Our wedding was a total dream thanks to Vanessa and her team. My standards are extra high because I work in PR and do events myself. But she surpassed every expectation I had for our wedding. I talked to multiple people but I knew as soon as I talked to Vanessa that she was my person. She instantly put me at ease and I wanted to be her friend immediately while others made me feel like I was already behind. Vanessa took my vague and sometimes conflicting direction to create the most magical Palm Springs meets California wine country experience for the wedding. No detail was overlooked, we all felt so taken care of. It’s not just me who is raving: my family and friends have been falling over themselves about the wedding, telling me it was the best wedding they have ever attended. I am honestly going to miss talking to her regularly, she’s just the best! Thank you, Vanessa! (And SHELBY, Caitlin, Bella, everyone). I will be forever grateful to Vanessa for giving us the best day of our lives!
Vanessa was such a dream to work with! I originally found her through her gorgeous Instagram and was thrilled when she was available for our wedding. We worked super well together – my fiancé and I loved her creativity, her GSD, yet chill attitude, and the tons of experience she brought to our planning process. The day of the wedding was so fun and easy because of her. She kept everything running seamlessly so we didn't have to stress about anything. When we finally got to see all her design work in action at the wedding we were so happy at how everything came together. It looked like a wedding out of a magazine. :)
We can't recommend her enough and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Vanessa was far and away one of the best decisions we made when it came to planning our wedding! Her energy and positive attitude is infectious and we knew from our first chat with her that she was exactly what we needed. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient while also being an absolute blast to be around. Those final few months of planning can be stressful and daunting, but having Vanessa on our team allowed us to relax and focus on the important things. She came highly recommended by our venue, photographer, and pretty much everyone we spoke to and her reputation proceeds her. Any last minute hiccup or question we had in those final hours - she had a perfect answer. Looking back on our wedding weekend, my husband and I are always blown away by how smooth everything went - no issues or challenges and the day seemed to flow seamlessly. In hindsight, we know it is all thanks to Vanessa and her team who truly brought our vision to life and then some, while smoothing over every little detail! We gave her the demanding task of a 25 person bridal party - with some unruly boys - and she handled it with ease (and fun!). She has an amazing eye for details and is so gifted in this field - truly worth every penny!
Vanessa was the best investment we made in our wedding and we’d spend that money a thousand times over. She is the ultimate professional and an all-around incredible human being.
After getting engaged we knew we needed an experienced professional to help us put together our dream wedding. Since we live about 3 hours from our destination and both have pretty stressful jobs we really needed help with the heavy lifting. We scoured the internet (especially this site) and interviewed a few people before stumbling across Vanessa on a recommended vendors list. You could say it was love and first Skype. She’s down to early, funny, an incredible listener and beyond talented and knowledgeable. We hired her for full planning (venue scouting, vendor booking/contracts/communications and day of) and thank goodness we did! She is the reason we found our gorgeous wedding venue, Greengate Ranch & Vineyard, that became the focal point of our wedding weekend. I must admit I lack vision but know what I like/don’t like … I know most difficult bride ever. From the beginning Vanessa understood what was important to us and the aesthetic/feeling we were striving for. She created a magical event that was centered around our love for each other and our family and friends with good food, drinks and music (all our favorites). When we reached that inevitable point of “oh sh$$ weddings are expensive” she was mindful of our budget, help us make cuts and was honest about the things that mattered and things we could scale back on. She hired and managed all vendors – which by the way, we would not change ONE vendor, they were all incredible. She even DIYed the center piece that hung in the middle of our dance floor and beautiful agate stone name plates from 190 guests!
Planning a wedding is stressful for EVERYONE (bride, groom, moms, dads, cousins, cousins kids, people you didn’t know existed) involved. I was so thankful that each time I was stressed I had Vanessa to call and talk things over with, vent to and sometimes just drink that very necessary glass of wine with. Our wedding was the best day of our lives. We got to start our life together with all the people we love in the most beautiful setting. Not once during the day was I stressed or worried about how things were going and that is all thanks to Vanessa. Do yourself a favor and give her a call or better yet just hire her! I promise it will be the best decision you’ve ever made – second of course to saying “yes!”

Vanessa is amazing! We hired her to be the "month-of" coordinator and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She took care of every detail so that we could bask in the glory of our wedding day and each other. From running the rehearsal, grabbing all the decor for the ceremony/reception from us on the day of the rehearsal, to making sure the timeline was perfect--everything ran smoothy. 100+ stars!
Working with Vanessa and her team was the best decision we made for our wedding! I chose the partial planning and design package, which is an all-inclusive month-of package plus design! Vanessa went above and beyond my expectations. She answered my endless questions the entire year leading up to my wedding. She is professional and reliable yet I always felt like I was talking with a close friend. She was able to include all of our personal requests into the overall design and everything came out amazing! On the day of the wedding, she and her team set everything up beautifully and all of our guests commented on how smoothly the day ran. I couldn't have done it without her and her amazing team!!
I feel so fortunate that Vanessa from Vanessa Noel Events was the month of coordinator for my wedding! She was incredibly professional and personable from day one, which helped calmed my nerves around the wedding planning process a number of times!
Vanessa is incredibly creative and has an amazing sense of style. She was able to provide recommendations that aligned with my personality while being conscious of my budget. I felt like she really listened to my preferences and went above and beyond with all aspects of the coordination and styling process. She is also incredibly professional and thoughtful in how she approaches her work. She was always super responsive to emails/texts, and provided details responses and recommendations.
The wedding went so smoothly on the day of. My husband, family and close friends didn't have to worry about anything....Vanessa took care of it all!
I could go on and on...but in short, Vanessa is really, really good at what she does! And it's an added bonus that she is a lovely person with a fun personality and great sense of humor!

Vanessa is magic. Before we ever booked her for our wedding, I had been an admirer of her work and absolutely loved her style. Everything she touches, she makes beautiful. She was also so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our day was what we wanted it to be. She even suggested things we didn't know we wanted and that I couldn't have imagined not doing. I'm not the most crafty person in the world, so the fact that she styled everything and made it beautiful was something I could never have done on my own. Even if I had, the stress of DIY would have been overwhelming. She also took care of everything the day of the wedding so that we didn't have to do anything but get ready and show up. If you're debating whether a planner is worth it, take it from me: hire a planner and hire Vanessa Noel Events. It will be the best decision you could make for your wedding.
My husband and I got married in October at a privately-owned vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. We did not realize at the time of booking, that the venue required us to bring in EVERYTHING! From bathrooms to kitchens...even the guests!
I originally hired Vanessa because the venue required us to have a coordinator for the month of the wedding. After speaking to Vanessa about the space, I soon realized just how much I was going to need her help.
We ended up going with a partial planning package that involved a design element. Vanessa's design instincts were on-point with our preferences and together we hammered down the design aspect of our dream wedding. Vanessa has great taste and she really knows her stuff. Having her as a consultant and adviser was invaluable and her ability to be available to us whenever we needed her support was a great relief. She supported us throughout the entire wedding planning process, without any hesitation.
That brings us to the week of the wedding. Vanessa was so on-top-of-it and I really didn't have to worry about anything! From handling insurance with the venue to communicating with all vendors and the property manager, she handled the process seamlessly and her experience and expertise definitely showed. We even had a last-minute transportation debacle the day before the wedding that Vanessa was able to troubleshoot by pulling favors through her contacts and getting us the additional bus we needed to transport guests at a great price. This was after she spent the afternoon calling every bus company in the area to no avail. She really went above and beyond.
I would highly recommend Vanessa Noel Events to anyone getting married who wants to work with a professional expert who gets things done. She is amazing and I truly can't imagine trying to pull off our dream wedding without her.

We are so happy our friend recommended Vanessa Noel Events to us. My husband and I had our wedding all designed and planned out ourselves, but we needed that extra help for the “month of” coordination. We wanted someone that was professional, organized, thorough, and just someone we could really get along with – she was all of these things and more.
Vanessa was a great communicator to us and for us between our vendors. She coordinated our site walk-through with our vendors, helped narrow down our rental details, made a detailed timeline for the wedding day, and thought of all the little details that one could only have through experience.
Mika was our day-of lead coordinator – she took the reins from Vanessa that day and did an exceptional job along with her assistant, Coral! The wedding went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier.

Vanessa was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond every step of the way. As a very busy graduate student, I left a lot of the big decisions and all of the small details up to her discretion. And, let me say that she delivered!! Her taste is exquisite. She also has connections with excellent vendors including amazing florists, bands, photographers, furniture rentals, dessert stands, and other creative extra touches. We have continued, over a month later, to receive phone calls and emails from friends and family saying that this was one of the most unique, fun and beautiful weddings they've ever been to. None of it would have been possible without Vanessa! We are forever grateful to her for making our vision come to life. I could not recommend her more highly!!
Vanessa Noel Events was an investment worth every penny and then some. Vanessa & my daughter, the bride, understood each other from the get go. Vanessa saw my daughter's vision and produced it. Every vendor involved with the wedding commented on Vanessa's superior performance. These vendors see many wedding planners and commented that Vanessa is light years better than most. Our family couldn't agree more. Vanessa is particularly good at keeping everyone calm during the last few pre-wedding moments.
Vanessa is flat out amazing! She completely understood my vision and turned it into reality. She truly takes interest in and cares for her brides.
I had originally contracted with Vanessa for her month of services, but she definitely was involved much more than 30 days prior to my event. It was easy to turn to her for vendor recommendations or even input on floral selections. She was completely receptive to my concerns and quickly returned all of my correspondence.
Vanessa is worth every penny and then some. She not only was completely responsible for making my dream wedding come true, she was a stylist, therapist, and complete magician when it came to the day of logistics. If there were any hiccups, I was completely unaware. She made my day completely seamless which is exactly what i had hope for.
I would happily recommend Vanessa to any friend of mine looking to get married in the Central Coast. She knows her stuff and I would feel safe knowing that i left them is such capable hands.
Vanessa did a great job as our month-of coordinator. She was very attentive to details that neither my wife or I had thought of when it came to our big day. Her and her team were very professional and took pressure off of our families and loved ones allowing them to fully enjoy our celebration. Looking back, she played an integral role in making our wedding fantastic and was worth every penny. Thanks again.
