week of the wedding, Jenna arranged a solution and was able to get them made for us just 2 days before the wedding! She has a great eye for decorating and made everything look so beautiful and exactly as we had imagined. She made lots of recommendations every step of the planing process. Jenna led our rehearsal and made sure everyone in the bridal party walked on cue. She and her team had drinks for my husband and I ready at cocktail hour. At the end of the night all of our decor was back in the boxes and ready for us to take back home. They mitigated every bump in the road without us even noticing. Jenna was so reassuring the morning of the wedding and took all my stress away! We cannot say enough good things about Jenna and her team and recommend them to all our friends and family!!

Full Review:  The moment that Jenna responded to my inquiry for a day of wedding manager, I felt my stress subside, thanks to her speedy and thoughtful response. She had read between the lines and was ready to help.From that day onward, Jenna and Julianne went above and beyond to help us finish design details and keep our sanity with a lot of last-minute changes and open questions with our venue due to their ongoing COVID changes.  On the day of the wedding, Julianne was an absolute ninja ROCKSTAR, keeping us on time, and making sure that we were unaware of the inevitable bumpy parts. She and Mary had everything covered. And they HUSTLED. From ensuring that our reception space was beautifully set-up, corraling all our amazing vendors (and guests), golf-cart chauffering- I even saw her helping with wine service - which was definitely not part of her job description. It was also 90 degrees and our wedding was outside. My now-husband(!) and I both do a lot of program/project management as part of our jobs, so at the beginning of our wedding planning process, we felt we would be able to manage.  In hindsight, there is NO way we could have pulled it off and stayed sane, in a way that made sure both us and our guests had fun, without Jenna's guidance and Julianne and Mary's day of help. All of Jenna's vendor recommendations were fabulous, saving my partner and I lots of time and stress. Her existing relationships with contacts at our venue helped keep us all moving in the same direction.  We had such an amazing wedding day. And we have had only rave reviews from our guests. Even though my wedding was much further away than some of her other clients, she always made me feel like our wedding was important to her and on her radar even though it was far away. alked to and immediately I wanted to book her, but I thought “you can’t book the first person you talk to!” I was WRONG! I talked to several other planners, but I kept comparing everyone to Jenna. I felt like she was an old friend almost immediately. I took my fiancé to meet with her unsure of how he would react to me wanting to hire a planner. As soon as we left meeting with her together he said without hesitation that we will be going with UBD! We hired Jenna with the full service package. Jenna made the process so smooth. When people would ask me about how stressed I was while planning I could always honestly say that I wasn’t stressed at all! There were things that Jenna asked me about that I wouldn’t have ever thought of on my own! Things were looking great for our wedding that was planned for April 2020. And then COVID19 hit.... Jenna still took all of the stress away by helping me coordinate a new date as soon as we had determined that our original plan wasn’t going to happen. We moved the date to December of 2020 thinking “this can’t still be a thing by then..” We were wrong! We had planned a downsized celebration but then the state was shut down for the holidays so a week out from our new date we were forced to reschedule AGAIN. Jenna helped Kevin and I throw together a small intimate ceremony/dinner for our immediate family so that we could still get married in December, all while helping us move our big party to May 22nd, 2021. Even with all these changes, I didn’t feel stressed because I had Jenna there to reassure me and help me every step of the way. The crazy thing about Jenna is- she did all of this while facing with some huge changes in her personal life as well. Our reception went off without a hitch! Jenna and her team were there wrangling everyone to where they needed to be, coordinating with my vendors, and checking in with me throughout the day to make sure I had everything I needed. I am so happy I met Jenna that day. She is truly the reason I was able to enjoy the wedding planning process even through COVID.

When the May wedding plans were interrupted by COVID-19 Jenna stepped in and guided us though the difficult decision of rescheduling the wedding until September. Jenna helped us with every detail of my daughter's wedding and in spite of having a family medical emergency she answered any questions we had immediately, which was not expected. Jenna is a very caring and special person! She created a detailed timeline for wedding day. She couldn't be there personally but team member Maddy, who was also a real sweetheart, was on site to ensure that every aspect of my daughter's special day was executed smoothly. Because we had to change to a Sunday wedding, and there was a wedding the day before, we had no time for any rehearsal and all decorating had to be done the morning of the wedding! Yikes! Because of Jenna and Maddy everything turned out perfectly and we had a beautiful and stress free day! Jenna is a must have for any wedding planning process!

Although I was checking out other businesses that offered similar services, something just clicked that I had to have Jenna be the one to assist us through the wedding planning process. Jenna has a very fun, caring, and personable touch that leaves you feeling confident that she will exceed your expectations! When planning a wedding, it's typically the first time for some, in which there's many things we don't even think to account for. I felt extremely confident knowing I didn't have to think of every little detail being as though Jenna would walk us through the entire process. Looking back, there were several times when close friends and relatives would ask how something would be handled or how we should go about doing certain things... My response without hesitation was always that "Jenna will go over that with us". In addition, Jenna and her team would ask us questions that left me thinking "I never would've even thought of that" multiple times. During the year of our wedding, Jenna had to step back and tend to a very important and personal matter. When she informed us that she has since expanded her team and that someone else would be taking over the coordination of our wedding, I was upset at first (that I would not have Jenna there on our wedding day) but extremely confident that the services provided would be just as good. Even through this difficult time that Jenna was experiencing, she never failed to periodically check in to ensure her team was providing exceptional work. During the weekend of our wedding, we had the pleasure of receiving coordination services from Julianne and Maddy. While most rehearsals are coordinated by the pastor, we did not have that luxury being as though we asked a close relative to marry us. This was one huge area where UBD was able to step in and flawlessly walk us through the rehearsal of the ceremony, leaving us feel reassured for the big day. Not only my husband and I, but our close family and wedding party commented several times on the service that was provided. Julianne and Maddy not only guided us through the day of events, but also brought our vision to life by ensuring we had everything we needed and by decorating our venue more beautifully than ever imagined. To this day, we are still in awe thinking back and reliving our wedding day over and over again. I can confidently say that we would've been lost without the services of Jenna and her team at UBD! The first one wasn't following the state guidelines and we wanted to make sure everyone coming was comfortable. Jenna was helpful in finding a new place that was less than half of our original venue! When pulling up to the venue and seeing it before the ceremony I was blown away. It was everything I could have dreamed of and more! Her team working the rehearsal and day of was so awesome and organized!! It was nice knowing that things behind the scenes were in good hands! ur wedding date. As stressful as it was, Jenna handled everything for us! She literally planned an outdoor wedding in 30 days! It involved hiring several new vendors and coordinating all of the details with them. She was also always available to text or FaceTime despite going through a scary family emergency. Any time we had a wedding thought or concern, or were in panic mode, she was there for us and always assured us everything was under control- which it was! Our wedding day was better than we ever expected despite the pandemic and we owe SO much of that to Jenna and her team. We’ll always be grateful for everything they did for us and we cannot recommend them enough!

ow the wedding day would be laid out. Jenna offered support even through a family crisis she was having, which spoke volumes of her dedication to her business and the couples she serves! We had to change our venue due to Covid-19, and Jenna was so helpful and flexible through the process. She offered lots of insight and helped us make the best decision for our situation. While Jenna provided support and did all of the “behind the scenes” planning, Julianne and Jamie provided support and coordination the day of. They made our outdoor venue look spectacular and exactly how I had envisioned! The day went smoothly and I felt like I didn’t need to worry about a thing. I can’t imagine not having them there to take care of any hiccups. Julianne also helped work out all of the bumps with the ceremony rehearsal and was able to get it done very efficiently! Leading up to the wedding when our budget was getting tight and I needed to cut some things, I considered whether or not I really needed the day of coordination. I am SO SO SO glad I didn’t. I can’t say enough how grateful and relieved I am that Jenna’s team was there to make sure the day was exactly how it was supposed to be and STRESS FREE!!

greed to do our wedding even though she was going to be 7 months pregnant. We hired her for "day of coordination" but this title doesn't even begin to describe what she did for us. A better representation would be "month of coordination." About a month leading up to the wedding, Jenna reached out to all of our vendors and was able to get everyone on the same page. She put our desires and interests first in all situations and truly made everything flow beautifully. When she was not able to make the meeting with our event coordinator at our venue, she offered to go down and see the venue herself and introduce herself to everyone. She truly goes above and beyond. I actually had the opportunity to ride along with her and it was awesome to connect on a personal level before the wedding. I still consider her a dear friend to this day. The day of the rehearsal she was so organized and our bridal party was thoroughly impressed with her ability to get everyone in their places and organized. She was meant to be a leader!! The day of the wedding, she handled all of the decor set up, which in and of itself took SO MUCH PRESSURE off of myself and my families plate, because otherwise this would have been our responsibility!! She was always checking in to see if we needed anything, and made me feel so calm and I truly had no worries the day of the wedding because of her. Around 6PM, her partner Heidi attended to our needs and did a lovely job as well. She was always there to offer to get us a drink, and she coordinated with the venue to meet our needs during dinner and the reception. She then took care of boxing up all of our decorations so we didn't have to worry about it the next morning. UBD is one of a kind and you will be so happy to have them in charge of your wedding family. They really are added insurance on the day and I had ZERO stress... yes, you heard me, ZERO stress the day of my wedding because of Jenna and her team. Much love to you guys <3

(my last one I had even been to was 15years ago) I figured I would approach it like I approached everything in life with research, planning and stress; lots of stress. Why would I not hire someone knowing they could iron out the details and guide me.. well my wedding day needed to be special and I needed to be surrounded with people I could not only trust and depend on but relax around. I highly doubted I would find someone like this, but I set up the meeting anyways. I came away from that meeting knowing I needed Jenna and that this was going to be an adventure; I mean we were planning a wedding in 6 months; I hired Jenna for Partial Planning knowing that she would help and guide me while allowing me to also oversee many of the details. From vendor recommendations to setting up our venue the day of she was there every step of the way keeping our timeline in check and preventing the tears that I’m sure would have happened had she not been there. Jenna will always keep you and your significant others vision in mind. Please allow yourself (and your mother; mil; best friend/maid of honor) to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding and the wedding day by having Jenna coordinate your day.

Coordinating with vendors is one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning and Jenna was there to completely handle that! On the wedding day, she was there to greet every vendor, hand out tips, and place all of our décor exactly how we had envisioned. Then, when it came time for the ceremony, she ensured that everything went perfectly smooth with the processional. She has an amazing assistant Julianne who we also worked with that day, and she helped with everything from explaining to us how to cut the cake to helping my parents clean out the venue space when the wedding was over. I had literally ZERO stress on my wedding day and I know I have Jenna to thank for that. Honestly, a planner/coordinator is just as important to have at your wedding as your photographer, and I am so happy we went with a company as professional and organized as Unique by Design. My only regret was not hiring her for her full wedding planning package as I know she would’ve taken a lot of stress out of planning! 10/10 would recommend Jenna & Unique by Design!

We threw in some last minute changes to the schedule to keep things interesting and Jenna made sure it was executed perfectly! If anything didn’t go as planned, I honestly don’t know. I did not know when vendors were supposed to arrive (and did not want to think about it) because Jenna just handled it. Because Jenna was there making sure the show went on, my mom was also able to enjoy the day with me. It was great to have someone who has been through weddings before to ask all my last minute questions. While I really enjoyed wedding planning, it was wonderful to turn the reigns over on the actual day and just enjoy the party!

I had spoken with Jenna briefly at a Bridal Show a few months earlier, she was very friendly, informative and not pushy, so the very next morning I looked up her information and sent her an email. Jenna got back to me within minutes. My daughter and I then met with Jenna a few weeks later and Ashley and Jenna seemed very comfortable with each other so I knew Jenna was the right person to hire for Ashley’s special day. Let me tell you, hiring Jenna was the correct thing to do. We had already done most of the planning when we hired Jenna so we just used her Day of Coordinator and she did not disappoint. The wedding and reception went so smoothly, in fact I felt more like a guest at my daughter’s wedding than the hostess. I did not have to worry about anything, Jenna did it all including to stay and teardown afterwards.

One of the groomsmen the day of my wedding forgot his belt and Jenna had an extra belt in her car which was AMAZING! We hired a babysitter for the day of my wedding for children and she helped coordinate where the kids should meet the babysitter and helped them get back to their parents that night.

Jenna and I went to high school together and honestly were never really close friends but I truly feel that the wedding planning process brought us closer together as friends and when wedding season is “over” we will definitely be getting together. I could not have had the wedding of my dreams without her. I repeat... I absolutely 100% could not have had the wedding I have dreamt of since I was young without her help, guidance, knowledge, dedication and genuine hard work. It is so obvious that she loves what she is doing which translates into making your day as seamless as possible. I’m not exactly sure how many texts we sent back and forth (probably thousands) or emails I sent to her very, very late at night (or dare I say morning) that she responded to almost immediately (to clarity she only didn’t respond when she was sleeping and I was up making lists and making seating charts in my mind). Jenna thought of every single thing I didn’t even know to think of. She provided me with so much anxiety relief during the whole process and I am eternally grateful. On the wedding day she worked her butt off the ENTIRE day to make sure everything was perfect (which it was). I will be forever grateful for Jenna and her invaluable help she provided to myself and my now husband. Her services are worth every single dime. Jenna, you are THE BEST!

I would recommend day of wedding coordination for anyone: it was truly invaluable for my husband and I to have someone else be the recipient of all the detailed questions and coordination and just be able to focus on experiencing the day.
