Verve helped us create the wedding of our DREAMS! I cannot speak highly enough of Verve! They were professional, easy to work with, and had great inventory to choose from! They supplied us with our gorgeous tent & lighting, chairs, dancefloor, cocktail tables, and all of our dinnerware! The clear tent was a huge hit, we were able to really see our surroundings and the sun set and it was so magical in the dark too! 10/10!

I worked with Tami at Verve, and she was great. The first go around, I wasn't totally happy with the plateware I chose, and Tami accommodated me on a second visit to make sure everything I chose was definitely what I wanted. A few changes needed to be made that happened weeks/days before the wedding. Tami kept in good communication and changes were made with no issue! I would say if you are doing the planning make sure you go through the contract and itemized list thoroughly! There were things I would have missed if I didn't double or triple check for items and numbers. Thank you Tami & Verve.

We had another vendor suddenly go out of business, leaving us scrambling to find a tent last minute. Verve came to the rescue and were amazingly communicative, understanding, helpful, and reassuring. Verve provided a number of our rentals, including our dance floor, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were to our last minute changes and additions. We sincerely couldn't have had the wonderful day we did without Verve. Tami and Krysta in particular were extremely helpful throughout the planning process. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, keeping us in the loop so that we aways knew what was going on. Their selection of rentals were beautiful, well-kept, and reasonably priced. Setup and teardown services couldn't have gone more smoothly. Planning a wedding can be quite the headache, so I truly appreciate how great the team at Verve was. Their kindness, understanding, professionalism, and perfect execution was so reassuring.

Do not use Verve Events & Tents under any circumstances. They completely messed up my wedding rentals. I was on the phone with them constantly because every time they sent me an updated contract they either got the quantities wrong or sent it with higher prices than what was agreed upon. Thank god I caught the price changes and my day of coordinator alerted me to the quantity errors. Everything from the linens to the chafing dishes was not what I ordered. I was sent mismatching chairs, mismatched chafing dishes, damaged items and items from someone else’s order that I’m sure they didn’t get. The outdoor lamps came without bulbs and not working plus they were a day late because it was double booked. My wedding was May 30th in Sedona. They called me the day before delivery less than an hour before closing saying they didn’t have my linens. Didn’t respond to me when I called repeatedly to try to resolve things. Double booked everything and sent the wrong items so I got my rentals over a period of two days and 4 or 5 deliveries. I spent an entire weekend waiting at the venue unable to leave because they kept bringing the wrong items and I kept having to send them back. Then they held my wedding forks (given to me as a gift) hostage and demanded a labor charge to send my forks FedEx even though I was going to use my FedEx account and send them a pickup. The forks were mistakenly put into the rental return because they were the same color as the silverware rented. Do not use them. They can take a reservation but they sure as hell are unable to deliver on it.

customers to be happy, and unfortunately in this case no matter how hard we tried, we were unable to please her. As she relayed, we made multiple trips, brought free equipment and did all we could to make her happy, but in the end, no options were good enough.
Again, we hate to hear that she was frustrated at all and we hope that she has great memories of fun times shared by she, her husband and guests!

I’m SO happy I used this company for my wedding. I worked with Tami and she was super sweet and helpful. I had more of a DIY/backyard wedding at a rental property in Sedona so I had to rent everything (tables, benches, lights, bar, etc). They helped me decide on a layout for the lighting by sending diagrams which was extremely help since we didn’t have a wedding planner. Everything was in great shape and came out just how I imagined
and the delivery/pickup process was super easy!! Would definitely use them again for other events!

Our wedding planner recommended Verve. We loved everything we rented from Verve to complete our wedding décor. We rented a garden arbor for our ceremony arch which was perfect for our setting on a golf course in Flagstaff. They even provided the tie down straps and sandbags that were necessary to keep it in place with the Flagstaff wind. We also rented some extra tables for the ceremony and reception for items like our cake, guest book, sweetheart table, etc. They also provided beautiful lavender linens that went perfectly with our color scheme. The team at Verve was very easy to work with, too; always providing updated quotes whenever we made changes, including a big location change that drastically changed the rentals we needed. Verve delivered and picked up all the rentals. I recommend Verve to anyone in Flagstaff for your rental needs.

I can not say enough about Verve and how great they are! The response time, the customer service and the product is everything I need to pull off weddings in Northern Arizona. I have used Verve several times and they have never let me down. The ladies, Krysta, Dani and Lynette are great to work with!! They will help you with your needs and will not over sell you and I will recommend them now and always.

What an amazing company to work with. Today we have so many corporate businesses to choose from, however, it was just so refreshing to get taken care of by a small business that really took the time to care about what we needed. We had the pleasure of working closely with Dani Simpson and she was wonderful and so thorough in helping us pick out the right rentals for our wedding venue. She knew how to paint a picture of what we were wanting and covered every detail from lighting to silverware. Verve Rentals made everything from picking things out, to delivery and pickup so simple. If your venue will work with them, please do so, they are worth every penny and their stuff is pristine and immaculate!

We used Verve Events & Tents for our wedding and couldn't be happier! They were extremely helpful in sending us samples of linen types and colors, as well as making adjustments we wanted. We also rented the margarita machine from them and it was the hit of the party!!

Verve was a huge asset in both the planning of my wedding and the day of! I cannot thank Dani enough for being so available, flexible, accommodating and affordable. She patiently worked with me for months on dozens of changes to my invoice large and small. She had great suggestions and knew the venue well. She made sure we knew when to reserve certain popular items to ensure they were available so I was never disappointed. My wedding planner loved working with Dani. They were on time for both drop off and pick and all of their items were beautiful and in excellent condition. Thank you again Dani!

We rented a tent through Verve for our Sedona wedding last month. Throughout the planning process, I spoke with a couple of different ladies, including Dani and Lynette. I cannot say enough good things about them! Dani was on top of everything throughout the wedding planning process, providing me updated contracts in a timely manner, and even checking in to be sure I didn't forget anything. When I decided to add walls to my tent as the wedding approached, Lynette talked with me about what I wanted, and updated our transaction seamlessly. Everything was delivered nice and early the morning of our wedding, and the gentlemen who erected our tent were friendly and accommodating. Verve was so easy and great to work with as I️ made several adjustments to my order prior to my wedding- but before the last cut off! I️ made some table size mistakes and they called me the next day to confirm or change I️t for me. And the delivery and pick up went smoothly and on time.

Equipment was great and so was their costumer service! Really lovely and accommodating people. Linens were beautiful though not ironed (there were large fold creases), uplights were great! We had a problem with one of their microphones (it did not work properly) and they refunded us half of the microphone, though personally I would have been more pleased by refunding the entire mic with the amount of money we spent with them, so that was a little disappointing.

We're so happy with the rentals provided by Verve Events for our Sedona-area wedding. We appreciated all of the time Dani Simpson spent with us reviewing their rental options and helping us select the perfect combination of tables, chairs, linens, china and glasses.
We are also grateful for Verve’s flexibility in allowing us to put a tent on weather reserve. This enabled us to wait until a week before the wedding to look at the weather forecast and ensure there was no chance of rain before canceling the tent. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful and we were able to cancel the tent and enjoy a beautiful night under the stars!
We really enjoyed working with Verve Events. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and we found them to be incredibly responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Verve to anyone looking for a professional event and rental company.

Verve Events and Tents is the best rental company serving Cottonwood, Sedona and Flagstaff. For a wedding that was outdoors, all DIY, and in a budget, Verve had everything we needed to create the perfect setting. The showroom in Cottonwood allows you to lay out all your design ideas to create the right lol for your wedding vision. Their staff was very helpful and responsive. The rental equipment provided was neatly cleaned, packed and provided on time. The setup crew was fast and friendly and when items were missing they quickly rushed replacement and additional items to our venue site. The wedding checklist they provided was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I am grateful for the world class customer service they provided start to finish.

If you are getting married in northern Arizona, you really only have two choices for rentals and Verve is the one I chose. Verve is the more reasonably priced option. Overall everything was good and they let me make lots of edits to my order over the year. The only problem was only after I paid my deposit did they tell me that the wooden farm tables I'd wanted were not available for my wedding.

We used Verde Valley Rentals for our wedding, and they were perfect! Loved the selection of options (down to every little detail, including the mis matched chinawear we wanted for our dinner) Super friendly. Would highly recommend. (and totally fair on the price!)

Verve Events & Tents had all the rentals we needed! The chairs looked beautifully white and clean. The bistro lights around the lawn gave the perfect look to the reception that I wanted. The guys delivered, unloaded everything, and set up all of the lights in such a quick amount of time! They were super friendly. I would recommend Verve rentals for any event in Northern AZ.

**Great Flexibility! You can make changes to your contract anytime until 7 days before the wedding! Even then, they will work with you. On the day of my wedding, I realized we needed more lighting. I had my brother call and they were extremely helpful and prompt!

We used Verve for our wedding in Strawberry, AZ. They were very flexible with many changes to our order list. Unfortunately, the stands for our light poles (over the dance floor) were "rigged" because the standard ones were already in use by other clients (despite our reservation several months in advance). The rigged stands did not work appropriately for the poles and they did not stand straight and were collapsing. Luckily, me and my mom were able to use bricks and pieces of wood to weight and shim the stands and get the poles standing upright with some help from the delivery team. The delivery team did a great job considering circumstances, but I was disappointed that the management provided poor equipment and overbooked the equipment. We weren't able to set up the lights as we originally intended as they wouldn't support the weight of the extra strand, but were ok with the work around. The rest of the equipment, including the dance floor was great and met our expectations.

Arizona deliveries are by far the lowest in the area, although they do depend on how far away the event is. For the Sedona Area, we are only $35 - I'm not sure how one could expect any lower?

We used Verve Events for our wedding at Los Abrigados over Memorial Day weekend this year, and could not have been happier with our experience with them. We worked with Krysta, and she was so helpful! We rented a ceremony arch, tablecloths, napkins, chair ties and purchased votive cancles & holders. Verve has a great relationship with most Sedona venues, so the delivery/pickup process is seamless, we didn't have to do anything.
Krysta helped us choose which color was going to best match our theme, and strategize on how we wanted to differentiate certain tables.
Our arch looked great, the linens were perfect and I felt like we didn't have to do a thing! I would highly recommend Verve!
