My husband, his groomsmen, and my father in law rented their tuxes from Ventresca’s for our recent wedding and we can not recommend them enough! Lisa helped us select classic, yet fashionable options and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and knowledgeable. All of my husband’s groomsmen lived out of state so we were initially worried about them getting the correct measurements and the tuxes actually fitting. We quickly realized we did not need to stress about that after seeing the vast inventory at Ventresca’s. The guys were able to try on their tuxes a day or two ahead of the wedding and any changes were quickly accommodated. Not to mention the tuxes were great quality and much nicer than tuxes from the big menswear stores around for exactly the same rental cost!

The only reason I'm even giving Ventresca's one star instead of zero is that the custom suit that my husband purchased and wore for our wedding day was beautiful and very well made--but even with that, I would highly recommend NOT to use this suit vendor for your wedding or for any big event, for that matter. The rental side of this company is not organized, professional or well-run. Initially, we felt secure in using this company--we had all groomsmen (including our 12 and 8 year old stepsons) measured about 4-5 months before our wedding and they were friendly and did a good job with this initial visit. However, the week of our wedding, they caused SO much stress and extra WORK on us, that our fond memories of this initial visit went out the window. I called to verify when we'd be picking everything up (about 4 days before our wedding) and they claimed that they had no records of our stepsons needing to rent shoes--even though we both know that this was marked down during our first visit. Not only this, but they made ME feel that I was being an inconvenience to them because they hadn't ordered children's shoes for our wedding. Next, when my now-husband and stepsons went to pick up their suits, they had NO record of what color ties the boys should be wearing OR the color tie my husband was renting either! Next, when I examined the suits that night, I noticed that my husband's champagne color tie had a HUGE stain right in the middle of it!! When I called to complain, I spoke to the owner's wife and AGAIN she made me feel that I was being a bother, and agreed to have a courier send a new tie right away. Well, we live 1.5 hours away from Ventresca's, so this wasn't really convenient for me, so I had to have them drop the tie off to my sister in Bucks County. Next, I found out AT MY REHEARSAL DINNER THE DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING that my brother, another groomsman, didn't get a vest with his suit when he picked it up. I called the owner again and I was told that this was a bad time because Ventresca's owner's father had just died. While this is a shame and I was sorry to hear, this of course had NOTHING to do with the fact that I had to now get ANOTHER courier to deliver a vest for my brother so that his suit matched the others the next day at our wedding. As you can imagine, by this time I was furious and exhausted. The fact that I was arguing with the OWNER of this company the day before my wedding was absurd and still makes me angry. I told her that we better be getting some sort of refund for this trouble....which I am still waiting for. Now looking back on our wedding pics, my brother's pants were at least a few inches too short and my stepson's jacket was way too long. So yes again...the rental side of this company is HORRIBLY run & organized and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am still waiting for Ventresca's to make all of their mistakes right, but am not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this company and do your rentals through a big suit chain instead. The ONE positive thing I can say about my husbands suit (other than how it turned out) is that the gentleman that helped us with his suit was great...I don't recall his name, but he was a younger man (early 20's) and was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, this didn't even come close to making up for all of the other issues we had!!
