Two Chicks & A Rooster Catering and BBQ

Vicki was great! She kept things moving on time and was easy to work with!

We are so happy that we chose Vicki and Two Chicks and a Rooster to cater our wedding in September! We chose a taco bar, which was delicious and our guests are still talking about the food! The presentation of the food was great as well. We also chose appetizers and mini-cupcakes for our dessert table. The cupcakes were a hit! Vicki is a great communicator, and was able to answer all of questions quickly and with great detail. Her staff on the day of the wedding was professional and friendly as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, we highly recommend!

Vicki and her team are the BEST! I can't say enough good things about her/them! I felt so fortunate to have TCR cater my wedding - everything from their service and buffet table decor to the food was exceptional. Throughout the wedding planning process as well Vicki was so gracious, accommodating, and helpful - working with my budget and finding the best, delicious approach to my special day. Our guests are still raving about the BBQ chicken, cornbread, and spinach + strawberry salad!

Food was amazing! Flexible with my husbands allergies and the guests couldn’t stop raving about the food at the wedding! The food is simple, delicious and beautifully presented.

Vicki was wonderful! She was not just a caterer with awesome food, cute decor and wonderful costumer service. She was truthfully invested like another mother. She went above and beyond before and during our wedding. Vicki was easy to communicate with, helpful in so many ways (not just when it came to the food) and was so fun! I highly recommend Vicki!

The absolute BEST food! Vicki was fantastic to work with, and her and her staff are wonderful! The food was so delicious :) We had people tell us this was the best wedding food they had ever had! We really liked Vicki and her food was wonderful, however we did have issues with food allergies. My family and I have a handful of food allergies to work around that are severe and although I stressed this multiple times in our emails and meetings, I didn't get the feeling that I was taken very seriously. Although the food was good, both of my nephews and myself ended up getting very sick that night. I understand it is a tall order to request that every ingredient be double checked, but it is a necessity for us and it was quite frustrating to know that that wasn't done (at the reception I asked her about a specific dish as it wasn't clearly labeled and her response was "Well I don't think there's any of that in it...." which was really disappointing). If you don't have a lot of food allergies then I absolutely recommend Vicki as your caterer. She was very nice and did a great job of running everything smoothly when her staff wasn't able to show due to the weather. But if you do have food allergies then I would look elsewhere. Ending my wedding night with a migraine and feeling sick was not enjoyable and having my nephews be so sick was very frustrating (they were sick that night and all the next day). Again, food allergies aside, she was wonderful and I would definitely recommend her. My husband in particular was very happy with the food.

Vicki and her team are the best!!! They are so wonderful to plan with and work with. Their food and service at our wedding was amazing! We were so happy with the food and drinks, as were all our guests!!! I am so beyond happy with this wonderful company!!!
