From the beginning stages of meeting with vendors, Michelle was invaluable – she provided recommendations regarding which vendors to use based on her extensive experience in the industry, provided us with carefully drafted question lists to ask to vendors, collected quotes for us to compare, and attended all vendor meetings with us during which she served as our advocate and helped us to negotiate. Michelle was just a phone call or email away when we had any issues, always responding promptly and going into problem solving mode and having any tough conversations for us. We were already so impressed by Michelle leading up to the wedding, but fast forward to our wedding day, and Michelle again exceeded all expectations. Michelle prepared detailed schedules for the wedding party, coordinated all details with vendors, managed and set up all our decor, among other items, such that we didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up on the day of the wedding. The only part that we, as a couple, were stressed about was the weather. It was our dream to get married in the beautiful Italian gardens of Crane Estate, but mother nature gave us a run for our money – with severe thunderstorms predicted. Michelle never gave up hope, though, and she worked closely with the venue to track the weather. On our wedding day, showers began to start before our ceremony, but Michelle meticulously watched the radar and identified a short timeframe during which the rain would ease up. She quickly corralled all vendors and wedding guests to the Italian gardens, and, in the nick of time, before the severe thunderstorms rolled in, we were able to have the ceremony of our dreams outdoors. Without having Michelle there as our advocate, there is no way this would have been possible. We will forever be thankful for Michelle’s quick thinking, ability to lead teams under pressure, and her dedication to helping us execute the wedding that we had dreamed of. Our vendor team (all of which Michelle recommended) was also incredible, and despite the chaos of the day due to weather, they all executed their respective roles flawlessly. We truly cannot thank Michelle enough for all of her help. Lastly, we think it’s important to mention that Michelle is not only a one-of-a-kind talented wedding planner, but she is also a really kind person and becomes a genuine friend throughout the process. Michelle is a wedding planner because she genuinely loves helping couples have the weddings of their dreams; her enthusiasm is contagious, and although my husband and I were really stressed at times about the whole process, Michelle eased our nerves and instead made us feel excited about the big day. In all, we HIGHLY recommend hiring Michelle; it is a decision you will not regret!

a wedding planner was the first place to start. Once we spoke with Michelle we knew that she was our girl! She was friendly, kind, organized and willing to work with our specific needs. Throughout the planning process Michelle would check in with us to let us know the next step we needed to take to stay on schedule (reminding us when to gather addresses, when to schedule initial floral meetings, when we needed to start our invitation design, schedule detail meetings and SO much more!). Not only did she remind us of what we needed to do to stay on schedule, she would often check in to see how we were feeling (sometimes the home stretch of planning can get stressful!). If we ever got stressed she would do what ever she could to alleviate that stress and continue the excitement that we all had. The day of the wedding Michelle came with a wedding day “emergency kit” filled with anything you could possibly need that you may have forgotten. She was at our venue the whole morning setting up the room to perfection. This allowed us to enjoy the day and spend time with our loved ones that morning. We could not have asked for a more kind and hard working planner if we tried. She wanted the day to be just as perfect as we did and took pride in all of her work. Michelle instantly eliminated the overwhelming feeling we initially had and we could not recommend working with her more!!

I really could not have done what Michelle did. Not only was she organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my husband and my indecisiveness, she kept us on track in a way that never made us feel like we were falling behind. She brought amazing vendor recommendations to the table, kept all the contracts in order, made all of our calls fun and light, and she delivered some wedding day magic with a last minute delivery (I'd forgotten to bring some outfit changes to my wedding venue, oops!). From our first phone call, I felt like she wanted to help me achieve my vision and make my load easier. I had already gotten the church and venue before I started working with her, but she helped me secure the rest of our vendors (and the BEST DJ EVER!) and made sure everything was taken care of at the right time. Her gentle reminders kept me on track; she made the phone calls I didn’t have time for, she gathered the information and let me choose. Best of all, she listened to me and often repeated my own ideas back to me when I wasn’t sure what to do. She had no “stake” in the game - she wanted our day to be the best and what we wanted. Her objective view was so incredibly helpful - I can’t stress this enough! And of course, the weeks leading up to the wedding and day-of help were absolutely instrumental in the day running perfectly. I’m sure there were some problems along the way, but I never knew about them! She did all of the little tasks and I’m sure I can’t even name them all. She got breakfast for the groom and groomsmen and delivered it to the hotel, she made sure everyone was lined up for the ceremony and looking their best, she went to the venue and made sure the tables and set up were just perfectly how we had discussed, she even helped a guest sew a rip in a dress in the bathroom as the night went on! My bridesmaids were so impressed with her helpfulness (and maybe jealous that I had her when they didn’t for their own weddings!). I didn’t have to put stress on any bridesmaids or family members and everyone was able to enjoy the day, which is exactly what I wanted. Above all, Michelle is a wonderful person who is very easy to work with. She knows the Boston/New England wedding scene, and she helped me stay within my budget while helping to orchestrate the best day ever!

k for a wedding planner to help. The first two planners we spoke with on the phone came across as ridiculously pretentious and we wondered if maybe a wedding planner wouldn’t be for us. Then we talked to Michelle. When we hung up, immediately we looked at each other and knew she was the perfect fit. Michelle had an amazing resume plus she came across as smart, down to earth and passionate. She had even previously worked at our wedding venue, so it felt like it was meant to be.  We trusted Michelle completely from the beginning. Which was a great choice, because her recommendations are ultimately what made our wedding so fantastic. Unless you’ve planned a wedding, it’s pretty challenging to envision how a bunch of Pinterest ideas can become a cohesive design. Michelle brought our vision to life. Her recommendations created a team of the absolute best in their fields. Michelle makes your happiness her priority and she goes above and beyond to make things perfect. An amazing thing about Michelle is how she’s able to just get things done. If I told Michelle there was something I didn’t like (or sometimes she just sensed it!) she’d immediately have it changed. Knowing there’s always someone in your corner advocating for you is priceless.  When our wedding had to be postponed, it was devastating. We’d been planning since 2018. Michelle worked with our vendors and we chose a day everyone could make work. It was a pretty seamless transition.  The nicest part about having Michelle and the biggest reason everyone should hire her (on top of all the wonderful things you’ll know about), is because of all the things she does that you’ll never know about. Problems with vendors, venues, guests, contracts (the list of things she’ll take care of for you goes on). Plus, everyone says things always go wrong on your wedding day and I’m sure mine wasn’t any different, but I have no idea about anything that didn’t go smoothly. Michelle orchestrated everything perfectly! Plus, she made time to bring us everything we wanted and needed!  Michelle was easily the best choice we made for our special day. She knows all the best people, she’s patient, detail oriented, and doubles as best friend and confidante if things fall apart. If you’re going to have a party, budget for the person who will make sure it’s exquisitely designed, goes off without a hitch and leaves you free to enjoy your day!

I will say that I myself was a bit anal and organized on my own and ended up with a new venue that had a wonderful coordinator team but having Michelle was still so wonderful. My husband and I had never actually been in a wedding before so she made sure we were thinking of every detail and had our packing lists in order. She ran our ceremony rehearsal flawlessly, reached out to all of our vendors prior to the wedding and helped to address any last minute communication week of. She worked with our venue team on wedding weekend to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. And she went the extra mile to help us with all of the little organization and details on day of that were causing a headache (like how the bride and bridesmaids would end up with their clutches/IDs etc.), making sure all floral arrived, everybody was on time and decor was going up appropriately. We're so thankful to Michelle for her help in our big day and the excitement and positivity she always brought.

She does it all with a smile on her face. I needed a wedding planner than I could be honest with about what I liked and didn’t like, who would partner with me to make sense of my jumbled vision, and keep me on task since I didn’t have a lot of time outside of work to plan. Michelle was a pro at all of those. Throughout the planning process, Michelle kept me on my toes, reminding me of what decisions had to be made next, and politely reminding me when I didn’t do my homework. The software she uses to manage and track tasks, vendors, guest lists, and payments was convenient and easy to use to stay organized. Michelle recommended really fantastic vendors that delivered. She never pushed vendors on me and when I wanted to evaluate more options, she took my feedback and brought more options. The month of the wedding, which everyone warned me would be so stressful, was the most stress-free period of the entire process because Michelle managed every detail behind the scenes, coordinating and confirming every detail with every vendor. Our wedding weekend itself had some logistical challenges as it rained all weekend and we had planned to do everything outside. I didn't have to stress or think about how to manage the situation because Michelle took care of every detail. I cannot thank her enough for helping us throw the most beautiful wedding and enabling us to enjoy every moment of it.

Once COVID hit and we were forced to postpone, it was a no-brainer that we needed to bring her on as a full-time planner and, in every way possible, that was the right call. We handed over a pile of notes and contracts stained with tears, and Michelle jumped quickly into action, and was able to secure every single one of our original vendors for our new date. She took all of the pressure of replanning a wedding during a pandemic off of our shoulders and allowed us to focus only on the positives - and never failed in keep us centered on those positives even when things seemed hard! As the wedding approached, her check-ins, best-practices, and online tools kept us on track and stress-free, meaning that our final two weeks were spent completely coasting and celebrating the moment. She and her team executed our dream wedding flawlessly, and were incredibly helpful in orchestrating the rehearsal, day-of schedule, vendor management, pick ups/drop offs, set up and decoration (stunning!), and clean up. Our wedding was perfectly timed, and we never felt pressured to make decisions day-of nor did we feel out of the loop. Even in our wildest dreams we couldn't imagine such a perfect weekend with no stressors or hiccups - from start to finish Michelle was our MVP. For our first meeting she had already partnered with the chef to start the discussion and was very engaged in ironing out the details. We walked out of that meeting pretty convinced we had found the right place having just met a wonderful team led by Michelle. From signing our contract and leading up to the day of the wedding everything went super smooth all thanks to Michelle and her team. She worked very closely with us to organize and coordinate the details. We didn’t have to worry about anything the weekend of the wedding because Michelle had taken the lead in working with our Vendors, setting up the rooms and making sure everything was as it should be. The wedding day went very smooth. Even though we were running a little behind on getting ready (you can blame that on the bride) Michelle made sure everything stayed under control and still went according to plan. She is exactly the kind of person you want around you when things are getting stressful and its crunch time. Working with her was truly a pleasure. When you arrived for the rehearsal on Friday, I was in a bit of panic mode (hair not fully straitened, no makeup on – you get the picture). However, a stressed bride was nothing you couldn't handle! After patiently calming me down, you took complete control of the rehearsal ensuring everyone knew their role and that the ceremony went smoothly. On the wedding day, you brought our vision to life! We provided you with a heaping pile of décor and with your excellent eye and attention to detail you made our venue perfect. Throughout the day you handled any challenges with such grace and always a smile. We had the threat of rain, a bus that forgot to pick up guests at the hotel, and a makeup emergency that had us running behind schedule. None of this mattered as you kept everyone calm, cool and collected and pulled us all together for the most spectacular ceremony. My mother pulled me aside and said “Michelle is amazing!” My Dad told me hiring you was one of the best decisions we made and all of my vendors commented on what a sweetheart you were. You made our special day amazing and any bride would be lucky to have you be their wedding planner!
