From the moment we first spoke to Staci and saw her work we didn’t have to look any further. Staci listened to what we had envisioned for our small intimate wedding and exceeded all expectations. After giving Staci our ideas we requested that we not see the final product until the big day. We know asking this was putting a lot of pressure on Staci, but early on we fully trusted her. Needless to say we were blown away. Every little detail from the ceremony arrangements to the center pieces on our reception table were perfect. During the course of the day Staci was right there with her bag of tricks and had little things ready for us before we ever knew we needed them. Without a doubt Staci and her team are masters in their profession. Perfection is often unattainable, but we can safely say Unique Weddings designed the perfect wedding for us we are beyond happy.

I heard about Unique Weddings & Events from our wedding reception venue. After I met with Staci, I knew they were the company for us. I had Staci as my wedding coordinator - she did a fantastic job helping us with the wedding planning process and executed our wedding day perfectly. She has a very fun personality and is really easy to work with. Her organization and attention to detail made everything work out seamlessly. If there were any issues on our wedding day, I wouldn't know because she was able to make everything perfect! Thank you so much, Staci & team, for making our day so beautiful and memorable!

In all transparency, I'm not an "easy" client. I have champagne dreams on a beer budget and use my own language like, "I envision Tom Ford a la his Gucci days meets Soho Boho." Um what?! No request too obscure or outrageous, Staci and her team tackled it with the utmost class and enthusiasm. She made the wedding process a joy. Her effervescent personality and can-do attitude are perfectly suited to this industry. To say that I recommend her is an understatement.

From the day that Staci met with me at Starbucks I was impressed, she was so organized with her entire setup and not once during our initial meeting did I feel pressured to hire her she genuinely wanted to give me her feedback and advice and allowed me to make my decision based off my needs. Due to the size and nature of my wedding we agreed that Eboni would be the best fit for my day of coordination which I will say once again was a LIFESAVER. Eboni is so calm and collected and you just feel so comfortable knowing that she is handling everything. I was blown away by how Eboni and her assistant executed my vision for my ceremony and reception, it was done exactly how I envisioned it and maybe ever better. You know it was money well spent when your husband at the end of night tells you that the coordinator was FANTASTIC and would pay double the money if needed.

Staci et all did a FANTASTIC job. She dealt extremely well with one particularly prickly vendor and everyone she suggested did a great job. Thank you Staci for giving me my perfect princess wedding. I don't know how it could have gone better. I would highly recommend Unique Designs

I don't know where to start and can't say enough amazing things about Unique weddings. Eboni was absolutely amazing! There were so many little things I would of never even thought of if not for her. The day of our wedding we were able to enjoy every minute, because everything was taken care of and under control. Even during the reception, the bustle on my dress kept ripping and Eboni was there every time to pin it right back up so I could go back to enjoying the evening. Everything looked amazing. SO THANKFUL for this vendor. Worth every penny and we would absolutely recommend them to any other bride and groom to be!

Unique Events, and its owner Staci Mandikas, is truly a one-of-a-kind organization. Staci is a life saver, a genius, a better investment than anything else I can think of for an event, and someone that by the time everything is done, someone you want to be your best friend. I didn't think I was "the kind of person who needs a wedding planner," whatever that was suppose to mean. But knowing we would be out of town the week before our celebration, I realized about 6 months out that I might not survive having to put together a party for 100 people without some professional help leading up to it.... My partner and I interviewed several local planners for day/week/month-of assistance, and Staci clearly and immediately came out head and shoulders above the rest of the crowd. We quickly hired her, and did not for half a second regret our choice. It should be noted, Staci is certainly not the cheapest planner in the area, but her rates are incredibly competitive and in line with the area standard. We figured we'd get what we paid for, and didn't want cheap service so Staci was worth the price to help us get what we wanted. We were totally and completely wrong - Staci was so much more valuable than what she charged. She could double her rates and would still be worth every single penny. She immediately, at our first meeting, helped us save more than her fee. Her fee, by the way, which was for month-of guidance and day-of service that turned in to countless emails, brilliant feedback, and truly a work of art on our wedding day. We could not have had the celebration of our dreams without her, from visioning to set up to tear down, and we will forever be grateful to her and Ebony for being part of our big day. Thank you so very, very much Staci!!!!

Staci is absolutely amazing at what she does! She was patient and very understanding to all my needs and requests. She worked with a very limited budget and within limited time frame. The wedding was very unique and everyone loved every single detail! I would recommend to use Unique Weddings to everyone!!

Staci at Unique Event Design was absolutely amazing. We had a year and a half to plan my large wedding. She was involved in every aspect of the planning. All I can say is none of it would have happened without Unique Event Design. I relied on Staci's recommendation for all of my vendors - from photography and videography to floral and music... All of her recommendations were excellent and she ensured that everyone worked well together. With her design background, she was able to take my vision for my wedding and make it come true. Meanwhile, during the entire process, her calming words and reassurance got me through the stressful times. She answered every one of my very detailed emails in a professional, direct manner, and she was knowledgeable in every respect. Not one detail slipped through the cracks. She even took it upon herself to learn about our unique religious traditions and soon became an expert herself! She truly cares about her clients, and always adds a personal touch to everything she does. Without Unique Event Design, my dream wedding would still be just a vision! If you are contemplating whether or not to get a planner let me jut tell you THIS one is worth it!I highly recommend them to any bride!

As I did most of the planning and ideas in my head, as the time got closer I realized that I needed help in making sure that all of my ideas would come together. I selected a beautiful location, however they only rented the venue so everything else had to be planned. Staci and her crew were amazing down to ever last detail of my vision. I could not have done it without her expertise. She is a great planner and deserving of this rating.

Staci, of Unique Event Design in one word is amazing! I worked with Staci from start to finish and she made all of our dreams come true. She is very detailed and the best in the business. We had no idea what treat we were in for during our ceremony and reception after we had to make sudden changes due to rain. STACI had it all figured out and executed it BRILLIANTLY. Hands down, Staci is gifted and a blessing. She will forever be a household name with the Wilson and Conyers families.

I Have to admit I was a little leary about hiring a wedding planner, Not only did I not want to spend the money but I honestly thought I could do it all on my own. Thank God my mom made the decision for me and hired Unique Event Design!!!!! Staci and her staff were absolutely amazing! Not only did she make the rehearsal dinner a huge success and made sure it was exactly what I had envisioned but she made my wedding day a dream come true. I had what every little girl dreams of and wouldn’t have been able to pull it all off without the help of Staci. During the whole wedding planning process she really made me feel like I was the center of her world she never let on that she had other clients and tons of other things to do. She took her time and made sure she knew what my dream was and how I wanted everything to be. From the smallest detail to the I Do's and beyond Staci brought my dream to life. My husband who was against hiring a wedding planner could do nothing but rave about Staci to everyone. Every time we talk about the wedding he says "Thank God Staci was there". We actually tease each other now about how dreadful our wedding would have been without Staci. Staci referred us to many of our vendors all of whom we loved! I feel all I did was pick the venue pick the dress and tell Staci my dream…. She made it all happen. I could not thank Unique Event Design enough…. I love them all and not only did they become my wedding planning entourage but they became my friends.

I really didn't want to hire a wedding planner, because I thought I could do it all myself! Well, once I came to my senses and hired Staci and her crew, I can't even imagine what a mess I would have been without them! Staci covered every last detail, from knowing to bring a pen for the guestbook (that I forgot). That is just one of the many details that Staci had all under control. I truly was able to enjoy my day and not stress (which is weird coming from a control freak lol) because of staci and her team! Oh and I also appreciated the champane she left in our hotel room! So thoughtful!

Staci was absolutely fantastic! She made everything better than i ever expected, and it went so smoothly. I enjoyed working with her helping me get what i want out of everything. Shes so easy to talk to and she has a great imagination. Everything was just amazing!!!

We hired Staci and her company to help my son and his fiance plan their wedding in St Pete. We live near Orlando, so we needed some help. Staci was fabulous and spent the entire day of the wedding putting up decor and made their dreams come true for their ceremony and reception. She was worth every penny we spent, saved us more than what it cost. Staci is amazing and will be the first one we call if any situation arises.

Staci, the owner, was the best investment we made in out wedding!!! She's AMAZING!!! Her background is in interior design so we picked our colors, linens, and theme/vibe and told her to do what she does best. We were blown away!!!!!!

Staci and her team rocked! Everyone at our wedding commented on how smoothly everything went and how effortless it all felt, and a large part of that was due to Staci's hard work and attention to detail! I opted for the "day of coordinator" plan and Staci picked up where I left off without a hitch. She & her team ran the rehearsal and kept everything running smoothly on the big day. I highly recommend her for any large event, she has the unique skill to be very creative with the big picture and then dive down into the details to make it all happen. Staci at Unique Event Design really understood the feel I was going for. Without giving her specifics she created the perfect space and atmosphere for our wedding. She is so easy to get along with it is easy to forget that she is the planner and not your new best friend helping you plan your perfect wedding. She's hardworking and does the best job of keeping all of the stress of a wedding day off of the bride/groom and the rest of the wedding party.
