They coordinated our entire wedding day and made everything run smoothly so that we could enjoy a stress free day. We ended up having major issues with our venue, but Ali and Tori handled all the issues that arose and took over the communication with our venue so that we didn’t have to deal with all the stress. We also utilized Ali and Tori’s coordinating for our bridal shower as well, and we are STILL getting compliments on how beautiful everything was! We will absolutely be going back to Ali and Tori for any future events that we have! We are so appreciative and grateful for them and for all that they did to make our wedding day a dream!!

dding, we had an initial consultation phone call where they asked some details and I got really comfortable with them understanding the wedding vision. Then about a week before the wedding we went through a whole timeline and they understood the ins and outs of what was going to happen throughout the day. They came to help with the rehearsal and really helped make sure it all looked wonderful in the space we had which was a tricky space for a ceremony but they made it work really wonderfully. And on the wedding day I absolutely did not worry about a thing and everything went so smoothly so I know that they had everything under control and put together behind the scenes. If you're looking for any wedding coordination, you should definitely see if they are available. Thank you soich Ali and Tori for such a magical day. It was literal perfection.

y of the event because they came and did set up and clean up! When I first hired them, we discussed the theme, color scheme and style that I wanted for the party. They then sent me pictures of the decor, dishes, tables and flowers they would bring , for my approval. They created a balloon arch decoration that was related to the bridal shower theme and set up an adorable mimosa bar. They also suggested caterers and took care of all of the communication with the caterers. All the guests raved about how beautiful the shower was. I would definitely hire them again. The mother of the groom even wants to hire them for the rehearsal dinner! Thank you Victoria Alexandra events!
