We used VCalligraphy to address the inner and outer envelopes for our wedding invitations. Our invitations looked beautiful and professional!

Vanessa was great, and our invitations were so beautiful- we had navy envelopes and used white calligraphy. I live in Houston, so I had my invitations sent directly to Vanessa once printed, she addressed them, and then forwarded them on to me. Everything worked very well, Vanessa was easy to work with, and I highly recommend VCalligraphy!

Absolutely the best! Vanessa's work is beautiful. Her artwork took our invitations to the next level and we received numerous compliments from guests. Vanessa of VCalligraphy was absolutely wonderful in assisting us with the calligraphy for our wedding. We had never used a calligrapher before and even though we are located in TX, Vanessa was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond via email. Calligraphy can be extremely pricey, but it is so beautiful and convienent. I searched online for about a week for reasonable pricing and found Vanessa. She was so sweet and professional- She emailed me in an extremely timely manner and talked to my mother on the phone several times about any changes throughout the process. I did not live in New Orleans and mailed my envelopes to Vanessa. I was worried about mailing all my stationery, however it was such a breeze and not a thing was damaged throughout the process. She lets you schedule your calligraphy months in advance. I mailed her my envelopes when it was time, and I received them back early and they were perfect. She kept the remainder of my envelopes and my mother called her several times for additional envelopes to be addressed, as well as mistakes that may have been found on the envelopes. I would suggest her for any brides that may be looking for calligraphy!

Vanessa's calligraphy really made our invitations. She was fast, affordable, and really easy to work with. She whipped up some replacements for addresses and names we'd gotten wrong and even threw in a free envelope right before the wedding for someone who had never received theirs! Thanks Vanessa!

Vanessa is AMAZING! After briefly experimenting with the idea of doing the calligraphy myself to save money, I realized it takes extreme skill and it was worth the cost! As a very selective designer and bride myself, there wasn't one thing I wanted to change about her style. I am so thankful that my mom found her here and referred her to me because of her photos and excellent reviews, and she delivered exactly that. Also, she was significantly less expensive than other calligraphers, but I liked her work so much better! She also custom mixed me a wonderful charcoal grey to match my design for only a slight extra charge. I am so thankful she caught an envelope size error after miscommunication with my printer, and she was so helpful in fixing it! And she worked with my deadline to get them out on time, and worked really hard to make up for the lost time that wasn't her fault after the envelope mishap. I am sooo grateful for her hard work! Again, thank you so much Vanessa for everything! So many of my guests raved and raved on my invitations and your calligraphy, keeping them because they are that beautiful. I hope I have the opportunity to use you in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I used VCalligraphy for my wedding invitations. At the time I was still struggling to get all of the pieces of my invites solidified. I am a graphic designer, so I designed my own invites.. but that led to so much more decision making and leg work than I anticipated. Vanessa make the calligraphy part of this process so easy! She has multiple styles and will work with you to find the perfect ink/envelope combo. She even saved me money by suggesting that I add the envelope liners after the calligraphy was done! Did I mention that she was really fast? She was really fast!! I had 143 invites which were finished in no time, and she has continued to address new invites, as I forgot a few people with the first order. I'm so glad I chose VCalligraphy! I've known for a long time that I wanted calligraphy for my invites. I was so happy when I found VCalligraphy! Vanessa did a beautiful job on my Save the Dates, every envelope was flawless. Fortunately, I have the pleasure to know the owner and calligrapher of VCalligraphy. I have known of her expertise for years and knew that I wanted her to do the calligraphy for my invitations before I was even engaged! Once I notified her that I wanted to use her services, she immediately sat me down to map out the details: style of calligraphy, number of invitations I needed done, costs, the date they needed to be received by, etc. Even though she and I are friends, she upheld a professional manner with my mother and I in order to make the process run smoothly. She was upfront and specific about the details. Once my invitations were sent out, I immediately received phone calls from my (now) in-laws and friends from North Carolina and Louisiana complimenting the calligraphy, saying its "one-of-a-kind" and "I've never seen such pretty work." Its such a great feeling to have such a special touch with your wedding, even when it comes to down the writing. I also commissioned her to make a card for my husband on our wedding day, one that you will never find in the store. I look forward to using her services for various events in the future. I found Vanessa when I was in a pinch for calligraphy. I needed to get it done pretty quickly. She had some of the best prices around and she was so easy to work with. I lived out of town at the time and she was willing to work with me through mail, if necessary. Her work speaks for itself. I just recently received my envelopes back from V Calligraphy and they’re absolutely stunning! I have already gotten so many compliments from her work. The calligraphy on a wedding invitation truly is a guest’s first glimpse of your wedding.
