Katie, their director of catering, was extremely responsive and always put me at ease when I had questions along the way. My wedding at the Viceroy wouldn't have been the dream that it was without Katie, Elizabeth, and the whole team. The Toro restaurant as a venue was superb and well laid out to accommodate our reception party in a private dining room with an adjoining outdoor terrace. The staff was warm, welcoming, and an absolute joy to talk and interact with through the evening. The starters and main courses were all bursting with flavor and simply delicious. We had guests go as far as to say the dinner served at Toro was the best dinner they had ever had at a wedding. We also stayed at the Viceroy before and after the reception dinner, and the hotel room was clean and set up with all the right amenities. The Viceroy delivered a special and memorable experience for our wedding reception and celebration. We highly recommend the Viceroy.

Katie was incredibly helpful and responsive with all of the (many) questions I had and has this genuine, detailed oriented personality! She is the best! was quite the rollercoaster, but Katie de Besche and her team provided creative ideas to make a wedding as normal as it could be. All staff at the Viceroy were very hospitable and made sure that our guests and we had the best time possible. I would 100% recommend this venue and the staff included to any couple looking for that mountain wedding.

The location of the Viceroy is absolutely stunning and speaks for itself. The food was unbelievable and the drinks were flowing. I will always recommend people to have their wedding or events at the Viceroy as it was so dreamy!

Katie who was our contact person at the Viceroy did an excellent job making sure that every detail was taken care of. The facility is beautiful and everyone loved the rooms. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to help our guests. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did! I would highly recommend them.

The hotel staff was super accommodating to us and all of our guests, many of which stay several nights. Katie, the event coordinator was amazing - extremely attentive and detail oriented. Meghan, the event coordinator helped with all our questions, meal planning, room blocks. She was so helpful and quick to respond. She was on top of everything. Meghan and her team set up the banquet room and helped take it down after the event. The entire Viceroy staff were so friendly to deal with. They really went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were extra accommodating to our guests and made everyone’s stay enjoyable. Viceroy was the most beautiful place to have our wedding and it makes me so happy our guests are still talking about it!

r the wedding including all of the flowers. They were accommodating to our needs, and truly made our wedding day special. The food was exquisite, and I think the steak was the best I've ever had (which is hard to compete with several chefs in our family). The cake was excellent and beautiful, exactly as I had pictured. We're over the moon with our wedding experience at the Viceroy! Thank you!!

and quick to answers questions. Meghan helped us with all our menu choices and was a joy to work with. She made sure everything on the day-of went perfect. And it was all more than we could have imagined. The food was delicious. All of our guests told us multiple times how good it was. The Vicreoy also went out of their way to make our honeymoon suite super special with rose petals, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries! The sweetest surprise. From the valet guys to the bartenders, everyone we interacted with at the Viceroy was so kind and made us feel right at home. We are super excited to come back and visit for our anniversary. If you are thinking twice about booking Viceroy, do not hesitate, you won't be disappointed! They go above and beyond! The only slight disappointment was the wedding cake. At the tasting it was the most delicious lemon cake I've ever had, but the day of version, while absolutely beautiful, didn't taste like much. The icing was lacking any kind of flavor. So you may want think of using an outside pastry chef.
