Twelve Baskets... amazing! The team was thoughtful, helpful, and kind from start to finish. Bless Vita for the number of emails she patiently responded to from me, she addressed every question, concern, or idea I had with compassion and grace. She was two steps ahead of me and asked me questions I never would have thought to ask, this is know I KNEW I was in good hands! On the day of our wedding, the food was so yummy (especially the herb-crusted pork tenderloin), set up was beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch! 12 out of 10, would DEFINTELY recommend!

Our wedding was in July during a heat wave — the team was so professional, kind, and prepared the bride and groom dinner plates for us — without asking and it was wonderful to have those small details taken care of for us. Everyone LOVED the Chimichurri Steak, mushroom apps, and assorted desserts. Having a dedicated project manager with clear communication and keeping our budget in mind kept the stress low too. HIGHLY recommended.

12 Baskets is the answer. They offer so many services, great food, and easy communication. They were essential in the planning and execution in our wedding. They handled a custom built menu with us easily and the service on the ceremony day was top notch!

Twelve Baskets provided our food for our wedding in June. We reached out to a lot of caterers, and they stood out – their price was reasonable and they were very openminded about the menu. We told them we were vegetarian and while the wedding would have some meat, we didn’t want it to be central. We also were hoping for some Vietnamese inspired dishes. We had trouble with both these requests at every other caterer, but Twelve Baskets designed a custom menu for us and everything (noodles, rice, spring rolls, etc) was super delicious (especially the passed tray appetizers)! The service and décor was great and we got lots of compliments from the guests – overall an amazing experience.

Coordinator Brett and Chef Kramer we’re an awesome team to work with! They helped us create the perfect menu for our destination wedding that combined 2 cultures. Great communication and fabulous food!

We hired Twelve Baskets to cater our May wedding and boy, did they go above our expectations! Not only did they provide a delicious customized menu within our budget, but they made everything so easy for us. The entire experience was seamless. There was a mix-up with our drink vendor and when we found ourselves without coffee, water, or non-alcoholic drinks, Twelve Baskets took care of everything and our guests had no clue anything went wrong. What more could you ask for in a catering service?

My husband and I hired Twelve Baskets for our Wedding in September. Their entire staff is so amazing and did everything above and beyond! You could tell how much they care with all details and the food was fabulous!! We are still hearing today how amazing they all were. The buffet service, bartenders, all of it was top notch!!

Super happy with our experience with Twelve Baskets for both our wedding catering and bar/bartending! Vast menu of many different styles, including veg, vegan, and gluten-free options and they seemed genuinely excited about our somewhat eclectic menu. We had to fly blind, no tastings due to covid, and we loved everything we chose. Plus everything looked positively beautiful, which always helps! We had many phone calls going over all of the particulars, and we changed our menu options several times as our guest count changed (thanks covid!) plus we wanted to do a special reserve menu for wine and beer (husband and I both worked in the industry) and they stuck with us and executed it perfectly! They had a huge crew and obviously knew exactly what they were doing, which put us completely at ease. They even wrapped up all the leftovers - one big bag for our parents to take home and then a smaller package for us to take home to our hotel suite and enjoy, which I thought was cute!

My husband and I eloped in spring and then had to put together a last minute wedding celebration in 4 months. We had been referred to a couple of local catering businesses but didn't feel a connection for either and they didn't seem very interested in working with our budget. I found Twelve Baskets via Yelp & Google and based on their reviews got in touch with them...and I'm SO GLAD I did! Vera took care of me during the planning stages and she was incredibly accommodating, communicative, prompt and kind even through multiple menu adjustments. Not only that: a week before the wedding when we suddenly realized that we needed a bunch of help with decor and final details she came through with the absolutely perfect solutions! On the day of, Jerry (?) and his team came through and impressed us even more! Everyone was very professional while still being fun, they made sure to ask questions along the way to ensure that things were getting set up according to vision, and Jerry was also very available to us as well. He assured us many times that he and the team were there to alleviate any stress on our end and he had a smile for us every time. The food was great, many of our guests let us know how happy they were with the food quality and selection, presentation was lovely, and there was enough to go around! The icing on the cake was that at the end of the night the team packed up any extras for us to take home, but they also presented us with 2 full meals complete with cutlery and napkins so that we wouldn't have to worry about cooking the next day. Those little extra acts of thoughtfulness really blew us away. I've recommended Twelve Baskets to others already, and would absolutely use them again. I can't thank them enough for making our special day run so smoothly and for making us and our guests feel comfortable and taken care of.

The entire team at Twelve Baskets were incredibly wonderful the entire process! From the beginning, they helped us pick a menu that catered to our guest, dietary restrictions and fulfilled our needs exactly. Throughout the process, as guest counts changed and needs changed, they were incredibly accommodating to help us navigate that and update our contract. The day of the wedding, the set up was seamless and the food was so delicious! The presentation on the buffets was beautiful and the bartenders were awesome! I would highly recommend hiring Twelve Baskets for your event!

Absolutely perfect! That’s the only way to describe their food and service. We just got married 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with them. The food was amazing. Our guests were all extremely complimentary. The service was also top notch. They are worth every penny and then some. We highly recommend them. Also, make sure you order the chicken salad in wonton and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers, they were to die for.

We do not have enough words to thank Twelve Baskets for such an amazing experience for our wedding. We were in constant contact with their team on food choices, quantities selected, and process questions, and the AMAZING team (mainly Vita!) was super responsive! Vita was so patient with us as we updated everything and we are so grateful for her awesome guidance. We booked Twelve Baskets because they were on the preferred vendor list for our venue and they by far had the absolute best tasting food and their plating was absolutely beautiful. We did tasting tests with four different catering companies prior, and within five minutes of being at Twelve Baskets we knew right away that they were the perfect choice. We decided early on that our food budget was very important to us, and we wanted to make sure that as the largest chunk of our budget we went with a location that could deliver our vision for our Alice in Wonderland themed reception. Our wedding day food was excellent and every single guest was very impressed, which was something we were hoping for as many traveled from the other coast to be here. Our menu consisted of a lot of PNW favorites, including the following: -Cedar plank salmon -Kalbi flank steak -Corn elotes -Strawberry salad -Thai fresh rolls (vegan and also shrimp) -Crab cakes -Grilled potatoes It was also very important for our guests to have vegan and gluten free options, and Twelve Baskets was very accommodating to this. The plating was amazing, and everyone was raving about the food all night long. The servers were excellent, and the bartenders attended to everyone promptly. The bartenders especially timed our cocktail hour perfectly with the amount of liquor we had ordered before beginning wine and beer service as well. The servers were also very prompt about moving all of the chairs from the wedding space to the reception area. There is a reason why Twelve Baskets is rated so well for weddings, they are incredible. They thought everything through and it was executed perfectly on the big day. Due to space constraints and inclement weather, they had to move the entire cake table with cake, servers, and decorations - and they did it quickly and efficiently. I didn't have a florist, but I had extra flowers that I wanted put on the cake. I was stressing and scrambling last minute about who was going to put the flowers on the cake, and Twelve Baskets stepped up and did a perfect job. As soon as my husband and I sat down at our sweetheart table after our first dance, someone from the catering staff was immediately there serving us the spread and making sure that we had water. They then followed up later in the reception, understanding when I barely ate a thing and boxed up some leftovers just for us so that we could eat later when we could. They went above and beyond, even more than I had expected and helped immensely in the day running smoothly and making it perfect.

Twelve Baskets Catering took care of catering my son’s wedding in September 2018. Every detail was handled so professionally so that on the wedding day we had not one single worry! The food was fabulous (we were told over and over how good the food was by our guests!) and the care and details that went into the display of our food and bars were even more beautiful than we had hoped for! The staff is incredibly helpful from start to finish. A special thank you to Olivia and Ken as well as the kitchen and on site crew for making my son’s wedding day even more memorable!!

The food was delicious and so beautifully set up. The catering team was friendly and helpful and took initative to decorate a table with s’mores and snacks that I never asked them to do. Would highly recommend Twelve Baskets if you want a guarantee of delicious food, outstanding service, and professionalism. They were the best!

I was truly SO impressed by the service, quality, and professionalism of Twelve Baskets Catering. We wanted to do something a little different and have a brunch wedding, and Twelve Baskets really helped our dreams come to life with delicious food and a truly beautiful arrangement. Vita, my email contact, was always SO responsive! She got back to me quickly, helped me think about things I'd never even considered, and when I had requests she found a way to make them happen! They were very flexible, too! They allowed us to provide our own alcohol to save a bit of money, and even let us come by to drop off the alcohol and juice a couple days before the wedding to store, chill, and transport everything together. We did look at slightly less expensive catering options, but I am so glad that we chose to go with a truly professional service who really have their act together. On the wedding day, their servers came and found my new groom and I to make sure we had everything we needed and that our glasses were always full, and they even wrapped up to-go boxes for us to enjoy in our honeymoon suite (that late night slice of cake was heaven!). So truly amazing! The staff was extremely attentive and took care of the guests and us! We felt very well taken care of and it was such an honor to have them at our wedding.

It took a week to get a quote that I was told I would get within 24-48 hours. That quote was for twice as much as other caterers quoted me for the same event.

Our wedding dinner was incredibly delicious and I not only thought that myself, but heard many guests with the same review. The staff who was at our event was so professional, attentive, hardworking, and kind! They seemed so happy to be there with us on our day.

I booked Twelve Baskets for my wedding, and worked with Desi throughout the process. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I feel Desi was sometimes careless with details. It took several emails back and forth for her to remember that our service was family style rather than buffet style, and there were several small details in the proposal that I know I never asked for but added significantly to the price. She also attempted to upsell me on things like bread and table linens constantly. It was just irritating, but aside from that I don't have any complaints about the actual food or service. In fact, people kept telling me how great the food was! Twelve Baskets has a ton of options, but the herb pork with pear compote was sooooo good. My dad raved about the sweet potatoe au gratin as well. The lead service staff at my wedding (I think his name was Jerry) was just super nice and helpful. We really appreciated his knowhow and attitude and wanted to give him a shout out. I would definitely recommend TB, I feel like the price was fair for the quality of food and service.

The staff at Twelve Baskets were a dream to work with! They were very flexible with our specific requests, and built a beautiful menu that celebrated Northwest flavors while keeping dietary restrictions in mind. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone on site was friendly and accommodating.

Twelve Baskets was absolutely fantastic! We worked with Angela, and she was very patient in making sure we had exactly what we wanted. With all of the emails back and forth over additional questions we had, she was extremely helpful! All of our friends and family still have been commenting on how wonderful the food was. The tasting that we had too was a lot of fun! We hope that we will get the chance to experience you food again soon!

The food presentation was perfect and the staff was extremely professional. They made sure everything ran smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience working with Twelve Baskets for our wedding. We worked with Vita over the course of 8+ months to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Vita was amazing and responded to all of our endless e-mails within hours. We met with her in Kirkland to do a tasting and she came out to the venue to walk around and make sure she knew exactly how we wanted everything placed. We worked with the caterer for our tables, chairs, linens, etc which was made everything easier for us. Vita worked with us to put together a perfect Northwest menu that we felt reflected the theme of our wedding. We provided our own alcohol, but they stored it for us so it was the perfect temperature and brought it to the venue so we didn't have to worry about it. We received many compliments on the food. The servers and bartenders were fantastic as well. We even had two beers waiting for us as soon as we walked back down the aisle! My husband and I took some photos during the cocktail hour and the servers even brought us appetizers and drinks to eat and drink in between our photos which we so appreciated. We had three different bars and they really took the time to make sure each bar looked beautiful. Our dessert table was amazing as well. They do an incredible job and pay attention to detail to make sure everything is in just the right place. We had our tables set up in a grove (in between trees) and they did a phenomenal job ensuring that it looked absolutely magical. At the end of the night, they packed up the leftovers and a full dinner for us. It was so good, even the second time around. I would highly recommend Twelve Baskets, everything turned out exactly how we wanted!

At the end of the day-- these guys were great! They created a beautiful setup for our buffet, desert, drinks, and bar. At the start, our assigned representative was super responsive and super helpful. A few months before our wedding, she left and the new person assigned to us was less than stellar. It took me calling her to get any answers. After a few rounds, I had to call and complain-- I hate doing that. But I got assigned someone else who was amazing! VERY helpful, super responsive, and made everything come together perfectly! Everyone raved about the decor (I will admit, we were too busy to notice-- so I can't wait to see the photos) which is really what matters right? It made the vibe of everything come together.

We were really impressed with the creative focus that Twelve Baskets gave to our daughter's wedding. There were some traditional menu items which they displayed and presented with a unique and creative flare while maintaining the quality and taste that I have come to expect from Twelve Baskets after using them for other events including my oldest daughter's wedding as well. I was blown away and am so pleased with how everything went at the wedding. I was able to relax and enjoy the reception and talk with my friends and family who I do not see very often. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was taken care of and went off without a hitch. Thank you, Twelve Baskets Catering team!

I couldn't of had the wedding I had envisioned without the help of this caterer. Their staff was always open to my ideas and the food ended up being amazing! I look forward to having another event I can hire them for.

I can't say enough good things about the employees of Twelve Baskets Catering. We worked with them for about 9 months before the wedding, and they were always so easy-going and open to change. We did the make your own fajita and taco bar and also had a dessert buffet with cookie and milk shooters, churros and S'mores. The food was AMAZING! So many compliments from our 240 guests- I cannot thank them enough for all of their hardwork. The set-up was flawless and beautiful-just what I had envisioned for my wedding. Did I mention the staff was awesome?!? They worked seamlessly together all night and my groom and I also had one of them assigned to us to make sure we had what we wanted to drink and eat at all times. It was truly an amazing display of service and dinner could not have gone more perfectly. Jerry was our coordinator at Twelve Baskets and he understood my vision completely. I did appetizers at my wedding and had twelve baskets cater. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was just so tasty and good.

We had a large wedding with plenty of out-of-town foodie friends to impress. I still hear people say, almost 4 years later, how much they loved the food at my wedding! Personally, I loved that they made sure to make my wife and I some to-go boxes, in case we were too busy during the reception to try everything. I honestly could not have been happier; they were great in every respect and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.

I searched and searched for the perfect catering company for my wedding and Twelve Baskets was it. From the minute I met Jaffrey, she was helpful in meeting my budget but not cutting down in quality or service. They are top notch and extremely affordable. I had a large wedding of 200 people and we were able to keep the cost per head right around $25. My husband and dad were also very impressed by the quality and time they put into each step of the process. Not only did they handle the catering but they were a great connection to many other things that were needed for the wedding. Hands down best catering company.

My husband and I had around 250 guests at our wedding a few years ago. We loved the food we chose and honestly, even though it has been a couple years, we are STILL hearing from friends and family that it was the best wedding they have been to. Our guests loved the food and we heard raving reviews about it for months afterwards. We were so pleased!

We really enjoyed working with twelve baskets. Their prices are fair, they are friendly and easy to work with, and the food tasted excellent. We were trying to keep costs down, so we opted for their most basic option (pasta bar), but even then the food was delicious, the pasta options more than adequate, and the staff attentive. Highly recommend them. We would use them again if we had to do it all over again.

12 baskets did a great job setting up the buffet table and bar so they looked beautiful and matched our theme. The food arrived on time and was hot. Everyone loved the food. The bar tender was really funny. All of the staff members were very friendly and efficient. During dinner, they came by our sweetheart table often to make sure we had everything we needed.

The staff was always on the go, making sure the food was refreshed, etc. We were VERY happy with the service and the quality of food, it was perfect and worth every penny, we didn't worry about a thing on our day.

I had an amazing experience with Twelve Baskets Catering! They put together an amazing menu, tweaked it and sent new proposals for all the changes we had (probably 5), and always had a friendly attitude in emails and in person. I would highly recommend this caterer. The only reason it's not a full 5/5 is because the ribs we ordered (chicken was the other meat and was delicious) was over cooked to the point it was almost beef jerky. We weren't able to sample the ribs before so it was kind of a shot in the dark and it wasn't what we expected, especially for the price increase for asking for ribs. However the baked bbq beans, salad, fruit, chicken, and corn bread was all amazing and we would order it again in a heart beat! (Especially the corn bread! I had multiple compliments on how amazing it was!) ALSO, their desserts were beyond cute and delicious. They also were complimented on all day! I loved the bite-sized tarts and shortcake shooters. Would highly recommend them both!

All I can say is wow! The food was fantastic! I have been to quite a few weddings this year and no one's food came close to the quality of Twelve Baskets. Three weeks after the wedding and my family and friends are still talking about how wonderful the food was. The beef medallions were so tender and the blackberry reduction sauce was amazing. I wish they had a restaurant so that I could eat it again! Sara and John were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job with all of the preparation and ordering of the linens. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family for any of their catering needs.

For my wedding, we were going to go with a potluck style, but we didn't want to worry about main dishes. Twelve Baskets, was willing to work with us and they did a remarkable job. Their waitstaff was pleasant and nice, they do a lot of high end catering so they're used to the stuck up people, but we had a very laid back wedding, and just went with it. They told us that they enjoyed it, and that our wedding felt like a party instead of a wedding. It was very nice. The food! Cannot forget this! We had a London Broil, as well as Chicken Breast in a White Wine sauce. It was PERFECT, not a single thing was cold or over cooked. I seriously wish they could make dinner for me every night it was that good! They are a little expensive, but well worth it! Trust me you will not be disappointed!

12 baskets food was great! They went above and beyond to help us on the day of the wedding. They also let us bring in our own soda which was a huge savings! They helped to coordinate all of our rentals and linens all of which was handled easily and correctly! I would highly reccomend them.

The food was delicious but that was the only good thing. I was forced to spend an additional $1,300 a week before the wedding due to their failure to pay attention to details in the beginning. They also told my Dad to only take one piece of chicken when I had specifically asked them not to limit what people took, I was mortified! I think their only planner is over worked and they should have more people to help her so they can have better attention to detail.

Twelve Baskets catered my wedding 2 months ago and I have still heard guests raving about the food and service. The food was amazing - definetely not the bland, dry food I've had at other weddings. We served tortillini with two sauces (my favorite was the sundried tomato), ceasar salad, bread, and chicken parmesan. Everything was delicious, I could not get enough. The servers, bartenders, and staff was perfect - I never went without a drink. They helped make our day so perfect. The office staff (Sara) was super sweet - she got back to all of my questions quickly and was ver attentive to me and my fiance (now, Hubby). I would highly recommend Twelve Baskets, they were so amazing.

Throughout our planning process, Twelve Baskets responded to all our questions and concerns with promptness and with solutions! We had severe allergies to work around, and they did superbly. All the food was delicious & plentiful, & our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Even the leftovers were fantastic!

I had a fabulous experience with Twelve Baskets!! Their communication was excellent and they always responded promptly to my e-mails. They were flexible and helped me to make changes that would be best for my wedding. They were considerate of my budget and even helped me to cut back costs in areas that may have benefited them financially. They were kind and friendly at the event and even made their best effort to make sure that I ate something!! (I was running around the whole time chatting with people and never actually got around to eating the plate they made up for me). I would recommend them to anyone and I hope to work with them in the future as I start my own wedding planning business.

Stephanie made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable. I liked her so much I hired her as a "day of" coordinator. Wouldn't do the stuffed mushrooms again. They were too slippery. Artichoke dip and pita chips were to die for! the food was great. My wedding was at my house and they did a great job cleaning up!

I absolutely loved working with these guys. We researched A LOT of caterers and Twelve Baskets was not only the most reasonably priced, but were the most flexible and the best about communication and follow-up. They really worked with us to make sure we met our budget and even gave us tips on saving money on rentals, linens, etc. Our guests loved the food which was beautifully presented and their staff were all gracious and capable.
