Stephanie is very good thorough and detail oriented. She understands what is needed for a wedding and is fully prepared and helps the wedding party tremendously. She is very hardworking and has a great team.

Unlimited Events made my dream wedding come to life. My husband and I got married at Canopy Creek Farm and Natasha from Unlimited Events transformed an already beautiful venue into an absolutely glamorous event. She listened to all of my ideas and brought them to life, they were even able to build an entire wall to create a magnificent reveal when I walked down the aisle. It was truly a magical day and wouldn't have been the same without Unlimited Events. They can help you with ALL of your decor needs!

Scott Levine does beautiful work. He is reliable, honest, and has very fair pricing (does not add in unnecessary fees like most of the other decor vendors do). They are extremely busy, especially around the holidays, but don’t let that discourage you. Scott knows what he is doing and will do an amazing job. He communicates and responds well via text too.

My daughter's wedding was perfect thanks, in large part, to Natasha at Unlimited Events! From our initial meeting throughout a year and 1/2 planning process, Natasha was an invaluable resource in turning dreams into reality! From my daughter's million "inspiration pictures," a coherent plan was formulated and carried through seamlessly. Natasha was there every step of the way helping to guide the couple and a worried MOB! As a comparison shopper, I found Unlimited Events very fair-priced and I am so glad we chose them for our 230+ guest wedding. Stephanie was exceptional! She went above and beyond and really amazed me with her work. I had never heard of Unlimted Events, but after working with Stephanie, I will only use them for any other major events I plan in my future life. She worked really hard making sure everything got done on time and kept in close contact with me and my husband before the big day. The wedding and reception decorations looked phenomenal and all the guests were amazed. She had great ideas that she discussed with me and through it, I could really tell her loves what she does- that was the best part! I love seeing someone passionate about their work! We are so grateful to have worked with Stephanie Via-Hagar, President of Entertainment Unlimited Events, for our wedding this past weekend. She and her team truly made our visions come to life for our 3-day 600-person Indian Wedding. We did different decor for each event and had the wedding and reception in the same space in the same day - with limited time they were able to turn over our event spaces flawlessly. They even helped us re-use our florals and change up the look to help us save some costs throughout the weekend. She was extremely professional and easy to work with and met with us multiple times over this past year to make sure we were getting what we wanted from start to finish. Natasha Randall and her entire team at Unlimited Events are what dreams are made of – seriously! She listened, collaborated, and with great passion and shared excitement executed our wildest design dreams for our last wedding industry event. Our event would not have been nearly as impressive or successful without her belief that we could make anything happen together. We collaboratively designed and constructed a 24 ft. fabric wall featuring three gold oval frames centered amongst dozens of other frames containing guest award winners’ names. One of the oval frames read, “Ring for Champagne,” above a small brass bell. Guests were delighted by the whimsical nature of the bell and were eager to give it a ring. What they didn’t realize was that it wasn’t merely a playful piece of décor. At each sound of the bell, a white-gloved hand unexpectedly extended from an open gold frame revealing a fresh glass of bubbly. Cheers my dears! Her talented team also brought to life our idea of a larger-than-life 8ft plexiglass magazine cover for guest to "step onto the cover" and feel like a celebrity. They sourced all the materials and handled installation like the pros they truly are. We can't say enough wonderful things about Unlimited Events and their dedication to delivering the best products and experiences to their fellow vendors and clients. There's no dream too big and no problem they can't solve. They are a joy to work with and we're excited to collaborate again soon!

Natasha and her team were an important part of making my daughter's August 5, 2017 wedding everything she ever dreamed it could be! She showed us examples for our specific venue, met us at PrimeTime Party Rental's Bridal expo, and created a uniquely designed backdrop that resembled our overall wedding theme. The team was on time and efficient at set up and tear down, and were the perfect picture of professionalism. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Stephanie from Unlimited Events did an amazing job for our wedding weekend. She was easy to work with and made the event look beautiful. She coordinated meetings with our other vendors as well which made it easier for us. During the weekend, one of the decoration pieces was stolen by a hotel guest and Stephanie replaced it so quickly that nobody knew the item went missing. The packages are reasonably priced as well. Friends of ours who have worked with her have also had very positive experiences.

We have three daughters and Stephanie Via-Hagar has coordinated all three weddings. Our youngest was recently married and Stephanie and her staff were amazing! We had a little glitch with our reception venue and Stephanie made the transition to having the wedding and reception on our farm seamless! God provided beautiful weather and Stephanie and her staff made the event picture perfect! We had so many guest come up to us and say that the wedding was the best they've been to. We didn't have to worry about anything! We couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Stephanie for another wedding well done! Entertainment Unlimited planned my wedding shower and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the costomer service and attention to detail they provided. I had many questions and requests but they eased my anxiety and nailed the party. Stephanie, Scott, Natasha, Morgan, and their staff are the best in the business!

My daughter got married on October 1st in dayton, OH. I started speaking to Stephanie like a year ago. Starting from the planning to working through the wedding celebrations became easy . We had a traditional Indian wedding but she helped me figure out the decor so well. Her knowledge, patience and expertise is very commendable. She is such a delightful person who helped me as a mother to ref myworries. I could enjoy the entire event knowing that Unlimted events has my back! They did such an awesome job that I can only imagine it come from experience and knowledge.

Unlimited Events was amazing. We absolutely love Stephanie. She made the day go absolutely perfect. It couldn't of run more smoothly. Even with the change in reception location, she made everything so easy and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure it happened. Natasha and this company are truly incredible! The second you meet Natasha, you wish you had always been friends with her. She's funny, kind, laid-back, honest, and has impeccable taste. I came to Natasha with very vague descriptors of my taste (tailored, un-fussy though verging on formal, slightly rustic, simple), but after spending about an hour getting to know each other, it was like she had known me for years and was able to create the most tailor-made, unique wedding I could have asked for! Every detail of our wedding felt like it had been plucked out of a dream I didn't even know I had. We were in consistent communication throughout the entire planning process; any question or request I had was answered and accomplished within less than a day, even in the crunch time the week of the wedding. I know that Natasha is busy and has a ton of customers, but she was so attentive, it felt like we were the only ones! I currently live in New York and was only able to come to Ohio a couple times in the year leading up to the wedding, and Natasha set aside time to meet up for every visit! We even walked the grounds at our venue a month before the wedding and talked through everything! I can't recommend this company and Natasha enough... no matter how far out you may think your decor and rental requests are, they can make it happen, and make it perfect. My now husband (!) was like "how did you think of all these beautiful details??" and I was like, "ask Natasha!"

We hired Natasha to help us decorate our wedding reception space. She was so energetic and helpful in making our vision come to life! She was also very flexible with busy schedules and was able to set up meeting times that worked for everyone involved. She listened to what our ideas were at the time and brought it to a whole new level! The decorations were beautiful and they went so well with what we already had purchased. We cannot thank Natasha (and the rest of Unlimited Events) enough! A truly great experience.

I could not of been more pleased with the personalized services from Natasha and Events Unlimited for my son's wedding. Natasha spent time getting to know the bride and groom and came up with ideas that helped make it seem so simple. I felt she was just excited about the big day as they were! We hired Natasha to decorate our wedding venue for our wedding at the end of last month. While my fiancee dealt with Natasha mostly during the planning stages (with only good things to say), I didn't end up meeting with her until the day of the wedding. I was incredibly impressed with the work they did. We had both the ceremony and reception in the same venue, so there was quite a lot of setup that needed to be done. While we had budgeted time to set up the day of the wedding, when we showed up the day before for rehearsal, we actually found that Unlimited Events had been there already, and had many of the complex drapery set up already! I found out later that they had paid the venue with their own money to be let in early so that everything could be set up in a more leisurely stress free environment. When I showed up the day of to help get the venue in order, I found I didn't have anything to do! The quality of their decorations was incredible. They took our ideas for our venue and made them reality. They even managed to work around some of the less desirable venue aspects...there was an obnoxious disco ball in the center of our venue and, while they later managed to get permission to take it down, they managed to completely hide it with drapery! Our venue setup involved a room decoration change from the ceremony to reception space, and while I wasn't there for that (getting pictures taken) the venue we returned to was decorated amazingly. My other vendors also had nothing bad to say about Unlimited events either (in fact, you can read a five-star review from our day-of-coordinator, Glamorous Weddings, below) indicating to me that they were not just easy to hire, but also easy to work with as well. Thank you for all the work you and your team did for us!

I am the owner of Glamorous Weddings and I finally had the opportunity to work with Unlimited Events. The couple that hired me had also hired them to assist with set-up and strike of venue. From the first time I spoke with Natasha, I knew everything was going to go smoothly. We were under the impression that Natasha and her team would arrive on Saturday morning to begin setting up. Upon arrival for rehearsal we discovered they came early to ensure they would have enough time to make sure everything was set into place. Natasha was respected by her staff and they followed her every direction. They were quick and efficient with everything they did. I even asked Natasha if I could use a couple of her team members to assist me with something and she had no hesitation in assigning the two guys to help with whatever I needed. I hope to work with Natasha and Unlimited Events in the near future. Their professionalism was top notch!

We absolutely LOVED our sangeet, wedding, and reception backdrops. Because we had to move our ceremony indoors due to bad weather, we were worried about how to handle the decor, but the Unlimited Events team, particularly Scott, made it so painless and easy! And everything looked beautiful! We (and our guests) especially loved the elephant thrones we used for the reception. If you're looking for help with wedding and reception backdrops and decor, I highly recommend Unlimited Events. Scott was extremely helpful and is an expert at what he does.

Entertainment unlimited events decorated the Dayton Art Institute for our wedding with mama Mia garden string lights and perimeter lighting and it looked absolutely amazing!! We showed up to the venue and it was perfect!!
