Even when unexpected issues came up like our limo breaking down, Emily had an immediate solution and handled it with total ease. al. Our celebration had 100 guests coming to Westchester, NY from all over the world, with a ceremony at the historic Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow and the reception at Windrose-on-Hudson. Featuring a blend of different cultural traditions and fully bilingual events, this wedding had a lot of moving parts!
With Unruffled as our Month-Of Coordinators, everything came off perfectly. We had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Kritzie in our planning sessions. Kritzie, Genesis, and Robert took care of us on the big day.
The Unruffled team could not have been more thoughtful, patient, accommodating, and attentive. From the welcome questionnaire to the planning meetings to the site visits to the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, they were not only organized and helpful, but a very calming presence. Their deep attention to detail allowed us to trust that everything big and small would get taken care of, and everything indeed came out perfectly.
Because Kritzie and Emily really took the time to get to know us, they were able to make many helpful suggestions throughout the planning process (and during the wedding day itself) that perfectly aligned with and complemented our vision for the event. Kritzie did a great job working with our other vendors, including our reception venue, where we were the first wedding they ever held.
On the wedding day, Kritzie and Genesis kept everything moving smoothly without being intrusive at all. We were able to really enjoy our wedding because we knew they had everything well in hand. Robert took amazing video of our private Tea Ceremony (before the professional videographer arrived), and was on top of troubleshooting any minor hiccups throughout the day (clutch job quickly fixing the cocktail hour speaker!).
Our families, the church, the reception venue, and our vendors also uniformly (and completely unprompted!) told us that Kritzie and the whole team were the best wedding coordinators that they had ever worked with - high praise indeed!
We consider ourselves lucky to have worked with Kritzie, Emily, Genesis, and Robert. I can't stop thinking about how spectacular and perfect and fun our wedding was, and that was in no small part due to their help! We are very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you! <3

to our big day. Despite clear communication and specific requests, they frequently did the opposite of what we asked and failed to follow through on important details. It felt as it was their first wedding.
We felt like we couldn’t rely on them for anything meaningful — they were not helpful to us as brides and did not take initiative when it mattered most. For example, they didn’t greet or direct guests as we had planned, leaving people unsure of where to go. Several items and setups we had specifically requested were either missing or not prepared, which was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, we felt let down by the lack of professionalism and follow-through. We cannot recommend this planners based on our experience.

You can tell how passionate the two of them are. They were both so easy to communicate with. Unruffled created a full timeline of the day, handled all our vendor communication a month prior to the wedding (we utilized their day of coordination services), and even provided suggestions like finding a decor wall for our dream limoncello seating chart. They handled all of the vendors—contacting them with our questions, managing contracts, and even getting copies of insurance and sending all of that to the venue towards the end. tell that she was someone I could trust to make sure that our day was amazing. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and I had very specific ideas and needs for the wedding. I was worried that I wouldn’t find someone who could do as good a job as I could with organization, delegation, and accuracy. But she remembered every single detail. She also handled some larger issues – such as helping me with the shuttles. We needed shuttles for 130 people to leave the venue at essentially the same time – and I could not find a 3rd shuttle. She was able to book me an additional coach bus within 4 days of the wedding – that honestly saved the day. I also asked her to come to the florist with us so she could see our ‘vision’, since it was a bit more than just putting flowers on tables. When I arrived at the venue, I saw that she took our vision and made it even better! She added touches of gold and lights and greenery in places I didn’t think to decorate, and it looked amazing. She was with me the entire night, keeping the sleeves of my dress from falling, helping me with eyedrops when I couldn’t see, and constantly checking in with our band, maître d’, and photographers to make sure everything was running smoothly. She got us through the mid-reception family photos (which I thought would be a disaster time-wise) so quickly, and was truly managing the time for the entire night. All of the vendors raved about her, and said her communication and precision was impeccable – and that she had great improvisation skills for whenever things did go a bit astray. I didn’t have to worry about anything the entire evening, and that was the best feeling ever. Veronica is great at what she does – which is making sure your day is amazing. She is professional, great at communication, and she makes you feel safe. You can trust her completely, and know that your day will be in the best hands possible.

ot go as planned. I am an EXTREMELY organized person who had every thing planned out for our Plan A very far in advance. When Plan B hit 30 days before our wedding, I was pulling at every thread I could. We made the call to hire a wedding planning (month of coordinator) and it was amazing. Veronica was readily available, lead contact to all of our vendors, timeline extraordinaire, and saving grace. I had sent her pictures of how I wanted a lot of the decor for our new venue (a glorified backyard wedding), and she was able to really put my plan in action. I trusted her to rearrange things as needed based on her professional opinion. She was able to coordinate all of the vendors getting there on time, give suggestions on how much alcohol/drinks we should purchase, give feedback on things we thought would work (and based on her experience were typically not great ideas), etc. Being the type A bride that I was, I was so incredibly nervous I would be worrying all day and night about what needed to be done and if something was wrong. Veronica assured me everything was great, and even texted me the day before the wedding to tell me to start relaxing. Having Veronica and her assistant there was amazing. Things didn't always go as planned (which is going to happen regardless of the day), and I honestly had no clue about it until after the night was over. Veronica was able to handle everything flawlessly and without issue. While my husband and I were doing our first dance, the band was supposed to transition into an anniversary dance for my grandparents. It wasn't going as planned, and just as my husband and I realized, I saw Veronica sneaking over to the band to correct it without anyone even noticing. My friends and family had nothing but amazing thing to say about her, and a few are now inquiring about her services for their upcoming weddings. Our vendors loved working with her and said it was nothing but flawless. Our florist, who verbalized that he wasn't a fan of wedding planners, raved about her and enjoyed their experience working together. Bonus: she came to our rehearsal dinner, met the bridal party and did a run through! Overall, it was such a pleasure working with Veronica during this extremely stressful time of being a COVID bride. veryone way paid, she emailed back and forth several times to make sure everyone was on the same page, made a day of time down to the minute! she also offered to come to my last dress fitting and learn my bustle! the night before she was at our rehearsal so everyone knew exactly where, how and what order to walk down the aisle! she set up the card table,cake table and made sure everything at our venue was perfect! veronica is so professional in how she acts and speaks, I had several people.l come up to me during the reception and say how good she was, oh and she also made sure my husband and I always had a drink lol ! The day of she moved things along smoothly and took complete care of transportation (which was what I was stressing out over the most). She was always positive and reassuring before the wedding and during. She always double checked that everything that was going on was what I wanted and how I wanted it. Prior to the wedding she called, texted, or emailed with questions regarding EVERY detail (even ones I wouldn’t have thought of!). That day she collected all tips from me and handed them out so I didn’t have to worry about that. She was so professional and kind and always had a smile on her face. She was right there whenever I needed anything. She saw we didn’t have drinks in our hands and asked us if we wanted anything and she would go get it. All in all a pleasure to work with her. If you’re looking for someone who is on top of their stuff then you should definitely go with unruffled!
