She has tools to keep you on track and organized and takes things off your plate so you can enjoy being engaged and breathe a little. She secured me the most amazing chair vendor at the last minute after the one I initially found flaked, setup everything on site day of so my family and I could enjoy the wedding day, and packed everything to go at the end of the night. She came and saw me as I was getting ready day of and was by my side/in the background the entire rest of the day. The week of my wedding I felt like everything was falling apart- work was crazy busy, I was coming down with a cold, it looked like it was going to rain for my outdoor wedding, and I received last minute table changes from family members. Debra constantly checked in with me, offered helpful advice, and took everything off my plate that she could. She is such a joy to work with and I am genuinely sad we don't have anymore planning meetings. A few things that set Debra apart when I was interviewing people to work with. 1- She is there the day of your wedding. Some planners may have a different teammate. I really wanted whoever I worked with to be there on wedding day! 2- It is super easy to schedule meeting with her and she is great with availability 3- She is so happy and positive- you need her sunshine! nergy. When we had our first meeting with Debra, we knew right away that she was going to be the planner we wanted to partner with for our wedding. From the very early stages of our wedding planning, Debra was already calculating and determining what we would need for us to enjoy our wedding. She helped us make a timeline of what vendors needed to be decided on for each month to reduce the headache of "Oh no, there's so much to do in such a small amount of time!" As the planning continued, we unfortunately had family troubles come up towards the 'Big Day'. Debra took over a majority of the last minute planning for us before we could formally ask. On the day we tied the Knot, Debra was an excellent coordinator in making sure setup was SUPERB, and all our guests knew who to reach out to for questions/information. Overall, Debra walked with us through all the Wedding planning and came through with delivery on the day of by making our special day unforgettable. TLDR: Debra is awesome.

Between her stellar vendor recommendations, and ability to renegotiate contracts, we were to save about 10% from our 40k wedding spending budget. Besides being a financial wiz, she is amazing with people. She talked me and my husband through the trickier parts of planning a wedding. Debra helped me craft a tight timeline that enabled me to stay hydrated, fed and present through what was a blur of a beautiful day. sorted out. She came in and got things scheduled for us, had great contacts/recommendations to help make the day easier, and eased a lot of communications with our venue! She was a huge help pre-wedding. Day of, I wouldn't have survived without her! If anything went wrong, I never knew about it. She was super on top of things. The venue had an event the night before and so much of the previous event's furniture was sitting out, taking over the whole space. She made sure it got picked up and taken out immediately so it wouldn't interfere with our vendors. Everything was well organized and she and her team were so awesome! We loved working with her and cannot recommend her enough!!

Debra dove in right away and was able to easily identify things I was missing and helped me brainstorm to maximize the venue space and the time spent with my husband and friends/family during the wedding. She understood my vision for an intimate, classic, vintage-inspired wedding and executed that vision perfectly. She was always available to answer questions and tackled issues as they emerged. If there were any problems the day of the wedding, I didn’t hear about them (ideal). Super positive and thoughtful. Worked well with my vendors. Unbelievably helpful.
