Hosted a rehearsal dinner in the Anniversary Drawing Room at the PMU on Sept 30, 2022. Selected the most expensive buffet and paid extra for a 3rd desert ($60/person). The food was... horrible! Frozen diced carrots as the “roasted root vegetables” and instant mashed potatoes and frozen lemon pie instead of “key lime pie with torched meringue” as ordered. Grilled chicken breast instead on “bone-in chicken” as ordered. Canned sliced beets as the “beet salad”. It was shocking how bad the food was.
