We knew what we had wanted and planned most everything on our own prior and did contracts with our other services but knew something was missing. I read about day of event coordinators and we reached out. Veronica responded quickly to our email inquiry, set up a call and went over logistics. There are so many things involved in a wedding, from reviewing all of the contracts, to going over logistics, we were asked questions and things we hadn’t even thought of. It was such a helpful part of the planning process to have someone go over a timeline with us, offer options and have a nonjudgmental space - working with us on what we wanted and recommending industry standards at the same time. We also loved that Veronica and team had items to rent - so much waste in buying and reselling items for weddings, we liked the sustainability of the ability to rent items! Our coordinator came with us to the location and helped make sure everything was set up at the ceremony and reception. It was such a relief having a day of coordinator. Our coordinator was incredible, from grabbing dinner casually to go over logistics to the day of our wedding, she felt like an instant best friend. Our coordinator for the day felt like a natural part of our wedding, she gushed over us, and was a real hype woman, wth a larger than life personality she just fit right into our vibe and day. She made sure we were eating and on schedule, truly a lifesaver. It was so nice knowing we could trust everything was handled contractually and it really was! The team provides a very helpful handbook and a spot where you can detail out your decor and they handle the rest. We received so many compliments from our guests about how well planned our wedding was and how helpful our coordinator was - as well as how nice it was to not have to worry about things (parents and wedding party). It was incredibly important for us throughout our wedding planning experience to only have vendors who served any couple and to support women owned and LGBTQ+ serving and owned businesses. 10/10 would recommend Veronica Rose for day of coordination. This was easily our best spent vendor money in our budget. If day of coordination was this good I can only imagine what full on wedding planning could be like! full planning service package was what we needed for our weekend-long camp wedding at Camp Wandawega: a real beast of a project. In addition to the usual ceremony, reception, dinner, and dancing for a wedding with 150 guests, we also had daytime camp events, breakfasts and lunches for 50 guests sleeping onsite, and a Welcome Party dinner feeding 140. Any camp wedding is a massive undertaking and we were so lucky to have had Veronica by our side through all of it. Veronica and her team absolutely killed it. Choosing to work with her was easily the best decision we made throughout the planning process. We met monthly with Veronica in the year leading up and she kept us on timeline without us ever feeling overburdened with information. Veronica helped us to set a realistic budget and stick to it. Veronica was adaptable in planning: we had big dreams for the event and we always felt like she was supportive of our priorities; she was happy to try new things. We loved the vendors that Veronica introduced us to and were thrilled with their services. And, when it was finally time for our special event, Veronica (and each of her teammates) were absolutely incredible: very calm, flexible, great with managing friends and family, and always friendly to us. We didn’t worry about a thing all weekend knowing that all the details were in Veronica’s capable hands. We hired them about 10 months out from our wedding and they were there to help look over other vendor contracts and join in on meetings with potential vendors. They offered suggestions and were very quick with their responses. The two weeks leading up to the wedding you could always count on them to respond to you with any little detail or question you might have. They showed up to run the rehearsal the day before the wedding even though it was on a holiday. They were there to set up and take down all our decor so that our families could enjoy the day. They coordinated so well with all our vendors, that we didn't really have to worry about anything else on our wedding day except for having a beautiful day. We could even count on them to be supportive and a calming presence when we got worried our outside ceremony might get rained on. We are so appreciative of everything Veronica, Meg, and their team did for us!

Veronica and Meg primarily helped us throughout the 60 days leading up to our wedding, and they attended all of our vendor meetings, supporting us and our vision as well as suggesting things we may not have thought of. There were quite a few times that they brought up things that we absolutely would have forgotten/missed had they not been helping us. They are such kind, personable people and we felt well cared for through every step. When it came time for the rehearsal and our wedding, Meg and Emily handled everything seamlessly. These folks gave us such peace of mind and we were truly able to enjoy ourselves. We got to spend a good amount of time with Meg and we honestly just enjoyed hanging out with her! We’ve said multiple times since (and during!) the wedding that paying for the planning package was the absolute best money spent. Even though we went with the month-of coordination package, Veronica made herself available whenever we needed her (not just the month before our wedding), which was so helpful when we had quick questions, needed some advice, or just wanted to talk things through as we were planning our wedding. Meg was the lead planner who worked with us for our rehearsal and wedding day and she was absolutely incredible! The month before our wedding day, Meg and Veronica met with us as much as we needed to ensure all the details and logistics for our day were in good shape. They took over our vendor communication to relay our day-of timeline, confirm arrival times for everyone, etc., which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Meg exceeded our expectations for our rehearsal and on wedding day! She took care of all the behind the scenes work, checked in with us periodically during the day to make sure we had everything we needed, handled any small hiccups quickly and professionally, and so much more. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, friendly, and just a pleasure to be around in general! Emily assisted Meg towards the end of the night and was also a huge help! By the end of the night, thanks to Meg and Emily, everything was organized, boxed up, and put into our cars, which after a long day was such a wonderful surprise! Having Meg and Emily with us on wedding day gave us peace of mind to enjoy our day, spend time with friends and family, and trust that all the logistics were being handled, without us having to do a thing!
