Laurie was wonderful to work with start to finish. I booked Ultimate Limousines about 14 months in advance for my wedding this October. In pure 2022 craziness, she was almost completely booked and help me find transportation that I needed along with transportation that was available. We were shuttling guests from a hotel to our house and back. The contracts are set up as individual sections so you know exactly which shuttle is going where at what time. About 10 days before my wedding we unexpectedly had to shift our start time up a half hour. Which meant everything had to be altered a half hour. I panic called Laurie and within a few minutes she helped me pick a new time frame and adjusted the shuttles accordingly. All were on time and prompt for both arrivals and departures. They rolled out the red carpet for literally every guest. Thank you Ultimate Limousines for making sure my family and friends made it back safe!

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE! LIMO WAS LEAKING ON THE BRIDE GROOM AND WEDDING PARTY!! Ultimate Limousine was the worst company I have ever worked with. My daughter in law hired them to provide transportation from the hotel to the venue for wedding party and the gusts staying at the hotel. It was a very rainy day. The driver showed up in jeans, not the black suit that was promised, did not have an umbrella and did not open the door for the bride and groom or any one else for that matter. Upon getting in the car, my son, the groom got wet as there was a leak in the sun roof. The driver then went to pick up the wedding party and they all got their dresses wet and my daughter had to hold a cup to collect the water that was pouring in. Upon hearing this, I called the company to see what was going on. The person who answered was rude and dismissive. She did contact the driver who said he fixed the problem. The bride's mother (who paid for the service) ended up driving to the reception because she did not want to get wet. My husband and I also drove my parents as we did not want to get wet. As it turns out, the problem was not fixed as many guests told me that when it was raining, the roof was leaking and they did get wet. Other guests had to old cups to collect the water too. The whole situation was upsetting and embarrassing as we felt like we let our guests down. I called the company the Monday after the wedding and they said they would look into it. They did admit that the wedding party got wet but that the problem was solved after that. After several phone calls and emails, I was told we would be credited for half the amount. They then went back on their word and only credited $400. I feel that this deserved a full refund as we did not get the service that was promised. The fact that the bride, groom and the wedding party got wet on their way to pictures is inexcusable and warranted a full refund. Do not use them for your special day as you will not get what was promised.

Ultimate Limousines was AMAZING!! We live in FL and got married in RI. I would like to give Laurie a HUGE shout out on how amazing she is that working with her for the past 2 years on our wedding we are very grateful!! We had a large wedding including a Cadillac Limo, 1939 Rolls Royce and a Shuttle Bus for our guests and every one of them were beautiful. Thank you for our dreams coming true!

Ultimate Limousines was a great limo service and was extremely accommodating to our complex route. Our only recommendation would be to ensure your pick up and drop off locations are accessible since some of the locations around Newport are tricky to access.

We hired Ultimate for our August wedding. The limo was clean and sparkling and our driver was courteous and accommodating! He even went out of his way to stop at a drug store to fine a stain stick when the groom had red lipstick on his white tux. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices are reasonable as well.

My Son and his new Bride used Ultimate for there Big day last Saturday night. Cant say enough about the vehicle it was clean, comfortable and spacious.. Dennis the driver was awesome and at the end of the night literally went out of he’s way to assure all my guest got back to their hotels safely. Unfortunately that night I left my Bose blue tooth speaker on the last shuttle back, we called in the morning and was told they would look to see if it was there. Much to my joy they found it and called us Monday morning to tell us we could come pick it up, I explained that I actually lived in Boston and asked if I could pay to have it mailed to me, an hour later a gentleman called to let me know he had a car going to Logan and would be dropping it off. I’ve been around a long time and can count on one hand the number of companies that truly have great customer service I can tell you right now that last weekend put you guys at the top of that short list … THANK YOU Ultimate for making our weekend such an enjoyable one. I certainly will be recommending your company to others…

Ordered a 10 passenger limo for our special day. Ultimate Limousines upgraded us surprising free of charge to a 20 passenger due to extra space during the pandemic. We could not of asked for a more professional staff to help plan our wedding or a nicer vehicle. Our driver was very pleasant and helpful greeting everyone in and out of the limo. This company is by far so enjoyable to work with.

From start to finish Ultimate Limousines And Car Services provided excellent service. When I called to inquire about transportation the friendly office staff provided a list of several different packages to choose from with various styles of the limos. I was a little confused on the transportation for the guests and they offered several different options making things so much easier for us to make a decision. The stretch limo was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with water and ice. The driver Glen was fabulous. Highly Recommended!
