I had the most amazing experience with Kristina during my wedding! We originally set our wedding date out a year from our engagement date, but due to new business ventures we had to push it back an additional year. On top of that, we were battling between destination versus "At home", which was a headache in itself. And even though I'm sure she deals with this with majority of her brides, she was still very hands-on, patient, and accommodating. From traveling to Austin multiple times to scout venues, to working with cruise ships, to finally making a decision to having it at a beautiful lake front venue in Webster, Tx. She handled our families, guests, vendors and anything that was thrown at her like the professional that she is. Even to the point that my husband and I had the most AMAZING day and would have never known that there was insanity going on behind the scenes (these stories I wouldn't hear about until we returned from our honeymoon, lol), but to me EVERYTHING went perfectly! I recommend her to EVERY bride I come across. She was worth every penny, and then some. My husband of course didn't understand initially, but afterwards he made the comment that he doesn't understand how people have weddings without planners, lol. Book Ultimate Events Unlimited with Caution!    My fiancé and I had the absolute worst experience with “Ultimate Events Unlimited”.  Kristina, the owner is incredibly unprofessional and may be the most undesirable planner in the business.  We really tried to seek out a planner that was knowledgeable and had years of experience because we wanted our wedding to be memorable and enjoyable for us and our guests. In our search, a close friend recommended “Ultimate Events Unlimited” and after some research we chose this company to make our dreams a reality. Kristina’s resume was extensive and seemed very legit and credible. Upon our initial consultation, we liked what we heard - signed a contract and paid a $1500 deposit on May 27, 2020.  We were excited; we were anxious; we were on our way to planning our big day. Almost a month went by and then the venue search finally began. We were optimistic though because the company came highly recommended and had a resume to back it up!  As stated, we signed our contract and paid our deposit on May 27, 2020 and expected to begin immediately but didn’t receive a venue list until the beginning of July. After receiving the list, we narrowed down our choices and she booked us our venue tours.  This is where the ordeal went south.  The day of a showing, my fiancé and I arrived to the venue on time with great anticipation. We sat outside the venue for a few minutes and finally realized no one was there. We immediately contacted her as she was the point of contact between both parties. She stated that she couldn’t speak with us immediately but would contact the venue. We also contacted the venue as well, because we were still there waiting. They then told us that Kristina did not reply to that confirmation email and because of that blur in communication, the appointment was canceled.  Very disheartening. There were other instances: Kristina was not truthful about the cost of Bowery House and Garden - price was very inflated, and she told a lie about not being able to contact Jennings Trace venue (but we were able to contact them without incident), as well.  At this point we were upset and ready to move on from “Ultimate Events Unlimited”.  We could not continue to be in a business partnership with someone who lacks people skills, and has integrity issues. I reached out to her to inquire about a refund because “the work she had done” was unsatisfactory and very displeasing.  We worked with her for 1 month and 18 days and received nothing worth a deposit of $1500. In her response to my request to terminate services, she once again didn’t take ownership of her mistakes and offered no compensation.

If you are looking for an amazing wedding planner who will handle all the details, do all of the work and do it well - you have found her. Kristina made my daughter's wedding beautiful and incredibly easy to manage. She exudes confidence and poise because she really does have it all under control. Both my daughter and I have busy jobs. It was extremely helpful that Kristina sets up all the appointments, manages the contracts, manages the invoices, and manages getting everything and everyone to the venue on time and ready to go. The wedding happened a couple of weeks ago, and I just got an email from a vendor telling me that she is the best wedding planner he has ever worked with. I have no idea if there were any glitches on the day because not one came to my attention. So, whether you are the mother of the bride, or the bride, keep your sanity and be assured of a spectacular day to enjoy with friends and family. Leave the planning to the expert! I really enjoyed working with Kristina and wouldn't advise using anyone else.

Kristina and her team were hands down the BEST part of my wedding. Having a day of coordinator was the best decision we made. If you're unsure: DO IT. Not having to worry about anything on the day of is priceless. As Kristina put it when we first met- "If the top layer falls off your cake, you don't want to know about it". We had an initial meeting and two other meetings before my big day, and they were available to me constantly throughout my planning process (based on the package I chose). There are so many things you don't know when planning a wedding- "How many favors do I get? How many reserved tables do I need?" and it was so nice to be able to email or text and get an answer. On the day of my wedding, something big happened that was totally unexpected and could have put a huge hitch in my day, but the Ultimate team rallied and handled it, and my guests had no idea anything had gone wrong! The day of my wedding, they did all their communicating with my mom, maid of honor and the best man. My husband and I didn't have to deal with a thing! I can't stress enough how incredible Kristina and her team are. A million thank yous!

When my mother suggested I hire a wedding planner, my reaction was "that's a waste of money". Well, thank goodness I listened and found the right planner with Ultimate Events! From the first meeting, Kristina impressed us with her professionalism, organization and knowledge of the wedding planning field. From the beginning, we knew we could trust her and let her take control, and she delivered everything and more!!! She has a lot of established relationships with vendors and knows how to help you save money and stay in your budget. I had literally NO stress the whole process nor the day of! Ok, I have to say if it wasn;t for Kristina Kellog, I would have been a high strung, stressed out mess. I LOVE THIS WOMAN. She was recommended to me by 2 of my friends who she had done weddings for and I was a little skeptical about getting a planner because quite frankly I didn't think we needed one. Well we ended up hiring her anyways waaaayy before we started planning right after we got engaged. We hadn't even set a date yet. I want to say we didn't set a date until maybe 3 or 4 months after we booked her. This period of time she emailed us frequently just to check on us and remind us she was there if we needed her. When we finally picked our date she literally did everything for us. We told her our budget, she referred us about 2 or 3 people to meet with that she had worked with before and trusted and we met with them and booked who we liked. She made sure that we were way ahead in the planning game. We had done things so far in advance that there was honestly nothing to stress over. Anytime I was a little stressed out, she would always call me to calm me down. I honestly wouldn't have been able to put this wedding together without her. I hear from people all the time that wedding planning is stressful and I really didn't feel an ounce of what I heard from others. She made the whole process so easy I didn't understand why people stress so much about planning. Another thing also was that I was very picky with certain things and I had a vision of what I wanted. She sent us to the perfect vendors and I trusted her completely. Our wedding was beautiful and I wouldn't have changed a single thing. The day went by so smoothly because she was directing everyone on what to do. I honestly will miss working with her. She is AMAZING.

Okay so I just had a wedding this year on August 15, 2015. I was recommended Ultimate Events Planning (Kristina) by my photographer about 5 months away from my wedding date. At this point I still needed decorations, florals, timelines, cake designed, liquor for wedding, and DJ. When I met with Kristina at the time I only wanted a day of coordinator. The meeting went amazing she is soooooo knowledgeable about the wedding industry, budgeting, newest trends, and what was most important to my husband she had connections with all of the best vendors who also love her and gave us great pricing. Working with this company was amazing. We were always informed if she would be at an event or out of town and had an alternate way to contact her! She became my Godsend during this process. We had an absolutely beautiful wedding and I would recommend her a thousand times. If I was not happy with a vendor she was not happy. She truly advocates for her bride and groom to be. And she was sooooo much more reasonably priced then the competition but I would hire her again even if the price was triple because it's nothing like having that peace of mind knowing that her team of wonderful sweet knowledgeable staff is working with you on your day. I love her and will use her to plan a baby shower just as fabulous one day! Look no further. She also veryyy punctual she's at all of the vendor meetings early and making sure everything is perfect!

Let me start this off by saying picking my wedding photographer was the absolute hardest decision of it all. I finally found one I liked and they didn't show up for our engagement session. Needless to say I got rid of them and LUCKILY found Ken the same day! He booked a session with us just a week out and got us a picture the very next day to use on our Save The Dates. Ken was truly nothing but amazing my entire engagement. We did a Bridal Session a mere two weeks before the wedding and he was able to get me a 16x20 canvas print of my favorite picture to display at the wedding. He was ridiculously nice the whole time and made both my Husband and me feel very comfortable. I haven't even seen the wedding pictures yet but from the Engagement Session to the few Bridals I have seen I know I will be mesmerized! I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you thank you Ultimate Events for helping make my wedding perfect!!

Ultimate Events did everything to make sure my wedding day went off without a hitch! They do an amazing job of preparing you for everything throughout the whole wedding planning experience. They do everything from providing you with quality vendors, based on your budget, to making sure you have moments to slow down and enjoy your wedding day, to taking care of all the details/confirmations/paper work that can be overwhelming. I am so glad I used them to help plan and coordinate my wedding!

Kristina took the extra care on all the details for our wedding. The hard work she put forth was evident on the day of when everything went smoothly. The Ultimate team handled everything with care, class and poise. Tommy and I both felt like all of our needs were met, along with all of our family members. As a bride I knew exactly what I wanted but not so much as how to get it done. I had thoughts and ideas and I was very much convinced about what I wanted to happen, I didn't want anyone to influence me in my plans but I needed the direction on how to get there, and then I met Kristina!!! I've heard horror stories about planning weddings and the stress that comes with it, and because of Kristina and her Ultimate Crew this was not in any way the case for me. From the day we met I knew that she would be able to help me. While I thought I had all the answers she was able to help me find the ones that I needed, and fine tune the ones that were a little far fetched. I was so comfortable the entire time we worked together. I knew without a shadow of a doubt that Kristina had my wants and desires as priority and worked hard in making sure my day would be as special as I imagined it to be. She was so incredibly professional, friendly, and timely; and her staff was as well. I got to enjoy being a bride, and focus on the relationship with my now husband, not the formalities of the day, and that was a gift for me. I loved the service, the staff, and I loved my day! Ultimate Events made it happen, and I'm forever grateful for their service!!!!!

There's not enough I can say about how wonderful my wedding turned out. Kristina worked well with my budget and kept a positive attitude throughout my planning. Both Kristina and her assistant Brittney always kept me updated and informed with any changes at all times. On my wedding day, I got endless compliments of their hard work and professionalism. My wedding turned out better than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend her to every future bride. I can't say thank you enough for everything!

Most amazing group of people to work with! Kristina is always just an email, text or phone call away. No questions went unanswered and our wedding day went smoothly! (If it didn't, they made sure I didn't know about it). All of the vendors they recommended were the absolute best and not to mention in my budget too. (: We were very happy with our choice on our coordinator and only wish we found them sooner before we had booked with a few other vendors. Right before our wedding I was so nervous but Kristina and her husband calmed me down. (: I was already starting to get a blister from my shoes and they quickly went and got me a bandaid! This was only two minutes before the ceremony began. If that is not amazing I don't know what is. (: They also helped me change my shoes during the middle of the reception. (It's hard in a big ol' dress) Last but not least, Kristina, her husband and her amazing team are one group of hand working, sweet and lovable people!

Kristina and team were able to provide us EVERYTHING we wanted for our big day. It was absolutely beautiful, modern, sleek and all at a great price (as my husband and I are very cost conscious)! Additionally, we had less than 6 months to plan our wedding, Kristina and team were able to make this relatively stress-free. Both my husband and I work long hours and have many other commitments, Ultimate was able to ensure we were both at ease through the entire process. I highly recommend Ultimate; not only are they the consumate professional but they are all very good people who love what they do!

Kristina was AWESOME to work with! She went beyond our expectations and took care of things that weren't even specifically outlined in our contract. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she really took care of everything for a week or so before the wedding. She even had to tell me to relax and stop doing stuff! She was very professional and got along well with everyone else involved in our wedding and definitely made the day go smoothly. She definitely knows a lot about planning a wedding and was a big help to us!

I had my final appointment with these ladies a month before our wedding. I was so stressed and didnt even know where to begin on my long list of questions and to-do's!! The planning process can be overwhelming if you try to do it yourself. Kristina called Brittney in, who had a glass of wine for me (nice touch). As I took a few deep breaths and chatted a bit about my worries, I realized I was in good hands because not only did they want to help, they knew HOW to help! Kristina was my "day of" coordinator, but really she was more like a "week of" coordinator. She confirmed with all of my vendors, became the primary contact for all of them a couple weeks out(this was awesome - you will get plenty of friends and family phone calls, you do not want vendor calls too), answers questions quickly, created a timeline for everyone involved, took care of my last-minute requests, and ALWAYS has a smile on her face! This company had amazing relationships with all of my vendors, and that speak for itself. Kristina will also give you honest answers about vendors she would NOT hire, based on past experience. When my husband and I met Kristina at an open house at The Gallery we knew she would be the perfect person to help make our wedding day wonderful! We knew nothing about planning a wedding and knew we wanted to stay within budget. Although, we hired Kristina and her staff for "the day of," she was willing to answer any questions throughout the process. She made the whole process simple and reduced all the stress that comes with planning a wedding. The day of the wedding went fantastic, everyone knew what they had to do, she coordinated with all the vendors and the times they had to be there, and I didn't see any family members running around. I can’t even explain or begin to tell you how awesome Kristina and her team were. We hired Kristina as a “day of” coordinator or what she calls The Excellent Experience for our wedding. But she was so much more that a “day of” coordinator. She was available all through my wedding planning process and also gave me 3 vendor references for everything. She was there for our rehearsal and ran it so we had nothing to worry about and then was there the entire wedding day and I didn’t have to worry about a freak thing. Neither did my family or bridesmaids and that was what was the most important thing to me. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! If you are not a very good planner….spend the money for her full wedding coordinator. Just avoid the stress so you can enjoy the engagement time/wedding day. It will be fully worth the money. I promise. My husband and I still talk about how we wouldn't have had the wedding we wanted without Kristina and her team. I mean it when I say it was by far the past money we spend for our wedding.

I want to tell you thank you. Thank you for helping me with my maid of honor duties this past Saturday. I've known the bride for 15 years. She is a phenomenal woman with a big heart. Jennifer was my "day of" consultant but truly what Kristina and her team do involves much more than the day of. Once you sign the contract, you have UNLIMITED contact with your planner.. they will calm you down, perk you up and help you in any way they can. They were friendly, kind, and PREPARED for ANYTHING! My husband and I just got to sit back and relax on our wedding because they had everything taken care of. And the emergency kit they have? I met Kristina at a bridal expo 2 years before our wedding and instantly fell in love with her.  She was very personable and sweet. She assured me right there and then that with any budget, a bride can still have the wedding of her dreams! I was sold!!   And boy, was she right!! I had about 4 months to plan my wedding and was freaking out. I always knew Kristina would be my wedding planner but i  feared i had lost her card! I finally dug around and found it, wrinkled, and almost worn. Called her up, met up with her and that was the best decision i made!!   Kristina has connections with the best vendors in town! She negotiated, represented, advised and Listened to our needs all through our decision making. Her work is well known among well known vendors in the city which was a blessing!! She is very detailed and leaves nothing out! Days up until the wedding, there were times my husband and i were overwhelmed and stressed, Kristina was our counselor! She is so sweet.  Come wedding day,  i was the most relaxed bride!! My friends and bridesmaids kept saying they had never seen a more relaxed bride! They didn't know i had Kristina! :-)  during pictures, my dress got stained with mud. A big huge stain at the train of my dress, a noticeable spot. Oh was i freaking out! My bridesmaids were trying to get the stain out but couldn't. Like from a scence in The Wedding Planner,  when Kristina heared about the stain, she had no worries. She calmly took me to the back room and i promise you in secs, my dress was like new!! my bridesmaids were in awe!! Talk about anxiety level dropping as this was minutes to me walking own the aisle! Every single detail was beautifully and flawlessly executed!! My husband and i kept " wow-ing" the entire day. We had a lot of fun! It was magical! Beyond our expectations!! People have been complimenting us about our wedding day and our wedding planner. It made " best wedding of 2011"amomgst our friends and family!!  Kristina and her team were our Dream team!! They truely made our dreams come true!! She is not just our wedding planner anymore, she has become a friend! 

My [now] husband and I thought we were completely prepared for our February nuptials.. that was until we met with Kristina at My Ultimate Consultant! Officiant? Center pieces? Cake DJ? Lighting? Music? There were so many things we hadn't yet figured out or even thought about! Kristina and her team helped us get everything settled exactly the way we wanted it. We were My Ultimate Consultant's first Iranian-American wedding ceremony. Although, Kristina and her team had no experience with Iranian weddings, they were very involved in learning and setting everything up for us. Our "sofreh-aghd" or wedding spread was breathtaking! And our reception? AMAZING! We continue to receive compliments on how beautiful and fun everything was. Our wedding has become the one everyone compares other weddings to :). When he found out I was hiring a "coordinator" I'm pretty sure he rolled his eyes because that is not common in our culture but now he realizes it was worth every penny and then some. I even made him tell me "Good job on hiring Kristina babe" and he did! The fact that our parents and friends were able to leave at the end of the night without worrying about cleaning up was awesome, they almost didn't know how to act. I've never done anything the traditional way and I truly believe it paid off this time. I met Kristina while looking for a wedding venue (she runs the Gallery) my mother in-law hired her as my wedding planner. From day one she was in my corner. My wants were the only thing that matter even when parents wanted to change things she handled it and I didn’t have to say a word. She sent me to one caterer and one florist it was a perfect fit for my wedding. Only two cake tastings before I found my perfect cake and one D.J... She knew my budget and stayed below it. I had a great experience with my ultimate consultant.i was so lost about the wedding process butKristina made my wedding everything i wanted it to be.she kind and professional and always looking out for your best interests.i cannot even say enough nice things except to say the she is the best choice for your wedding.oh and fyi her husband is a fabulous photographer look at his work you won't regret it :)

I should start by saying I was a VERY hands-on bride with strong opinions and I knew exactly what I wanted. Because of my profession, I was convinced I could plan the perfect wedding with little help. Boy was I wrong! When we were 3 months out, there were things I couldn't finish or make decisions on and it was making me unbearable to be around. Kristina had already agreed to be my "Day Of Coordinator", so I contacted her with my issues. She met me in the office on her day off to calm me down and offer to "take it from here". We were able to fit the consulting fee within our budget and she went to work! A few weeks later, she had all my wedding worries put to ease and was even able to fit in a few additional touches that I didn't think we could afford. Without her and the Ultimate team, I wouldn't have had the day that I dreamed of and I think about that everyday. I can't thank them enough for the care and patience they had for me and my wedding.

Kristina was an amazing wedding coordinator. I signed up for the day of coordination package. She did much more than just that! She was available to assist me throughout the entire planning process! Kristina met with me multiple times and responded very quickly by email. She is very detail oriented and makes sure you do not miss any detail! She thought of everything imaginable! Only one very small negative is that I sent her an email a couple of days before my wedding that had multiple attachments with one of them being my table number locations. I was told that the email was received but when I got to the reception the table numbers were not in the right place. I can not blame her though because I should have called to confirm that all attachments were received. During the wedding, the table number locations did not matter everyone had a great time and no one knew any difference. Kristina did an amazing job and I can not think her enough for all of her help and I really mean it when I say she was a life saver. I do not know what I would have done with out her. On the day of the wedding, she organized all of the vendors and made sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Kristina did an excellent job working with me over the 10 months I planned my wedding. At first I felt like I needed to do all these things and was wondering why she wasn't stressing out about it and telling me I was caught up on my to dos, but then i realized - she is a professional! She dealt with all my vendors and my wedding day was as smooth as could be! Also, the entire cost of her services was covered by the savings I made through her vendor discounts!

I was referred to Kristina and her staff and it was the best decision I made. They absolutely were so much fun to work with and every question or need I had, they were there with no hesitation. I wish I would have met Kristina in the earlier stages of my stressful planning but when she stepped in - she took over immediately and the stress was lifted instantly. Absolutely Loved Kristina from MUC! Though I only hired for the "day of" she helped me in so many ways. Her entire team is professional and they were great to work with. They stayed on top of everything from making sure I had everything I needed for our wedding to making sure that everything went perfect the day of.

Kristina and her staff....AMAZING!!!! I dont even know where to begin. When I tell you on our wedding day....I felt so weird waking up that morning stress-free. I felt as if I shouldve been stressed, worried, or even upset about something. I was not and its because I knew....Kristina would take care of it. I had been planning my wedding for about 2 years now and when the time got closer, I realized how nervous I got about the actual day and how I would have things in place myself. I contacted several coordinators for my wedding and only Kristina from my ultimate consultant called me back to offer her services. When my fiancee and I met with her, we told her what we wanted and asked her which of her package would best fit our needs. She was completely honest that I was a bride who only needed her least expensive package. We were very appreciative of her honesty and totally impressed by her enthusiasm and wonderful ideas.
