My husband and I hired Veronica and her team to be our "month of" planner for our 2022 wedding. Little did we know she would be the most important vendor we had hired. Although she was a month-of planner, as soon as her services kicked in 6 weeks out to our wedding date, it felt as if she had been with us the entire 2 years planning. She listened, had ideas, and executed everything perfectly. She brought our wedding vision to life and every single one of our vendors loved working with her and Jeena on her team. I've been in plenty of weddings where the planner is not present or the couple felt they could have done without them --not Veronica and her team. She was there from the very beginning in the morning while getting ready, there with us every step throughout the day leading up to the actual ceremony and there with us all the way until the after party. It felt as if she was a friend and a guest at our wedding. Little did we know, V and I actually met in high school years ago and realized we had known each other at the actual wedding! There aren't enough compliments I could give Veronica and her team! From pre-wedding logistics, to day of coordination - the team was absolutely amazing to work with and helped keep my husband and I focused on being present and enjoying our special day. Leading up to the wedding, Veronica and her team were beyond helpful in keeping us organized, finalizing all details and logistics, and were in constant communication to ensure everything was being planned as we would like it to be. On the day of, the team was even more amazing in ensuring everything was setup and running according to schedule, was flexible in managing the rain delays and adjustments to the schedule, and ensured everything was taken care of the end of the night for us. Without them assisting us the month prior and day of the wedding, I honestly don't think I would have been able to enjoy our wedding day the way we did. Veronica was the absolute best to work with along with Erin. We did the month of package and were so relived when Veronica was able to take over and coordinate all the logistics and communications between our venue and all vendors during that last month. Veronica and Erin put our mind at ease in the leadup to the wedding and were there for us to answer any questions. During the wedding day they were very supportive and helped to coordinate and get us in the right places at the right times and even brought stuff back to our hotel so we could enjoy the afterparty. It was so worth it to get Veronica and Erin for the month of coordination and even though we did a lot of the planning ourselves having their team handle the final month took so much stress off.

Veronica is amazing! She took away so much of the stress leading up to the wedding. And she brought so much positivity, love and an amazing energy to the day. I was able to be in the moment at my daughter’s wedding, which was a true gift!

Veronica was the best money we spent of our entire wedding. You're doing this once, hire someone that knows what they're doing and can make sure you're making the best of it. She's organized, an expert in all things "wedding", positive, and ON IT in the months leading up to it, and she's the same day-of. She makes it so that you can be a guest at your own wedding, and when it's over you'll be so glad you invested there.

Veronica made our wedding day so easy and stress free, making all of the logistics work behind the scenes seamlessly so we could just sit back and enjoy the day. Veronica is the best. Period. She was our month-of-planner for our wedding in March 2021. It was a pretty complicated wedding. Not only did we have to deal with the pandemic as the backdrop, but it was also a multicultural event (Indian-Russian-American wedding). Veronica was there through it all, cool, calm and collected. She learned everything she needed to about the Sikh traditioms that went along with the Indian ceremony. She dealt with interesting (read: sketchy) vendors with professionalism. She made me and my husband (both Type-A) feel like we could relax because everything was under control. Veronica was hands down our most favorite vendor to work with (she's also fun/a pleasure to be around!). Hiring her will be the best decision you make.

There are not enough stars to appreciate all of the work, love and PASSION that Veronica Joy Events put into my special day. I am one of the many brides this year that were put in a unique scenario given the pandemic. Within months we postponed our wedding and shifted gears to an intimate gathering to celebrate our vows with our “nearest & dearest”. With all of that aside, I can honestly share that VJE helped me feel confident, stress-free and ready for my wedding day. My favorite part about using Veronica Joy Events was the organization of her spreadsheets that helped me stay detail oriented and on time with my deadlines in order to run a smooth wedding day. I knew even before I was engaged that I would be hiring Veronica to support with day of/month of planning for my wedding. After being a bridesmaid in another wedding she coordinated and having the most chill morning ever getting ready, that was exactly the vibe I knew I wanted to cultivate on my own day. Fun, relaxed, no stress! Once my now-husband and I were engaged, we originally booked her for our 150+ guest wedding for July 2020. Come March, she worked with us every step of the way to shift gears to first move our original wedding plans from 2020 to 2021 due to Covid and then re-plan a completely different celebration for this year on our original date (new state, new ceremony site, reception plan, new hair/makeup vendor, new everything!) for just 35 guests. She did this with humor, grace and a smile all while keeping our safety concerns in mind for our nearest and dearest (including our only living grandparent). We could not have done it without V! Whenever we are able to party for round 2, we know Veronica will be there to keep the chill, fun vibes going. Simply the best!

I hired Veronica for my Bridal Shower three years ago, and was so impressed by her professionalism and high level of customer service, that it was a no brainer to hire her again for my Baby Shower! I had my shower on March 7th of 2020 (right before the Covid pandemic hit), so it was literally one of the last in person events that any of my friends and family attended before the lockdown. My friends and family all gushed that it was the most beautiful, classy and best baby shower that they had ever attended. Veronica is extremely organized, professional and detail-oriented. Looking back on my wedding day, Veronica and her team were an absolute necessity to having the perfect, stress free, and seamless day. I can't not imagine what it would have been otherwise. I had Veronica and Erin as my day of wedding coordinators because I wanted my mom and my sisters to be able to enjoy the day as much as I was going to. I did not want to have any unnecessary stress and running around. They were the absolute solution to this problem. Two weeks before my wedding, I had so much left unplanned. Veronica and Erin met with me on multiple occasions via zoom, to get my procrastinating self on track! They brought things to my attention that I didn't even think about and they drastically relieved my last minute wedding stress. On my wedding day, Veronica and Erin showed up very professionally, on time, and ready to work, making sure I was relaxed and had a glass of champagne in my hand. They kept my large bridal party on schedule with hair and makeup, and made sure my groom and his groomsmen were on time and ready waiting for me at the church (not an easy feat). From getting ready, to the ceremony, to photos, cocktail hour, and the reception, they were by my side every step of the way and they gave me the feeling that there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Although there was only two of them, I felt like they had an army working behind them because of how much they did for me on that day. They were in a million places at once! I really feel like I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day, and I owe it all to Veronica and her team.

One of my very first thoughts when I woke up the morning after my wedding was, WOW I seriously do not know what I would have done with out Veronica. During the ceremony, she drove into town and picked up a seamstress from a local bridal shop to come to the church and literally sew me back into the dress. I can honestly say I would have NO IDEA what I would have done without her. She completely saved my day in that moment.
