he menu. We told them we were vegetarian and while the wedding would have some meat, we didn’t want it to be central. We also were hoping for some Vietnamese inspired dishes. We had trouble with both these requests at every other caterer, but Twelve Baskets designed a custom menu for us and everything (noodles, rice, spring rolls, etc) was super delicious (especially the passed tray appetizers)! The service and décor was great and we got lots of compliments from the guests – overall an amazing experience.

There was a mix-up with our drink vendor and when we found ourselves without coffee, water, or non-alcoholic drinks, Twelve Baskets took care of everything and our guests had no clue anything went wrong. ons and they seemed genuinely excited about our somewhat eclectic menu. We had to fly blind, no tastings due to covid, and we loved everything we chose. Plus everything looked positively beautiful, which always helps! We had many phone calls going over all of the particulars, and we changed our menu options several times as our guest count changed (thanks covid!) plus we wanted to do a special reserve menu for wine and beer (husband and I both worked in the industry) and they stuck with us and executed it perfectly! They had a huge crew and obviously knew exactly what they were doing, which put us completely at ease. They even wrapped up all the leftovers - one big bag for our parents to take home and then a smaller package for us to take home to our hotel suite and enjoy, which I thought was cute!

I found Twelve Baskets via Yelp & Google and based on their reviews got in touch with them...and I'm SO GLAD I did! Vera took care of me during the planning stages and she was incredibly accommodating, communicative, prompt and kind even through multiple menu adjustments. Not only that: a week before the wedding when we suddenly realized that we needed a bunch of help with decor and final details she came through with the absolutely perfect solutions! On the day of, Jerry (?) and his team came through and impressed us even more! Everyone was very professional while still being fun, they made sure to ask questions along the way to ensure that things were getting set up according to vision, and Jerry was also very available to us as well. He assured us many times that he and the team were there to alleviate any stress on our end and he had a smile for us every time. The food was great, many of our guests let us know how happy they were with the food quality and selection, presentation was lovely, and there was enough to go around! The icing on the cake was that at the end of the night the team packed up any extras for us to take home, but they also presented us with 2 full meals complete with cutlery and napkins so that we wouldn't have to worry about cooking the next day. Those little extra acts of thoughtfulness really blew us away. I've recommended Twelve Baskets to others already, and would absolutely use them again. I can't thank them enough for making our special day run so smoothly and for making us and our guests feel comfortable and taken care of.

We booked Twelve Baskets because they were on the preferred vendor list for our venue and they by far had the absolute best tasting food and their plating was absolutely beautiful. We did tasting tests with four different catering companies prior, and within five minutes of being at Twelve Baskets we knew right away that they were the perfect choice. We decided early on that our food budget was very important to us, and we wanted to make sure that as the largest chunk of our budget we went with a location that could deliver our vision for our Alice in Wonderland themed reception. Our wedding day food was excellent and every single guest was very impressed, which was something we were hoping for as many traveled from the other coast to be here. Our menu consisted of a lot of PNW favorites, including the following: -Cedar plank salmon -Kalbi flank steak -Corn elotes -Strawberry salad -Thai fresh rolls (vegan and also shrimp) -Crab cakes -Grilled potatoes It was also very important for our guests to have vegan and gluten free options, and Twelve Baskets was very accommodating to this. The plating was amazing, and everyone was raving about the food all night long. The servers were excellent, and the bartenders attended to everyone promptly. The bartenders especially timed our cocktail hour perfectly with the amount of liquor we had ordered before beginning wine and beer service as well. The servers were also very prompt about moving all of the chairs from the wedding space to the reception area. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding a dream come true Vita & team!

constraints and inclement weather, they had to move the entire cake table with cake, servers, and decorations - and they did it quickly and efficiently. I didn't have a florist, but I had extra flowers that I wanted put on the cake. I was stressing and scrambling last minute about who was going to put the flowers on the cake, and Twelve Baskets stepped up and did a perfect job. As soon as my husband and I sat down at our sweetheart table after our first dance, someone from the catering staff was immediately there serving us the spread and making sure that we had water. They then followed up later in the reception, understanding when I barely ate a thing and boxed up some leftovers just for us so that we could eat later when we could. They went above and beyond, even more than I had expected and helped immensely in the day running smoothly and making it perfect.

The food was fabulous (we were told over and over how good the food was by our guests!) and the care and details that went into the display of our food and bars were even more beautiful than we had hoped for! The staff is incredibly helpful from start to finish. A special thank you to Olivia and Ken as well as the kitchen and on site crew for making my son’s wedding day even more memorable!!

Baskets really helped our dreams come to life with delicious food and a truly beautiful arrangement. Vita, my email contact, was always SO responsive! She got back to me quickly, helped me think about things I'd never even considered, and when I had requests she found a way to make them happen! They were very flexible, too! They allowed us to provide our own alcohol to save a bit of money, and even let us come by to drop off the alcohol and juice a couple days before the wedding to store, chill, and transport everything together. We did look at slightly less expensive catering options, but I am so glad that we chose to go with a truly professional service who really have their act together. On the wedding day, their servers came and found my new groom and I to make sure we had everything we needed and that our glasses were always full, and they even wrapped up to-go boxes for us to enjoy in our honeymoon suite (that late night slice of cake was heaven!). It took several emails back and forth for her to remember that our service was family style rather than buffet style, and there were several small details in the proposal that I know I never asked for but added significantly to the price. She also attempted to upsell me on things like bread and table linens constantly. It was just irritating, but aside from that I don't have any complaints about the actual food or service. In fact, people kept telling me how great the food was! Twelve Baskets has a ton of options, but the herb pork with pear compote was sooooo good. My dad raved about the sweet potatoe au gratin as well. The lead service staff at my wedding (I think his name was Jerry) was just super nice and helpful. We really appreciated his knowhow and attitude and wanted to give him a shout out. I would definitely recommend TB, I feel like the price was fair for the quality of food and service.

We met with her in Kirkland to do a tasting and she came out to the venue to walk around and make sure she knew exactly how we wanted everything placed. We worked with the caterer for our tables, chairs, linens, etc which was made everything easier for us. Vita worked with us to put together a perfect Northwest menu that we felt reflected the theme of our wedding. We provided our own alcohol, but they stored it for us so it was the perfect temperature and brought it to the venue so we didn't have to worry about it. We received many compliments on the food. The servers and bartenders were fantastic as well. We even had two beers waiting for us as soon as we walked back down the aisle! My husband and I took some photos during the cocktail hour and the servers even brought us appetizers and drinks to eat and drink in between our photos which we so appreciated. We had three different bars and they really took the time to make sure each bar looked beautiful. Our dessert table was amazing as well. They do an incredible job and pay attention to detail to make sure everything is in just the right place. We had our tables set up in a grove (in between trees) and they did a phenomenal job ensuring that it looked absolutely magical. At the end of the night, they packed up the leftovers and a full dinner for us. It was so good, even the second time around. I would highly recommend Twelve Baskets, everything turned out exactly how we wanted!

After a few rounds, I had to call and complain-- I hate doing that. But I got assigned someone else who was amazing! VERY helpful, super responsive, and made everything come together perfectly! Everyone raved about the decor (I will admit, we were too busy to notice-- so I can't wait to see the photos) which is really what matters right? It made the vibe of everything come together.

So many compliments from our 240 guests- I cannot thank them enough for all of their hardwork. The set-up was flawless and beautiful-just what I had envisioned for my wedding. Did I mention the staff was awesome?!? They worked seamlessly together all night and my groom and I also had one of them assigned to us to make sure we had what we wanted to drink and eat at all times. It was truly an amazing display of service and dinner could not have gone more perfectly. Jerry was our coordinator at Twelve Baskets and he understood my vision completely. The only reason it's not a full 5/5 is because the ribs we ordered (chicken was the other meat and was delicious) was over cooked to the point it was almost beef jerky. We weren't able to sample the ribs before so it was kind of a shot in the dark and it wasn't what we expected, especially for the price increase for asking for ribs. However the baked bbq beans, salad, fruit, chicken, and corn bread was all amazing and we would order it again in a heart beat! (Especially the corn bread! I had multiple compliments on how amazing it was!) ALSO, their desserts were beyond cute and delicious. They also were complimented on all day! I loved the bite-sized tarts and shortcake shooters. Would highly recommend them both!

I wish they had a restaurant so that I could eat it again! Sara and John were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job with all of the preparation and ordering of the linens. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family for any of their catering needs.

Their waitstaff was pleasant and nice, they do a lot of high end catering so they're used to the stuck up people, but we had a very laid back wedding, and just went with it. They told us that they enjoyed it, and that our wedding felt like a party instead of a wedding. It was very nice. The food! Cannot forget this! We had a London Broil, as well as Chicken Breast in a White Wine sauce. It was PERFECT, not a single thing was cold or over cooked. I seriously wish they could make dinner for me every night it was that good! They are a little expensive, but well worth it! Trust me you will not be disappointed!
