Venue Forty50

So we planned our wedding last min, within 3 months and Erin was super helpful. The week before our wedding we met with Erin again and she had the floor plan printed and went down a check list so we wouldn't forget anything. She really made our vision come alive i was super excited that i really could see everthing coming together. The venue team in our opinion went above and beyond. They made it super easy and worked with us the day of to help set up our decorations it was so beautiful and eligent with lighting, candles and table settings. The food we requested was amazing, bar tender and our server where great. We couldn't have picked a better venue in our opinion. We definitely recommend this venue for anyone with a event. Thank you to everyone that made our day so special i still get emotional thinking back about our day.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at this Venue and it was amazing!!! We worked with Erin and Ashley, they were both so incredibly helpful and we truly felt like they wanted our big day to be just as perfect as we wanted. The whole staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and the venue was beautiful! The night was perfect, we highly recommend Venue Forty|50!!!

Venue forty 50 was such a pleasure to work with! So happy we chose to do our reception here. Erin was great with working with our budget and making sure we stayed within it and it really helps that you’re able to bring in your own alcohol and cake. The food was unique as we offered our guests a Mac n cheese bar, French fry bar, and chicken - everyone raved about how creative it was and nontraditional it was. Overall, would recommend this venue to everyone!

My wife and I got married at Venue Forty50 and also had our reception there afterward. We had a great time and the food was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and made the process as stress-free as possible. Our guests had so many compliments. Thank you to the whole staff for making our wedding day awesome.

I loved my wedding and had an amazing time, but we had some major issues here and i'm writing this review strictly for future brides. While it is a beautiful space w/ great food and very flexible rental options, my experience here was not ideal. Everything started out fine and very promising, but as time went on (mainly after our food tasting), things started to get a bit unsettling as our assigned coordinator let us know she'd be passing us off to her assistant..3-4 weeks before the wedding in an email that came after we turned in our deposit check. We then had the regular big meeting to go over everything before the meeting (with florist, wedding planner, music, new assistant coordinator, etc) and we all thought everything was going to be a-okay, until we received a follow up email from venue assistant coordinator and EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. I am typically a really easy going person and would haaaaate to act in a "bridezilla" manner in any way, but at this point i'm a bit annoyed, and having to deal with all of this from another city. I had my planner clear everything up and could just hope for the best. Then, it's the big day and i'm thinking things are running smoothly for the most part, however behind the scenes it was apparently a different story. Just off the top of my head I remember that the food was all screwed up (leaving mother in law very upset) and they wheeled our wedding cake out on a janky plastic cart without a table cloth on it or anything and we never saw our cake again (some people complained about not getting any). I hate to leave a negative review like this because the staff are super nice people and the place is very pretty, but feel its better for future brides to be aware of what they might be getting in to.

Recently had my wedding reception at Venue Forty50 and it was absolutely PERFECT! From the initial planning phase to the big day everything went smoothly and I could not have asked for a better team to work with. The beauty of the space speaks for itself, but trust everyone that has reviewed here that you not only get a phenomenal space but phenomenal hospitality and (just as important for a party) phenomenal food!!

Our wedding at Venue Forty50 in 2018 was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly friendly, flexible and accommodating. The venue offers a lot with the rental fee and are willing to work with the bride and groom to make the space work for their event. We are so grateful to Erin and her team for such a great wedding experience!

All around great Venue! Erin and Morgan are very easy to work with and explain everything you need to know. The venue turned out really nice with our decorations and we had PLENTY of space for a good size wedding reception. Couldn’t have asked for a better day! You won’t be disappointed with the venue or the staff!

Wow!! This venue recently had some renovations down after we booked it, and it was even more of an inviting space! Plenty of room for our large amount of guests. This venue was incredibly easy to coordinate with and I cannot recommend them enough. We had a contact originally who was reassigned to a different company, but the transition to my new contact was so smooth. Our day of coordinator, Morgan was so easy to keep in touch with by email and text, and would get any answers we needed so quickly! The food was AMAZING by their catering company, and definitely a fair price. Their bar staff was incredibly friendly during the event, and the whole event went without a hitch. Erin was also incredibly helpful when we had any questions, and was so kind to allow us to do many things we wanted to do for our wedding. If I could do this day over again, I would have no hesitation picking Venue Forty 50 for our venue. What a wonderful and beautiful place!

Venue Forty50 had the perfect vibe for our wedding reception and was a large enough space to accommodate our 200 guests. When we went to visit the venue, Erin was so welcoming and energetic. She really cared about us. Her hospitality and helpfulness didn't stop after we signed a contract. The Venue Forty50 staff will do anything to keep their patrons happy. We were able to plan a perfect layout and make changes to how the food would be served up to a few weeks before. Speaking of food, prepare to be amazed. Venue Forty50 does in-house catering and it is not your typical wedding food. No dry chicken or boring pasta here! Go visit them and you will understand the 5 star reviews.

I got married on June 16th, 2018 and we had our reception at Venue Forty50. From start to finish, working with this venue was a dream. When my husband and I were "venue shopping", we came across so many venues that looked the same, sounded the same and even had the same menus with outrageous pricing and strict guidelines. We were one of the last of our friends to get married and knew we wanted something new and different. That is when we found Venue Forty50. The things that really drew us to them was their open space, white/grey aesthetic, and mostly their amazing menu and focus on quality food. We love food and wanted to provide our guests with something different than the typical chicken and veggie meal. When we talked with Erin(venue coordinator), she could see our vision. We had a mac-n-cheese bar, fish tacos and chicken finger station and it was a HIT! When planning, Erin made this process smooth and as stress free as possible. We loved the upper/lower room option because we were able to use the upper room for cocktail hour and reveal the lower room for reception time, making it feel like 2 different spaces. The dance floor was so fun under the lights and the bars are movable and you can even bring in your own alcohol(not very common nowadays). All in all, this venue made our wedding day perfect and all of our guests and family LOVED the space and food! Erin and all of the staff were a joy to work with and quickly became like friends that we miss working with now! If you are looking for a laid back, timeless, modern venue with good food and great employees, this is it!

We hosted our son's wedding in February 2018. Erin and the entire staff was great to work with !! The Venue itself was amazing with sooo many options for any type of decor you enjoy. We used the "Brides Room" for the day of which was very convenient, the "Outside patio" with a rustic outside bar and the food was OUTSTANDING ! We also used the hotel next door with the "Grooms Room" which was very convenient for the wedding day. The 300 person reception was amazing and plenty of room . The day was perfect with alot of the credit going to Venue Forty 50 and staff !!

We really enjoyed having our wedding at Venue Forty50 . Erin was wonderful to work with and very responsive and accommodating. We had both our ceremony and reception there and it was a pretty easy, smooth transition for everyone involved. We got lots of compliments on the food, too. With a lot of out of town guests it was very helpful having so many hotels minutes away. This venue is one of the most reasonably priced venues in the area and we loved the simple, modern design. I always recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place in the Dallas area!

The moment we walked into Venue Forty 50, we knew it was the right place for our daughter’s wedding reception. Erin and her team were fabulous to work with and one of our most fun vendors. Erin made the whole process so easy offering so many great ideas when it was needed. Our guests shared many positive comments with us from how wonderful the venue was to how beautifully presented and delectable the food was. We used the patio for cocktails and the Reserve room for serving our buffet. We did minimal decorating since Venue Forty 50 looks great as it is. The team working our reception kept everything going smoothly and showed their expertise in the details. This venue has ample easy parking, is close to great hotels, and was an easy trek from Prestonwood Baptist Church. We felt blessed to have found such a fantastic place with a terrific team making our reception so memorable for us and our guests! Thank you Erin and the Venue Forty 50 team.

We looked at multiple venues until we saw Venue Forty50 and fell in love with it. There was a ton of space for both our wedding and reception as well as an outdoor patio for our cocktail hour. The venue itself is gorgeous with so much flexibility as to how we could choose to set it up for our big day. Erin, the venue manager, made the experience from deciding on Venue Forty50 to the actual ceremony/reception a breeze. Erin was extremely professional, responsive, accommodating, and overall great to work with throughout the entire process. Looking back, we are beyond happy with our choice and have received so many positive comments about the about how stunning the venue was on our special day. Venue Forty50 was an absolute joy to work with! Their staff was wonderful to be around and they took care of everything so that we didn't have lift a finger. The venue is so simplistic that it is perfect as is or it can be easily transformed into whatever vibe you're going for!

This venue is absolutely perfect and beautiful! Erin and her team are fabulous. The venue is stunning and I needed minimal decor, the service was great and we received a ton of compliments on the food. Our guests went home happy, full and in good spirits. I had less than a month to plan a wedding and Erin was super helpful during the process. They have a great menu of items and rooms to accommodate your needs. Also, the patio is a great addition for cocktail hour. You won't regret booking this venue.

We recently had an Art Auction event at this venue. As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the place. It is located in Addison which was ideal for our event since we had guests coming from Dallas and Plano. They have amble parking and did not require valet. Their outdoor patio was also a plus. Erin and the whole team were great to work with, from the planning with Erin to the night of the event with Whitney. Always positive and willing to help. They took the extra mile by providing flexibility with our setup. It only goes to show how dedicated they are in wanting to achieve the best for their company. Our company and guests thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that Venue Forty50 provided. We received glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier.
