Rob and the team did a fantastic job with our wedding at Nanina’s in the Park on October 1st. Everyone that we spoke to loved Rob’s energy. They gave out party favors that everyone enjoyed, the c02 cannons were a hit and were using it as much as possible. The cold sparklers also gave our entrance and other special moments a nice pop. We opted for their photobooth and it was used non-stop. The team from the very first zoom call to the last minute changes to the photobooth and monogram was very seamless. They provided us with a client portal that made it easy to choose music (including Arabic music). We also opted to do a mashup for our first dance and they sent it to us quickly so we can rehearse that. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone looking to book a DJ that you want to liven up the party!

Where to begin!!! We booked them for our wedding and right from the planning process all the way to the big day they were one of our favorite vendors to work with! Not only said they make planning a breeze I felt as if they were just as excited as we were for our big day. We got so many compliments on our DJ and amazing MC Joe! This company is a hidden gem! We used their DJ, videography, and photobooth services and took advantage of their upgrades including cold sparks and dancing on clouds. There was not a single moment during our reception where the dancefloor wasn't packed. Rob took our emo/pop punk/70's jams playlist and transitioned songs flawlessly to ensure everyone regardless of age was dancing. The team really turned our wedding into a party! When we met with several candidates to decide who should be our DJ at the wedding, we were unsure if any of them were the right one for us. Then our final candidate turned out to be Ultimate Entertainment. When we met with Rob on Zoom, he gave an excellent presentation that made us feel very comfortable choosing them. Rob and his staff were very helpful to us every step of the way in choosing our playlist and how we wanted everything to be presented at our wedding. One of the key moments was when our Best Man tested positive for Covid and was unable to come to the wedding in person. Ultimate Entertainment was able to pull through for us at last minute in getting him put in a big screen through Zoom. He was still able to make his best man speech and be part of the reception while being quarantined back at home. Ultimate Entertainment gave us a night we will never forget!! I asked my daughter and son in law that I would pay for their entertainment as my gift - with a caveat - it had to be Robert with Ultimate Entertainment. Every one danced all night and the next day the guests said they couldn’t feel their feet because they never danced that much. Everyone was ok the dance floor from grandparents (in their 90s) to flower girl and ring bearer . Ultimate entertainment does an amazing job of reading a room while understanding the wants of bride and groom . I’ve now booked them for two of my company events !

Ultimate entertainment is absolutely the best vendor we used!!! The entire team is incredible. They’re so responsive, helpful, and dedicated. Working with Rob was the best and he made himself available for every question and meeting we requested. We told them what music we liked and they went above and beyond to include everything we asked for into our day.(specifically we wanted the end to be the ultimate edm party and they made that happen with incredible remixes) I can’t wait to use them for another event in the future!!

He made us feel so comfortable and went through every little detail with us, we booked them on the spot! From zoom calls with Rob and our AMAZING MC JOE, I REPEAT AMAZING MC JOE, and emails with Maggie, it was nothing but professionalism, enthusiasm, and generosity! Great Great people! My wedding was a blast and the dance floor and green screen photo booth were never empty. Joe had the party going all night and my guests are still talking about it! The music selection(which i left up to them) from the props have had everyone talking for weeks now! We also used the photographer, photography package from ultimate entertainment to, Jose Gomez Photography who also did such and amazing job. I could write for days because that is how much they all made my wedding night perfect and if i had to do it again I wouldn't change one single thing! if you're looking for an amazing spectacular night then Ultimate Entertainment is definitely the way to go! About 4 years ago I saw Ultimate Entertainment live and in action at a friend's wedding and remember thinking to myself, "wow, this DJ/MC is amazing". So it only made sense to hire the services I was so impressed by years ago, and it was the easiest decision I made during the whole planning process. Rob was a delight to work with, Frankie the DJ was so point with the music, and Maggie made the photo booth a breeze for our wedding guests. The minute we walked out of our first meeting with Rob (pre-pandemic) we knew we wanted to hire Ultimate Entertainment! The energy and enthusiasm from that initial planning meeting spilled over into all of our wedding planning and even got us through our inevitable postponement. Maggie was super helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us navigate the event planning portal. Our guests are still buzzing about the reception itself. Rob got everyone out of their seats ready to party from the beginning right to the end. His suggestion of having the Anniversary Dance rather than the traditional bouquet/garter toss was a beautiful moment in our day as well. The care and attention to detail overall made our wedding reception an amazing time to remember and we cannot thank the Ultimate Entertainment Team enough! Rob and his team are wonderful! We have seen Rob in action before so when it came to our wedding we knew Ultimate Entertainment was who we wanted. Rob and Maggie were great throughout the planning process to begin with then COVID came right before our wedding. We are grateful for them working with us during the process of trying to reschedule and adjust. They are helpful, creative, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. They made everyone feel comfortable with the safety measures in place. They encouraged everyone to dance and have a good time within their level of comfort which our guests greatly appreciated. Third time is definitely the charm! Covid -19 put our wedding off three times. Ultimate Entertainment was by our side the whole time. Always checking in and assuring us that what ever we needed they would be there to help. Rob and Maggie are so easy to work with. Their ideas and guidance helped navigate what turned out to be a perfect day!. Our guests continuously told us how much energy Rob had which made it easier for people to feel more comfortable about dancing. I so appreciate Rob assuring us that they were taking all precautions to make our guest feel comfortable when using the photo station. Ultimate Entertainment ft. RF LLC is the best of the best!! We booked the “step and repeat” photo booth from here and it was AMAZING!!! The guests loved the pictures and the service! It was the best wedding favor, and it was one of the highlights at my wedding! The ultimate entertainment team was truly amazing. They made sure that all the guests had their pictures taken and they made sure all the guests left with their photo! The team was super responsive with any questions we had and very professional and they paid attention to detail. They really cared about making our day special. Ultimate Entertainment made my November 7, 2020 Covid wedding AMAZING. With all the uncertainty this year I felt so comfortable having Rob as our DJ. Maggie was amazing and ensured that if we had to reschedule we could. Rob’s energy was always high during the planning process which kept us excited for our wedding and not feeling down due to Covid uncertainties. Due to regulations, guests were spread out into two different rooms and Rob made sure that everyone felt included and involved. It was impossible not to dance from anywhere in the venue. When it was time for important moments he gathered everyone in the main ballroom 6 feet apart with their masks to make sure that everyone saw the first dance, parent dances, cake cutting etc. Part of our package included a video love story and a photo montage. Maggie’s editing skills are elite and it was the perfect addition to our wedding. Our package also included indoor fireworks (which were lit up ALL night not just twice) and party give aways which made the wedding more fun. EVERYONE had a blast. People keep calling our parents saying what a great time they had. All the credit is given to Ultimate Entertainment for that. DJ’s make or break a wedding and ours was unforgettable. We want to sincerely thank you for the most amazing time we could have ever imagined at our wedding. We are still receiving compliments from our guests on how amazing the MC (Rob) was at getting the party moving and how great the DJ was at playing the right music at all the right moments. We saw UltEnt work a wedding two days after we got engaged, and we knew we had to book them. Joe, our emcee, and the rest of the team did such an excellent job. No detail was too small. We were able to customize our package to get everything on our wish list and still stay in our budget. I used them for my wedding this pass weekend. Robert was fantastic. They are not enough words to discribe how great he was. My venue was disorganized, poorly run, and I felt under staffed the day of my wedding. Robert tried to step in and help which I can’t thank him enough for. I would never recommend my venue. After our wedding, so many people complimented us on what an excellent DJ we had chosen and how it was the most fun wedding many had ever been to. If you are looking for a fun and energetic DJ who will get everyone up and dancing, look no further. Rob and his crew were great to work with. They were very well organized and helped ease our uncertainty about the order of events during the reception. They did a great job with the music and setting up microphones for the ceremony. The music playlist during the cocktail hour and reception were fantastic and fit in perfectly with what we were looking for. Once the dancing started, Rob was constantly bringing energy and fun to the party. He did a great job of getting people out of their seats and onto the dance floor. The handouts he gave out were a great addition (you can't be dancing while shaking a maraca and not have fun). We highly recommend Rob and his crew for any wedding.

We worked with Rob and his awesome team at Ultimate Entertainment for our wedding in November at the Pleasantdale Chateau, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!! They made the planning process so easy and fun, and they included small little details that made our day truly unique.
