twelve29 was absolutely the best venue. We fell in love with it the first time we saw it, and loved it even more after the floor renovations. The venue owners were amazing. They were very communicative, helpful, and great to work with. Our guests loved the space. We had a sweetheart table and 17 guest tables, but it did not feel crowded. Genuinely, so so happy we chose this venue for our wedding.

ect place for our wedding ceremony and reception, and after our tour, my husband and I knew that our venue search was over. Chris and Sara were a DREAM to work with - so friendly, experienced, and accommodating. It is incredibly affordable (we had never seen such unbeatable prices), no hidden fees or policies, and they were just so easy going about everything throughout the entire planning process. Any time we had a question or concern, Sara was so quick to respond to an email and despite their popularity, we always felt valued as clients. The space itself is so unique - perfect for any sized wedding, and it allowed for the dreamy, elegant, and cozy aesthetic I had hoped for. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Somehow, during a relatively warm winter, we got married on the coldest day of the year, but the interior of the venue was perfect for a last minute switch to indoor pictures. All of our other vendors knew and loved Chris and Sara at twelve29, which made day-of coordination so seamless and pleasant. We could make any changes day-of easily and quickly, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Their bar prices were very reasonable and having the ability to customize a package was very helpful for us. From decor and dinner & dancing to logistics and planning, Chris, Sara and everyone at Twelve29 have truly raised the bar for the wedding industry, and we cannot recommend them enough!!!

tire time. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really sets it apart is how helpful, flexible and accommodating they are. One example, is they customized our bar package with my parents’ favorite IPAs and Carbliss drinks, and I loved that we could bring in any food or dessert vendors we wanted. We ended up going with one of the caterers they recommended to us! Also, we got married on a Friday, so we were able to do most of our setting up the night before. Sara deserves a special shoutout for answering my many emails with patience and great advice. The day-of staff was so kind and attentive. I recommend Twelve29 to everyone. It’s truly one of a kind and the prices are so reasonable!

al flashy wedding venue. It's a great location in Lannon, WI. Having a uniqueness inside as well as outside. The separate rooms where you can play bags (corn hole) or just hanging around with family and friends during your cocktail hour or before the wedding
starts. There is no other venue that we looked at that has an old bank vault in it!
When we were looking at venues for our wedding, we walked in and immediately fell in love with it!
Chris & Sara have done an amazing job making sure that all our questions and concerns were answered and they were very attentive on the day of our wedding.
Chris was onsite helping to set up the buffet line, making sure that all our needs were met and even making sure that we had something to drink! He even asked my husband if he'd be interested in loaning out our archway! LOL....
Having a separate room from my husband for myself & my attendants to get ready in was a blessing! Chris & Sara really thought of everything that you could need as a Bride or Groom.
The calendar does fill up quickly, so do not hesitate to book this hidden jewel in Lannon, WI.
You will not regret it!

& Sara (owners) are so accommodating and provided great advice when making vendor recommendations and assisted in our planning. We were able to set up the day before. Lauren saw how busy we were when setup and offered to fancy-fold all of our napkins (huge help, thank you again Lauren!) The staff day-of were incredible and were quick to service our guests and were fun and interactive at the bar. Chris even personally checked in with my husband & I throughout the evening to see if we needed anything. We truly felt like they were part of the family that day. We are SO happy we selected Twelve29 as our wedding venue. We 100% recommend Twelve29 to any couple planning a wedding, or for anyone looking for an event venue. ly do love what they do and have so much dedication and pride in making your dreams come true! We planned our entire wedding from start to finish while living in Arizona, Sara and Chris were prompt with emails and assisted with the wedding planning process. Getting table clothes through the venue is a huge perk and assistance in making things run smoothly. Lauren and Ally were present on site prior to the ceremony and were helpful with any and all needs. Throughout the whole process, Chris went over the top to ease our stress and make the process as easy as possible. One of our favorite things of the venue was the flexibility and willingness to do anything to make your vision come to life. Chris and Sara are honest and extremely helpful, the experience they have in running a venue seamlessly is evident from start to finish. We got so many comments throughout the day and after about how well the venue is laid out and how there are endless opportunities. The flow of the venue really is perfect! The bar packages are amazing and the bar tenders are on top of their game. As the bride, they paid special attention to me and I never waited for a drink. If one of the staff saw me they asked if I needed anything and Chris delivered drinks to our table for dinner. Chris came up to my husband prior to the ceremony and asked if he needed anything which really meant a lot to us. We couldn't have asked for anything else! This venue is absolutely perfect!!!
If you are arranging a hotel block, I would recommend the Hyatt Place. They even offer a shuttle to and from the venue for your wedding!
I have nothing bad to say about this place and highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

Also, Lauren came up to my husband and me during dinner and personally asked us if there was anything we needed to drink, which is one of the kindest gestures we had of the day. The bride and groom suites are a great place to get ready in, and there is a nice park nearby to get photos taken. Highly recommend this venue!

henomenal, as they were very thorough and responsive to my many emails. They always made me feel heard & listened to, and were quick to offer solutions to any concerns I had. They are incredibly organized and their attention to detail blew me away. The venue is beautiful. We very comfortably hosted 190 people for dinner & dancing, and received so many compliments regarding the venue and how fun the addition of the warehouse with yard games was! Chris & Sara were readily available to my other vendors to help trouble shoot and answer questions prior to and during the day of the event. The bar staff was amazing and friendly, there was never a long wait for a drink! When the groom & I went up first to grab food from the buffet, Chris was there to ask what we wanted to drink and had the drinks ready for us at our table. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly made a difference and speaks to how amazing the owners are! Lauren was there the night before for my rehearsal and the day of the wedding- and she was so sweet & helpful. She really helped make sure everything was moving along perfectly & smoothly. This venue really helped cater the wedding to my wants & needs and made me feel supported throughout the entire planning process. I can truly say there isn't a thing I would change about my wedding day, or any feedback I could give to this venue for ways to improve- everything was perfect.

not in the business of simply renting a building to you for a day, rather they truly want to help your dream come to life.
We had a vision for our wedding and nearly every, “Can we do this?” we asked to them was a yes. This was huge for us since other venues we looked at told us no in our preliminary questions. We customized nearly everything. Below are some of my favorite things about working with Chris and Sara from Twelve29.
- food: you can choose any caterer with insurance and they allowed us to bring our own desserts
- beverage: we brought water bottles to put at dinner tables and you can customize your alcohol options
- flowers: we used real petals for the ceremony and they swept them up for us afterwards
- music: we didn’t have a DJ, so they ran the music for us during the ceremony. Their house speakers were great for dinner music and ceremony music.
- decor: they provide an arch you can decorate and you can use real candles. Tablecloths and napkins are cheap, with many color options, if you order through them. They also let us pick up the napkins early (at the rehearsal) so we could iron and fold them ahead of time.
They were amazing all around, those are just a few highlights! You won’t be disappointed if you choose them! One last thing, they were also the most affordable venue for what they have to offer!

The venue was super modern and I was able to put my own spin on it! My husband and I had a Christmas themed wedding. We had a lot of great Christmas decor. Our guests gave us lots of compliments on the space and our decor.
It was one big space that was split into three areas; dinner, dancing, and the bar. We had our ceremony there as well and the room was flipped quickly.
There was a garage area which held games such as bags, jenga, etc. The kids enjoyed that area and that’s also where we had our food truck that pulled up to get the late night snack. I highly recommend Twelve29!

verything I had been wanting! The white and light wood vibe was PERFECT. Even when I was emailing them with a BILLION questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were kind and prompt in their communication. The day of the wedding, they were completely ready, on top of everything, and all their servers and help were kind and efficient. Chris was awesome about making sure that my husband and I had our drinks filled the entire night and worked with my parents and in-laws to make sure that we didn't have to worry about any details. ayout is perfect for weddings and beautifully designed/decorated! I did not speak to one guest who did not have multiple positive things to say about the space! Any questions we had Sara and Chris were more than willing to help answer!

re great with communication leading up to the wedding. The day of our wedding Chris was there and did a great job helping our day run smoothly. We unfortunately had a problem with our cake delivery, but Chris went out of his way to call the vendor delivering our cake and sorted it out for us without worrying us on our day. Thanks to him we had enough cake for our guests, my husband I enjoyed the night not worrying about it, and we got a discount from the cake vendor. We really felt like he put us first as the couple getting married and helped our day run as smooth as possible. Also, the bartenders were amazing. Our guests loved them and said they had great energy. Finally, our guests had a great time at the venue and loved the "warehouse" space with the bags and other games. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a ceremony space and/or reception venue.
