ollywood themed ceremony and reception, and the theater at Uptown was the perfect place. It had character, color, drama, and an element of surprise. Just to name a few some of my favorite aspects of my wedding include the spacious theater, our own lighting technician throughout the ceremony and reception (amazing first dance pictures), a video projector we were able to use for my father/daughter dance, rock star dressing rooms, an unbelievable staff who helped with set up and tear down, a personalized marquee message that we used for our engagement photos and our wedding day, and last but not least ALIA! We decided on Uptown just as the pandemic began. When we all naively thought covid would last only a few weeks. It didn’t. Every month the restrictions changed for better or for worse. It was difficult planning a wedding during the pandemic, but Alia (the coordinator) did everything to reassure us that it will still be a great day no matter what. And it was!!! Every month I would send her a lot of “what if” scenarios, and she came up with a plan on how to make things work. Thankfully the restrictions in Kansas City were all lifted just weeks before our wedding! In the end were able to do everything we had hoped and planned. I cannot say enough great things about Alia. She is a wedding coordinator dream, and the best part- she comes with the package!!! As soon as I sent her a text or email with a question, she replied immediately!!! I never waited more than a few hours for a reply. Or if she was going to be out of town- she let me know ahead of time. Sometimes she would message me just before midnight with an answer to my question. Whenever I had an idea- she made it happen. If we ran into a problem- she found a solution and a way to make it happen. She let us come in at different times throughout the year to do walk throughs or play with some ideas, helped us out with our food, created our timeline, made sure we got down the aisle, gave suggestions about Mr. and Mrs. cocktail drinks, constantly checked in on us throughout the wedding, created the floor plan, worked with our decorator to make sure she had lots of time to work her magic, helped with the rehearsal, and in the end was more than a coordinator but a great friend. I have missed her a lot since our big day!! The day of the wedding we had so many compliments about the space. We heard- “This space is perfect.” “What a beautiful place in Kansas City.” “We had no idea Uptown did weddings.” Uptown went through a lot of changes during the pandemic. All acts were cancelled or postponed for more than a year. This allowed workers to do some touch ups in the theater. They added new lights and gave the walls a fresh coat of paint. And it shows. My husband and I are now planning to go to several shows at Uptown as things continue to reopen. And remember the place where we said “I do.” We wanted our wedding to be special and it was. It was more than just a day, but a new beginning. Thank you Uptown. Thank you Alia. You went above and beyond to create our dream wedding. Any bride would be lucky to work with you!!! We cannot recommend Uptown enough to all future couples looking for a different place to get married or host a memorable party.

She provided all the communication and legwork with our other vendors on wedding day, allowing us to simply enjoy the wedding day and not fret the wedding day details. She kept us on track during the planning stages, knowing when decisions needed to be finalized. We never could have managed without her guidance and coordination!! The food was spectacular, the taste testing made it very hard to choose the menu as everything was spectacular. The event staff was very professional. The event was perfect from start to finish.

Also, my fiancé and I are both chefs, and their menu came highly recommended, you also HAVE to book your food/beverage package with them. You don’t get to do a tasting before you put your deposit down either, which I expressed my worry about and she assured me it would be fine, they have never had somebody unhappy with their food(she’s a good salesperson) We did out first tasting and it was inedible. We scheduled another tasting which was night and day different and much better! Come wedding night, the food was absolutely horrible. Steak was so overcooked, roasted potatoes we undercooked and hardly cut down. I could go on and on, it was just very unappetizing. Albe, the room captain- was waking around in knee highs chiefs socks and her staff was waiting tables with stocking hats on...very unprofessional. If we were to do over again, we would choose a different venue or at least hired a different caterer.

She suggested menu options, helped coordinate our vendors, assisted with the reception timeline & was always willing to offer a helping hand. She basically ensured that everyone had what they needed, enjoyed themselves and made everything run smoothly. The food was amazing. This is a "one stop shop" event space offering full catering, bartending, set up, tear down & a coordinator. My husband and I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a blast as well as our guest and it's all thanks to the wonderful staff!!!

all weekend long to accommodate. They employ a full-time chef who catered dinner, BBQ brisket and Chicken Alfredo--tons of compliments. The lighting technician, Deano, had the room set up perfectly to highlight every detail of the evening. Our venue coordinators, Albe and Chelsea were with us at every step and things ran like clockwork. Even if you think a theater isn't your jam, these folks are definitely worth visiting. Would rate even higher if we could!

She seemed disingenuous and disappeared shortly after the ceremony without telling us. Also, the food stations were very awkward, the chips were stale, and there were some miscommunications. That is why I am giving them 4/5 stars. Still would recommend.

The food was great, but my wife was a little miffed because I went a little heavy handed at the children's buffet instead of the "adult" food society says I have to eat. The bar and bar staff were excellent and trust me, my group put it through its paces, but we ended up with a night none of us will forget! I felt Sue's review wasn't good enough, and I had to add more detail than she had to prove that even though I eat like a child I don't think like one. Thanks again to the Uptown crew for the wonderful memories.

d the Theater Room on the spot. Even though we live hours away, we had to have that venue for our wedding. It was perfect, with the juliette balcony, stage, and dance floor. The adjacent cocktail room was perfect as well. The food was also just as amazing. Everyone was talking about it and the whole venue itself! We had our ceremony and reception here. The transition between the two was seamless. Everything here was seamless. Albe Sells was AMAZINNNGGGGG. Cannot say enough how thankful we were to have her. She truly went above and beyond leading up to the day and the day itself. When I freaked out, on the phone or in person (which was frequently), she always knew the right things to say and do to calm me down and reassure me. She genuinely wanted the best for us, and did everything we asked her to and more. She even took care of things we didn't ask her to, that we didn't even think of, and they just made our big day even more special. Love her and Uptown Theater!!! <3

She answered every email super timely, sometimes multiple emails a day, was great with communication throughout the planning process, was so sweet and fun, and made our reception everything we were hoping for and more! Any idea we through at her, she found a way to make it happen for us. Uptown was an amazing venue overall, the Uptown catering was delicious, and there were so many fun special touches that we were able to do for our wedding due to having it at Uptown, which made our reception so special and unique. Our guests raved about Uptown and the food and all the unique aspects of the reception. We are so happy we picked Uptown and beyond happy with how everything turned out! Albe and her whole team are amazing- from the chef and vending team to the lighting team to the bartenders to the cake cutters/servers! The fact that Uptown was pretty much all-inclusive was amazing- set up, tear down, catering, lighting- you name it, it was taken care of. We never had to think about anything on the big day, the whole Uptown team carried everything out without a hitch. If we could do it all over again, we'd pick Uptown a million times over! We cannot thank Albe and her team enough for making our day absolutely perfect in every way.

'tasting' for us which was basically like going to a five star restaurant. We were presented with a wide array of foods as well as the ones we had selected to try with service and drinks included. In our planning process Albe Sells was there and would respond to my emails and calls within a day at the most. We rented the theater for our wedding, so we were able to have our rehearsal the night before and then Albe was our day of coordinator, which was amazing. We had some very bad weather, but Albe kept everything moving smoothly and we had ZERO issues throughout the night. This is a superb all-inclusive event space, with several rooms to choose from, and there is absolutely no other venue in the city that will give you all that the Uptown offers for the price which is still the going rate for the city. There is truly no other venue in the city that is better. We are so happy we chose the Uptown for our wedding!

The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because there were a few moments I had trouble communicating with the staff. But overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others!

She had answers to every question and made tying the whole thing together so much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. I would 100% use Uptown again based purely off of how easy she made everything. I cannot stress this enough. Since Uptown has a kitchen and a liquor license all of the food and alcohol is condensed into one vendor, and that's all handled behind the scenes. The food and drink was delicious and the bartenders did a phenomenal job. The cook even worked around different dietary restrictions and requests (that I had forgotten to mention until the day of because I'm awful). They just added new LED lights that let you change the color of the room, and it really added something to the event. The pictures are amazing and having the lighting match wedding colors is something I didn't know I would appreciate this much. That plus putting your name up on the marquee out front really make for some great pictures. We had a short notice issue (as in the week of the wedding) with a vendor that was not Uptown's fault, but I received a call from the GM that filled me in on everything I needed to know and how they were going to handle it. It turned what should have been a huge problem into something positive. The new vendor they picked out to replace the old one was fantastic and I didn't have to worry about switching anything over or gathering all new information. All in all the night could not have gone better. I could go on and on about how phenomenal the experience was, and how everyone loved the venue, and how perfect the night was. If you're even THINKING about using Uptown I recommend reaching out to them and setting up a tour and meeting with their staff. There's not a single thing I can think of that went wrong or could have been improved on their side. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys so much for making the best day of my life that much better. We really appreciate it.

They handled our decorations and left us with nothing to worry about other than celebrating our wedding. Very organized staff and Albe was JUST A WONDERFUL GEMSTONE of a person who ensured our entire evening went smoothly. I was a very calm bride because the staff handled everything for me. The food was DELICIOUS and they have affordable alcohol packages as well. The theater is so beautiful and so well maintained that it added to our overall decorations - very vibrant in color. We were very pleased with this venue the very first time we saw it and we knew we made the right choice. Our guests loved the venue and were well taken care of by the organized, courteous and helpful staff. We highly recommend this venue for your occasion and you can trust the staff on delivering a pleasant experience! Albe was great at responding to emails from my mom about every little detail and she and others worked hard to put everything in place so my mom and I didn't have to. It made our weekend very stress-free! The contract at the Uptown Theater includes a DJ and food. DJ Shelly was really great! She and Albe work well together with a very specific timeline. I can't think of a single thing they could improve on.

time we met with Albe at the Uptown, we were very impressed by the organization and quality of the packages they offered. We had already met with some other very popular wedding venues in the area and were anxious about what the Uptown had to offer. Out of everywhere that we had seen, the Uptown had the most comprehensive and inclusive package! Everything was laid out clearly and there was no additional or "hidden" fees! The planning process with Albe was a breeze; she was always there to offer suggestions and make sure that our vision became a reality. Every meeting that we had with Albe and her team only made us feel more comfortable and confident that our wedding day would be perfect! When it came time for our menu tasting, we were very impressed by the variety of options that were offered and had a difficult time choosing our favorites!!! Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. They were even able to accommodate several food allergies and special requests. One of the best parts about having our wedding at the Uptown Theater was how involved and hands-on they were with setting everything up; I dropped off all of our decor a few days before the wedding and when I showed up the morning of it was all set up exactly how we had asked! It took a tremendous amount of stress off of us and we were able to spend more time with our family and friends before the wedding instead of spending that time getting things ready at the venue. When it came time for the wedding day, everything went flawlessly. Albe had communicated with all our vendors and had everything ready to go; all we had to do was enjoy the day! To this day we are still getting compliments on how gorgeous and fun the wedding venue was, and we owe that all to the staff at the Uptown! From the gold chairs, to the candy bar to our name in lights, everything was unique and absolutely stunning! We used the Uptown's DJ, Shelly, and were beyond impressed with her as well. She spent several hours with us on phone meetings prior to the wedding and made sure that everyone was on the same page. She kept the whole night running on schedule and made sure that everyone had a great time! We told her that we wanted everyone dancing, and she sure made that happen! Another thing about the Uptown that was a huge positive for us was that they do all of the tear down and clean up after the wedding. My husband and I have been in multiple weddings recently where the couple's family and bridal party has to stay after the wedding and clean everything up. The Uptown takes care of this for you!! Overall, we cannot thank Albe and the whole team at the Uptown enough for making our wedding the best day of our lives. I can honestly say that I have zero complaints and was 100% satisfied with the services that the Uptown offered!!

Further, the location right by Westport and having a dedicated shuttle to 816 Hotel was great! Takeaway: You will not find a better deal for a wedding in the KC metro area.

Our July 2016 daughter's wedding reception went off without a hitch, thanks in LARGE part to the "choreography" for the evening's events, the food (5-star marvelous appetizers and buffet), DJ Mike (outstanding), the professional bar staff, and the many, many "invisible" support folks working behind the scenes. Throughout the evening, Albe and her staff were most accommodating with any last minute tweaks requested of the bride or father of the bride !! Although we had NO drama arise at our event, we could tell that Albe and staff had the personalities, professionalism and experience to deal with all sorts of families, calamities, or issues that may arise in an evening. Uptown's Broadway Room is an excellent, spacious, attractive, and comfortable venue. And it all comes with reminders throughout of the magnificent history of the Uptown Theater !! We whole-heartily recommend the Broadway Room at the Uptown. The bridal party and our 200+ guests had a most enjoyable and fun reception and evening. The compliments on the venue just kept coming throughout the event. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable reception experience !!

She was helpful with her suggestions, patient with our changes of ideas, supportive during our times of stress and encouraging when we doubted ourselves. She quickly became a trusted part of our wedding team. We never doubted for a second that things would run smoothly. What we didn't know was that Albe and her staff would do it all! They moved furniture, followed our directions for set-up to the last detail and made sure that EVERYTHING was just as we wanted. They even sent us photos so that we wouldn't worry. They worked with our vendors to be sure they were able to do their parts and covered glitches we forgot. The food was delicious, the music entertaining, the staff helpful and discreet. The part that touched my heart the most was after the party ended. They were patient with guests who didn't want the party to end, but quietly went about loading up our things so that we could all go home. We were all so tired, but wanted to wrap up things and get out of your way for the next party they will have. It seemed like they were all part of our family who had worked so hard and shared so much with us. They knew how perfect things had been for the bride and groom and the next day our daughter told me that it had been EVERYTHING that she had hoped for. What more could we want? Albe has a gift for what she does and many lucky brides and grooms benefit from that gift!

Don't believe them when they tell you things are included-- you have to ASK about everything because everything they tell you about has some sort of fee. The DJ they provide is also TERRIBLE. She messed up many of the songs we wanted (such as the song we wanted to be introduced to). She also forgot what our first dance song was supposed to be because she didn't write it down when we talked. We had a friend in the family who was a DJ that had to approach her about the horrible job she was doing with keeping the crowd entertained (we had many complaints from guests about the DJ). Many things that we paid for or that we wished for never happened/showed up. Shelly (the DJ) and Albe (the coordinator) are not reliable. I wouldn't go through them for anything ever again and wouldn't recommend them. I'm sad looking back on the biggest day of my life, knowing these two women ruined several parts of it. If you're a bride- DON'T go through Albe-- she's only employed there because her dad is part owner. You can find a better, more reliable venue somewhere else.

pleasant and super helpful! Our day was perfect! We had out wedding in the Broadway Room. When we originally went to look I wasn't too fond of the old blue carpet in the room, but was then informed that they were hard-wooding the entire room. We came back after it was completed and it was beautiful. The floor made the whole room look bigger. Before our wedding date they also added up-lighting and LEDs to the Arch Windows. Albe was our wedding coordinator and Trudy was our room captain. They were both unbelievably helpful and pleasant to work with. Albe kept in constant touch with me to make sure everything was scheduled and kelp on time and Trudy made the room look exactly how we talked about. Overall it was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this venue to future couples.

Long story short, we met Albe Sells, who sold us on her expertise before we even toured all of the halls within the venue. Albe and her team of experts behind this truly exquisite venue guided us at every step of the planning process, leaving no details uncovered, and accommodated anything we threw at them, allowing us to fully enjoy ourselves while hosting a wedding that 450 people, of all ages and from all over the country, loved and are still raving about. The stunning aesthetics, renowned planning and coordination offerings-before and during the event, the food, the service....are all first-rate. This is the place to host your 'best wedding ever' in KC, hands down.

absolutely gorgeous in itself and needs very little decorating because of it's elaborate nature but we also toured the Broadway and Valentine rooms and really liked them both, but chose the Theater in the end because of it's uniqueness and the stage was the perfect set up for a band. The Uptown had a lot of choices for linens, chairs, lighting, etc. which was really nice to make the venue our own and at no extra cost (the gold chairs are gorgeous!). The service from day 1 was fantastic and continued the whole way until the end of our wedding day. We worked primarily with Albe who is an all star. She was very flexible with us as far as meeting went as well as us changing our minds on decisions we had already made :). She was always friendly and helpful in every interaction. Every question we had, she had an answer and a plan, she had everything taken care of and we didn't have to worry about anything! The Uptown set up all of our decorations, put out all of our favors which was AMAZING that we didn't have to worry about doing the set up ourselves. They also did all tear down when the reception was over which was again, amazing! They are a very busy venue and had a Christmas party the night before our reception but you never would have known, that is how efficient they are! The day of, Albe took care of everything, she and the band were so in sync, we didn't have to worry about what was happening and when, we just went where we were directed :) She checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to make sure everything was going well! The staff that were working that night were great people! So friendly and happy, each of them came up to me and congratulated us! The staff was so quick to clear the tables, cut the cake, etc. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We loved working with Albe and it was so nice in all of the stress of planning a wedding to know she had everything for the reception taken care of. I'm sad we won't be working together anymore! I would recommend Uptown to anyone looking for a reception venue!

rfect. The space alone is so unique that it doesn't need much decorating itself. Albe was our point of contact and our day of coordinator. She always answered all of our questions and made picking out all the details for our reception so easy. She coordinated with all of my vendors which was a major thing I did not have to deal with. We got to have our names put on the marque sign out in the front of the building which was a pretty incredible backdrop for photos. We were required to use the food provided by the Uptown kitchen. Albe hosted a food tasting night where we got to try several dishes. The food was wonderful and there are so many options to pick from. We also had a full open bar which included 9 different beers and every liquor you could imagine. The staff was so nice to me, my husband, and all of our guests. The day before the wedding, we were dropping off all of our decorations and the Uptown staff set everything up for us. They also helped with clean-up after the reception was over. We also rented out a space the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner. We were able to bring in outside food to this event and Albe and her staff set everything up. I would recommend the Uptown Theater to anyone. It is worth every penny you spend there.

Albe is the best... She truly made our day. You can count on her for anything and she gets it done for you! ALSO DJ Shelley was SO much fun. Everyone kept commenting on how great she was! We never received a finalized version of our event timeline until the day before the event and only after I asked for a copy. The week of the wedding our coordinator had been out sick and information had not been passed to other employees correctly. The set up-staff (who was absolutely amazing, by the way) had not received the most current version of the seating chart so there was some scrambling to figure out how to fix that situation. There were also ables missing from places they had been requested during our planning meeting (a month in advance). The evening of the rehearsal we did not have a coordinator there but rather an office worker and a security staff member organizing the rehearsal. There was often a jumble of information before a decision was made. The day of the event we had an entirely different coordinator as the point of contact. As a bride, it's very stressful to have event information pass through so many different people especially with the miscommunications earlier. Fortunately, I have experience in entertainment so situations were able to be handled. However, not everyone has this trait. We had a complicated ceremony and reception and I can't imagine what it would have been like to pull it off without our own knowledge on how these things work. On the other hand, the set up and wait staff was absolutely phenomenal. They did a wonderful job of trying to accommodate the last minute changes because of the miscommunications and were extremely efficient the night of the event. Despite the bumpy organization I would recommend this venue. It is beautiful, the dinner was handled very well, the food was delicious and the set-up and wait staff is great. Be prepared to stay on top of communication with your coordinator and quadruple check that all of your event information is correct.

f that help guide you through the meticulous process that a wedding entails. We utilized two Uptown spaces to create our own unique event. The Broadway Room naturally emitted a sense of spirituality just perfect enough to host a religious ceremony. The room gorgeously set the ceremony scene by framing huge arched windows behind us, which spills dreamy natural light into the room, and required minimal decoration to make our nuptials look beautiful. Then we had our guests move to the Theater room for the reception, which provides a completely different aura. There is a certain darkness and mystery about the theater that provides a sense of excitement the moment you arrive. The walls are full of colorful statuesque art that has been there for decades, and although we did do a lot of decorating to create our own “Moulin Rouge” type setting, a lot of décor is not needed in here either. We did all black tables with touches of red, and the wedding party sat on the stage for dinner. Their skilled lighting technician works throughout the night to make each part of the event a new part of a story using different colors and varied levels of drama. Using the Theater for your reception is not only completely special compared to other event spaces around Kansas City, it is an implied evening of pure entertainment simply by being true to what it is: a good old-fashioned theater. Finally I would like to speak regarding the staff, particularly the head event coordinator, Albe Sells. We originally had made most of our plans with a different coordinator when we started this process over a year in advance of our wedding, and when we heard that person had left, we were nervous to have someone else take over. Little did we know that Albe would completely exceed our expectations. She not only listened and absorbed all of our special requests, her suggestions from her vast experience hosting events made everything that much smoother and efficient. It is always impressive when someone who is that busy coordinating a place that is a 100% event venue remembers each of your specifications, both large and small. The rehearsal & day of the event was unbelievable with Albe and the staff. They truly guide you step by step along the way, always on schedule, always keeping things moving and always knowing best how to advise you throughout the day (not to mention the management all of your vendors). I had no idea how emotional I’d be until the day arrived and Albe & Trudy were my saving grace at several moments when emotions were running high. I even would forget what I needed to be doing next and alas, Albe or one of her staff was always right there to keep me in check. I was blown away by the service and professionalism that Albe & all of the staff brought to my wedding. The Uptown Theater is anything but a run-of-the-mill spot to host a wedding. It is so special and so different from anything else I’d ever seen before at any wedding I’ve attended myself. The beauty and the event coordination are the best aspects that made my wedding a success. This bride literally has no complaints/regrets in choosing the Uptown: I would recommend to the unconventional bride who wants her wedding to be a bit off the beaten path.

e had a gourmet popcorn bar which our guests loved. This is an awesome, historic building which has been restored and is the perfect venue for a wedding reception.

er. One of my favorite pictures from our wedding is of us outside in front of the marquee with our names. The Uptown takes care of the catering, bar and even had a DJ service we could use if we wanted. By that point, I was over scouting out vendors so I decided to go with their DJ (Shelly) without meeting her, which scared me a little, but it turned out great. Shelly and her team listened to our ideas (and our probably too long do-not-play list) and helped make the evening the big dance party I wanted. Friendly staff... A lot of our guests told us how great and friendly the staff was throughout the night. Both Albe and Alicia were there throughout the evening to make sure things went smoothly and outside vendors got set up, which they did. They were also available before the night to answer all my questions, preview the space with me, find a specific liquor for a family wedding tradition and confirm a gluten-free meal for one of my bridesmaids. They (and Shelly) were also very accommodating when we asked to extend the party at the end of the reception. Other Pros... We also enjoyed the yummy tasting the Uptown offers for us and two guests. We had a very nice bridal suite for the wedding party before we were announced stocked with champagne and the beer of our choice... all complimentary. I also really appreciated not being charged for linens, napkin colors, parking etc. that I some of the other venues we viewed charged. Overall, the Uptown was a great value financially, but also exceeded our expectations on service, quality, music and the list goes on... We had about 210-220 guests seated nicely, anymore might have been a little cramped. However, before rvsp's were confirmed, I was expecting more like 250 and the team assured me they would fit by having tables on the dance floor that could be removed after dinner.

As the day drew nearer, we worked with Albe Sells and Alicia, who were there for any of our last minute questions, ensured that everything we wanted was accounted for, and we were confident that once we showed up to our reception in the Valentine Room, everything would be in place. It was. Alicia was there when we arrived in case we needed anything, but the place was perfect. Our appetizers and dinner were delicious and plentiful. The service was amazing--everyone who was working our wedding was kind, friendly, and professional. Many of our guests mentioned how wonderful our reception was. We could not have imagined a more perfect day. We are extremely grateful for all the hard work the Uptown staff put into making our wedding reception so amazing. We would highly recommend the Uptown as a reception venue.

cheese, crackers, fruits, and veggies as an appetizer. However, there were no veggies! We spoke to them about it and they decided to allow everyone to have free champagne during the toasts. It was a great trade but I wish I would have received what I asked for.

dway Room. It was planned in less than 5 months, in house DJ was great too, and we got a discount for using them. I had my ceremony and reception in the same room and the changeover was easy!

ke-up done, carefree. The event ran smoothly and my guests had a blast. I wasn't crazy about the food when we had our initial tasting. I expressed this to Kim and she assured me that she would make it right - and she did. We had an additional private tasting and the food was excellent at the wedding. The theater space is dramatic, elegant and fun. We were married on the stage and the staff quickly flipped the room for the reception. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Uptown - they made my wedding an unforgettable experience!!!

nd tradition along with hip and modern. Working with Kim was a pleasure! She was so friendly and outgoing and easy to work with. I felt like I had a personal wedding planner without the cost. She made all of our decisions so easy and gave us good advice for those million questions that no one really knows or cares to answer. I especially loved that the day of was no stress and I didn't have to worry about meeting vendors as the venue was open and there were event organizers there to receive everything coming in. Also loved that we could come back later to get everything picked up the Monday after. Everything was gorgeous and went so smoothly. We got so many compliments - from the overall venue to the beautiful appetizer arrangements and the super smooth buffet lines - it was AMAZING!
