This venue was fantastic at everything. They answered called, emails, allowed me to come down to look at things in the venue and measure things. They were amazing with customer ser...
vice! There prices were on point for the basic rental and that was the main reason we chose the venue but I was a little disappointed in the add ons such as draping or renting out the dressing rooms. The prices for those were crazy expensive. Also, the dressing rooms were not thought through very well because the guy's and girl's were right next to each other and there were no mirrors and the lighting was not great. We had a hotel to get ready in so that did not affect us. Other than that, the venue was perfect and the staff works with you for whatever you need.
The Veridian is beautiful! Tables, chairs, and linens are available there so you don't have to worry about renting them from another vendor. Courtney was a dream to work with!
We used the Veridian for our reception location. We did a cocktail hour in the downstairs area - the area is pretty big, has a gorgeous big window that you can decorate with pictur...
e frames or flowers & has white leather furniture that is very classy. There are stairs & an elevator to go upstairs to the main area. The windows & walls are beautiful - my photographer ended up taking us here to take pictures it was so pretty. The staff is incredibly easy & nice to work with. I think this is the nicest reception venue in Springfield and truly enjoyed having my wedding here!
The venue is gorgeous but there were some last minute charges that we were not told about when we decided to book with them. If you decide to to have both your ceremony and recept...
ion there be aware that there is a fee to switch the room around. There is an additional fee to use the downstairs bar for cocktail hour. They don't have an in-house caterer so in order to maintain a liquor license they charge a 3% fee on your catering bill. If you host some of the bar tab for your guests you will have to pay tax AND gratuity on it up front. Luckily we had some extra money in savings to accommodate this extras but we only knew about the 3% in the beginning. I would still have my reception here again but ask about all extra costs in the beginning so there are no last minute issues with money.

The venue is beautiful! Perfect for my wedding of about 120 people. Ceremony and Reception worked perfectly in the space and I even had a cocktail hour in between downstairs. Ver...
y close to places for pictures. The staff was very accommodating! I asked to move the furniture and they did! Even when we said we wanted the bar to close at 9... When my Dad wanted another drink, he asked them to open back up for 30 minutes (for an added 30 min charge of course), they did! We had no problems and they helped make the night go as smoothly as possible. I even asked them to change the color of the lights during the reception, and they were on it as fast as they could. They are great!
The staff at the Veridian were great to work with. Megan is excellent at her job! We had our ceremony and reception in the same space with over 200 guests attending. We loved the s...
pace and how willing they were to try new things and figure stuff out with us. We will recommend this venue to all of our friends. It was worth every cent! :)
This venue is beautiful. We loved it. We were very impressed with the staff in the beginning. Once it got closer to the wedding, communication was very difficult. It would take...
a couple of days to receive a reply. Also, we paid for the valet service and had quite a few complaints.
i had a few problems like there was trash left over from the night before collecting bugs (knats). we ahd to ask them to take it ut. it should have been a given. they had told us a...
few things we could then backed out on it day of. the valet service didn't show up till 10 minutes before the wedding so we paid a lot of money to valet like 10 of our 140 guest.they are refunding us the valet but i was disappointed. beautiful venue crappy service.

We had so many compliments on this beautiful reception site! Perfect space for us to celebrate in!
The event space opened a year ago, so I understand that they haven't gotten everything figured out. The event coordinator quit the day before my wedding, so I was anticipating some...
details to fall between the cracks. But even before the event coordinator quit, it would take more than a week and multiple calls and emails to get a response from the coordinator. I hope they are able to increase their customer service in the coming years because the space is absolutely beautiful!
