ngly debated whether I needed to hire a wedding planner. Looking back now, I can confidently say hiring Michelle was the best decision I made as she is SO much more than a wedding planner. I went with her full service planning option and we started working together about 9 months prior to our wedding. Based on my inspiration photos, Michelle recommended 2-3 vendors per area (flowers, hair/makeup etc) and set up calls with each to make the selection process seamless. Not only was this efficient as we had everyone booked in the first 3-4 weeks, but she helped build a team of vendors who truly made us feel special and became friends in the upcoming months. I often got asked if planning was stressful and I can honestly say it was truly an enjoyable process. Michelle was always one step ahead and gave me absolute confidence that she was in control and on top of things, which enabled me to relax and not stress. As we got closer to the day of, she coordinated calls with all key vendors to reconfirm the vision and then offered me the option of being involved in the logistics - which I happily relinquished all control into her capable hands. The actual wedding day was perfect and so far beyond our wildest dreams!!! If there were any hiccups or glitches, I couldn’t tell you what they were. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was accessible and quick to respond whether via email, phone or text. She is incredibly genuine in all her interactions and I loved how she became a good friend over the last several months from gossiping about the rings to after party dresses. I can truly say Michelle made the last year a pleasure. Thank you will never be enough to fully encompass our gratitude! Jenn & Andrew, 10.18.24

of the process. The year before was a very busy year for my fiance and I as we were both in post-grad programs and working - Michelle helped to take a lot of the stress of wedding planning off our plates! She lead us to wonderful vendors (DJ, florist, videographer) that I wouldn't have found without her, and helped me with multiple design aspects. Michelle is so personable and became a friend - I loved our phone calls to chat about wedding planning! All of my bridesmaids, my Mom, and my mother-in-law loved Michelle's calming and fun demeanor the day of the wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and her amazing artistry, attention to detail, and positvity every step of the way!!!

asure to work with and always had our best interest in mind. She was reachable at all times and always made time whether it was a night call or a weekend call. A true 10/10 experience.

t I am SO glad I ultimately decided to work with Michelle. For starters, she is simply a delightful person and so easy to work with and talk to - I had the best time planning a wedding with her! She is detail oriented, has so much industry knowledge & knows all the appropriate questions to ask. Michelle instantly knew what our vision was and made sure to bring it to life beyond what we could have ever expected on our wedding day. I am so happy we decided to hire a planner and even happier that person was Michelle! Our day was absolutely perfect and she made it all happen!

I am an anxious over-thinker who was immediately overwhelmed by the task of planning a wedding. But from our very first conversation, Michelle managed to put my mind at ease. She has the confidence of someone who knows exactly what it takes to throw a fantastic wedding, with the enthusiasm and genuine interest to help you make your wedding feel unique as well. All of the vendors that she recommended were highly professional, and took pride in their work. She was alway quick to respond to all of my questions, and really helped me edit my, often too vague, ideas into my dream wedding that was smooth, cohesive, and incredibly polished. On a very personal note, in the midst of our planning, my family suffered a very unexpected loss; after which, I had a very hard time focusing on planning our wedding. Michelle went over and above to quietly keep me on track, while giving me the space I needed at that time. Our wedding day wasn’t missing anything. Thanks to Michelle’s motivation, and organization, no one would have ever known that I took quite a bit of a break from planning. Hiring Michelle felt like hiring an extra best friend who always made it seem like our wedding was as much the center of her universe as it was the center of ours. I know with complete certainty that I could not have thrown such a spectacular wedding without her, and I’ll be forever grateful that I didn’t try. Thank you, Michelle!! You and your team are amazing <3

, but more importantly someone who we felt would support us throughout the wedding process. I am so thankful for Michelle at Twist Six Events. From our initial phone call, Michelle asked about Joe and I, she didn’t jump to business like other planners did. That is what I loved most about her and highly respect her. Michelle genuinely cares about her couples and wants nothing but the best for them. Michelle provided the best guidance for my now husband and I throughout our wedding planning process. There were times I texted her late and she’d respond without hesitation or she’d make sure to follow up with me, vendors, etc. If I was becoming overwhelmed she always offered her support and care that made me feel so at ease. I am so incredibly grateful for Michelle, Joe and I could not have imagined not having her by our side. If you are looking to hire a wedding planner I highly recommend it, and without hesitation, I highly recommend Michelle at Twist Six Events. I hope Michelle can make your time together as special as she made ours. Michelle, from the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank you enough. You are an amazing wedding planner, woman, and friend. I wish you nothing but the best, always!

husband and I both have demanding jobs, so having Michelle there to take the stress away for us was so appreciated. From the beginning stages of meeting with vendors, Michelle was invaluable – she provided recommendations regarding which vendors to use based on her extensive experience in the industry, provided us with carefully drafted question lists to ask to vendors, collected quotes for us to compare, and attended all vendor meetings with us during which she served as our advocate and helped us to negotiate. Michelle was just a phone call or email away when we had any issues, always responding promptly and going into problem solving mode and having any tough conversations for us. We were already so impressed by Michelle leading up to the wedding, but fast forward to our wedding day, and Michelle again exceeded all expectations. Michelle prepared detailed schedules for the wedding party, coordinated all details with vendors, managed and set up all our decor, among other items, such that we didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up on the day of the wedding. The only part that we, as a couple, were stressed about was the weather. It was our dream to get married in the beautiful Italian gardens of Crane Estate, but mother nature gave us a run for our money – with severe thunderstorms predicted. Michelle never gave up hope, though, and she worked closely with the venue to track the weather. On our wedding day, showers began to start before our ceremony, but Michelle meticulously watched the radar and identified a short timeframe during which the rain would ease up. She quickly corralled all vendors and wedding guests to the Italian gardens, and, in the nick of time, before the severe thunderstorms rolled in, we were able to have the ceremony of our dreams outdoors. Without having Michelle there as our advocate, there is no way this would have been possible. We will forever be thankful for Michelle’s quick thinking, ability to lead teams under pressure, and her dedication to helping us execute the wedding that we had dreamed of. Our vendor team (all of which Michelle recommended) was also incredible, and despite the chaos of the day due to weather, they all executed their respective roles flawlessly. We truly cannot thank Michelle enough for all of her help. Lastly, we think it’s important to mention that Michelle is not only a one-of-a-kind talented wedding planner, but she is also a really kind person and becomes a genuine friend throughout the process. Michelle is a wedding planner because she genuinely loves helping couples have the weddings of their dreams; her enthusiasm is contagious, and although my husband and I were really stressed at times about the whole process, Michelle eased our nerves and instead made us feel excited about the big day. In all, we HIGHLY recommend hiring Michelle; it is a decision you will not regret!

along the way – Michelle was there for it all. She was a great sounding board for our (sometime wild) ideas and came up with suggestions for how to bring them to live. Michelle managed all of our chosen vendors and the many, many logistics, negotiations and planning to bring our magical day to fruition. And it truly was magical. I can’t even imagine all of the behind-the-scenes phone calls, emails and fire drills that happen along the way but with Michelle, you’ll never see it…or get stressed about it. She’s got you!!

nd the tasks that need to be completed. We decided that finding a wedding planner was the first place to start. Once we spoke with Michelle we knew that she was our girl! She was friendly, kind, organized and willing to work with our specific needs. Throughout the planning process Michelle would check in with us to let us know the next step we needed to take to stay on schedule (reminding us when to gather addresses, when to schedule initial floral meetings, when we needed to start our invitation design, schedule detail meetings and SO much more!). Not only did she remind us of what we needed to do to stay on schedule, she would often check in to see how we were feeling (sometimes the home stretch of planning can get stressful!). If we ever got stressed she would do what ever she could to alleviate that stress and continue the excitement that we all had. The day of the wedding Michelle came with a wedding day “emergency kit” filled with anything you could possibly need that you may have forgotten. She was at our venue the whole morning setting up the room to perfection. This allowed us to enjoy the day and spend time with our loved ones that morning. We could not have asked for a more kind and hard working planner if we tried. She wanted the day to be just as perfect as we did and took pride in all of her work. Michelle instantly eliminated the overwhelming feeling we initially had and we could not recommend working with her more!!

finding a planner, thinking I could do it myself. The thing is, I really could not have done what Michelle did. Not only was she organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my husband and my indecisiveness, she kept us on track in a way that never made us feel like we were falling behind. She brought amazing vendor recommendations to the table, kept all the contracts in order, made all of our calls fun and light, and she delivered some wedding day magic with a last minute delivery (I'd forgotten to bring some outfit changes to my wedding venue, oops!). I couldn't recommend Michelle enough as a wedding planner and overall wonderful human being. Hire her – you will not regret the investment!

her. She relieved so much stress that no bride and groom should have to endure leading up to their special day. Her thoughtfulness, care, organization and diligence felt like she was planning her own wedding. She established a connection from day one and was always there when we needed her. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect.

ything different throughout my wedding planning journey, it would have been hiring Michelle earlier on in the planning process! She was truly a lifesaver once we made the decision to bring her on board, and I just wish we had done it sooner! Once we started working with Michelle, everything felt more seamless and like a ton of bricks lifted off our shoulders. Wedding planning is no joke! Michelle became like a wedding therapist; both my husband and I loved talking things over with her and always left every conversation feeling great. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and is passionate about what they do, Michelle & Twist Six is your answer!

th execution, and wiz with vendor management. She ensured our wedding was everything we wanted. One hiccup with another vendor that was smoothed over effortlessly. I found out the next day! It's important to note that I personally have planned corporate events, retreats, off-sites, parties, and entire company meetings. The detail and organization that goes into having attendees simply show up and have a good time is the magic behind the curtain and Michelle is Oz!

state, my friends are mostly married w/ young kids, my mother-in-law lives an hour from our wedding location and I was working full time with a long commute due to Covid). This is where Michelle from TwistSix comes in. From our first phone call, I felt like she wanted to help me achieve my vision and make my load easier. I had already gotten the church and venue before I started working with her, but she helped me secure the rest of our vendors (and the BEST DJ EVER!) and made sure everything was taken care of at the right time. Her gentle reminders kept me on track; she made the phone calls I didn’t have time for, she gathered the information and let me choose. Best of all, she listened to me and often repeated my own ideas back to me when I wasn’t sure what to do. She had no “stake” in the game - she wanted our day to be the best and what we wanted. Her objective view was so incredibly helpful - I can’t stress this enough! And of course, the weeks leading up to the wedding and day-of help were absolutely instrumental in the day running perfectly. I’m sure there were some problems along the way, but I never knew about them! She did all of the little tasks and I’m sure I can’t even name them all. She got breakfast for the groom and groomsmen and delivered it to the hotel, she made sure everyone was lined up for the ceremony and looking their best, she went to the venue and made sure the tables and set up were just perfectly how we had discussed, she even helped a guest sew a rip in a dress in the bathroom as the night went on! My bridesmaids were so impressed with her helpfulness (and maybe jealous that I had her when they didn’t for their own weddings!). I didn’t have to put stress on any bridesmaids or family members and everyone was able to enjoy the day, which is exactly what I wanted. Above all, Michelle is a wonderful person who is very easy to work with. She knows the Boston/New England wedding scene, and she helped me stay within my budget while helping to orchestrate the best day ever!

a venue on our own was a bit of a struggle, so we decided to look for a wedding planner to help. The first two planners we spoke with on the phone came across as ridiculously pretentious and we wondered if maybe a wedding planner wouldn’t be for us. Then we talked to Michelle. When we hung up, immediately we looked at each other and knew she was the perfect fit. Michelle had an amazing resume plus she came across as smart, down to earth and passionate. She had even previously worked at our wedding venue, so it felt like it was meant to be.  We trusted Michelle completely from the beginning. Which was a great choice, because her recommendations are ultimately what made our wedding so fantastic. Unless you’ve planned a wedding, it’s pretty challenging to envision how a bunch of Pinterest ideas can become a cohesive design. Michelle brought our vision to life. Her recommendations created a team of the absolute best in their fields. Michelle makes your happiness her priority and she goes above and beyond to make things perfect. An amazing thing about Michelle is how she’s able to just get things done. If I told Michelle there was something I didn’t like (or sometimes she just sensed it!) she’d immediately have it changed. Knowing there’s always someone in your corner advocating for you is priceless.  When our wedding had to be postponed, it was devastating. We’d been planning since 2018. Michelle worked with our vendors and we chose a day everyone could make work. It was a pretty seamless transition.  The nicest part about having Michelle and the biggest reason everyone should hire her (on top of all the wonderful things you’ll know about), is because of all the things she does that you’ll never know about. Problems with vendors, venues, guests, contracts (the list of things she’ll take care of for you goes on). Plus, everyone says things always go wrong on your wedding day and I’m sure mine wasn’t any different, but I have no idea about anything that didn’t go smoothly. Michelle orchestrated everything perfectly! Plus, she made time to bring us everything we wanted and needed!  Michelle was easily the best choice we made for our special day. She knows all the best people, she’s patient, detail oriented, and doubles as best friend and confidante if things fall apart. If you’re going to have a party, budget for the person who will make sure it’s exquisitely designed, goes off without a hitch and leaves you free to enjoy your day!

rdinators and found Michelle and Twist Six Events! Immediately we began to feel more confident and could focus on being excited for the big day. Michelle was wonderful through a postponement and eventual venue change. I will say that I myself was a bit anal and organized on my own and ended up with a new venue that had a wonderful coordinator team but having Michelle was still so wonderful. My husband and I had never actually been in a wedding before so she made sure we were thinking of every detail and had our packing lists in order. She ran our ceremony rehearsal flawlessly, reached out to all of our vendors prior to the wedding and helped to address any last minute communication week of. She worked with our venue team on wedding weekend to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. And she went the extra mile to help us with all of the little organization and details on day of that were causing a headache (like how the bride and bridesmaids would end up with their clutches/IDs etc.), making sure all floral arrived, everybody was on time and decor was going up appropriately. We're so thankful to Michelle for her help in our big day and the excitement and positivity she always brought.

tal in ensuring the most important day of our lives was perfect. She does it all with a smile on her face. I needed a wedding planner than I could be honest with about what I liked and didn’t like, who would partner with me to make sense of my jumbled vision, and keep me on task since I didn’t have a lot of time outside of work to plan. Michelle was a pro at all of those. Throughout the planning process, Michelle kept me on my toes, reminding me of what decisions had to be made next, and politely reminding me when I didn’t do my homework. The software she uses to manage and track tasks, vendors, guest lists, and payments was convenient and easy to use to stay organized. Michelle recommended really fantastic vendors that delivered. She never pushed vendors on me and when I wanted to evaluate more options, she took my feedback and brought more options. The month of the wedding, which everyone warned me would be so stressful, was the most stress-free period of the entire process because Michelle managed every detail behind the scenes, coordinating and confirming every detail with every vendor. Our wedding weekend itself had some logistical challenges as it rained all weekend and we had planned to do everything outside. I didn't have to stress or think about how to manage the situation because Michelle took care of every detail. I cannot thank her enough for helping us throw the most beautiful wedding and enabling us to enjoy every moment of it.

in that capacity, leaned on her expertise of vendors and weddings in Maine to plan our event. From our first phone call, we already felt the personalization, professionalism, and genuine care of how Michelle approaches each of her weddings, and quickly had the pleasure of getting to know her in person too. Once COVID hit and we were forced to postpone, it was a no-brainer that we needed to bring her on as a full-time planner and, in every way possible, that was the right call. We handed over a pile of notes and contracts stained with tears, and Michelle jumped quickly into action, and was able to secure every single one of our original vendors for our new date. She took all of the pressure of replanning a wedding during a pandemic off of our shoulders and allowed us to focus only on the positives - and never failed in keep us centered on those positives even when things seemed hard! As the wedding approached, her check-ins, best-practices, and online tools kept us on track and stress-free, meaning that our final two weeks were spent completely coasting and celebrating the moment. She and her team executed our dream wedding flawlessly, and were incredibly helpful in orchestrating the rehearsal, day-of schedule, vendor management, pick ups/drop offs, set up and decoration (stunning!), and clean up. Our wedding was perfectly timed, and we never felt pressured to make decisions day-of nor did we feel out of the loop. Even in our wildest dreams we couldn't imagine such a perfect weekend with no stressors or hiccups - from start to finish Michelle was our MVP. We recommend Twist Six Events wholeheartedly and in the highest regard. MICHELLE, YOU'RE OUR HERO.

that I could be fully present and enjoy all of the little moments with family and friends. From the first phone call with Michelle, I knew she was perfect for the job. She is not only organized and task-oriented but also incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely responsive and took on tasks that I didn’t even know needed to be done! Her experience and reassurance put me at ease, even planning through a pandemic. On our special day, she orchestrated everything to a T. Because of Michelle, our wedding was even more magical than we could have imagined. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

ed my initial call with Michelle I knew she was exactly right for what we needed. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Always asking what more she could do. I did not realize how many last minute details there truly are and little tasks to get done. Michelle handled everything beautifully and always had a smile on her face. I appreciated how hands on she was and how she knew not to overstep, it was the perfect mix. Our wedding weekend was perfect and so much of that was due to Michelle. She even jumped in to sew a button back on my wedding dress during cocktail hour. She is simply amazing. Hire her and it will be one of the best decisions you make in the million you have while wedding planning!

g. Even if you are type A (like me) and think you’ve got it all covered, you still NEED Michelle. She is organized, thoughtful, kind, creative and full of great ideas! She put all my worries at ease, and I genuinely believe we enjoyed our wedding more fully, knowing that she was handling everything behind the scenes. She was the best problem solver, and stayed until the very end of our wedding to make sure everything little detail went according to plan! We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Michelle and her team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The rehearsal and day of went absolutely flawless thanks to her! Her organization and attention to detail made for the most beautiful wedding day. I definitely couldn’t have had a more amazing wedding, she truly loves and cares about her clients and making their big day the best ever. If you’re looking for a wedding planner Michelle is your girl!!

ll....relaxing!

t an unexpected move prior to the wedding and Michelle gladly took care of multiple tasks for me so I could focus on other things. My wedding day was perfect and I owe a lot of credit to Michelle for that.

things done), calm us down when things started going nuts, and remind us of things we may have been forgetting. I am an incredibly forgetful person and it was a DREAM having Michelle right by my side. On our wedding day, I had a few moments where things were just not going my way and Michelle was fixing the problems before I even had to say a thing! She is THE best. If you have any nerves or any worry about planning a wedding or event, you can count on Twist Six! We are so thankful for Michelle! You better believe she will be the first person we call for all of our events in the future.

couple months to our big day. I felt like she understood our vision for the day from the start, as if she had been with us the whole time. From the vendor coordinator leading up to the event to her making sure we had some mini sliders in our room at the end of the night, she did everything! There was no detail over looked with Michelle and she made us feel comfortable and special through the whole process. I wish I could get married again to work with her more!

enue. She was the first person we interacted with and she instantly gained our trust. Since we were living in California and planning a wedding in Boston, it was incredibly important for us to have someone on the other end who we could rely on to help our vision come to life. Michelle knew from our previous conversations via email that we were looking for a venue that could incorporate a Pakistani – American fusion wedding with some very specific requests for the menu. For our first meeting she had already partnered with the chef to start the discussion and was very engaged in ironing out the details. We walked out of that meeting pretty convinced we had found the right place having just met a wonderful team led by Michelle. From signing our contract and leading up to the day of the wedding everything went super smooth all thanks to Michelle and her team. She worked very closely with us to organize and coordinate the details. We didn’t have to worry about anything the weekend of the wedding because Michelle had taken the lead in working with our Vendors, setting up the rooms and making sure everything was as it should be. The wedding day went very smooth. Even though we were running a little behind on getting ready (you can blame that on the bride) Michelle made sure everything stayed under control and still went according to plan. She is exactly the kind of person you want around you when things are getting stressful and its crunch time. Working with her was truly a pleasure. Anyone would be lucky to have her around to help plan their wedding.

hat we had. You were there for us every step of the way – to answer any questions we had, communicated with our vendors, and updated us on any timeline changes. When you arrived for the rehearsal on Friday, I was in a bit of panic mode (hair not fully straitened, no makeup on – you get the picture). However, a stressed bride was nothing you couldn't handle! After patiently calming me down, you took complete control of the rehearsal ensuring everyone knew their role and that the ceremony went smoothly. On the wedding day, you brought our vision to life! We provided you with a heaping pile of décor and with your excellent eye and attention to detail you made our venue perfect. Throughout the day you handled any challenges with such grace and always a smile. We had the threat of rain, a bus that forgot to pick up guests at the hotel, and a makeup emergency that had us running behind schedule. None of this mattered as you kept everyone calm, cool and collected and pulled us all together for the most spectacular ceremony. My mother pulled me aside and said “Michelle is amazing!” My Dad told me hiring you was one of the best decisions we made and all of my vendors commented on what a sweetheart you were. You made our special day amazing and any bride would be lucky to have you be their wedding planner!

nd had similar images as us to help us picture our wedding day from start to finish. When planning a wedding it can be extremely frustrating and exhausting, as well as time consuming to contact all the vendors and make sure all the pieces of the pie are put together beautifully. Without Michelle's consistency, keen eye for details (especially keeping our vision in mind without altering it), and support, we could not have imagined our wedding day to have been possible and as smooth as it was without her as our wedding planner! My husband and I highly recommend Michelle to plan your big day and promise that you will not be disappointed!

ors and is so helpful with ensuring your big day is perfect!
