o weeks after we requested a meeting to discuss our concerns. Instead of addressing them directly, we were redirected to an email address that has gone unanswered.
To begin on a positive note, the venue itself is beautiful, and the décor is well done. However, the level of service we received did not meet expectations.
We were required to provide a gratuity of $50 per employee for 10 staff members, paid in advance. On the day of the event, we observed only five staff members present, plus the day-of coordinator. Despite this discrepancy, no portion of the gratuity was refunded.
During cocktail hour, the bar was closed to guests, and alcoholic beverages were not being served. Servers were only offering water and soda, and several guests were told they could not receive alcoholic drinks in the designated cocktail hour area. Additionally, the appetizers we paid for were not distributed adequately. many guests did not receive items such as empanadas, charcuterie cups, or shrimp.
The champagne toast was also poorly executed. Out of 96 guests, only approximately 40–45 were served champagne or non-alcoholic cider. Entire tables were missed.
While the food itself tasted good, portions were overly restricted. Several guests mentioned they were still hungry, despite there being a substantial amount of leftover food at the end of the event. This suggests an issue with how the food was managed and distributed, rather than availability.
The bar service was another major concern. Drinks were consistently weak, to the point where they tasted like juice or soda. When we inquired whether the bartender was licensed or properly trained, we initially received a “no,” which was then quickly changed to a “yes.” Many guests ultimately chose to purchase drinks from a nearby bar due to the lack of proper service. This aligns with the fact that we received back over 80% of the alcohol we had provided to the venue.
During the pre-ceremony staging period, we were told the wedding party would have access to alcoholic beverages upon request. We made requests, but no drinks were ever provided.
Additionally, the coordinator appeared inattentive throughout the event. We frequently had to repeat requests or locate assistance ourselves for basic needs.
There were additional issues not listed here, but the above reflects the primary concerns. This review is intended to inform future clients and to bring these matters to the attention of the venue’s ownership. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so that others do not have a similar experience.

To our surprise, “Mum” & “Cat” made the process super easy. Everyone we came in contact with was always pleasant & polite. There was never any guessing of what needed to take place next, etc.- we were always well aware of what needed to be completed.
Our wedding day was absolutely AMAZING! Every detail was executed perfectly! Our guests have consistently said the same thing about our wedding ceremony / reception = classy, beautiful, & elegant!

making my selections and the reception hall turned out absolutely gorgeous. All of the other office staff answered all of my questions thoroughly and enthusiasically each time I called. Cat was my day of event coordinator, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my big day! She was on top of every detail, and helped calm my nerves. She gave everyone great instructions, and reassured one of my flower girls (who is 3) as she was starting to get camera shy. The rest of the event staff was also wonderful, helping my parents load up the remaining beverage items into the car after the event as they are both unable to lift anything heavy. A beautiful venue in a great centralized location with an awesome staff - I couldn't recommend it enough. My special day truly was special and I thank everyone there for contributing to the success!

g to book what you think is an "all inclusive" venue to find out you can't get what you want 3 months before your wedding after you've already paid a large sum. The way the situation was handled was poor and for their sake I hope they change their policies on contacting brides/grooms before design consultations. I was not told my design couldn't be done until I arrived at the meeting and there were additional fees associated with having another meeting. If you like this particular location and are interested in a specific look they have online show them the picture and confirm they can do it BEFORE booking. All in all everything was beautiful once I settled for what they could do.
A highlight of the venue was their Day Of Coordinator Silvana. She was extremely organized and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was able to be hands off day of because she made sure every little detail was in place. She truly makes the venue worth it.
