What is typically stressful for most couples, was more fun for us thanks to Sarah’s timelines. Anytime we had an issue, Sarah jumped on it finding a solution, ensuring it wouldn’t impact our wedding. She helped us create the dream team for our big day, recommending the best vendors. She really brought our wedding vision to life, and it was honestly beyond what we expected. We really love Sarah and the entire Uncorked Occasions team! Truly the saddest part of our wedding was knowing we are no longer working with Sarah. We can’t recommend her enough!

om across the country, I was initially unsure whether a coordinator was necessary, especially since both my husband and I work in event planning. Our venue required a day of coordinator, and after meeting the Uncorked team, we quickly upgraded our package to include additional planning support. It was the best decision we could have made. Our coordinator, Sarah, was truly amazing. For nearly 18 months, she made us feel like her top priority, remembered every detail, offered thoughtful guidance, and helped turn our ideas into the wedding of our dreams. She knew exactly when to step in, when to reassure us, and when to take the lead so we could relax and enjoy the process. We turned our wedding into a full weekend experience, and the difference between the event not coordinated by Sarah and the rest of the weekend was night and day. Our families and wedding party loved them, and I was able to be fully present without worrying about a single detail. is is a service we could not have done without. Sarah was absolutely phenomenal, as were her team members, Janna and Maddie. She was organized beyond belief. Even our Starbucks order while we were getting ready.  My son, who initially thought a coordinator was unnecessary (and made fun of us every time we had a meeting) Shouted several times during the wedding, “I hope Sarah comes to New York because I need her when I get married!” On the day of the wedding, my husband realized he forgot his tie. No problem! A tie appeared within the hour. Missing button? Sarah to the rescue again! She literally sewed the button herself. Sarah and her team truly saved the day on many occasions. We were planning our wedding from a different state, but with Sarah’s help, it was smooth and stress-free. Sarah continuously updated a live timeline document that included every detail of our wedding day. She made sure to share this with each vendor prior to our wedding day, and then met with them on the actual day to review it with them. Many vendors expressed not only how impressive it was, but how helpful it was, as they knew exactly where they needed to be and when. They also shared that this is definitely not the norm when it comes to wedding coordinators (again, Uncorked Occasions truly goes above and beyond). Sarah is such a kindhearted person who was lovely to work with. She is professional, extremely detail oriented, and has extensive knowledge of what it takes to plan a perfect wedding in the St. Augustine area. Uncorked Occasions did an amazing job coordinating vendor schedules/logistics for the day of our wedding. Sarah and her team did a wonderful job on the day of the wedding. We started our wedding day at peace because we knew how incredible our team was. Sarah and her team made sure that everything was executed exactly as planned. we were crunched for time would be an understatement. We started planning months earlier and had already chosen our venue, caterer, band, photographer, etc. But we needed their team to actually pull everything together, transform the venue into our vision, and make sure everything went off without a hitch. THEY DID IT! We had an absolutely beautiful reception at the St. Augustine Yacht Club. The team at Uncorked Occasions went above and beyond to make sure that the venue was set up perfectly, and it was beyond any visions that we had. Throughout the night, people continuously commented on how beautiful and well-staffed the event was. The decor, food, band, and overall run of show was fantastic. They are incredibly organized, knowledgeable, resourceful, and kind. Plus everyone in town loves working with the team at uncorked occasions so they’re a great ally. We received a detailed timeline days ahead of the big day that included everywhere we needed to be and when we needed to be there plus contact info and instructions for each of our vendors. I would hire them to run any event, and look forward to working with them again for other life celebrations and gatherings in the future. Great people, unforgettable event.

ain we did not pay her enough-- she worked with the venue owner, my dad, me, my vendors, and her personal connections to give us the perfect day. She kept her cool so well-- speaking with her was so reassuring and comforting. We were even looking at a possible venue change, and she just took it in stride! Prior to the final 30 days, Brittany touched base with me several times to nail down details and to give me insight for hiring certain vendors. She is so helpful and has such good relationships with everyone in the industry! I felt a little overwhelmed going into the last month, but she was so reassuring and also was on top of everything. I would trust her with my life! The wedding itself was amazing. Brittany constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, eating, feeling good, etc. which I so appreciated! I have a hard time believing that there is someone out there better at this than Brittany. She's good at her job, but she's also a kind, compassionate person. I just adore her and am so grateful to have worked with her.

as unfortunately not met with the same energy, it was met with what felt like boredom surrounding my event. There were multiple occasions where my emails went several weeks with no reply, including a full month the month before my wedding. I expressed concern multiple times regarding communication and felt brushed off, including by the manager. I went into my wedding day with so much unnecessary stress because of this. On the day of, things went smoothly and ran on time. It was very helpful to know where I needed to be and when, and all of the details that I spoke with my coordinator about were in place. That said, after the wedding I was horrified to hear about the treatment my mom and one of my guests received. The pipe and drape was covering my cake on the mezzanine and when my mom asked about it she was met with the response “there will be pictures”. My mom could have come up to watch the cake cutting had I been asked. There was also mishap where a guest’s wife was left off of the seating chart (my fault) and when someone asked for a place setting they were given a very curt response making her feel even worse. I understand that coordinators are extremely busy and have many weddings on their plate. All in all, I would still recommend Uncorked but suggest laying out your expectations ahead of time with your coordinator so that you are both on the same page. Communication is such a key part of making your wedding day the day you’ve dreamed of, and I hope that every future bride is met with better.

I was one of the covid bride that had my wedding postponed back in 2020 and was able to do it in Nov of 2021, but because of Whitney I felt like the most special bride with the best vendors at my wedding. On the day of our wedding we had a situation where the shuttle we had set up for our guests to be transported from their hotels to our ceremony wasn't going to be able to do it anymore. Brittany was able to find a new shuttle company just a few hours before our ceremony and everybody arrived at our ceremony on time. We can't thank her enough! Our wedding day ran so smoothly and it was a dream come true! Highly recommend!
