experienced Twin Oaks Catering in action – other weddings, corporate events, picnics, etc. We knew that we would get the best quality in both food and service at a reasonable cost. Even with our expectations high from previous experience with Twin Oaks, we are delighted with how extraordinary our experience was. The cocktail hour was phenomenal. We elected to have the garden bar as well as a few passed hors d’oeuvres – ‘Italian Sushi’, all day every day, for life, would make us both so happy. We had several guests say they would have been content if the menu for the cocktail was the menu for dinner! As exceptional as the cocktail hour was, the food for dinner was unmatched. We opted to have two seated courses, followed by a buffet. Simply put, everything was delicious. Twin Oaks exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was supreme. The service was outstanding. Mike and Rich are the best duo in the area, bar none! We were happy to pass along Twin Oak’s information to a few of our engaged guests! All the work Twin Oaks did to prepare for our wedding and on our special day made our wedding day perfect. In our experience, there are two things that make a wedding an enjoyable for everyone: the food and the music. We are so grateful we did not have to worry, even for a second, about the food on our wedding day. organized and setup without any issues. The venue we chose, though beautiful, was very bare bones, and literally only came with tables and chairs. There wasn't even any running water onsite. We definitely needed a caterer that was full-service AND could handle an outdoor-ish venue. Twin Oaks had absolutely no problem with any of this and managed to get everything to run smoothly on our big day. The food they served was also amazing! Everyone is still raving at how perfectly the steak was cooked and how delicious in general everything was. One of the major reasons we hired them though was for the outdoor brick oven pizza they offered for cocktail hour. It was a total hit with our guests, and the pizza was awesome! Mike was also extremely responsive to e-mails and just so easy to work with during the planning process. He did our floor plan, timelines, and was basically a second wedding coordinator for us. His staff was also extremely helpful, and when Mike was away the week before our wedding, they didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend Twin Oaks for any wedding or special event and cannot thank them enough for giving us a perfect day!
