Aleah is really sweet and helpful - I found her/Valley & co. After reading an article she contributed to in Brides that helped me through a very tough time - when I realized I would have to postpone my wedding for the second time due to the coronavirus. The best ever. They bring the best of both worlds- incredibly detail-oriented and organized (all deadlines nailed, thinking around corners weeks and months in advance, aware of our most idiosyncratic requests in real time) AND deeply creative-- in addition to everything we worked on together, Valley & Company organized surprise touches and arranged secret magic that we didn't know we needed until after they already set each piece in motion. Absolutely incredible- they consistently understood our needs, sometimes even before we did. Could not recommend them highly enough. They are not wedding planners- they are wedding EVERYTHING-ers!

We worked with Nick & Aleah for our wedding, and were so incredibly impressed. Our wedding was in my husband's parent's backyard, so you can imagine the logistics and planning that went into it! They were both so easy to work with, and it honestly felt like they were friends by the end of it all.
Aleah has such an incredible eye for design- she made all my wedding dreams and more come true. They were truly the best, and we can't recommend them enough!
Nick and Aleah created the perfect day for our daughter and new son-in-law! Each detail was designed to reflect the couple's personalty- from wildflower arrangements native to the Pacific Northwest, local beach driftwood place card display, wooden bread bowl centerpieces, small containers spilling over with fresh berries. Each and every touch was designed to share their love of nature and their deep commitment to the outdoors. Our family is forever grateful to this dynamic duo for planning and executing a celebration that we will remember forever.
There was no question when we first talked with Nick and Aleah of Valley & Co. that they were the perfect match for us. Known for being just kind people who are as stylish as they are capable and knowledgeable, we wanted the experience they explained to us on our first call. They delivered and then some - the process was pretty effortless from our end and we just had to say yes or no, while giving input along the way. Nick and Aleah read our vision and elaborated on it in a way we didn't know possible.
When you hear they are truly the best, believe it!
The team of vendors they recommended became so paramount to the whole framework of our day and our photos, the food, our flowers, and each detail was beyond impeccable. The design vision Aleah had was partnered wonderfully with the plans she and Nick laid - and her floral knack brought with it dreamy flowers and the most beautiful day for us.

Our wedding week and day was a dream thanks to Nick and Aleah and their team, creativity, and professionalism. We were able to waltz into the weekend feeling so fresh and excited, knowing plans had been so carefully created and that we had the best team possible to bring it all home for us. Nick and Aleah Valley, of Valley & Company, are exceptional wedding (life?) planners. So much so, that we often referred to them as our Wedding Spirit Guides for the year and a half leading up to our nuptials!
I have a hard time believing that ANY couple can really claim a totally stress-free wedding planning process. However, Nick and Aleah were the essence of calm, cool, collected throughout the entire journey. Not only did they help us navigate the tricky world surrounding black tie etiquette, they made sure we had FUN every step of the way.
They were organized, attentive to every single detail, communicative, and transparent. They honed in on our unique priorities and aesthetic, and delivered a TRULY memorable storied event.
Lastly, I cannot emphasize enough what a true privilege it was to feel like a guest at our own wedding — from start to finish, we experienced the magic just like every other guest in attendance. It is because of Valley & Company that we will look back on this milestone and remember our wedding as the event of a lifetime.
As a groom, I went into the wedding process a bit unsure of how my role would hash itself out, but knowing full well that I wanted to be involved with my bride. Nick became an excellent resource for me during the entire process; allowing me to comfortably ask questions about attire and the etiquette of how things should unfold with my responsibilities as well as those of my family. He was knowledgeable about everything I asked and things I didn't even know I should. Aleah was kind and always approachable, available to answer questions and to steer us in the right direction. They are a true dynamic duo and their entire team on our wedding day was always smiling and well poised; a testament to their veteran status as we had some near-issues with the weather. No one such as batted an eye. The team they recommended was superb as well; each and every one. A big wave of gratitude to these two and what they did for us throughout the process and on our wedding day; truly the most special day of our lives.
I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid in my childhood friend Ashley's wedding and got to experience the day with her without stress. She directly attributed that to her team - Valley and Company Events - for creating a day that was so easy and flowing. Everything was gorgeous and the flowers were incredible.
Nick and Aleah are amazingly talented wedding planners and have a wide variety of experience in the wedding business. Not only are they sweet, family oriented, and caring people, but they are incredibly organized and well connected, leaving you in stress free hands! They really take into consideration your guest experience, and what your priorities are. They helped us come up with our vision, a romantic garden on the water, and they completely delivered! They even made our 200+ guest count feel intimate by having so many personal, welcoming details. They are creative and want to help make your wedding unique to you and your spouse. Aleah and Nick were great to communicate with, and if there is ever an issue, they are on top of it. We weren't stressed on our wedding day at all, we knew we were in good hands. We can't recommend them enough!
Hiring Aleah, Nick, and their team was truly the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Aleah and Nick were professional, easy to work with, attentive to detail, perceptive, and just really wonderful, fun people to be around. Not only was everyone at Valley & Co the best, we ended up taking their first suggestion for every vendor and were not disappointed with a single one. Aleah and Nick made the whole process stress free, and the end result of the wedding was exactly what we hoped for. If you're looking for someone that will personalize your event and also always keep your guests' experience in mind, I don't think you can do any better than Valley & Co. We would recommend them to our friends and family and hire them again in a heartbeat!
Nick and Aleah are absolutely wonderful wedding planners and are exceptionally talented at what they do! They were able to take our wedding ideas and elevate them to be more than we could have dreamed of while still being such fun and accurate reflection of us and our story. They ensured that everything was always taken care of throughout the entire planning process and guided us in our decision making process while also being flexible and keeping in mind what was important to us. Day of they did a wonderful job and making sure everything was handled, and that all we had to do was show up and enjoy our big day. Aleah and Nick Valley are phenomenal! We absolutely loved working with them on all aspects of our wedding planning and decor/floral. They stepped in part way through planning after our first planners had something come up and got right to work coming up with unique ways to make things work with different vendors. They connected with us and our vision right away so we felt at ease during a hectic time and then they executed the day of look and details wonderfully! We couldn’t have been more happy with their service and everyone who attended agreed that they did a superb job!
Nick and Aleah with Valley & Co are truly first class all the way. Hiring a great planner was probably the most important decision we made when planning our wedding, and our wedding day was flawless because of Valley & Co. I cannot imagine better wedding planners. My husband and I both have demanding jobs, so we needed a planner we could fully trust to manage all the little details. Nick and Aleah handled everything with ease and never caused us to stress or worry a bit during our engagement. It was fun to work with a husband and wife planning duo - my husband could bond with Nick while Aleah and I could discuss flower arrangements. We truly enjoyed the year leading up to our wedding because the planning was in such great hands. Above and beyond just being extremely detail-oriented and professional, Nick and Aleah were fun to work with. They are genuinely good people, and very family-oriented. They became good friends by the end of the planning process, and did everything in their power to make our day perfect. They even surprised on our wedding day with little gifts and special details! I cannot express enough how amazing Valley & Co is. If you want your wedding to be unique, memorable, and truly spectacular, you need to hire them!
These guys really are the best. We told them our wedding priorities up front and they exceeded our expectations all along the way, surprising us with fun in every stage of the process. Our wedding had everything we wanted and extra experiences they surprised us with that we didn't even think of (cocktail hour before the ceremony with champagne and cookies for our guests was so us and so memorable).
I can't imagine going through wedding planning without Nick and Aleah. We booked Nick and Aleah right after we got engaged, and over the next two years were expertly guided through what was one of the more fun processes of our lives.
We had so much fun imagining all that was possible with Nick and Aleah, and having them come up with suggestions that matched our ideas. They created a wedding that could only be described as stunningly beautiful. Most importantly, they kept us true to what mattered throughout the process.
We also went through the entire planning process from across the country, but we never felt like the distance made a difference. Nick and Aleah were beyond responsive and involved every step of the way. Aleah even tried on bridesmaid dresses for me, as my bridesmaids were scattered across the country and unable to all try them on together.
Not only was our actual wedding stunning, thanks to Aleah's expert design, but it was also flawless in execution. Nick and Aleah felt like one of the guests and we never felt like we had to lift a finger our entire wedding day, which allowed us to sit back and enjoy the day with our family and friends.
Did I also mention that they pulled this all off two weeks after having their second child? Not only are they awesome, but their entire team is ready to step in when needed and we never felt left alone. Even when our 1950s Jaguar getaway car cancelled 48 hours before the wedding, Nick and Aleah found us a replacement.
We can’t recommend Nick and Aleah enough, and we keep trying to find events to plan so that we can use them again! Every time that we think about our wedding, we can’t get over how much we enjoyed the process and feel like we gained some great friends along the way. We don’t think that you can go wrong with a wedding planner that can make both the wedding and the planning process fun!
We live in LA but are both from Washington. Planning from a different city was smoother than we thought. Valley&Co helped us to navigate vendors and planning a wedding st my childhood home. The party was perfect and everything looked beyond that I would have imagined. Our appreciation is endless!
As the Maid of Honor, helping my best friend to plan her wedding was really made easy when she hired Valley and Company. I live on the East Coast, and was still able to participate in the fun parts of planning that were important for Steph.
Working with Nick and Aleah made planning our wedding so much easier and more enjoyable than my fiancee and I thought possible. I wanted to have significant involvement, but not overly so. Nick was a great asset - as a groom I appreciated his knowledge and expertise on so many levels.

Nick and Aleah were wonderful to work with. They worked around our very demanding schedules to create a beautiful, individualized Indian-American fusion farm wedding. They hooked us up with incredible vendors, helped us to flesh out our own ideas, and took care of some complicated logistics without any issues. Aleah and Nick stepped in when our original planners majorly dropped the ball. To say I was incredibly stressed out would be an understatement. I was also very reluctant to outsource again, given how our initial experience with an event planner went. But, they handled everything like pros - my panicky emails, some issues with the event space, and so on. They put us in touch with amazing vendors (seriously, they are connected to all the great ones - Just Milled, Ravishing Radish, 321 Foto, etc.). The decor was flawless and perfectly captured our vision. We received so many compliments all night. Did I mention that our event took place maybe a month after Aleah had her second baby? For real, these guys are awesome!
Not being from the area, I knew nothing about Seattle wedding planning or where to begin. My coworker raved about Nick and Aleah of Valley & Co and after my first 5 minutes of talking with them I was so excited! They are extremely knowledgeable and really wanted to plan for my and my fiancé with a fresh approach; we didn't feel like a recycled wedding. They took our wants to heart and the result was totally us. All of our guests from out of town were so well tended to and we were left looking like amazing hosts with hardly lifting a finger.
Aleah and Nick were an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I live in San Diego and worked with them to coordinate our wedding at my mom's home in Seattle. I was a little concerned about planning a wedding remotely, but V&Co made it an absolutely seamless (and fun!) process. They incorporated our feedback and direction whenever we provided it -- but were also able to capture and carry out our vision when we didn't. All of their vendor recommendations were top-notch; not to mention Aleah's stunning floral arrangements and bouquets!!! I highly recommend this team and am thrilled my husband and I were able to work with them for our special day.
Working with Nick and Aleah was a breeze. When starting on our planning, we had no direction, no clear vision, and no framework, until we hired Valley & Co. They put everything they have into their work, responded to all of my emails lightning fast, and recommended the best vendors for our winter wedding. The process of getting married initially seemed like a daunting task, until we met with Nick and Aleah. We are so happy we chose to hire them for our wedding. We had Nick and Aleah plan our August 2015 wedding in Woodinville, Washington. Having anyone do anything for me is difficult as I like to be in control at all times, so I was quite nervous working with a wedding planner at first. I desperately needed one though because of my hectic work schedule and the fact that I know nothing about wedding planning to begin with. Once I let go of my control issues and allowed them to do their thing, I never had to worry once.
Nick and Aleah took care of everything! Really, the only thing I had to do was say "yes" or "no" and pay the invoices. No words can describe how beautiful the wedding was. They went above and beyond what I had envisioned in my head. What amazed me most were all the tiny details - the beautiful linens, the pig and WSU napkins, the thoughtful party favors, and I could go on and on.
They also provided us the contact info of who they thought were the best vendors. This made my life so much easier as I did not have to scour the internet to find vendors.
I also have to note how organized everything was the day of the wedding. I can't think of one hiccup, and they shuffled my husband and I around to where we needed to be. They did this all with big smiles on their faces too.
I really could go on and on about how much of a help they were and how special they made our day!
Nick and Aleah made our wedding day everything we could have dreamed! When we first started the planning process, we didn't have much of a vision in mind. If you are looking for carefree wedding planning, hire Nick and Aleah with Valley & Company! Hiring them for our planning was the best choice we made to help make our wedding plans smooth and stress-free. Our wedding was at a hotel downtown with a lot of moving parts {like live entertainment} and out of town guests. With lots of unexpected guests arriving, they managed to make them all comfortable and did so with ease. The decor was so beautiful and more than we could have ever imagined. We look back on our wedding day with such happiness.
Looking back on our wedding, there was absolutely nothing we would change. The memories made were so special and the details brought to life perfect. The food was excellent, drinks were plenty, and the music was lively. Our ceremony was the most important element of the day day and the Valleys made sure love was felt throughout. It was just a great, great day and we have Valley & Co to thank for driving the process and bringing everything to colorful life. Thank you!
Hands down the number one tip I would give to any other bride when starting to plan their wedding is to hire a good planner immediately. Not just any planner though, specifically Valley & Co.
Nick and Aleah are not only top of the line planners, but they are just sweet and professional people in general that you actually enjoy being tied to the hip with for a year :) We choose V&C specifically because of their vast experience with wedding planning and their taste in design and they lived up to every aspect of it. And it’s not just Nick and Aleah that are great, but the icing on the cake (quite literally speaking), is their network of awesome vendors they know and seamlessly work with. Hiring V&C was like hiring an entire dream team all in one simple little stress-free package! Throughout the process, I almost felt bad when our family and friends would ask what they could do to help and we would say “nothing, just show up and have a blast.”
The greatest decision we made when planning our wedding was hiring Valley and Company as they really are the best at what they do. We actually had a good time planning our wedding and they referred us to the best vendors possible. Their style and cheery attitudes made the team all so nice to work with. If there were any snafus on our wedding day, neither of us had any idea! It was just perfect.
Nick and Aleah and their crew are by far the best decision you can make for your wedding. After initially diving in to trying to find a vendor and a photographer and all of the stuff you have to find, I was super stressed because there are so many choices, and you have NO idea what's actually good. We hired Nick and Aleah and from there everything was amazing. They work with other vendors they know and trust and made everything seem so clear and straight forwarded.
All of our friends and family were expecting us to be stressed out and nervous in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, but thanks to Valley and Co, everything was taken care (their time line ensured we were done early) and our faith in them allowed us to relax and enjoy family time in the days leading up to their wedding.
In addition to being super awesome at planning, etc. Nick and Aleah are the nicest people and I can't recommend them enough (and I do to all of my friends)
Nick and Aleah did a great job planning our wedding on Orcas Island. There were a million little logistics for them to plan and it all went off without a hitch. The decor was just as we had envisioned, the vendors they suggested (music and photography in particular) were all wonderful, and they worked well with the on-site planner/vendor to make the weekend run smoothly.
I definitely did not have a vision for my wedding and Aleah and Nick was so helpful and kept an open mind with us. They gave us options, listened to what we liked and helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted. We narrowed it down to an outdoor reception next to an orchard. A couple of days before, there was rain in our forecast. :( Aleah and Nick assuaged all of our fears, helped us figure out contingency plans and walked us thru all the potential scenarios. They even nailed down lighting and the tent a couple of days before the wedding even though we didn't put a reserve one, all because of their connections with vendors. The day of the wedding, unfortunately, the rain came. Aleah and Nick thankfully was there for us thru the entire thing and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Their flexibility, creativity and experience in the field was invaluable; the wedding went so smooth and really made us appreciate every aspect of the day.
Where do I begin? I don’t know how we could have planned a wedding without Nick and Aleah by our side. Not only did they handle all of the tiny details and logistics for the entire event, the overall look and feel of our wedding captured our personality as a couple perfectly! Their creativity and eye for aesthetics is truly unbeatable. They worked tirelessly throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding to ensure everything would go off without a hitch. We couldn't have made a better choice getting Aleah and Nick on board for our wedding. Living in San Diego with no family around to help plan something so unknown and overwhelming was daunting. I knew I needed help and thought an event planner would be a necessity. The first person I called was Aleah, she was also the last. In our first conversation I knew she and Nick would be the perfect fit as soon as she said she wants to help make our wedding fun. Bingo! That was our one and only goal!! When we met in person it was solidified. Nick and Aleah were very knowledgeable with the whole wedding process, had ideas and tips we wouldn't have dreamed up, and listened to our every word to ensure what we got from them was exactly what we wanted. And did we ever. I am not the type of girl that has dreamed of a wedding since childhood with lavash decor and the perfect bouquet, so I didn't have much of an idea what I wanted, but Aleah and Nick did. From the venue they suggested (which I fell in love with the second I stepped into it), to the magical sounds of the duet violinist and cellist that they reccommended for the ceremony, to the perfectly self-designed decor of the reception (that I kept giving Aleah a tighter and tighter bugdget on, and she still made it look like a dream), to the perfect selection of colors for our bouquets, it was all perfectly us! They even recommended a photographer that fit our personalities and budget at the same time, and boy were we ecstatic to see our pictures! And through the process I had my moments where I was still completely overwhelmed and worried since we picked a date only 3 months away, and Aleah knew right when to tell me to just.... breath. I am one hundred percent positive I could not have made our most special day so perfect without Aleah and Nick. Thank you guys!!
