ornia, Brie made life easy for all of us, especially for my daughter Kirstin and me (Mom). We’re a family of DIYers, and Brie did an exceptional job coordinating the family and friends who acted as vendors for the wedding. Brie went above and beyond as we ran around town, in between stormy weather, checking in and taking items off the family’s to-do list to allow everyone to be present throughout the day. Even when the rain kissed the day, Brie brought calm to the chaos, handled every little detail, and truly felt like family. She and her wonderful assistant, Chevy Wright, were everywhere at once, patient with us as timelines and locations needed to be adjusted due to the afternoon showers, helping the ring bearer down the aisle at St. Peter’s, serving wedding cake, and grabbing little video moments from the reception. She kept us smiling and everything on track—we honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend Uncommon Camellia and Brie to any bride or mom who wants a day that feels effortless and full of joy.

sly even down to the butterfly release.    I have to saw I was nervous when my original lead coordinator had to step down due to a family emergency. But Nicole stepped in and took charge of all the details.  Nothing was missed.  The assistant coordinators were so awesome.  If they say my drink was low they would take it out my hand and were ready with a new fresh one.  Didn’t miss a beat.    The ceremony was executed perfectly from the timing of the processional so the pictures after the first kiss.   20 out 10.  Highly recommend

From the very beginning, she listened to us so carefully, asked the right questions, and guided us with thoughtful suggestions that made everything come together beautifully. She was mindful of our budget every step of the way, always giving us options and making sure we felt comfortable with each choice. Because we were planning from a distance and dealing with a time difference, Lizzie worked incredibly hard to keep communication smooth and to make the process stress-free for us. Her professionalism, kindness, and down-to-earth nature gave us complete peace of mind and made it a pleasure to work with her. On the wedding day itself, Lizzie, along with Meryl, Nicole, Rachel, Lisa, and Kelly, made everything seamless. We didn’t lift a finger—they guided us through every moment, told us exactly where to be and when, and handled every detail with grace. If there were any hiccups, we never knew about them, because the team had everything under control. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and we know it would not have been possible without Lizzie and her incredible team. Hiring Uncommon Camellia was worth every penny and hands down the best money you can spend on your wedding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

cie had frozen water bottles for us the night before. Lost earring backing? dress needs bustling? can’t find family during the exit? Kaycie was on it. But even better- leading up to the day Kaycie was just a call, text, or email away from answering any and all questions! She was so accomodating, so thoughtful, and put our wants and needs first in order to make sure the day was everything we dreamed of AND stress free. If you are wonderinf if you need a day-of coordinator, YOU DO. And Kaycie is your girl!

th Lisa we knew we were in good hands. Not only does she have a wonderful personality that makes you feel right at home, but she is also a total wizard in the wedding biz! When we hit the 6 week mark my now husband and I were definitely feeling the pressure of getting all the final details taken care of. Lisa stepped in, took on everything, and told us to stop any communication outside of her direction (a challenging task when you have been handling everything for 2 years!) Her communication with vendors, the detailed timeline, and everything else in between was truly amazing. We both were finally able to focus on each other and less on the planning! During our rehearsal, our bridal party complimented how impressed they were with her, her attention to every detail, and customized timelines for everyone! On the day of the wedding, I felt like I did not have a care in the world outside of focusing on me, my bridesmaids, and soaking in every moment because Lisa and Phoebe were on the job. We also had to make a tough decision on the day of our wedding because there was rain in the forecast but we decided not to tent the venue. We had hoped the rain would hold off, but being New Orleans, we ended up with a little downpour for about an hour of the reception. Lisa and Phoebe got right to work passing out ponchos and umbrellas to all of our guests which kept the dancefloor going! Our drinks were never empty, any request we had was met, and by the end of all of this, we feel like we are walking away with a new friend. Lisa feels like someone you have known your whole life and if you are lucky enough to have her as your coordinator, know that you will have the best wedding day ever!
