If there were any issues, I never even knew about them because she handled everything behind the scenes with ease. She was instrumental in scheduling, finalizing details, and ensuring our day was perfect from start to finish! She helped me calm my nerves. The assistants were fantastic as well. When I first started wedding planning, I had decided that we weren't going to hire a planner or day of coordinator as it wasn't necessarily in our budget. We had a 2 year long engagement and while I did a lot of the "big" planning things, I had decided a few months prior to our wedding that I was overwhelmed with all the "little" things that still needed to be taken care of. Throughout the whole planning process my fiance and I just kept saying "we just want to show up and get married" and we wouldn't have been able to do that without Veil events. When I tell you Veil events is the number one vendor you should add into your budget, I mean it. I truthfully couldn't imagine our day without Sydney and Lindsay. My husband comments regularly that spending our money on the day of coordination package was the best decision that we made. Our wedding day was FUN, STRESS FREE, and truthfully so enjoyable. They were also there for the rehearsal the night before which also calmed my nerves. I had never met them in person, but on my rehearsal night and wedding day, Sydney and Lindsay truthfully felt like my friends. We are forever grateful for them and would urge you to hire Veil events for your big day!

We loved working with Dani for our wedding day! Initially we weren't sure if we were going to get a wedding planner but our vendor required it. We opted to hire Veil Events for the month of package because of their great reviews and affordable pricing. It was really helpful to work with Dani throughout the planning process because she knew what our vision was for our wedding day. Dani and Caitlyn were so amazing the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly and it was because they were there to ensure it. Elisabeth from veil events was knowledgeable, communicative and easy to work with. I was appreciative of her advice during the planning process, as she brought up key points to consider that I would have never thought about on my own. Her expertise in wedding planning helped me to stay organized and greatly reduced the stress I had during the planning process. By far the best part of having Elisabeth as my coordinator was the day of the wedding. I didn’t worry about a thing because she kept the day flowing flawlessly. Working with Veil Events and Kendra with them was a dream. I tend to be an organized person and in control so I was worried about a coordinator and what that relationship would look like. Kendra was phenomenal and took all the guess work out of the planning process and made my day stress free. Everyone continues to ask me about my wedding day and if everything went smoothly and my response has been it was absolutely perfect, I wish I could relive the day over and over again and if something went wrong, I did not know about it. It was so nice to be able to just focus on my marriage, my husband, and my family that day and not have to worry about any planning, vendors, or questions. Especially since I am someone that likes to be in control, it was a new experience to give the reigns to someone else and not have to even stress about anything that day. Kendra had multiple meetings with me before my wedding day to ensure she understood my vision and my plans for the day. These meetings cut out so much unnecessary stress on day of that Kendra already knew the plans, the vision, and my intentions for the day. Having a coordinator was key for our wedding day as we had a church ceremony and then a reception at a different location. The coordinators really assisted with the reception space and made sure all of my vendors showed up on time and everything looked just as I wanted. I was able to walk into my reception space on the day of and it looked just like I had pictured, and I did not have to stress about decor or set up on wedding day. I am a timely person, and I thought time was going to be my biggest stressor on the wedding day, but with Veil Events help with constructing the timeline and making sure everything went smoothly on day of, we were ahead of schedule all day which made me feel so much more relaxed. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they assist so many people throughout the day not just the bride. I could not recommend Kendra and the Veil Events team enough! I seriously wish I could relive my wedding day over and over and I believe a big portion of that has to do with my coordinator team.

Kaylie was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. I hired her for the month of planning, but Kaylie made herself available to answer any questions during the whole year-long process. Elisabeth and Taylor made our wedding day absolutely perfect! They went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly on the big day. From making sure we ate, to directing guests to where they were supposed to go, to finishing up on our décor, we could not have asked for more from them. We were married in Kauai but hosted a reception for extended family and friends in KC. Veil Events was with us every step of the way in planning our reception and hosting it the day of. BEST decision I made during wedding planning was hiring Veil Events as a month of coordinator! Natalie was amazing and made the day go so smoothly. She helped plan my timeline, setting up/ taking down decorations, to communicating with all my other vendors, and did so much more!! If you are on the fence of whether or not to get a coordinator, just do it, you won’t regret it!!

Veil Events was amazing for our big day! Elisabeth is wonderful and I don't think I could have had such a perfect day without her! We hired Veil Events as a month end coordinator. She helped us figure out our timeline which I think can be one of the hardest things. She helped us with every step of the way and answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. She kept us on track for our wedding day and made sure we got to eat (which is very hard with everyone coming up to you) She did AWESOME! Her and her team helped decorate and did a beautiful job. She told me multiple times to go ahead and go to the bridal room to start my day and there was nothing for me to worry about! We were suppose to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue and had a few issues with overbooking, so we were very stressed out on knocking the decor out morning of. Elisabeth was at the Venue before I was and she totally killed it! I would highly recommend hiring Veil Events. They helped make my dream come true. Definitely worth it! You girls rock! Paige was an absolute joy to work with while wedding planning! She is very organized and provides great insight into vendor recommendations, coordinating vendor meetings and making the whole process WAY less stressful. USE VEIL EVENTS!!!!!!! Truly this was easily the best money we spent throughout our wedding process. We did month of, and if we had known we were going to use a wedding coordinator since day one, we would have done the full service. These women are such an incredible team and ensure every single detail is taken care of. We would not have had many many crucial details on our wedding day without Kendra. Kendra was always patient, readily available and took care of us throughout the entire process. She was able to coordinate with all of our vendors easily and communicate with many people so that everything ran smoothly. I cannot emphasize enough how much they helped and ensured the most flawless day possible!!!!

Kaylie was my wedding planner and I seriously cry every time I talk about her. She made the whole day flow seamlessly. I can honestly say my wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without her. She helped me in so many ways throughout the whole planning process. She thought of things that I would have NEVER thought of. She made sure we were on track with planning. She worked so hard from setting up decorations to keeping our wedding party in line. When I got engaged, I was set on not hiring a wedding planner. But looking back I’m SO happy I did and even more happy that I had Kaylie as a partial planner. I had an amazing experience working with Paige Auten at Veil Events. She helped tremendously in months leading up to the wedding to ensure that all details were thought through and my mind was at ease as I was planning a wedding from across the country. The day of the wedding she and her assistant Taylor kept us all perfectly on schedule, coordinated with all the other vendors, and most importantly made sure that my family and I got to just enjoy every moment of the day. Both Paige and Taylor were poised but joyful and easygoing personalities to have right by a brides side on her wedding day. ***Long very happy review alert****If you are considering hiring a day-of coordinator or wedding planning service… DO IT. Veil events is a must book. I recently had the privilege of hiring Kaylie with Veil events as my partial planner and day of coordinator for my wedding July 2024. For 6 months prior to the wedding Kaylie met with my husband and I for monthly check-in meetings, helped keep us organized on our wedding to-dos, offered help and suggestions, vendor referrals where needed and offered us not only support but her genuine friendship during a busy and stressful season of our lives. Kaylie is easily the most impressive, kind, hard working, organized, flexible and professional human I have ever worked with. She is absolutely gifted in what she does, I truly believe she has found her calling, as she thrives in this role. Kaylie helped our wedding day run smoothly in every aspect. She lead our rehearsal the night before, walking our bridal through every step of the ceremony and wedding day. She showed up early to our venue the day of to help greet our vendors, set up decor, checked on the bridal party and family frequently, kept all the vendors and events running smoothly on time, all while calming any anxieties and ensured myself and my husband were ultimately the happiest of all and our needs were met and treated as her ultimate #1 priority. Kaylie even saved the day with her bridal emergency kit just 15 minutes before the ceremony started. I spilled dark liquid makeup on the front of my beautiful lace wedding dress. Not only was I freaking out but this was NOT an easy fix and a very prominent stain. Kaylie kept her cool, and quickly went into fix mode. Moments later, Kaylie covered the stain by using a tide to-go pen, cutting extra lace pieces from wedding dress scraps we found, and then used sticky boob tape to stick the extra lace scraps onto my dress, covering the stain perfectly. The tape worked and the stain couldn’t be seen at all. Magic. Kaylie truly is a miracle worker, and is truly one of the most incredible individuals I have ever met. She truly made my wedding day and my wedding planning season so much more fun, organized, and everything I dreamed. I can’t say enough good things. I’ll forever cherish getting to know Kaylie, her entire team, and the friendship, respect, and love I’ve grown for Kaylie is one felt by not only me, but my bridal party, my other vendors, my family, my guests, my officiant… you name it. Veil Events is the ultimate team for all things wedding planning! They hosted multiple bridal shows I was able to attend that connected me with the majority of my other amazing vendors. I also used Veil for Day of Coordination and Tear Down. The wedding planning book Lindsay has created is also extremely helpful, and helped me think about every little detail to prepare for my big day. With all of their help, I was able to sit back, relax and just enjoy our wedding day! Natalie was an extremely helpful resource. She helped create my day of timeline and provided me with so much wedding day insight. She is so knowledgeable, creative, and helped make our day even more special! Christie P was my wedding planner and she was outstanding through out the whole process she helped my mom and I put so Much and we couldn’t have been happier. Jaclyn Lawson did a wonderful job helping us plan out the details of our daughter's wedding. There are so many details when planning a wedding that it can be very overwhelming but it was second nature to Jaclyn. Her experience and input at vendor meetings was also very helpful. On wedding day, she worked covered so much territory. From the morning preparations with the bridal party, to the church running back and forth taking care of whoever and whatever needed help, to helping at the reception to make sure everything was in place to make the wedding vision came to life. No matter how big or how small a wedding is, I highly recommend using a wedding planner and Jaclyn was excellent. Families that plan a wedding deserve to enjoy the wedding and Jaclyn did that for us.

Veil Events was the best vendor decision I made during wedding planning. My coordinator Kendra Trump truly went above and beyond the month prior to make sure I had the most stress free day possible. I did not feel stressed at all the days prior to the wedding because I knew she was speaking with and organizing my other vendors. I cannot say enough great things about Veil Events, with heavy emphasis on Kaylie! We used Veil Events' Full Service Planning, and they did not disappoint. I had the pleasure of working with Kaylie for 13 months. We met every month - she was organized and ready to roll each and every time, with open communication in between. As an indecisive bride (to say the least), Kaylie was there to walk me through every aspect of the planning process.. excited with me for all the highs, and supported me when I was so stressed about the silliest of things. Kaylie is capable of the unthinkable.. if you have a vision, she will do anything.. ANYTHING, to make it a reality. I honestly could not have planned the wedding without her. She is so smart, talented, and just a true joy to be around. She made my wedding dreams come true! Kaylie was my coordinator and wow, she was AMAZING! She made me feel so at ease throughout the whole planning process. She made sure my feelings and opinions were heard and validated. I am not a very creative person and Kaylie helped me come up with ideas I never would’ve thought of. The day of my wedding, I had a horrible experience with one of my bridesmaids and Kaylie had my back and made sure my feelings and my husband’s feelings were prioritized. It was a situation that easily could’ve derailed the whole day, yet with Kaylie’s guidance everything went off without a hitch and I felt calm and collected despite the chaos going on around me. Kaylie was not only my coordinator but my friend and I am so thankful I had her by my side.

Kaylie Rogers was our coordinator and absolutely amazing! From our very first meeting which was about 8 months out, we set the timeline which was SO helpful with the rest of the planning, and made my meetings with vendors less stressful! We met again about a month out, then two weeks out. During those two weeks, though I had my own final meetings with the remainder of my vendors, Kaylie contacted everyone to make sure they were set on timeline & all the details. The day of was flawless! If something went wrong, we have no idea because Kaylie and the Veil Events team were on top of everything!

As the mother of the bride I knew that when the day came for my daughter to get married we were going to use a wedding planner. We chose Kaylie Rogers at Veil Events and used their full service planning. It was the best decision ever! Kaylie was nothing less than amazing! She went above and beyond from the very beginning to the very end. The week before the wedding people asked how stressed I was. I told them, "Surprisingly I'm really not. I know Kaylie has made sure we have everything covered". The day before the wedding she was there for setup and rehearsal. She was organized and knew exactly where things were to go and what needed to be done. As a mom the thing I worried about the most was the day of the wedding and not being able to spend much time with my daughter. Kaylie was my saving grace. Kaylie told me that my only duty that day was to spend time with my daughter and enjoy the wedding. She handled everything that day. She wore so many hats and did it all calmly. I even had people tell me how amazing she was at dealing with everything that came at her. I truly got to enjoy the entire wedding day from beginning to the end!! I can't brag enough on her and the company. Having a planner is worth every dime you spend. My day would of been overwhelming and I would not have got to spend that quality time with my daughter if we would not of had a planner.

I am so grateful I found Veil! My fiance was skeptical about needing a coordinator but now couldn't imagine our day without Paige. I purchased the wedding management package and could not recommend it more! Kendra was our coordinator and we could not imagine planning without her! From attending vendor meetings and asking all the questions I didn’t know to ask, to providing guidance when we made decisions (big or small), she did it all. I felt so good going into wedding weekend (totally stress free) and then she just absolutely knocked it out of the park on wedding day. Making sure everyone was where they should be, making sure everything looked like what was planned, checking in and making sure I had everything I needed - I felt so well taken care of and was able to just be present and enjoy the best day of my life. Veil events also did our place cards for rehearsal dinner & our wedding day which was so easy and convenient! I cannot say enough amazing things about them. So so thankful I got paired with Kendra for our wedding planning! We had a short timeline for planning and she made it seem like a breeze :) Kendra was extremely organized and asked me questions I would’ve regretted not knowing if I didn’t think of them! At first, I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding manager. However, I'm so glad that I reached out to Veil Events! Christie was my wedding manager, and she did a fantastic job. She was great at staying in touch in the months leading up to the wedding, planned out the timeline, and stayed in contact with my vendors the month-of. We hired Veil Events for month of wedding coordination and were paired with Kendra. She kept us on track with our to-do list and thought of all the extra details to make my vision come to life. Kendra did an amazing job and kept the event running smoothly, not to mention she was prepared for EVERYTHING!!

Kaylie was the one thing that single-handedly made our wedding perfect. She thought of every little detail to make sure we had an opinion on them, asked all the right questions during meetings with the vendors, made me feel absolutely comfortable in any decisions that needed to be made. I leaned in on Kaylie’s professional and personal opinion more than my own. I wish our wedding was almost still in the future so I could spend more time just getting to know her. She’s a phenomenal human with a huge heart and passion for animals, made me and my husband feel so comfortable and she fit right in with all of our wedding party. Do yourself a favor and don’t over think if you need a wedding coordinator or not. You do, and her name is Kaylie. Additionally the owner, helped us out with a huge task I wanted to take on but in the end I didn’t get to it. Just a great group of women that know how to make your day as special as they felt on theirs.

We LOVED Veil Events!! We cannot say enough good things about Kaylie! She thought of everything and made a very overwhelming process very easy. We were actually ahead of time on our big day so we ended up spending more time on things we wanted to do. I’m usually not inclined to refer people to businesses but both of us will recommended Veil Events in a heartbeat!
