I was there today and the staff is truly amazing. I had no idea what style, shape, or color dress I wanted for my wedding. Lol. I worked with Courtney and and the other girls. They asked questions and pulled lots of beautiful choices to the room. After watching me try on a few dresses. She (Courtney) went back and pulled one more surprise out. This beautiful sweetheart neckline strapless dress. Beautiful bedding and lace. Corset back. Absolutely to die for. I got it on and looked in the mirror and was like ok this is gorgeous. I walked out of the room and saw myself. I had my moment. The one every female wants. I began to cry and knew that no other dress would come close. These ladies are absolutely amazing. They listen and they work hard for you. I’ve never felt so beautiful. Thank you again Courtney❤️❤️❤️❤️ and thank you Unique Bridal!!!!!

I first heard of Unique Bridal through a bridal show and I was not sure about it. I had gone to three other shops before Unique, when I walked in they were very welcoming and friendly. They listened to my preferences and grabbed some choices. I enjoyed that all of the workers pitched in an input as they were working around the store. I happened to be the only one in the shop for over an hour, which was fantastic. After all of the choices, I ended up finding my Dress! They let me stay in it while my bridesmaids tried on dresses for them. They were also able to find their dresses. One last awesome thing was that the dress was new to the shop and it was a fantastic prices for what the dress was. Highly Highly recommend this bridal shop, give it a shot!

I found my dream dress at Unique Bridal as well as my bridesmaid dresses. The staff was super helpful and patient even though it didn't take us very long. They were very accommodating and I loved my dress and the bridesmaid dresses!

I only took my mom with me when I tried on wedding gowns and Unique Bridal offered such a personal experience for the two of us. The dress consultant already had several dresses picked out based on the styles I had said while making my appointment. I fell in love with the fourth dress I tried on and they made the ordering process incredibly easy. The dress was estimated to come in 5 months, but made it in 2 months. I definitely recommend Unique Bridal to brides to who are looking for their dress in an intimate setting with close friends and family.

Great selection and one on one attention!

I went in on a whim as the first place I was going to try dresses on at. I understood that I didn't have an appointment so they wouldn't have much time for me. I walked in and stood there for literally 10 minutes and no one even said hello to me, I finally had to ask for help when though the lady had been standing right there (she was with someone but did not even acknowledge me after finishing). Then when I said I'd like to stay around $600 the one lady gave me a dirty look and said I wouldn't find much for that. I said that's fine, show me what you do have. She huffed and snidely told the other girl to just grab some stuff in that price range. The girl who actually brought the dresses was very nice. However, I was already annoyed so I quickly tried on 2 dresses and left. Had the lady been nice from the beginning and just brought some dresses that were at least close to my price range I probably would've bought something there as I really don't like dress shopping and just wanted to find something I liked. I ended up going to another store and purchasing my dress within an hour.

I purchased my wedding dress, and those of my bridesmaids, through Unique Bridal. I was impressed by their extensive selection and their small-town, one-on-one experience. During my appointment, they were able to pull many dresses to fit what I was looking for, and I was able to complement the look by trying on multiple veils, shoes and sets of jewelry. Even those who weren't directly helping me with the appointment joined us and gave their thoughts and suggestions on each dress. It was also convenient to be able to buy my bridesmaids dresses at the store, and have them shipped directly to my friends who live across the country. When I returned to pick up my dress, Unique Bridal let me try it on (again!) and continue to mix and match accessories to find exactly what I was looking for. I'd happily recommend this store for anyone seeking specialized, one-on-one customer service.

I found my dress at Unique Bridal. The space is small and it is difficult to look at dresses because they have so many! But Rebecca was wonderful in listening to what I liked, disliked, and wanted; based on that, she pulled the dresses for me to try on! I love that she did that, it was a huge relief not to pull my own dresses. They even sold me the dress off the rack that I fell in love with.

Unique Bridal was an incredible and personalized experience as I shopped for my bridal gown! The staff made me feel like my experience was the only one that mattered - they listened to all of my needs and wishes in a dress and they helped me find the one with ease! I was so stressed to go dress shopping, but they made the stress melt away and turn into a fairytale. Thank you!

Unique Bridal provided me with my dream dress (the Alfred Angelo Belle dress). It was the first dress I ever pinned to my Pinterest board over four years before my wedding. I was amazed they had the dress when I went dress shopping. Everyone LOVED the dress! And the customer service was amazing. They were always able to answer any questions I had.

While they did a great job getting me into a dress that I loved, I do have some complaints. Because of the dynamic of the wedding, and the surrounding events going on with my family, we didn't have a ton of money to spend on the wedding-- let alone the dress. The staff that we worked with made it seem like if we weren't looking to spend a ton of money, that they didn't really have time for us. I felt like a burden as I was helped into dresses. When we told the staff member that we were looking to spend under $1,000, she gave us this look that just made me feel like I wasn't even worth trying to help. Even so, we did end up finding a dress there, I did love it, and that same staff member helped us find it. 4 stars for the No-money? No-time attitude.

They did an amazing job helping me pick out the perfect dress for my special day. Everyone was helpful and kind. The prices were also amazing!

Prior to getting my wedding dress, I had bought two bridesmaid dresses from Unique. They were so helpful when it came to sizing and alterations suggestions that I knew I wanted to go there for my wedding dress. The day I got my wedding dress was perfect. I showed the stylist a few ideas of silhouettes I liked, and she did the rest. All of the dresses she pulled for me were exactly what I was looking for. She was very supportive and positive throughout the whole experience and really listened to what I had to say about each dress I tried on. She found the perfect veil to go with my dress and pulled some beautiful jewelry and hair pieces to complete the outfit. They gave me a great deal for choosing my dress that day and gave me money off my order of bridesmaid dresses as well. I highly recommend Unique Bridal for any occasion. Their staff and selection are amazing!

I had such a great experience trying on dresses at this salon. The staff was very pleasant and kind and made me feel comfortable. They had tons of options to choose from, all different price ranges, and lots of designer gowns! I would recommend them to anyone looking for their dream gown

AWESOME They were great and got me in even though I didn't have an appointment. They ended up staying late so I could buy my dress. Katie who helped me try on dresses was amazing and made me feel totally comfortable.

I got my wedding dress from Unique Bridal and had a good experience with them. My mom and I went to their sample sale in the fall and I found my dress for $600 (my dress was originally over $1600). My wedding was still over a year and a half away, but they let me keep it there and they had it cleaned since it was a sample. The girl who helped me find my dress was the best, I wish she had been there when it was time for me to take it home. You are able to come try on your dress whenever, as much as you want to. I tried not to go too much :) Also, everyone was always very nice each time I went there. I didn't like how they measured my bridesmaids for the dresses. Almost all of my bridesmaids had to have their dresses taken in a significant amount because the girls measured them so much larger than they needed. In addition to that, the price of the dress increased with larger sizes, which seemed a little too convenient (I can't say this is why, at all, but it was frustrating that all of their dresses fell off of them when they were delivered). They will sometimes run a special where if you buy your wedding dress there, then your bridesmaids will get a $20 discount. Unfortunately they were not running that special when my girls went to go get their dresses and they wouldn't backdate the special. The other complaint that I have is: at my final fitting the bustle was not done correctly. The seamstress took the dress in the back to correct it and she brought it back out saying it was all done, ready to take home. I didn't try it back on, assuming she had done it right. On my wedding day, we found out that she didn't fix the bustle like she said she did and I still had pieces of my train hanging down. That was disappointing. The shop isn't doing in-store alterations anymore, so future brides shouldn't have this issue. Other than that, I really enjoyed this bridal store and I recommend them.

I previously went to a David's Bridal and thought that I had great service, but Unique Bridal did it ten times better. The dresses that they sold were better quality in general and they were more fair in their pricing.

Unique Bridal in Auburn Michigan is the best place to go if you are a bride to be. All of the ladies take quality time with you and really take what you say to heart. I was unclear of what I was looking for when I first showed up, so they filled a room full of different options and explained each one to me before I tried it on. The most amazing part about my experience was that the girls got to know me so well that they could tell when the dress was "the one" or not. I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you so much unique bridal for making my big day compleate with the most amazing dress!!

the customer service was excellent. They were the fourth place I had tried and I wish I would have started there. They gave me so many options to choose from that were still in the area of what I was looking for! They had exactly what I wanted and everyone absolutely loved my dress! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Unique Bridal was so helpful. Their bridal assistant helped me with what I was looking for. I showed her pictures and she pulled dresses like I imagined. She also had me try on different styles to make sure I knew what all my options were. In the end I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and caring consultant. As if this wasn't enough, the manager came and made sure I was happy and satisfied. Amazing customer service! I will be going back for my girls' bridesmaid's dresses, the men's tuxedo wear, mother of the bride and groom dresses, and my grandmother's dress. I would recommend to anyone!

My experience with Unique Bridal was amazing. Angie was incredibly helpful. She just knew from our short conversation what I was looking for and what would work for me. She was willing to try to order our bridesmaids dresses because they did not have them in stock. Anne was also a pleasure to work with on alterations. She was really reassuring and gave a great vision of what the dress would look like. If I could have gotten every piece of my wedding party's attire at Unique I would have.

This store has packages that allow you to store your dress and have your fittings with me. I loved me dress, it was a great fit. The convenience of having them store and fit the dress was so amazing!

I started with going to Unique Bridal to try on dresses and then for variety went and checked out another nearby shop. After the second shop, I knew right away I wanted to go back to Unique and order my dream dress there. The level of expertise in how the dresses were tried on (complete with providing appropriate undergarments for the trying process), how I was measured and how everything was confirmed made me feel very confident in my purchase. Everyone who worked there was so nice and were all great resources in how a dress should fit. The seamstress designed the most amazing bustle and fit the dress so well, one fitting was all I needed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in search of the perfect bridal gown.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to what I had to say and helped me find the "the one". I have had a few bad experiences at other bridal places and they are by far the most helpful and nice people I have met. Kasee was very helpful.

I found my perfect dress at Unique Bridal! I wished I would have came to Unique Bridal first! I wasted my time by shopping around. Unique Bridal has the best customer service you can find! They are helpful by putting me into the dresses. They knew exactly what to pull for me! I felt no pressure at all! Not to mention they are very helpful with my bridesmaids! I can't say enough about the staff of Unique Bridal. They are all very helpful and very caring ladies. They treat you like family. They have a great selection of bridal gowns and bridesmaids gowns. If they don't have it they are willing to call around and get it for you. I'm very happy I went here. I encourage anyone I know to go here.

The employees were so patient and helpful. There was always someone there to answer my questions and never rushed me. They gave me options and offered suggestions. They helped all my bridesmaids and kept me in the loop on who had yet to pay and pick up their dress. I was very impressed and would recommend them to everyone! My bridesmaids even got money off since I bought my dress there too!

I had been to a bridal shop before going to Unique and nothing caught my eye. My mom and I wandered in wanting to narrow down my vision of what I wanted. The staff at Unique worked quickly and listened to what I liked and didn't like to find me the perfect gown.

The staff at unique has a mix of helpful and unhelpful members. If you are te bride they really go above and beyond to ensure you are buying your dress with ten. However for the wedding party and after you purchased the bridal gown, they become less than helpful. I would recommend the Glass Slipper in West branch, it is very much worth the drive!!

Bought my wedding dress here and I was very pleased with the dress and the alterations that they did with it.

This was a wonderful experience for a first time trying on bridal gowns! The staff were so friendly and my consultant was beyond helpful and patient when I was feeling a bit indecisive and overwhelmed. She made the entire experience a positive one and I cannot wait to get my gown and to continue working with them for tuxes and bridesmaid dresses! :)

I got my wedding gown at Unique Bridal of Auburn for my February 9th 2013 wedding in Brighton MI. When I went to Unique Bridal for the first time I had no intention of finding “the dress” that day - I just wanted to try on as many styles as I could and get a “feel” for what direction I was heading in. I showed our consultant photos of what I wanted and also told her to bring me a big variety of gowns to try on - including the “belle” dress from the Disney Bridal Collection - I knew I didn’t want a big poofy dress but I HAD to try that one on! The shop is small in an intimate way, but with an excellent selection and variety of dresses in all price-points and styles. The consultants are very helpful and not pushy at all! Ours helped me put on and take off the dresses and was very discreet. They have a lovely little area for looking at the dress, with a podium and big mirrors on both sides of you, as well as excellent lighting to really catch the “sparkles” on some of the dresses. They were also wonderful about helping me get the full bridal look by bringing me different veils and accessories. After trying on only ten dresses - I found the one! I didn’t expect to find it so easily but I knew that was it, especially because (as fun as it was to try on so many gowns) I just didn’t want to see any more! I bought it that day. I wanted to have the modified sweetheart neckline changed to a full sweetheart, and I also wanted to add off-shoulder straps. They were very accommodating on these alterations and the measurements they took off of me were accurate - that dress fit like a glove from the moment it came in! Months later when it was time for alterations . . .the woman who did my alterations was very patient and did her job well, she genuinely seemed to love it! She carefully went over my gown for any little stray strings, and did a lovely job on the bustle. She seemed genuinely excited to see the finished product and was very enthusiastic about the gown - I loved that. They also let me have all of the mirror time I wanted! Haha. One month before my wedding at the final fitting I asked to purchase a belt (I had decided on the belt when I bought the dress, but thought that I had plenty of time to buy it, so I didn’t worry about it). They told me that the belt’s often take was long as the dresses to come in and that they didn’t have any! Not only did they spend about thirty minutes calling around to see if there were any in my size that they could get within a month, they also ended up calling another bride who ordered the same belt and who wasn’t getting married until 2014 and asked her if I could have that one and they could order her a new one (since there was MORE than enough time to get one for her) - luckily she said yes! I SO appreciated how they went above and beyond in trying to help me complete my “look”. My dress was stunning, fit perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend Unique Bridal in Auburn for all brides, price points, and styles -it is a much better option than the generic David’s Bridal route - you get personalized attention, the salon is small and intimate, and the employees not only genuinely love their jobs but they show it!

I went to a few places prior to my appointment at Unique only to find that Unique is in a league of their own. They exceeded my expectations with their amazing staff and selection. They listened to what I wanted and also pulled dresses that would flatter my body type. As a bride, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Unique bridal was a little more pricey than some of the other shops we looked at, but their good service made it well worth the extra buck. Our only small complaint was their sizing of the dresses. Everyone's dresses came in way too big, one of my bridesmaids had to have hers taken in over 6 inches! I'm sure this is because they want you to have alterations done there, which is a practice I do not agree with, but we went elsewhere for that. As a heavier-set girl I was very self conscious about someone else helping me into my wedding dress, their staff made me feel comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with my dress and the staff, they were very nice and helpful.

These ladies know their bridal gowns! I went into the store and said I saw a dress on "Say Yes to the Dress", described it to my consultant, Whitney, and she brought it to me right away. I tried it on, it was perfect, and I left within 20 minutes! They also did a great job keeping track of my many bridesmaids and letting me know who paid for their dress and when they came in. They always called me before I had to call them. A+

I bought jewelry for some of my girls and myself from Unique Bridal. I did shop for my dress here, with no luck. We tried on dresses for the girls here as well and they were very helpful. Their excellent service carried over to when I returned to order jewelry, They showed me things in the display cases and books and made ordering easy.

I had heard lots of great things about Unique Bridal and was excited to get my beautiful wedding gown there. The bridesmaids dresses on the other hand were a nightmare. They required half down for each girl and cashed the checks immediately, but didn't order the dresses until every girl picked hers out and submitted the deposit. So my sisters were out $80 for dresses that weren't even ordered until three months later. The sales personelle were rude with my girls and put on a lot of sales pressure to hurry up and pick a dress then pay for it. I received a call once a week telling me that girls needed to come in a pick out a bridesmaid dress, yet they couldn't tell me when mine was coming in. We received conflicting information regarding order dates from different personelle. Once the dresses came in, we couldn't see or try them on until we paid the balance. And after my last bridesmaid picked up her dress, they called me four days later to let me know that the dress was in and ready for pick up. The dresses were great quality and I absolutely love my dress... it fit almost perfectly without any alterations other than a hem and bustle. Did not get alterations through the store as I have heard they hemmed another bride's dress too short and by that time, I didn't want to deal with the shop more than I had to. All of my bridesmaids have made complaints about the service and I have recommended to every bride-to-be I come across not to use Unique Bridal. They stressed me out unnecessarily and tainted an important part of my wedding experience. For the price I paid for my gown and the girls their dresses, I expected more.

I found my dress online, tried it on in Grand Rapids. Once I knew it was "THE ONE" I went to Unique Bridal to order it. They did everything perfect. Once I received it and had the dress at home, I noticed it didn't look like the dress I fell in love within Grand Rapids. I PANIC'D! The bridal shop in GR didn't want to have anything to do with my dilema "you'll have to talk to the place you ordered it from"... and Unique helped me to determine that the designer must have sent out a different style of "sample" to the store... STILL SUCKED that the designer would do something like that - BUT LOVED MY DRESS IN THE END ANYWAY!! :) Used Unique for my bridesmaid dress order as well! :) All the ladies are super friendly and professional!

Unique Bridal did a great job when helping me pick out my wedding dress. We also got the bridesmaids dresses there, although they do not offer alteraltions for bridesmaid dresses. They are friendly and helpful.

I went to Unique Bridal during one of their sales and got my dress half off! The service was excellent. They really listened to what I wanted instead of listening to the women who I brought with me and what they thought a wedding dress should look like. They let my voice stand out and be heard and I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted, at half the price!!!

I had fallen in love with a dress at another store but the price was too high for me. I stopped by Unique Bridal and found it there for much cheaper. All of the girls were great to work with.We got our bridesmaid dresses from them to and were really happy with how they turned out as well. Only done side is they only do alterations on brides dresses and NOT bridesmaid dresses.
