Aurora, in particular, went above and beyond, ensuring that I stayed cool during photo shoots with ice and fans. She even helped me when it was time to use the bathroom. Luis, our maitre d’, was also great. He discreetly managed everything, ensuring that we entered the venue at the right time and taking care of any minor issues, such as taking my bouquet before our first dance. While I wish he had stayed throughout the night to build on our growing relationship, he did leave around 8:30 PM. In conclusion, our wedding was a dream come true, fulfilling every wish we had. We are incredibly grateful to Valley Regency for making our special day possible

When coming in for our menu selection, Vincent answered all questions I had about our wedding day and gave many suggestions for the food we selected at cocktail hour and the reception. As the one week mark neared, Vincent knew how nervous I was, and had Louis, our Maitre D, called my cell phone to assure me we would work together to make the day perfect. We went shortly after this call to drop our things off, got to meet Louis, and he went through everything thoroughly. He walked us through the ceremony and reception introductions. On the day of the wedding, this family owned business treated me like one of their own. Louis came to check on me and Matt several times. He was upbeat, positive, and truly wanted the best for us on this special day. Eva and Aurora were rockstar bridal attendants. They did EVERYTHING FOR ME! At one point my cousin's pants ripped, and Eva sewed them for him. They helped put on my dress, make sure my veil and hair were perfect, and assisted in carrying my gown during pictures. Before the ceremony began, my back hurt, and both attendants got on their hands and knees to massage my back to make me feel better. After the ceremony Louis came down to congratulate us and explained how the rest of the night would work. Eva and Aurora brought us all of the food to try from the cocktail and were able to bustle my dress without a hitch. Our guests cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was. The cocktail hour was one of the best they have seen. This is the best venue! You will have nothing to worry about and I promise they will treat you like you are part of their family. ctually the first venue we visited, and we hit it off right away with the owner, Vincent Russo. Vinny didn’t try to oversell us or push anything on us. He was super honest, straightforward, and really took his time answering all the questions we sent his way. You could tell he understands how stressful wedding planning can be, and that stuck with us. We toured a few more venues after that, but we kept comparing everything to Valley Regency. That’s when we knew this was the one. We also connected right away with Fabio, the maître d’. He’s a total legend. From being a cigar enthusiast to fixing the groom’s tux on the spot when a button popped off before the ceremony, Fabio really went above and beyond. The food? Unreal. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert were.

allroom. Having the bride and groom suites was very convenient. The outdoor setting surrounded by trees really separates you from the outside world. The elevated gazebo made it easy for everyone to see the ceremony. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Choosing their recommended vendors made the wedding flow flawlessly. They are obviously a well oiled machine. Working with them took a lot of stress and research out of the planning process. The food was another level! I've never had wedding food prepared so well. We had picky eaters, but they literally had a variety of choices for everyone. Dare I say, too much for anyone to be able to sample everything. I guarantee, if you choose Valley Regency, you will have an amazing wedding and save yourself a lot of work. We can't recommend them highly enough!

e can honestly say that it STILL exceeded our expectations. First off, the people were incredible. Louis and Franco were attentive and caring and were an absolute pleasure to work with! They really did a great job helping to make our night go seamlessly without a hitch! Aurora went above and beyond in making sure the bride was cared for (keeping dress clean, bringing drinks, packing veil and over skirt, etc.) And the whole staff, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They were constantly with us as we took photos out back offering us water in the summer heat, made sure we had food from our cocktail hour, and took amazing care of our guests. I cannot begin to tell you how many separate family members and friends commented on specific instances of exceptional service and kindness. And then there’s the food. Tons of people said it was by far the best cocktail hour they’d ever experienced. The live sushi chef was a HIT and so was the martini bar. The Viennese hour is another must and our guests loved it. But honestly everything was phenomenal and I’m so glad I got a chance to shake the chefs hand and say thank you to the staff. Thank you to Valley Regency for the best night of our lives! Now we’re just hoping we get invited to someone else’s wedding here so we can relive it!

hite tones and a beautiful ornate ceiling. The cocktail hour room has over 200 seats, so all of our guests had a place to sit which was such a huge perk for us! We were nervous that since we had only 180 guests, the ballroom would look almost empty but the room was spacious and didn’t feel empty at all! The food was also a huge reason we chose the Valley. We knew the food was amazing from attending prior events there but we were blown away by their wedding spread. The cocktail hour was extensive, there were over 75 different items, a pasta station, a carving station, a seafood station, a martini bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, and even a chef making fresh mozzarella! The dinner was equally as amazing with so many options for everyone! We also did a mini viennese display which had so many different elements: ice cream sundae bar, fondue station, italian pastries, milkshakes, zeppoles and more! We were so happy this was an option since they were able to bring the display right into the ballroom so that we didn’t have to stop the party with dessert in a different room! The people are also such an amazing part of being a Valley bride! We dealt with Anthony the most but Franco and Vinny were incredible as well. They were always there during the process to answer any questions we had and reassure us that everything was going to be perfect and that they would handle everything! And they were completely correct, they are such professionals and made sure that from the time we walked in at 7 am to the minute we left at 11:30 pm that we were taken care of. This is also due to two fabulous people Fabio, our maitre d, and Maryann our bridal attendant. They ensured that we were always happy, had everything we needed, and fed the whole day and even made sure to badger our family to eat throughout the whole reception! We knew we would be in great hands with the Valley but we are still blown away by how incredible the entire experience was there!

is phenomenal. All our guests can’t stop raving about the mind-blowing, enormous cocktail hour. Some people said they almost missed an extra room with food because there was so much! And, everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. They were extremely generous in allowing us as the bride and groom to sample one plate from every station at the cocktail hour in our bridal suite, brought us our signature cocktails to try, and allowed us to eat in peace and quiet before the party really kicked off. They handled pretty much everything that day at the venue, the only decision we needed to make was what color the up lighting needed to be! They were also incredibly accommodating to our families and our guests. My husband’s grandparents arrived very early and they took care of them – offered them some appetizers, coffee, etc. My FIL missed an appetizer during the cocktail hour he wanted to try and they made him his own plate. They also brought our parents, and then our bridal party into the cocktail hour early so they could get first dibs, which was so thoughtful! Our bridal attendant and maitre’d (Fabio) were great: we always had a full drink or plate of food if we wanted one. While there was an initial mix-up in getting some of our decor and our cake top back afterwards, Fabio went above and beyond to remedy it. Vinny was great to work with throughout the entire process, as were Anthony and Franco. Valley Regency is really all you could dream for in a venue!

They let you totally customize the menu and choose whatever you want for entree, and the almond crusted red snapper was insanely delicious (along with everything else). The venue itself is gorgeous and the bridal suite is to die for! We ended up with ceremony inside due to thunderstorms and the room was absolutely breathtaking. Also my emails were always answered within 1 hour and they let me stop in whenever I wanted (which was kind of often since I live close). They also set up EVERYTHING I brought for decor flawlessly and packed it up perfectly for pickup the next day. The attention to detail was so impressive! The only slightly negative thing I have to say is I just wish my bridal attendents were more present. My videographer and photographer assistant were really the ones filling the role I thought the attendants would do- like bringing me water, holding my dress, helping my husband with a shoe crisis, and even sewing a button on my groomsman jacket. The attendants were nowhere to be seen during all those moments, but they did keep us a constant supply of food and bustled my dress which was nice! Overall I am so grateful we choose Valley Regency, and guests have said over and over again that it is the best wedding and food they have ever had!

Fabio was our Maitre D and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day everything I could have ever dreamed of and more! He was absolutely amazing with the planning, always answering my emails and calls, even helping me decide on décor. He made sure everything ran on time and smoothly the day of. I had a large bridal party (32 including us) and he made everyone feel comfortable. He even explained everything in Spanish and English to ensure everyone understood and felt included. Fabio is super pleasant and funny! He really puts in the work to make your day perfect! Our bridal attendants, Maryanne and Aurora were extremely accommodating and helpful! They made sure we ate during cocktail hour and reception. Aurora even helped me with my bustle. At the end of the day, I was impressed with how fast and well they helped us pack up and clean up. All of my table numbers and signs were glass frames and they carefully packaged each one individually back into my boxes. I have endless positive things to say about Valley Regency! Ladies, if you are still venue hunting, look no more! Valley Regency is the best!

t 10 venues it became very clear that Valley Regency was the perfect fit for us. Our only regret was not realizing this sooner. We chose to plan our wedding within 6 months and never felt pressured with making a decision. We mainly worked with Franco who was amazing from start to finish. Franco was extremely patient, flexible, and honest when answering all of our questions. On some occasions we dealt with Vincent who was just as great! Valley Regency had all of the elements we were looking for in a wedding venue including its beautiful grounds, breathtaking ballroom, and of course the sprawling cocktail hour. We loved the fact that they only host one wedding at a time, making the staff devoted to you. The spacious and well-manicured grounds allowed us to take a variety of photos with great backdrops. The elevated ceremony space provided all of our guests with a clear view of the ceremony and made us feel like we were on top of the world. The cocktail hour room was very spacious which allowed our guests to eat and mingle comfortably, and also offered a wide variety of dishes that ensured there was something for everyone. Our Maître d' (Danny) and both Bridal Attendants were AMAZING! Danny did not miss a beat, kept us on schedule, and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was perfect! Unfortunately the weather on our wedding day was spotty with periods of heavy rain which made us debate moving the ceremony indoors. Danny kept monitoring the weather throughout the afternoon and thankfully led us in the direction to remain outside. Our Bridal Attendants looked out for us every second of the day to make sure our glasses were not left empty and that we were able to take a step back and enjoy the food. Overall, every aspect of the venue was absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect day. Since our wedding, Valley Regency has done additional renovations to make their already magnificent venue even more spectacular. It has been over a year and a half since our wedding and our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue and its grounds were, as well as how delicious the food was. We cannot thank all of the venue staff enough for making our day so memorable and the best day of our lives. Valley Regency did not disappoint and we highly recommend!

While we were nervous about it and many of our guests were skeptical, everyone walked away talking about how amazing all of the food was and how great a buffet selection/set-up it was.
