UnderCover Tent & Party

d got back to me almost immediately with new quotes and any questions I had. We ended up doing a backyard set up at my mom's house with tents and these beautiful farm tables and it was amazing! People couldn't stop talking about the farm tables and in general an A plus experience with this team! Hire them!

our indoor/outdoor wedding. Anything that we needed (colors of linens / specific glassware) was in their inventory. Delivery was on-time and conducted efficiently. Thank you, UnderCover Tent!

g they provided. Highly recommend!

m wedding come true. They were wonderful to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable about everything from tent placement to permitting, to set up and breakdown. They worked well with our caterer on items required to accomplish our elegant backyard wedding. From the owner to the front office to the setup crew, they were all remarkable! Highly recommend!

ome last minute changes to accommodate for social distancing. Emails, calls, inquiries, and updated quotes were responded to in a timely fashion and we felt very supported. On the day of delivery, his staff showed up and quickly and carefully assembled everything in my parents home. When a few of the tablecloths weren't the exact same color white, they quickly exchanged them for new ones. Overall the experience was incredibly positive and we highly recommend them to outfit your wedding or big event.

a private home where Undercover had worked before, Palmer gave us the perfect recommendation for what would work for the space and we could not have been happier with it. He was so easy going and so quick to respond to any questions that we had along the way. We chose a clear frame tent and the crew setting up did an incredible job with the tent layout and hanging the string lights. We got SO many compliments from our guests throughout the night about how beautiful the tent was. Undercover also provided all our flatware/glassware/linens/etc. and everything turned out beautifully. The only negative I have to say is that the woman who works in their office that seemed to be handling everything our wedding weekend was definitely not the most pleasant or easy to work with. Our wedding coordinator called the day of our rehearsal to see when the tent set up would be complete so our other vendors could plan accordingly. The woman was very short with our coordinator and she then called me to tell me it was "a little much" for my wedding planner to call the day before the wedding and accused me of "getting upset" over everything multiple times before I had even spoken a word other than answering her phone call. The only reason I am putting this in my review is because both my full time wedding planner and our day-of coordinator said they had similar experiences with her and she really added unnecessary stress to an otherwise great experience with Undercover Tent. That aside, we were still so happy with how everything turned out and the professionalism of all of their other staff. I cannot say enough AMAZING things about our tent and layout, the crew that set up the tent, and about Palmer because he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The clear frame tent was a game changer and let our guests enjoy the beauty of our venue for the entire night. I would use Undercover again and I would definitely recommend them!!

ll created the perfect look and cover for our wedding! Highly recommend!

s. In comes Palmer! Palmer was probably the most helpful person I encountered over my 2.3 years of wedding planning. From the get go he was extremely friendly and resourceful. I changed our layout and even tent style multiple times before even making a deposit. I think I emailed Palmer once a week for a year and then 5-10x a week for 2 months leading up to the wedding. Every time I apologized to which Palmer would say “no worries, this is my job!”. When we were on site the week of the wedding one of the Undercover workers told me they had about 20 other weddings that day!! And here I thought Palmer was just giving me some extra attention haha. This is probably one of the hardest working guys I’ve seen on Cape Cod/in the wedding industry. Every time I emailed him he would reply almost instantly! If you are looking for a place on the cape to rent not only your tent, but tables, chairs, lighting, plates, glassware etc etc this is your company!! They are so on top of it and have crazy attention to detail. Their pricing is also great compared to some other companies we looked at.

tent with lighting, a dance floor with lighting, wooden farm tables, the wood crossback chairs, a bar, and all of our tabletop items (plates, silverware, glassware, etc.) from Undercover and it all was so clean, well taken care of, and beautiful! The crew that came to assemble everything was professional, quick, and friendly. Palmer was so easy to work with throughout the process. We met with him in person a few times before the wedding and he was happy to show us the items in their show area and was so flexible throughout the many times that we changed our order! Everything came together and was able to go back together which made everything so easy! The farm tables looked so beautiful and everyone can't stop raving about the tent and dance floor. Reasonably priced and such a great, easy company to work with! Would highly recommend!

to work with and went out of their way to make sure all the rentals were exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend them enough!

the start, Palmer Egan and his management team provided a professional and courteous outline of our needs. The week of the wedding, weather had a few of us worried but in the end the tent assembly crew arrived on time and did a perfect job with this project. I will use this company again in the near future with all of our tent requirements . Respectfully, they are the best.

nd they could not have been nicer. Everything ordered was delivered on time and in great condition. I would highly recommend Undercover Tent for your Cape Cod event!

Thank you Undercover!

and were the best price. Palmer was great to work with and Tony who came out to look at the yard and make measurements was so knowledgeable! I have recommended them to every bride looking for rentals.

ul and extremely knowledgeable, he was our go-to for questions and always made us feel welcome! Set-up and tear-down teams were polite and efficient, despite having to set up the tent in a torrential downpour! We couldn't have asked for a better team!

weather, will it be warm enough, dry enough, confortable. Tony, owner of the company was stellar. He allayed all my fears, reconfigured the tents as my trees had grown and made everything look magical. The heaters were top rate; all the dishes etc. were e perfect and beautiful. The tent lighting was like a fairytale come true for my daughter. Palmer is a top notch communicator with the patience of a saint. Every email and phone call was answered quickly and knowledgeably. And the guys that came to set up and break down we’re very friendly, polite and respectful of our property. I would use Undercover Tent again in a heartbeat. Oh, and very reasonably priced also!!

ly bonkers with planning everything for the big day. I was there. One phone call with Palmer and he set my mind at ease. HUGE shout out to DJ Patrick as well for the perfect soundtrack all afternoon and into the night. Epic crew right here. Hire them!

ges during the planning stages as we figured out all the items we needed and there was never an issue with the changes we needed to make. The sail cloth tent was beautiful, along with lighting and additional globes that we requested. The set-up was done on a timely basis (prior to the actual wedding day) and gave us the ability to plan out where the ceremony would be. All the other items we rented (tablecloths, napkins, tableware, etc) were all in perfect condition. Palmer worked with us when we thought we may have a weather issue if we needed additional items. He assured us it would all be taken care. It was a pleasure working with Undercover tent and Palmer Egan and would highly recommend them for any occasion.

mer's expertise translated into the perfect tent and dance floor size and set up, location of the tent at our wedding site, lighting, etc. And their tent and supply inventory is updated and clean. We also want to praise the installation crew: they love their work and it shows. They didn't miss a detail and they were very professional to work with. We highly recommend Undercover Tent!

ly recommend this company and one you can trust to help make your event run smoothly. They go out of their way to meet and exceed expectations. Shout out to Tony, Palmer and Barbara

e after-party and brunch the next day. Palmer and the team at Undercover Tent were awesome. The furniture was all high quality and looked nice. The tent was super and looked super sturdy and even had cute little lights inside. I really had every confidence in Undercover Tent and I would highly recommend them. I would also suggest the farm tables which gave a gorgeous touch to our wedding set-up. I'm hoping to find another reason to use them again!

I had listened to all of the people who warned me about hiring them as our tent vendor. The way that Tony communicates with customers is very hostile and demeaning. Not only did he scream on the phone at my poor mother when we called with a simple question months before the wedding day, he was very short tempered with everyone involved in our wedding. He had his office employee call as we were headed to the church for the ceremony demanding payment that minute. Very unprofessional and very disappointing. Avoid at all costs. I’ve heard great things about Chase Canopy and Sperry Tent. Great alternatives.

exactly what I needed to keep my guest dry. The crew set up all the rentals and did a great job. I highly recommend undercover tent for any party needs!

estion/concern we had was immediately addressed by Palmer and he made us feel completely confident that everything would go as planned. His calm nature made us feel at ease. He was also there to offer suggestions. The tent was delivered on time and looked great! Our guests were so impressed and are still talking about how perfect everything was! We are so happy we chose Undercover Tent for the best day ever!!

e we were getting married at, the Corsair and Crossrip resort, and they worked with the coordinator there great!

able and courteous. The office staff was a pleasure to deal with and their site inspector helped us to realize our vision of trying to fit a lot of people into a small space. The delivery and set up team worked incredibly hard. Throughout the process many changes were made to our order, (we may now be tied for the most changes to an order) and they were all accommodated without difficulty, including last minute requests. In the end we were able to go with a clear top tent that was beautiful and allowed the natural beauty of the surroundings to show and requires minimal decoration. It was magical!

rly, realizing that Friday would not be doable. They worked very hard securing the tent, and I was amazed how well it held up during the heavy wind and rain. The cost is high, and there are added charges if you use extra heat, which was tough to deal with after the fact. But all in all, I think if we had gone with a less qualified tent company, our tent would not have survived the weather of the weekend. We really appreciated Ronaldo and his staff for working so hard to make everything work for us!!!

ered to the West Dennis Yacht Club and chairs and tables delivered to our rental home. Good people, very responsive. Clean chairs!

ch of our communication done by phone as possible, which worked with most of our vendors. However, Undercover Tent was essentially impossible to get ahold of - we placed at least one call every two weeks between January and September attempting to reach someone and almost never even got a courtesy message back that someone would call us back (no one ever did). The one contact we did receive after sending our final numbers was that they had overbooked silverware so we were short 25 sets. They did not make any attempt to resolve this for us, so I had to use a different rental company to get these sets (and then got to spend the morning after our post-wedding brunch sorting those sets back out of our dirty silverware. Grrr.) In fact, we did not actually connect with Tony in person - and me with him ever - until we'd arrived in Hyannis for our wedding. At that point, I had determined that the tent size we'd been quoted would have about a dozen guests sitting in a sand pit, and we asked Tony to come to the location and figure out what would work. That was the first time he actually measured our site and determined that, in fact, we'd need a different solution. After re-figuring things out, we were notified just before they headed over to set up that one of the two tents had been damaged, so we'd be getting a paneled white and clear tent for that one instead. So much for the whole reason we'd booked with UnderCover Tent! AND THEN...UnderCover Tent began setting up our tents more than a DAY after they were supposed to...so much for having a timeline to get our tables and everything else set up! If we hadn't had amazing friends and family willing to spend the morning of the wedding helping set up the venue, it wouldn't have happened. We were extremely disappointed with our UnderCover Tent experience. They may have been overbooked, but that doesn't mean they needed to completely disregard our wedding. The rest of our vendors were great - but this one - steer clear or at least know that you might get to have as much "fun" as we did with UnderCover Tent!

ding a heater at the last minute due to a chillier than expected day! We would definitely recommend them for any couple planning their special day!

disappointed. They showed up later then I requested for the set up and didn't come equipped knowing how the tent was even supposed to be set up. Needless to say I spent my rehearsal dinner dealing with that. I was also on my honeymoon when they were supposed to pick up the tent and my Dad sat around all day and they never showed up when they were supposed to. Not very professional. The tent did look great and I thought it was good value. So take to bad and annoying with the good I suppose.

was more beautiful than I had imagined and the rentals were perfect. The lanterns and twinkle lights made the tent look amazing when the sun went down. Thank you for creating the perfect setting for our wedding day!

s! They were always prompt in responding to my emails and questions. The tent set-up and breakdown was flawless, and everything looked absolutely beautiful! For stress-free planning of a tented wedding, I highly recommend Undercover.

and recommended tent types and sizes for the venue... and this was even before we committed to using his company. When there was a little misunderstanding between the rentals and the caterer - he took the approach as if the customer should not be involved in issues like this and handled it all behind the scenes. Tony showed up early on the day that all the rentals were to be delivered and made sure he knew where we wanted the tents placed and where we wanted the openings etc. We also rented all of our tables, chairs, plates, glasses, etc. from them and it was one stop shopping. The team did an excellent job on dropping everything off and picking it up as well as assembling the dance floor and the paper lanterns. Tony was very professional throughout the entire process and I never once worried that it wouldn't go smoothly (and everything did go smoothly). Highly Recommend.
