Tyler is the absolute best and won't stop until everything is perfect. He made sure every single tiny detail was sorted before the wedding and was equally prepared to handle anything that came up along the way without us ever knowing or stressing (which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free). Tyler also has so much experience too, he was able to save us from making any decisions we would have regretted later on and provided great advice along the way. Our wedding went absolutely perfectly and was everything we could have dreamed of thanks to Tyler!

I had no vision for my wedding day going into our first meeting. Tyler asked me to choose a handful of pictures on Pinterest that I liked and he ran with it. He helped me create a simple, yet perfect design for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. His Google Drive organization was impressive and he did not waste any of my time in our meetings. He did not pressure me to spend more than I had budgeted for. Tyler was quick to respond to emails and thought of questions I may have had before I even asked them! I also used Tyler for florals and am still dreaming about the bouquets and unique, minimalist table arrangements. Tyler is calm, confident, and extremely positive. I have no hesitations in recommending his team!

If you are questioning whether or not to hire a wedding planner, I highly recommend you do it and book Tyler and his team! My husband and I weren't sure if we needed a planner but hiring Tyler was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process, hands down. Knowing Tyler was there to think of anything we hadn't, handle and coordinate everything we had, and add his beautiful and elegant touch to our entire wedding genuinely made the process stress free. We were nervous about going way over budget, but once he came on board, he was able to refer vendors in our price range and recommend the best places to cut vs. splurge. We found Tyler when we were looking at a venue in Santa Barbara and fell in love with his style. The venue ended up not working in SB but we could not part with Tyler and his team so we worked to get him approved for our venue, Greengate in San Luis Obispo because we NEEDED him to be not only our planner but our florist as well. I am not going to lie, I was probably a huge headache to Tyler because I had a specific vision but also loved to change my mind but no matter what Tyler was patient and gave his honest opinion. I wanted to a lot of DIY things and Tyler not only supported me but worked with my on my budget to point out areas we could save to avoid me crazy stress which I appreciated so much. Tyler was great coordinating all the vendors and had all my flower dreams come true! He was always available through emails or calls. The week before the wedding there was a chance of rain for our outdoor wedding. I don't think I could have gotten through the stress without Tyler. He gave me all my options and again his honest opinion to decide what we should do! On the weekend of him and his team were rock stars!!! Tyler realized that the rehearsal at the church was not going as smoothly as possible due to the church coordination and made a decision to bring up another assistant to help with the church coordinators. With the extra help on the day of everything went perfectly. At the reception, Tyler and his team created what we wanted and more. Everything went off without a hitch. He made sure everyone stuck to our timeline, pulled me away when I needed to change, and made sure all our guest were having fun! We ran out of tequila twice and his team ran to the store to make sure the party didn't stop :) Tyler went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had the most perfect wedding weekend...and we did. Tyler is so incredibly talented as a planner and a florist and I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone (and have to all my friends).

I found and booked Tyler off of strong recommendations from Santa Barbara vendors and venues. He made my dream wedding a reality and kept the process fun, easy, and enjoyable for my husband and our families. The team of vendors he built were rock stars and his creative vision was the frosting on the cake. Every last detail was accounted for and he took my constant questions and stress with ease while making me feel confident in him and his team! They blew every expectation I had out of the water and our friends and family still comment on how beautiful, classic, full of love/joy/light our wedding day was. Tyler and his team are extremely professional, creative, and friendly. There is no other team we would have rather worked with to bring our big day to life! They understood our vision, edited and enhanced it with their keen design sense and impeccable taste, and then executed every detail with the utmost care. They KNOW what they are doing and I would trust them with any event!

Do yourself a favor and just hire him. We booked a venue that was basically a shell and had to bring in toilets, generators, kitchen, the whole shebang, and we booked it 6.5 months in advance of our wedding date. Tyler took a situation that would have been incredibly stressful for us and, I kid you not, made it stress free. He's incredibly organized and takes the vision that you have and makes it 150% better than what you thought could be possible. It's been 7 months since the wedding and our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful it was, how incredible the flowers were, how seemless the day went, and on and on. Several of our friends in our wedding party have gotten married in the last three years and they all commented on how Tyler was better than their own planners. While my husband was at first skeptical at why we needed the planning service as opposed to a day of coordinator, he said after the fact that hiring Tyler was the second best decision we made (getting married was the first). You won't be disappointed if you go with Tyler, I promise.

Tyler and his team are the absolute best and I completely credit their creative vision, passion for their work, and problem solving abilities for me and my husband being able to have our dream wedding. From beginning to end Tyler was on top of everything and always giving ideas for a variety of price points so decision making was a simple and fully thought out process. As often happens, there were unexpected hurdles in the days before the wedding (100% chance of rain at one point, last minute additional guests, etc.) and Tyler came at everything with a can do attitude and worked tirelessly to adapt things so our ideal wedding stayed on track. He is also an extremely talented floral designer and I loved that he was able to incorporate that into the planning by being in charge of that too. Tyler and his team are without reproach. He has the nicest staff and they are all so efficient! We chose to get the partial planning package, so Tyler really planned most of our wedding for us. We just made the phone calls. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us vendor suggestions, we didn't need to vet anyone or read reviews because we trusted his body of work. It made everything so much easier. Please, if you're considering hiring him, check out his ig page (@tylerspeier), it's filled with beautiful, romantic floral arrangements and really gives off that sort of unattainable, effortlessly chic vibe. That, it turns out, is actually quite attainable if you know who to ask. Tyler is not just a wonderful florist, he is also so responsive and detail oriented. If you want someone to ensure that you don't need to worry about anything , he is your guy. I am an anxious person, I don't like large events and can find fault in most things. Besides our venue (Villa & Vine), we hadn't booked any of our other vendors. We owe the success of our entire wedding to Tyler, his staff and their network of wedding professionals. Our wedding went so incredibly smoothly in regards to all the logistics and timing. Everyone enjoyed themselves and people are still telling us about how beautiful it all was (4 months later). Tyler and his team of designers and planners are amazing! He was my month of wedding planner as well as my event florist and designer. I gave him a few inspiration photos and told him to do his thing, he went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. He handled so many details in the planning and day of design for my wedding. He made everyone feel comfortable and was so professional. He is incredible!

I finally found Tyler after a few lack luster conversations with other planners and from the moment my husband and I connected with Tyler, we knew he would be the best person to help plan/design our wedding. He was professional, responsive, relaxed, organized and understood our vision. He listened to what was most important to us and gave us a wonderful choice of top vendors to choose from that were in range with our budget. He was also our floralist and designed the most spectacular floral displays and bouquets! Tyler was instrumental in making our wedding planning and wedding day seamless. My husband, parents and I were very impressed with Tyler and his team. It is very clear from the moment you start your communication with Tyler that he loves what he does, has the experience, and wants the wedding planning process to be as smooth for you as possible. His day of timeline is what sold us - the attention to detail is apparent. My husband and I were caught in the middle of some venue property manger turn over and Tyler and his team worked out the kinks calming and effortlessly. I interviewed 3 planners and he was by far the most professional and organized. I'm so glad we chose him. He was our planner and our florist. He captured my design ideas and created inspiration pages for our consideration. We are busy out-of-towners and he kept us track with his emails on what decisions needed to be made and by when. The simple and elegance of the weddings I saw on there, I knew that I wanted him and his team to plan my wedding. What can we say about Tyler? I don’t think we could have made it through the big day without his help. He took of all our emails and ideas and was able to conceptualize them into our event. He walked us through the whole process and was able to point us in the right direction with caterers, vendors etc… The finished product was beyond our expectations. He anticipated our needs and those of our guests and had every detail mapped out to perfection. His connections and past experience made for one of the most seamless events we’ve ever been a part of. The stress of planning a wedding will take its toll on any couple but with Tyler’s help my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding weekend stress free. Not only is he a great planner but also an incredible florist. I wanted a particular look with my flowers, and Tyler was able to understand right away what I was going for. He was honest about budget vs reality with my flowers as well. The flowers made exactly the impact I wanted - and were beyond beautiful! From the first phone call, I knew Tyler was going to make my wedding day absolutely perfect, and he did! Everything from the rehearsal to the timeline to the handling of running out of Tequila was handled so well. He truly was so calm and joyful, and my husband and I just loved working with him. BOOK TYLER! The wedding we had been planning for 9 months had to be relocated in 72 hours from Santa Barbara to LA given the massive wildfires this December and HE WAS A HERO! The week before the wedding was insane, cancelling contracts, finding a new venue, coordinating a new floor plan, rentals, lighting, schedule.. literally EVERYTHING in a matter of days. The amazing wedding Tyler was able to pull together under such a tight time crunch was better than anything I could have imagined. Tyler was an absolute dream to work with - positive energy, great sense of humor, unparalleled professionalism, innovative ideas, and he's just an all around incredible teammate . You want him with you for the all of the little details behind the scenes that make the wedding a great experience. Oh my goodness I don't know where we would have been without Tyler and his team! He is amazing and your wedding is in good hands with him! He went above and beyond what I asked and I had total peace of mind on my wedding day that he and his team were on it. I did everything until 30 days before our wedding but he still checked in a few times to make sure I felt OK with how everything was going. Best coordinator in SB by far.
