We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at twelve29. The venue was everything we could have hoped for and more. The space was perfect for our size (~130 people) , and the modern design matched our desired style and look exactly. The prices were very reasonable, and Chris and Sara were so accommodating to our many questions and needs. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

What an amazing venue. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff are fantastic. Chris, Sara, and Lauren truly made the wedding day a dream - they helped to accommodate minor details, but also ensured that the day flowed as expected. From the start, this venue was amazing. My now husband and I toured roughly 20 Milwaukee area venues, this venue was by far the most accommodating and flexible. Chris and Sara really do love what they do and have so much dedication and pride in making your dreams come true! We planned our entire wedding from start to finish while living in Arizona, Sara and Chris were prompt with emails and assisted with the wedding planning process. Getting table clothes through the venue is a huge perk and assistance in making things run smoothly. Lauren and Ally were present on site prior to the ceremony and were helpful with any and all needs. Throughout the whole process, Chris went over the top to ease our stress and make the process as easy as possible. One of our favorite things of the venue was the flexibility and willingness to do anything to make your vision come to life. Chris and Sara are honest and extremely helpful, the experience they have in running a venue seamlessly is evident from start to finish. We got so many comments throughout the day and after about how well the venue is laid out and how there are endless opportunities. The flow of the venue really is perfect! The bar packages are amazing and the bar tenders are on top of their game. As the bride, they paid special attention to me and I never waited for a drink. If one of the staff saw me they asked if I needed anything and Chris delivered drinks to our table for dinner. Chris came up to my husband prior to the ceremony and asked if he needed anything which really meant a lot to us. We couldn't have asked for anything else! This venue is absolutely perfect!!! If you are arranging a hotel block, I would recommend the Hyatt Place. They even offer a shuttle to and from the venue for your wedding! I have nothing bad to say about this place and highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

Chris, Sara, and Lauren were very responsive and made our wedding day run smoothly. This venue is a beautiful place to get married, and we could not be happier with our choice. The bar was a well-oiled machine (considering we had 300 old fashioneds made within the span of about 2 1/2 hours). Also, Lauren came up to my husband and me during dinner and personally asked us if there was anything we needed to drink, which is one of the kindest gestures we had of the day. The bride and groom suites are a great place to get ready in, and there is a nice park nearby to get photos taken. Highly recommend this venue!

Chris & Sara (Owners) are amazing. From day one of touring, they were personable, honest, helpful, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Their communication was phenomenal, as they were very thorough and responsive to my many emails. They always made me feel heard & listened to, and were quick to offer solutions to any concerns I had. They are incredibly organized and their attention to detail blew me away. The venue is beautiful. We very comfortably hosted 190 people for dinner & dancing, and received so many compliments regarding the venue and how fun the addition of the warehouse with yard games was! Chris & Sara were readily available to my other vendors to help trouble shoot and answer questions prior to and during the day of the event. The bar staff was amazing and friendly, there was never a long wait for a drink! When the groom & I went up first to grab food from the buffet, Chris was there to ask what we wanted to drink and had the drinks ready for us at our table. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly made a difference and speaks to how amazing the owners are! Lauren was there the night before for my rehearsal and the day of the wedding- and she was so sweet & helpful. She really helped make sure everything was moving along perfectly & smoothly. This venue really helped cater the wedding to my wants & needs and made me feel supported throughout the entire planning process. I can truly say there isn't a thing I would change about my wedding day, or any feedback I could give to this venue for ways to improve- everything was perfect.

We loved working with owners Chris & Sara at twelve29! The venue is perfect for anyone looking for a simple yet elegant vibe. Chris & Sara were very accommodating and the event staff working with twelve29 were all super nice and answered all of our questions. This was the first and only venue we looked at for obvious reasons. Simply gorgeous and such an incredible use of space. Twelve29 was so incredibly flexible, understanding, and extremely helpful in putting together a perfect day. I would recommend them to any couple, over and over again! Twelve29 is not in the business of simply renting a building to you for a day, rather they truly want to help your dream come to life. We had a vision for our wedding and nearly every, “Can we do this?” we asked to them was a yes. This was huge for us since other venues we looked at told us no in our preliminary questions. We customized nearly everything. Below are some of my favorite things about working with Chris and Sara from Twelve29. - food: you can choose any caterer with insurance and they allowed us to bring our own desserts - beverage: we brought water bottles to put at dinner tables and you can customize your alcohol options - flowers: we used real petals for the ceremony and they swept them up for us afterwards - music: we didn’t have a DJ, so they ran the music for us during the ceremony. Their house speakers were great for dinner music and ceremony music. - decor: they provide an arch you can decorate and you can use real candles. Tablecloths and napkins are cheap, with many color options, if you order through them. They also let us pick up the napkins early (at the rehearsal) so we could iron and fold them ahead of time. They were amazing all around, those are just a few highlights! You won’t be disappointed if you choose them! One last thing, they were also the most affordable venue for what they have to offer!

We loved this venue and felt supported every step of the way by the owners. They were reasonably priced and helped us customize our day to make it perfect. We highly recommend this venue!

It was a gorgeous venue and they were very willing to work with us on everything! They are really accommodating and respond to calls or emails very quickly. They also answered so many of my little silly wedding questions and made planning easier. I highly recommend Twelve29!

Twelve29 was absolutely perfect! Chris and Sara were amazing to work with. Any questions or concerns I had, they answered so quickly. They were so helpful, and helped our dream day come true! The venue was super modern and I was able to put my own spin on it! My husband and I had a Christmas themed wedding. We had a lot of great Christmas decor. Our guests gave us lots of compliments on the space and our decor. It was one big space that was split into three areas; dinner, dancing, and the bar. We had our ceremony there as well and the room was flipped quickly. There was a garage area which held games such as bags, jenga, etc. The kids enjoyed that area and that’s also where we had our food truck that pulled up to get the late night snack. I highly recommend Twelve29!

Chris and Sarah were amazing from start to finish. The first time I walked in the door, I knew we had to have our reception there - it was like they had designed their venue with everything I had been wanting! The white and light wood vibe was PERFECT. Even when I was emailing them with a BILLION questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were kind and prompt in their communication. The day of the wedding, they were completely ready, on top of everything, and all their servers and help were kind and efficient. Chris was awesome about making sure that my husband and I had our drinks filled the entire night and worked with my parents and in-laws to make sure that we didn't have to worry about any details. I don't have enough good things to say about The Twelve29! Thank you for making our day perfect.

Chris and Sarah always made us feel like everything was under control with ease! I had a few specific requests for the day of and they made sure all of the requests were met. The venue is simple, clean, modern and can hold a large crowd. Our best memories were made at Twelve29!

Twelve29 was hand's down the best choice we made for our wedding day. Chris and Sarah made the entire process incredibly smooth. Any time I had a question, I received a response almost immediately. Our guests loved the venue and utilized the warehouse area quite a bit. I still have guests texting me talking about how beautiful it was. Chris and Sarah were fantastic to work with! They were extremely accommodating with giving us time to both set up and take down decorations, they were very kind, and really prompt with their replies to our questions. The venue was beautiful, we got so many compliments on it. Their daughter and the other bartenders also did an excellent job keeping up with demand behind the bar and interacting with our guests. We can't say enough good things about this venue, they really made our special day that much more special!

Highly recommended, Chris and Sarah are easy to communicate with its like you’ve known them forever! It’s also nice having venue owners advice on the little things like linens and napkins, ideas from previous weddings etc; one thing I would recommend having a speaker(from your dj) set up in the big room(where dinner is held) for speeches because normal they are set up in the smaller room for dancing. One feedback from mine was it was hard to hear them, and some people enjoy that part of weddings! But all and all Sarah and Chris are great, and I will continue to rave about their beautiful venue twelve29

The owners are beyond amazing, very flexible and help you every step of the way. They are generous even with the smallest accommodations. Overall, compared to other venues we had looked at they were incredible. The venue itself is gorgeous and has such a modern yet simple style with effortless beauty. Not much decorating needs to be done since it’s so nicely put together, however any style wedding would suit that venue. Overall, no complaints.

Twelve29 was the first of 3 venues we looked at. They all had the same style/vibe, but twelve29 was a clear winner. We held our ceremony and reception here. It’s a beautiful space and is minutes away from a beautiful park for pictures too! Chris and Sara were so easy to work with as well. Highly recommend.

The most welcoming and supportive team ever! The website is very clear, the pricing is fair and straightforward. If I had any questions they responded almost immediately! Being able to get ready on site was so convenient and I was able to enjoy the day stress-free. I had the best experience with this venue!!

We absolutely loved this venue. We had both our ceremony and wedding reception at Twelve29 April of 2022. Chris and Sara were AMAZING in helping us with our wedding vision. They were great with communication leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding Chris was there and did a great job helping our day run smoothly. We unfortunately had a problem with our cake delivery, but Chris went out of his way to call the vendor delivering our cake and sorted it out for us without worrying us on our day. Thanks to him we had enough cake for our guests, my husband I enjoyed the night not worrying about it, and we got a discount from the cake vendor. We really felt like he put us first as the couple getting married and helped our day run as smooth as possible. Also, the bartenders were amazing. Our guests loved them and said they had great energy. Finally, our guests had a great time at the venue and loved the "warehouse" space with the bags and other games. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a ceremony space and/or reception venue.

Chris and Sara were amazing to work with! They were flexible with accommodating my needs for storing my decorations, which was a huge relief off my mind. I could tell that they were invested in making sure my wedding day went exactly how I envisioned it! They were timely with getting back to my emails and answered all my questions to give me a peace of mind about all the questions I had.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Twelve29. Chris and Sara were amazing to work with every step of the way. They answered all our questions (I promise I had many 🙂) and were extremely accommodating. Our guests kept coming up to us all night saying how beautiful the inside was. It was a little chilly on our Wedding day so our guests didn’t get to use the Warehouse room but I just wanted to point that out since it is a cool bonus feature. My husband and I keep joking we would love to get married all over again just so we could relive our experience with Twelve29 that’s how much we loved it! Definitely agree with all the previous reviews in that Chris and Sara are wonderful to work with and have created the most beautiful venue. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding at. We received so many compliments as to how beautiful it was and how the staff was very nice. Chris and Sara were so accommodating and were attentive to all our requests. Tweleve29 was the first place that we looked at - we knew right then and there we didn't want to look at any other place. I 100000000% recommend Twelve29!

Firstly, Chris and Sara are the best teammates possible. Chris and Sara's flexibility with meeting in person was astounding. Every request, every question, and every concern, they were accommodating and understanding. Chris was great at making sure our wedding day went exactly how we wanted. Sara was amazing at making sure we were being billed correctly, following up, and answering our questions. The venue, beautiful. Chris and Sara truly put thoughts and efforts on how the venue space would work and operate. I recommend using this event space if you are looking for flexibility, accommodating, and understanding team. I could go on and on but to sum it up, Chris and Sara was great to work with.

Oh my, where do I even start ... From the beginning, Chris & Sara were absolutely incredible to work with, and they were so helpful. Every time I had a question they were so prompt with responding to me. Back when we toured Twelve29, it was the first & last place we toured. This venue was perfect! From the beautiful bride and groom suites to get ready in and amazing ceremony/dining space this venue was gorgeous. For our April wedding, we chose Twelve29, to be our venue for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. Originally, we had a different venue and wedding month of December but had to postpone because of the restrictions within the county we intended to host our wedding in. It was a blessing in disguise to find Twelve 29 in Lannon, Wisconsin for our new wedding month of April. The owners, Chris & Sara, were instrumental in helping us set up a brand new contract and communicated timely with all of our existing wedding vendors. They even allowed us to host our rehearsal dinner the night before and use that day to set up our venue. We graciously appreciated this. The venue in itself is remarkable and has a modern feel that can fit well with just about any decor or theme. There is both a groom's suite and bridal suite within the space. In addition, there is plenty of on-site parking. Our guests gave us compliment after compliment about how nice the wedding venue was. Chris was our day of event coordinator and was beyond helpful in getting things set up when vendors came in. We recommend Twelve29 to host your wedding!

We loved having our wedding reception at twelve29! Chris and Sara were fantastic to work with- super helpful and always got back to me quickly. All their staff day of was great too. This beautiful space was perfect for getting ready in the morning and snapping some pictures before the ceremony as well as holding our reception afterwards. We had the most incredible experience working with Chris and Sara at Twelve29! The venue is stunning and the layout is perfect for a ceremony and reception. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful the place was! The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready the morning of and the groom’s suite is just so cool. I am the type of person who needs to plan out every single detail and I’ll admit, I turned into a bit of a crazy person as our big day got closer. We are so happy we took a chance on Twelve29! We found the venue online, and went to see it in person when it was still very much a work in progress. After talking with Chris and Sara, we could see their vision and knew it was the right place for us to hold our wedding reception. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful, but Chris and Sara and were so patient and accommodating with all of our questions, phone calls, and emails. They were able to get a specific beer we wanted to have on tap and also sent us ideas for a signature cocktails (the bartenders were great, too!). We loved the design of the space and didn’t need to decorate much because the whole place is beautiful! The bridal suite was so pretty and very useful (no need to bustle in the bathroom!). We can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and venue. We would HIGHLY recommend Twelve29!

I am still in complete awe to how wonderful our wedding was at Twelve29. When we first came to look at the venue, it was just an empty shell. The remodel was only beginning. After looking around and talking with the owners I saw their vision. They had a very clear idea of what they wanted for the venue and it was executed perfectly! From the very beginning Chris and Sara were so helpful. With any questions we had they were prompt and easy to talk to. The helpfulness continued throughout our whole experience. Down to the last moments of our day Chris was there for every question or even just to make sure there was a drink in our hand. They made the day easy, and so much fun! I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I had so many guests say how beautiful the venue was, how perfectly it suited us. The thing is, the venue is so perfectly well rounded that it could suit anybody, any style. We were allowed to bring in any decorations we wanted and design the venue just how we wanted. I spent alot of time playing with flowers(making a huge mess), and if I needed anything along the way, help was there. The venue is so beautiful on it's own. If you aren't the decorating type, it's still perfect. Sara has the most beautiful touches throughout the venue for amazing photos and background beauty. I cannot say enough good things about our day. Weddings take alot of planning and nervousness, but Chris and Sara have an amazing gift. Their love and passion for what they do shines in this space. If you found this venue then you already know how absolutely beautiful it is. The layout was planned out so well, and the bride and groom suites are some of the best I’ve ever seen. I am a freelance stylist and makeup artist so I was instantly excited when I saw the set up of the bridal suite and how easy it would be to work in there and hang out. I had been to a lot of venues just for work, and not many compared to this when it comes to look/layout/ and functionality. My fiancé and I saw this space when it was still under construction and decided to book it without seeing the final result because we just loved Chris and Sara and could really see their vision. Once we walked through post remodel, we were blown away. Chris and Sara are absolutely incredible people to work with and will make your wedding planning a breeze. Beautiful space, great people, great prices, and you aren’t forced to work with one caterer. We were supposed to have our wedding on June 27th 2020, but had to reschedule due to Covid and Chris and Sara also handles that situation very well. I promise you will not be disappointed if you book with Twelve29!

This is the perfect venue for a ceremony and/or reception! I had gotten so many complements on the beauty of the venue and the friendliness of the staff. Sara and Chris made everything smooth and easy while planning a wedding during Covid. They were very quick on communicating with me through email and was very flexible when I wanted to come in on a separate time to see the venue when it was completed. Together, they are an excellent team that really made me feel very relaxed through the whole process. Most importantly, I had a blast at my wedding and I whole heartedly believe this venue was the best decision. People just booked with them, it's a no brainer!

Sara, Chris, and Twelve29 are simply amazing and were so much fun and easy to work with. Our wedding was at the end of September and even though we planned from another state, they made it so simple that it didn't even matter. They were super accommodating with our requests and last minute changes and Sara was always so quick to respond to any little thing or question we had. They truly created this beautiful space that had so much to offer without all of the limitations of other venues. The space alone was so perfect and matched our style that we really on required a few decorations which helped us save some money. There is plenty of room for guests, bridal and grooms suites, and the cutest three seasons room for guests to hang out and play yard games (perfect for early ceremony weddings). The wedding day turned out so perfect, we had access right away, had fun in the bridal suite, and received so many compliments from our guests on how great the venue was. We would not change a single thing about Twelve29 and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and beautiful venue with amazing owners for any event.
