Working with Unique Melody Events was the best decision that my husband and I made for our wedding. It’s difficult to know where to start in expressing my awe of and gratitude for their work; maybe the highest praise I can give is that I don’t actually know how they could have possibly created the most beautiful wedding in the world. Yvonne was meticulous yet relaxed; detail-oriented while always remembering the larger vision and budget. Yvonne and her team were focused on not only planning a seamlessly wonderful wedding, but planning a wedding that told the unique story of our personalities, families, and love. Not only did Yvonne and her team execute an incredible event, they ensured that every minute of it was a stress-free and truly memorable experience for both my husband and I, our families, and our guests. Many of our guests have told us that our wedding was a unique and perfect reflection of my husband and to us, that is the best compliment we could receive—and we owe all of it to Unique Melody Events.
Every bride needs Lindsey. Lindsey worked a long, hard day and helped me every step of the way.

Yvonne did an incredible job as month of coordinator for my wedding! I can't recommend enough that you hire Unique Melody for your event! I was initially very nervous to hand over my wedding to her as I had spent SO many hours on all the details but I'm SO glad that I did. She executed it with such attention to detail. I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. Her and her team worked SO hard to make all my wedding dreams come true. Whenever an issue came up they were very quick to fix it. She was extremely adaptable and no problem was too big for them to solve. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. They kept us on a tight timeline even though all the speeches were WAY longer than they were planned to be. I'm so grateful for her an her team and she is such a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU UNIQUE MELODY!!!!
We cannot recommend Unique Melody enough!! I really wanted to enjoy our day and was also a little nervous about passing off all my months of planning, but the second I met Steph I knew we were in good hands (Yvonne ran our rehearsal and Steph ran our event). Not only was having a coordinator on the day absolutely invaluable, but it was tremendously nice in the weeks before our wedding to know we had minimal work left to do because UME was on everything. We think spending money on a day-of coordinator was the best money we spent on our wedding because it allowed us to focus fully on all the other things we spent money on: we ate all the food, danced to all the music, and really got to live in the moment. Months away from our wedding, we are still basking in the glow, in large part because of all the hard work UME did on our behalf.
Brianna was fantastic to work with on creating a timeline for our wedding day and coordinating everything. We hired Unique Melody Events & Design just for day of coordination and thanks to them the day went by SO smoothly!
I honestly cannot imagine our wedding without Yvonne and her assistant Rebecca. They made the evening run so effortlessly. There are so many little things that go into successfully executing a wedding on the day of. I knew that I would be busy and just wanted to enjoy the night. Having a coordinator allowed me to do just that. They made sure the space was perfect on the wedding day, moved all the chairs from the ceremony to the reception, lined us up when it was time, kept us on schedule, coordinated with all the vendors throughout the night, cleaned everything up when the night was over. I truly think the night would have been SO stressful if they weren’t there. Hiring Yvonne was the best decision I could have made.
I also wanted to mention that my husband's dad has diabetes and his feet were so cold that he didn’t think he was going to be able to walk down the aisle but Rebecca found him hand warmers and he was able to walk his son down the aisle. I also want to mention that it was pouring rain on our wedding day and Yvonne and her team had to re-set up all the chairs that had gotten wet and dried them all off for our guests. They held umbrellas for the wedding party and just made us feel so taken care of. I highly recommend Yvonne and her team, they helped me have my dream wedding!
My wife and I got married in Goffstown, NH on 9/2/23 and used Unique Melody Events for day-of-coordinator services for our wedding. The experience with Unique Melody Events prior to our wedding was great. We took our initial call with Yvonne and clicked really well with her. Once we chose to work with Unique Melody, Lindsey was assigned as our day-of-coordinator. Lindsey was super helpful as a resource in the 2-3 months before our wedding, helping us think through the final stages of vendor selection for certain vendors and finalizing details with all of our vendors, as well as building out the flow of our ceremony and reception. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey was amazing. Lindsey coordinated directly with the venue and the vendors so we didn’t have to think about any of that stuff. At the end of the night, Lindsey packed up my car with all of the décor, cards, gifts, etc. so I could come back the next morning to get everything. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day and Lindsey was an important part of that success. I would definitely recommend Unique Melody to other couples considering them for day-of-coordination services!
My partner and I were debating if we should hire a wedding planner because of our budget and we are so happy we went with Yvonne and her team. Kelly was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING. My partner is very particular about things and she had no complaints about anything. Kelly was patient, professional, considerate, and super capable. As an event planner, I worry a lot about all the details but the day of everything went impeccably and Kelly thought of things before I could ask her about it! Everything on our wedding day went perfectly and it was truly because of Kelly and her team's support. We also hired Yvonne for consulting throughout the whole process and she was always very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Yvonne and her assistant Bri were simply amazing. From rehearsal to the very end of my wedding - anything and everything myself, my husband, my kids, my wedding party, my family, and my wedding guests needed , they had it covered. I wasn’t stressed at all even when I looked outside and it was down pouring for our backyard wedding. I can’t speak more highly of these ladies. Thank you Unique Melody Events & Design for allowing this girls wedding dreams to become a reality!
We had a multicultural ( Chinese tea ceremony, Japanese sake ceremony and Lion Dance) wedding with tons of family and Yvonne and her team made the day seamless and stress fee. She and her team pivoted to last minute changes and managed the craziness of a big family with strong personalities with poise.
Hiring Unique Melody Events was the best decision we made for our wedding! Yvonne not only made our wedding possible, but made it stunning as well. She let us lead the conversation but knew exactly where to support or take the lead along the way. Her sense of design and artistry meant that visually our wedding exceeded our expectations. All of our family and friends remarked on her professionalism, kindness, and, of course, execution.
Yvonne & the UME team were excellent! We hired them to be day-of coordinators after discontinuing services with another planner and Yvonne immediately understood and made us feel confident about her ability to manage the event. We had 230+ guests and somehow the day flowed smoothly and ON TIME! We had Yvonne and Stephanie working as our coordinators on the day of the wedding and somehow the two of them were able to be everywhere at once. We took pictures we wanted, have some alone time as a couple before the reception and still made it to the cocktail hour to enjoy that with our family and friends. The logistical execution was absolutely incredible. All of our vendors were in the loop, there was a continuous flow of events, speeches, cake cutting, etc and the end result was that all of our guests had an incredible time and still can't stop talking about how seamless it was. I'm in awe of UME and cannot recommend them enough!
Yvonne and Emily were absolutely incredible. Yvonne helped me every step of the way leading up to the wedding. She and Emily went above and beyond and were truly amazing on the day of the wedding!! Yvonne and Emily helped make our wedding stress free and seamless. We cannot thank Unique Melody Events and Design enough!!
We worked with Kelly and Briana as our Wedding Coordinators for our weekend camp wedding! They were amazing - Kelly was our main point of contact for the weekend and she was on top of EVERYTHING! She really allowed us to relax & have fun! We know she was working so hard and we are so grateful to her & Briana for everything they did to make our weekend so special! We will always be grateful!

I wish I had reached out to Olivia and Yvonne earlier. I was becoming increasingly stressed about everything I had to do and worried about the day of coordination so I knew I needed help. Although I had the majority of my vendors booked by the time UME came on board, I was instantly relieved by how experienced and professional everyone was. Yvonne talked us through some things we hadn't previously thought of and we got to know Olivia about a month or two before our wedding. Olivia and her team were so helpful leading up to the wedding and helping us iron out final details but they really shined on the day of. They were completely unphased by anything happening, kept us on schedule, communicated clearly with us (the bride and groom) and our families. I had been so worried leading up to the wedding and ended up having the best day really thanks to Olivia, her team and UME.
From our first call with Yvonne, we really appreciated her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and experience. We knew right away that we had made a great decision to work with her, but we had no idea how much of a positive impact she would have on what turned out to be the best day of our lives.
So many people told us that their wedding day was so stressful, or that they didn’t even get a chance to eat, but thanks to Yvonne, we got to actually enjoy everything about the big day. Yvonne made sure everything was going smoothly without us having to worry about anything - and better yet, she even made sure we each had a plate from the buffet waiting for us at our seats while we socialized with our guests.
Between the planning process leading up to the wedding and especially her day-of coordination, we couldn’t recommend Yvonne highly enough. If you’re still debating if you should work with her, go do it before your date gets booked up by someone else!
Working with Yvonne and Kelly from UME was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding! Yvonne was our lead day-of coordinator and was phenomenal. From a site visit beforehand, to a few prep calls, to taking care of absolutely everything the day of the wedding and staying on top of all details - things could not have been smoother. Yvonne was a breeze to communicate with and was always so responsive and helpful. The services were so fantastic for the price, and you could tell that she not only knew exactly what she was doing, but really cared about our big day and making sure everything went the way we imagined it. If you are on the fence about hiring UME, DO IT!
Yvonne was seriously amazing! There is no way I could have had such a beautiful wedding without her help. I have already recommended her to two of my closest friends who are getting married next year. She is extremely talented. Yvonne and her team went above and beyond to help us organize an unconventional yet classy wedding. The two of us (bride and groom) had very different ideas of what we wanted our wedding to look like, and Yvonne did a fantastic job of helping us design and execute an effective compromise. Although she has an invaluable collection of vetted and trusted vendors, she was also willing to work with friends and up-and-coming professionals. Throughout the process, she was reliably open-minded, creative, and responsive. In the final stretch, we had to deal with several medium to large disasters (vendor cancelled day of, COVID exposures in the wedding party, unanticipated guest), but Yvonne worked nimbly to find affordable, practical solutions with minimal stress. The other members of her team are equally friendly, effective, and calming. We can't recommend Unique Melody Events enough!
Unique Melody Events made our destination wedding truly special, and we would highly recommend their services to anyone who is planning their wedding! They truly took all the stress out of our planning and allowed us to enjoy our day with friends and family.
We had less than 5 months to plan a destination wedding for 130 people during COVID. Although we had a vision of what we wanted, we didn’t have a venue secured. During our first meeting, we shared our vision with Yvonne and she helped us with all aspects of the planning: budgeting, invitations, scouting and securing venue, hotel room blocks, food & beverage, as well as negotiating with all vendors (florists, photographers, musicians, officiant, cake, hair, and makeup). She also spearheaded the design elements of the wedding and transformed the venue into a magical space for our evening reception.
On the day of the wedding, Yvonne and Steph were highly focused on executing a flawless wedding and were extremely detail-oriented, allowing us to just sit back, relax and enjoy ourselves. They quickly pivoted the schedule several times to include several cultural elements that were important to us, and we cannot have been happier with how the day went!
We would highly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. They are a pleasure to work with, and will pull together an amazing event for you!
I hired Yvonne as a day-of coordinator for my wedding in September and I should have hired her for longer because she’s that awesome. Not only because of how amazing she is at her job but also how much she put my mind at ease. In the months leading up to my wedding I was on the verge of crumbling into a pile of bride stress, and then I talked to Yvonne and it was like I could finally breathe a sigh of relief.
We had our timeline planning call about a month out from the wedding and I felt so much better afterwards and knew she was going to make sure everything went how I wanted it on the day. I’m a super detail-orientated person, and possibly a control freak, but I felt totally comfortable leaving everything in Yvonne’s hands.
On the big day having her and her assistant there was a complete game changer and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them 😩 I was stress free, my husband had all the help he needed while I was getting ready, my parents were totally at ease, the wedding party knew where to be and when—everything was acutely organized and no detail left unaddressed. I know with certainty it wouldn’t have been the perfect day it was if I didn’t have Yvonne and Andrea there.

We hired Yvonne as our day of coordinator for our July 2021 wedding and she did a fantastic job! She was very easy to work with. Due to COVID, we had to change the location of our wedding from a wedding venue in Massachusetts to a backyard wedding in Maine. Yvonne was incredibly flexible in changing locations with us and was happy to take on the extra responsibilities that comes with a backyard wedding. She even took the time to meet with us to discuss planning a wedding during COVID. Her input and advice were incredibly helpful. Leading up to the wedding, she went above and beyond. She traveled to our backyard wedding location in Maine two months before the wedding to make sure she knew what the backyard looked like and gave us very helpful advice on how to set everything up. She even went over our rental agreements to make sure nothing fell between the cracks. The day of the wedding, I felt so calm and relaxed knowing that Yvonne and her team had everything covered. She did a FANTASTIC job coordinating the day, making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Thanks to her and her team, everything went smoothly. She also did a great job setting up all the wedding decorations I had provided, everything looked beautiful. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone looking for a day of wedding coordinator!
Hiring Lindsey to coordinate our wedding was by far the best decision my husband and I made. From coordinating the small details like distributing boutonnières and supervising vendor setup, to the big moments like directing our ceremony professional and reception wedding party intros, Lindsey managed the entire day flawlessly.
She saved the day at least three times that I know of and probably ten more times that I don’t even know about. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best, most fun, stress-free day of our lives.
Yvonne was one of my guiding lights on our wedding day! We hired Yvonne as a Day-of Coordinator for our wedding, and from the beginning, I knew I could trust her. She’s warm, knowledgeable, and down to earth, which is exactly what we needed. When I started panicking a few months out thinking I’d have to change plans due to the pandemic, she was kind enough to talk it out with me and helped me lay out a game plan, taking away a lot of stress. Luckily, we were able to keep all of our original plans. Yvonne jumped right in about a month or so out, ensuring me that everything was taken care of. On the wedding day, I felt so relaxed because I knew that Yvonne and her assistant were handling everything from setting up the decor, coordinating with other vendors, and making sure the timeline was running smoothly. She was committed to me and my husband, and I knew that if I needed anything she’d be right there ready to help. She made our vision come to life, and everything went so smoothly, thanks to her. We’re so incredibly grateful to her, and can’t recommend her highly enough!!
Yvonne was absolutely amazing to work with! After postponing our wedding a year and ultimately canceling our venue due to covid, we decided to host a small gathering (40) of immediate family and friends for a backyard wedding . By switching from our venue to our home, we quickly became overwhelmed and realized that we needed help. Most of our planning was done in terms of vendors, menus, etc. but we really needed help with the day of coordination and timelines. We found Yvonne and hired her as our day of coordinator.
Yvonne jumped in right away and seamlessly took over all communication with our vendors. She created our timeline, listening to what we were looking for but adding amazing suggestions along the way. We could not have imagined a more perfect day; it went by so smoothly and we know that was all thanks to her.
I cannot recommend Yvonne and her team enough! We even have friends using them this weekend, just 2 months after our wedding.
We worked with Lindsey Larsen-Kelsey from Unique Melody Events as our day of coordinator. Lindsey worked with us to finalize our schedule for the day in the weeks leading up to the event, and made sure all of our vendors had information about the schedule/set up plans. On the day, she really brought our vision to life, coordinating with everyone and setting up the venue based on our discussions and pictures we provided. We were so pleased with the way everything came together, and we didn't have to worry about anything day of. During the event, Lindsey was incredibly attentive, making sure we and our families had everything we needed (food, drinks, etc.). My bustle broke during the night and she sat on the floor sewing me into the dress while I ate a dinner. A true rockstar. I HIGHLY recommend Lindsey and Unique Melody, and a day of coordinator in general. It took such a huge weight off of our shoulders to know someone else was making sure everything came together, and because of Lindsey we were able to just relax and enjoy this special time in our lives.
Yvonne was an absolute dream! Even my vendors wrote in to tell me they enjoyed working with her. she was incredible responsive and helpful. She is so easy to work with and has such a great eye for detail. I didn't worry about a single thing the day of my wedding and everything went better than I even imagined!
I wasn't fully sure about getting a day of coordinator at the beginning, but now I am so so glad I did and would recommend that everyone else hire Yvonne and her team as well! The setup was gorgeous and elegant and Yvonne pulled the whole day off amazingly. We couldn't have done it without her! I hope to be using her again in the future for any other events! Amazing work!
I was a bride suddenly DIY'ing due to the pandemic, and my fiance and I needed someone we could trust to run the show and make sure nothing feel through the cracks. I didn't really know what a day-of coordinator was but my friend recommended I find one about 2 months out from our wedding after several weeks of daily complaints about planning a wedding after COVID cancelled our original plans. I found Yvonne via Google and hired her basically the same day- she was that impressive and I had total confidence in her from the first time we talked. I went from crying daily from wedding planning stress to being so relieved that Yvonne had my back. This was the best investment I made for our wedding and our engagement, and hiring her was the key to savoring the last part of our engagement. Planning a wedding = hard, planning in a pandemic = harder. One thing I loved about Yvonne is that she handles stuff under the radar and doesn't involve you unless completely necessary. She made our vision for a small wedding come to life. The day of, she ran the show, dealt with our families, and it was amazing to have her as an ally- she was totally committed to me and my fiance getting what we wanted from the day. We are so grateful and I can't say enough good things!
I found Yvonne's blog online after researching local vendors. Her aesthetic style is pleasing to the eye and her organizational skills were obvious. Having met her at the later stage of my wedding planning, I did not require her planning skills. Yet she was open to any questions I had about ideas/suggestions for the wedding. Yvonne also helped me decorate my sweetheart table and was flexible as we had to change it from indoor wedding to outdoor wedding due to covid. The last month of the wedding, she asked for all the information and then only contacted me if necessary. One of the vendors gave her some trouble but she handled it well. She pitched in when necessary and I could not have asked for a better person for the job. She and her assistant lindsay paid close attention to detail as they set up the reception space. She also boxed everything up at the end of the day and I did not having anything to worry about. I would recommend Yvonne to any of my friends and family.
I wish I could give Yvonne and her staff 100 stars. From the beginning Yvonne was welcoming and warm at our first meeting, it was like we've known her for a while. I was hesitant to hire a event planner but boy am I glad that I did it was worth every penny. Yvonne is truly amazing at what she does! She pulled off my dream wedding in about 4 weeks (Not to mention it was in my parents backyard talk about working from scratch). During this unsettling time it was truly amazing to have someone who was so invested in making sure I had the wedding of my dream I truly would of been lost without Yvonne and her assistant. If your looking a wedding planner who literally does it all with ease please hire Unique Melody Events & Design! They are the best in the business.
Set up an appointment with Yvonne. She no called no showed for it. Messaged hours later and said she left her phone somewhere, apologized, and wanted to reschedule for a couple days later. We were happy to do so (accidents happen for everyone). Yvonne never called at our rescheduled time again! No message or reach out to explain why. As a wedding planner the main thing couples are looking to that person for is organization. Run away!
Yvonne and Lindsey were a joy to have throughout our wedding weekend! From getting to know the people involved in our wedding, to executing the timeline as planned, to handling details we didn't think of, Unique Melody Events delivered beyond our highest expectations. We're so happy we got the chance to work with them and highly recommend their services.
Yvonne was recommended to us by friends to coordinate our wedding and she did NOT disappoint! She was very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed and our vendors were taken care of. She even got creative and because of this, we were able to have our wedding outside and not inside (weather issues). We can't recommend her and her team enough! 5 stars!!
Yvonne at Unique Melody Events was an amazing Day of Coordinator for our wedding! Recommended by our photographer, Yvonne was able to run the wedding day seamlessly balancing the needs of our vendors, coordinating transfers to multiple locations, and helping us with all the unforeseen details. She really did everything including keeping our ceremony private, helping with a veil gone awry, and making sure everything was running on schedule. She made us feel reassured that everything was going smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy the big day. I remember the phrase “she is such a champion!” being exclaimed by one of our guests - we couldn’t agree more!
Yvonne made our wedding dreams a reality. From the day we met her, her warm go getter personality was one we needed to make our wedding happen. She helped calm us and reassure us when needed, answered any and all questions we had during planning, and delivered the most beautiful setup and flow for our big day. I honestly don’t know how she does it all, but she is simply, amazing. Our day wouldn’t have been as smooth and successful without her!
My husband and I got married about 3 weeks and we can say with absolute certainty that we could not have done it without Iliana being there every step of the way. She was great and handled everything that came her way. Yvonne and Iliana were a great help when it came to creating our timeline and all the extras we sometimes forget about. We would highly recommend them!
My wife and I decided to put on a wedding in my in laws’ backyard and in doing so were met with a variety of challenges, missteps, and hiccups. Yvonne was able to help us make our vision work giving us guidance along the way. Most importantly, Yvonne and her assistant Erika made the day of completely stress free by insulating the both of us from any problems which may have occurred. Could not recommend her enough!

Yvonne was such a pleasure to work with! When we were trying to figure out our centerpieces, we realized that having a florist do them would be extremely expensive. Yvonne stepped up to the challenge and made our centerpieces along with doing our place cards and table numbers! I was floored when I saw how gorgeous they all were! The day before, we had an entire family cancel at the last moment requiring us to switch some of the seating. Yvonne was very flexible and made sure that everything was perfect. She also surprised us and made a beautiful wreath display for our sweetheart table! She came both before and after for set up and clean up also! I highly recommend her! She is very affordable and creative and so nice and personable. She took so much stress off of us for our wedding day and is the person to go to if you need help with any DIY projects!
