One of the very first things I told Kaycie during our introductory meeting was that I wanted to feel like a guest at my own wedding... and they accomplished that mission completely. Our wedding party and families were unbelievably impressed by their professionalism, organization, and ability to remain completely calm and unfazed by any hiccups that came along the way. From start to finish, we felt so cared for and knew we were in the best hands. Truly, we felt as though the team treated us like family. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!!! From their diligence in handling family dynamics and their frequent communication with us and our vendors... I cannot say enough!!!! Although the Day-of Coordination package officially begins about six weeks before the wedding, from the moment Lisa stepped in, it felt like we had hired a full-service planner. She immediately took the reins, contacted all of our vendors, confirmed every detail, built a flawless timeline, answered our questions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She gave us complete confidence that everything was under control and a huge senseof relief. On the wedding day, Lisa and Ashley were absolutely phenomenal. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes, keeping everyone on schedule, coordinating every vendor, solving problems before anyone even knew they existed, and ensuring every detail was executed beautifully. Lisa also worked seamlessly with Jessica, the Houmas House event manager, and together they made an exceptional team. Their communication and coordination ensured the entire day flowed effortlessly from beginning to end. One of the things I appreciated most—and something I don't think people realize until the wedding is over—was that Lisa made sure every single item we had purchased, brought with us, or lovingly DIY'd was gathered at the end of the evening, returned to our suite, and neatly organized. It was such an incredible relief not to end an amazing wedding day having to search the venue for décor, signage, keepsakes, and personal belongings. Instead, we were able to simply enjoy the celebration, knowing everything had been thoughtfully taken care of. Because of Lisa, Ashley, and Jessica's teamwork, our family was able to relax, be fully present, and simply enjoy one of the most meaningful days of our lives. Lisa is the perfect combination of organized, knowledgeable, calm, and kind. Ashley was equally wonderful, and together they made an incredible team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our daughter, our new son in law and our families exceeded every expectation.
