Once I connected with the Veil team in 2024, everything clicked. They helped me find a clear starting point and provided a manageable, thoughtful number of vendor options in each category. That alone made the process feel approachable instead of intimidating for someone with no prior experience. Once we broke everything down, I selected a few vendors from each category, and they did the footwork—communicating, coordinating, and helping me choose options that met my expectations and stayed within my budget. If you’re considering hiring Veil Events, be prepared to make immediate best friends. These women truly have your back from beginning to end. They will always act in your best interest and advocate for you. They are very much a “yes, and” group—if you have a dream, they will find a way to make it happen, even when it doesn’t seem possible. You never have to settle your inspiration; it may evolve slightly, but your vision will be seen, understood, and executed beautifully because they care deeply about the details—and it shows. When I dreamed of having a private dance, private vows, intentional breaks throughout the day, and even a late-night Taco Bell snack, they didn’t hesitate—they made it happen. They reminded me to breathe, laughed with me when things felt overwhelming, and somehow made the entire day flow perfectly. And when it felt impossible? They figured it out. The Wedding Planner Book and spreadsheet were an absolute saving grace. I used the spreadsheet to keep my mom in the loop, imported and printed timeline sheets to keep my wedding party on track, and organized everything from photo priorities to who I wanted featured in specific pictures. It helped turn all my scattered thoughts into a clear, executable plan. What truly set Veil Events apart, though, was how they showed up when things got hard. We experienced ongoing communication issues with a specific employee at our venue, including moments where intimidation tactics were used. During that time, the team—including Lindsey, who stepped in and provided additional support when we needed it most—stood firmly beside us, advocated for us, and ensured we were not taken advantage of during an already emotional and vulnerable time. These are strong, fierce, and professional women who will absolutely protect their clients. I cannot recommend Veil Events enough. They don’t just plan weddings—they take care of you.

Jaclyn and her team made the entire day run so smoothly and seamlessly, allowing me to fully enjoy every moment. When my bustle unexpectedly broke, Jaclyn and her team stepped in and sewed my dress so I could keep celebrating without stress — above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it. Having Jaclyn as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day perfect.

They truly allowed my husband and I to soak up every second of the day, and we knew all of the important details and timeline would be taken care of. On the wedding day, she handled every detail flawlessly so we could relax and soak it all in. She didn’t push any ideas or vendors on us and was so supportive and respectful. Lindsay kept me organized, helped with decisions when I was stuck, and made sure every detail aligned perfectly with our vision. She anticipated things I never would’ve thought of and handled them before they could even become a problem. On our wedding day, she and her team were absolutely incredible. Everything flowed so smoothly AND I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I just got to be present, soak it all in, and enjoy the best day of my life. il the final moments of the big day. We all appreciated her professionalism and how easy she made the big day seem (even though she was managing a hundred details behind the scenes!). My whole family kept being told in the weeks leading up to the wedding ‘you must be so stressed!’ and we all joked about how we just must be missing something because we had little to no stress with anything, Kendra and her team took care of it all. 10/10 experience, definitely recommend her!

She was able to attend our venue walk throughs and help answer all of the important questions. On the day of the wedding, Barbie and her team made my vision come to life. They made sure the day was seamless for not only me but my family! I genuinely cannot recommend Barbie and Veil Events enough! I’m so grateful to have had the perfect day with the help of Barbie!

She even caught a last-minute problem with my wedding dress right before photos and fixed it on the spot, making sure I looked perfect. And she thought of things I never would have, like scheduling alone time for us as a couple—something that ended up being one of the most meaningful parts of our day. I could truly write a five-paragraph essay about how amazing Jaclyn and the Veil team were, but I’ll spare the readers this time—just know she was one of the very best decisions we made!
