was very informative. We also appreciated the payment plan options and that we got all of the images digitally no matter which package we chose. We did our engagement shoot with TWA and the photographer was very professional and experienced. We got a photography package and added a second photographer for the ceremony/photo shoot. We loved that both photographers had their own styles and visions that led to really great and diverse pictures. They went above and beyond to get the perfect shot. They were full of energy and willing to go to a second location for more pictures. To be honest my husband and I were too tired to continue or we would have gone! Make sure to schedule a few hours in between your ceremony and reception to get plenty of time and not feel rushed. The cost listed in the review included 1 all day photographer, a second photographer for 5 hours, the wedding book, all digital images, and an engagement shoot with 5 images.

John Kalad and James Harvey were my photographers. They did an amazing job. They took every shot we wanted and worked amazing together. They helped to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch.

TWA was our photography/videography vendor for our wedding at Venue 5126 on 6/1/24. Kamil was our main photographer, James was our other photographer while John was our videographer. Kamil was actually our engagement photographer and we decided to go with him as our wedding day photographer because of his professional and positive personality. On our wedding day, it did rain but all 3 members of the team made it the best day possible with still so many beautiful pictures and footage to show for the best day of our lives!

TWA has been great to work from the second we booked, to just finishing up our last edits on our wedding album! On our wedding day, Heather was absolutely amazing to work with & her work showed quickly after when we got the pictures a couple of weeks later, which I might add, was way sooner than expected. We were matched with Kamil as the photographer for our wedding and working with him was a great experience. I'm very camera shy and not much of a poser but he made all of us felt very relaxed and at ease. Everybody in the bridal party could sense the passion he has in what he does. We haven't seen the results of his work yet but just reviewing our experience working with him on the day of our wedding is enough enjoyable.

Jerry was our photographer. He was absolutely amazing! He showed up early and stayed late. He was personable, professional, and so detailed oriented! We are so thankful to share our day with Jerry and have him immortalize our amazing day! We received our photos a week after the wedding they were amazing 1200+ We just received our photo album, absolutely stunning! Expensive but worth it!

The team of photographers and videographer for my wedding this past weekend was so amazing. I was in contact with them before the wedding and was able to tell them some specific pictures I want taken and they did not disappoint. They arrived on time at the locations and right away started taking photos/videos without delay. They were all so sweet and extremely talented. We were able to get some of our pictures back already and the quality is so perfect! That was without photoshop or any editing at all! We can’t wait to see the rest of our pictures and videos.

Joanna was excellent! She was our main photographer for the day and I swear was the reason everything ran smoothly. You can tell just from the start her experience & professionalism. She had a vision and captured it & was so helpful throughout the day- I truthfully cannot thank / recommend her enough. Also Rudy our photo journalist did a wonderful job with capturing the moments of everything we wanted while he was with us for the duration of the day. Truthfully highly recommend their photography work- it was amazing. So excited to see the photos!
