I never thought that something could be so perfect. I am one of those brides that didn't dream about her wedding day as a little girl. I had always hear nightmare stories about having too many vendors and feeling overwhelmed throughout the entire wedding process. My husband and I have been together for 10 years now and knew that if we're going to do this, it has to be right. We didn't want the process to me miserable, we didn't want a big wedding, but we still wanted it to be a beautiful experience for us and all of our guests. We had looked at multiple different venues and hated every single one. Everything felt fill in the blank and bleak. Then we stumbled upon Vaughan House. From the moment we saw a picture of the Greenhouse we knew this place was special. We decided to take our engagement photos with Megan to check out the venue, meet Megan, and test out the photography style. I knew Megan was the one for us when she played metal music over the speaker to show us how loud it would be for the big day, if we decided to work with her. Megan is one of the most incredible people I have ever met in my life. She holds the perfect balance of being the ultimate Fair Godmother and the ultimate rockstar. We walked away from the venue knowing that we were going to hold our wedding at Vaughan House. We didn't exactly have a clear vision of what we wanted but did our end of the job by sending Megan inspiration photos, showed her DIY that we planned on bringing to the event, and asked A LOT of questions. Megan has never failed to be responsive, creative, a problem solver, and just overall encouraging through the entire process. As frantic and nervous as we felt up to the big day, Megan always brought a sense of comfort and confidence. Then came the day of the wedding. We knew it would be great since we love Megan and the venue. But my goodness, were we blown away. I cannot express enough or really put into words how absolutely incredibly beautiful, smooth, and magical everything was. Megan and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the bride and groom are number one. Megan could take one look at me and know exactly what I need. Whether it was alone time or a strong cocktail. The entire staff made us feel confident and comfortable. We wanted to give a specific shout out to Kesley (photography), Savannah (on-site coordinator aka ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR), and Hannah (on-site coordinator). These three women were each so sweet and hardworking. We also wanted to shout out Mitch (videography), Megans husband. My husband was very nervous working up to our first look and Mitch was extremely kind, comforting, and just plain silly with my husband. Making him feel for confident and ready for the big moment. My husband and I felt zero sense of chaos for the entire day. Despite not having a super clear vision of what we wanted. Megan and her staff gave us everything we could ever dream of. From the flowers, the plates, cups, chairs, EVERYTHING was magical. Every one of our guests said it was the best wedding the had ever been to. That they'd never experienced so much love at once. Have become advocates for outdoor weddings. And overall... reminded me, my husband, and all of our guests that we are all so lucky to have each other and have such a beautiful experience together. We could not recommend working with Vaughan. Note, we chose to make them our vendor for EVERYTHING other than food and cocktails. All of which were recommended my Vaughan and all incredible.

Meaghan was an absolute superstar throughout the entire planning process. She was not only professional and organized but also incredibly easy to contact, promptly addressing all our questions and concerns. Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease, knowing that we were in capable hands. When unexpected rain forced us to reconsider our wedding timeline, Meaghan went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She understood the importance of our special day and agreed to move the wedding up by three hours. The transition was seamless and flawlessly executed by her and her team. All in all, our wedding at this venue was an absolute dream come true.
