Ultimate Party Bus and Limo

July 2018 Wedding. Please Read. I rented a Rolls Royce for my father and I to ride in to the church and for my husband and I to ride in to our reception. I also rented a party bus for my bridesmaids and groomsmen that held 18 people. On the day of my wedding, I receive a call a half hour before I'm supposed to be at the church that the Rolls-Royce AC belt was not working, it was smoking, and a mechanic had to come fix it. Keith, the owner couldn't give us a specific time on how long it would take and I asked him to please keep me in the loop and contact me before the church. No further communication went on like I had asked. This was a total inconvenience and not what I had anticipated to happen. I was immediately filled with anxiety and was given no reassurance that another vehicle would be there in place of the broken down Rolls Royce. When my mom told me the limo was here to pick us up, the party bus was the only vehicle in sight. I thought there would have at least been a back up vehicle; I don't know what company doesn't have a back up plan or more limos in their lot. I would've taken any car at this point, but to not send another car at all?!?! Who does this!?! A special moment was taken away from me because I couldn't exit the vehicle with my dad or have photos taken with my husband. We were fine on the party bus with my bridesmaids, the kids, and my dad and I to the church, but on the way to our venue, it was VERY packed. My brother had to go in a separate car because he couldn't fit and two people were standing on the ride to the venue. People were sitting on each other's laps and I felt so embarrassed. It was very confining and the air conditioning didn't seem like it was working well; we were all sweating and the driver had the windows open. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in how this played out. The owner Keith only reimbursed me for the one vehicle instead of both. When I expressed how upset I was several times, his short, non-chalant, absolutely unsympathetic reactions made me beyond livid. To him, it wasn't a big deal at all and my words went through one ear and out the other. I will never do business with this company again. How they handled the most important day of my life was unprofessional and will forever leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I couldn't be happier that we booked these guys as the limo for our wedding! Lou was on prompt and such a gentleman. We had a weekday wedding and didn't realize that traffic would be so bad and we ended up running overtime. Instead of pressing us for exceeding our time limit, Lou reassured us and told us to relax, taking the whole stress out of our evening. Everyone the company was super helpful and accommodating and I will forever be grateful. BOOK THEM, you won't regret it!

What a great experience with Ultimate Party Bus & Limo! We booked everything with Reina (we booked a 16ish passenger party bus), who was willing to answer any questions we had. She followed up with us a day or two before our wedding to confirm all of the details. John was our driver, and he showed up about 15 minutes early to pick up the girls. He was so friendly and kind! He helped us all onto the bus and was a pleasure to have drive us. He made funny comments to help ease my nerves and was so helpful with my dress and setting up the red carpet so we could all exit the bus without getting our dresses in the snow. At the church, he helped with anything we needed both before and after I walked down the aisle (including getting my coat ready for me). He was such a great sport with setting up the champagne toast in the freezing weather and wind. While we were driving to the reception, he stopped and came into the back to help us get the music going. There were water bottles on the bus if we needed, and the quality of the bus was perfect. And, of course, the safe and efficient driving was appreciated, too. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our day special! (Addendum: the price was right, too! We paid for extra time because we anticipated rush hour traffic, but it fell right within our budget.)

When I was researching limo companies for our wedding, I must have called 15 different places. As soon as I spoke to Keith at Ultimate I was so happy to have found them. They were so great and helpful and punctual. There’s so much that goes on with wedding planning and the last thing that you want to worry about is transportation. Thank you Keith! The people in the office were great yo work with but sadly the driver Greg was very, very disappointing to deal with the day of our wedding. He was not friendly, asked who had an iPhone to connect their music. Didn't put the lights on in the party bus but rather our best man found a switch. To top it off, we never received our red carpet champagne toast...when I asked about it he replied when did you want yo have it. Normally it's set up for you outside the church...who knew we had to ask for it. This was our only disappointment of our special day fortunately.

Keith is truly a pleasure to deal with!!! We have used him for numerous bus trips and special occasions. This time we used him for our wedding and he made it truly amazing with a Rolls Royce showing up and an amazing, spotless escalade. Truly a pleasure to deal with and we will continue to refer you!!

I asked my fiance to book our limo for our wedding, and I am so glad he found and chose Ultimate Party Bus and Limo! Our driver, Kenny, was so friendly, helpful and most importantly, patient!! We were running a little later than normal, and he waited outside without a complaint! I will definitely be booking through them again the next time I need transportation.

We used a party bus and Rolls Royce for our wedding from Ultimate Party Bus. They were easy to work with and the party bus was perfect for our 20 person bridal party! The drivers went above and beyond our expectations. They were very kind, friendly, and professional. They helped with the runner in the church and helped us throughout the wedding. Both cars were clean and arrived on time. I highly recommend using them for your wedding!

Our wedding was on Sunday March 13, 2016 at The Park Savoy Estate, and the limo and party bus we got were absolutely amazing! The drivers were on time and everything was perfect! I even made it to the church before my groom did! Our wedding was able to start exactly on time (which was very important to us). Keith was great to work with, easy going and personable. We would recommend Ultimate Party Bus and Limo to anyone getting married or anyone who is looking for a beautiful party bus or limo for the night!

Great Decision!!! We got married January 2nd 2016 and we had a wedding party of 16. The large party bus was perfect to fit everyone comfortably. I was in contact with Reina through the process and she was great! Quick email responses and very professional. The day of the wedding the driver was there 45 minutes early in case of traffic. The bus was perfect. Clean, stocked with 2 bottles of champagne, waters, and we brought on a cooler of our own. The driver was great helping out at the church and had a champagne toast waiting for us outside the church which was nice. The sound system was great, just used my phone with bluetooth and synched right to it. I would absolutely recommend The Ultimate Party and Limo company, we got a lot of compliments on the party bus idea!!

I have no complaints about Ultimate Party Bus. They were very affordable. They have limousines and party buses to fit different needs. We had a large bridal party so we ordered the larger party bus. The driver of the party bus did a great job. He was very personable and did whatever he could to help. He showed up to pick up the men to take them to the church 15 minutes early. I am a fan of punctuality. He dropped them at the church and then came to pick up the girls and I at the hotel. Again, he was early. He had the hotel call our room to let us know he had arrived. He got to the church as quickly as he possibly could since taking pictures took a little longer than anticipated. The bus rode very smoothly which was good for everyone drinking on the bus. After the ceremony was over, he was parked right outside with a red carpet and champagne for my husband and I. It was a nice photo op. He then dropped us off at our venue. The interior of the party bus was very clean and well maintained. It had the interior of a stretch limo with the lights and bar inside. The company offered to pick up the men and drop them off and did not charge us for the extra stops. They were so easy to work with, and like I mentioned, very affordable. I definitely recommend Ultimate Party Bus.

We booked our Oct wedding party bus with Ultimate party bus. They were able to give us a tour of bus options and were easy to work with. Their pricing was good and they were able to work with our budget. They called to confirm the week before the wedding all the details of the day to ensure the driver knew where and what time to be places. They showed up early and the bus was spotless. There are plenty of room for our bridal party. They were great to work with and would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again should the need arise!

My husband and I recently got married and used this company. They were absolutely amazing and accommodating. Not only did we use them for our wedding, but my husband used them for his bachelor party and they were great. The limo driver, Mike, that they had for his bachelor party was awesome and we requested him for the wedding. He was great! I would HIGHLY recommend using this company.

I wish I could leave more stars!!! We had over 20 people in our wedding party. Using multiple limos seemed the only way we could transport everyone. After speaking to Keith, he had a better idea – using the “party bus”. At first we were apprehensive, but after seeing the bus and the accommodations we knew this would not only be convenient, but also very “classy”. We used Ultimate Party Bus and Limo for our wedding, and we were not disappointed. In fact, the party-bus was one of the major highlights for our wedding. The wedding party (ages 9 to 60) had a blast, and the driver was top-notch. My bride was so elated she didn’t have to cram into a limo, and worry about her gown. I could write a novel stating how happy we were with Keith and the entire Ultimate Party Bus and Limo staff.
