Bailey was great to work with! She was professional and upbeat. The bridal shop had a beautiful selection of gowns, and Bailey really listened to what style and price point I wanted. Not once did I feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. She let me pick what dresses I saw on the racks to try on. I liked this freedom. She was super kind dealing with my family that came along for the fitting, respecting all opinions and input. The whole vibe of the boutique was calm and pleasant (not hectic or a place that makes you feel like you fell into a land of tulle lol) I'd highly recommend Victorian Bridal! :)

I shopped during a Morilee by Madeline Gardner trunk and found my dress! I had shopped at quite a few bridal boutiques and had narrowed down the designer I really liked. It was great that they offered the trunk show to showcase a lot of the runway dresses in my size. It was a fun and very personalized shopping experience. There were a lot of lady's working weighing in on their thoughts which was great! My dress and veil were beautiful!

Bailey was amazing to work with, she never pushed me into a dress. I walked in there having tried on over 70 dresses already, Bailey didn't hesitate to help me find my dress. Every time I would go in after ordering my dress she would greet me by name. All the ladies were so wonderful

Victorian Bridal was everything we were looking for! The the store is the perfect size, and the selection of dresses is unique, vast, and each dress is equally beautiful! The price point in the store was manageable, and I enjoyed the appointment with out numbers lingering in my head. The Consultant was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and guided the appointment in such a caring way. They provided the experience I had always dreamed of! Their passion for making each Bride's day special shines through.

Such an amazing experience! Bailey pulled perfect dresses with the style I was going for in mind! By the time I tried the second dress choice, I knew it was the one! So happy with my experience and can tell it'll be smooth to work with them for the remainder of the process!

Great service and (mostly) friendly staff. Bailey was very helpful. Beautiful selection of wedding dresses. Prices on alterations were very reasonable. Make sure to conform appointments so you won't be wasting any time.

Victorian Bridal was the first and only place I shopped for wedding dresses! Had an amazing experience!!! The consultants know exactly what they are doing! From veils to shoes they know it all! My alterations were done perfectly!

The ladies at Victorian Bridal were always so kind and helpful! I went in not knowing exactly how many times I would be back and forth to the place, and it turns out you go there quite often for alterations and all! So I was very glad that each time the ladies were always so nice. And because it is a smaller shop, after a couple times going they remember you and are always so excited to help you be able to look perfect for your big day!

Victorian Bridal is a one stop shop for all of your wedding fashion needs. I was able to find my wedding dress, the girls bridesmaid dresses, and we ordered the tuxedos through them as well. All of the ladies that work there are extremely professional and are there to help you get exactly what you want. We had an issue with one of the tuxedos not being there when the rest of them were, and then when it did arrive, it was too small. The ladies at Victorian Bridal worked very quickly to rectify the situation and everything turned out beautifully for the big day.

I went to Victorian Bridal for my dress, bridesmaid dresses, tuxes, hairpieces, veil, jewelry and shoes! They have EVERYTHING and if they don't, they can get it in. Their service on the other hand....sucks. Even if you make an appointment they are always late and aren't focused on you. I was probably there a dozen times, atleast during the time I was engaged and only got good service the last time I was there, to pay my balance.

When I went in to find a dress for the first time, the staff was willing to help me and I ended up picking on that was on a close-out sale and only paid $300 for it, which was amazing as I was anticipating spending $1,000+. However, it was all downhill from there. Each following visit the staff was very unfriendly and short with me and my family and their seamstress was pushy and would not listen to any concerns we had, stating that she knew best. I asked for a pleat in the top to be stiched down, as it had come loose from being on the rack and when I picked it up the day before the wedding it hadn't been touched. Then when I went in to pay they made 4 separate mistakes on my bill, which would have had me pay an additional $200, if I hadn't inspected the bill and calculated it myself.

The ladies at Victorian Bridal are great to work with. They are experienced and fun! My favorite thing about them, especially since I was a bride on a budget, was that there were many discounts associated with my dress purchase. I received %10 off of shoes (for the bridesmaids too), $20 off each bridesmaid dress, $100 towards a veil or hear piece, free pressing. The tuxes were rent 5, get 2 free.

We ordered both the bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress from Victorian Bridal. The service from the day we first walked in the door was outstanding. They listened to everything we had to say and assisted in fulfilling our expectations. I never once felt pressured in the store. They actually custom-ordered my wedding dress and went beyong my expectations. I would definitely recommend Victorian Bridal to anyone.

Everything was great until it came to actually getting the dresses in! When they finally came just a month before the wedding, half of my bridesmaids dresses didn't fit. Luckily my dress didn't need much altering but that was the only stressful part of the wedding.

I felt that some of the people did not have the best customer service. I didn't purchase my wedding dress through them and felt that could have been a reason. I had purchased all the bridal party attire and my fittings through there. I asked a couple of times for help with a veil and was ignored. To top it off my ushers ties were the wrong color. Luckily I didn't notice it until after the wedding, and they did compensate me and apologize. I do have to say Wendy- was always great to work with and was the most helpful, I would recommend asking for her.

I had little issues with this bridal salon. All of the staff was very organized. They called me when I needed to schedule fittings and other important things. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they love what they do! I had a great experience with them.

Victorian Bridal did not have the kind of dress I was looking for, but was very helpful to shop around and find dresses I'd torn out of a magazine. When I did find a dress elsewhere, Victorian Bridal was able to order it at thier store for me at a lower price. Very good service!

Overall, I had no issues with this store. The staff is very friendly. My favorite worker left the store right before my wedding, and she was the best worker there. She always remembered me when I walked in the door and when any issue came up, she jumped right on it to fix it. We did have an issue with my flower girl dress, but it was the designer's fault (not made to the acutal size). When we did take her back in to get the dress altered, she got measured wrong and had to go back in a 3rd time to meet with the owner. The owner was VERY apologetic - and I do understand that things happen. We are all human. I loved this store I even sent my groomsmen there :)

Tuxes came in 2 days before the wedding. They looked very good and everyone was very helpful.

I was initially impressed by the great value and packages they had when buying my dress there. However, when my dress was in and I tried it on and it was to short they staff made me feel like it was my fault that the dress was too short. Even though they measured my height and I told them exactly what size heel I was getting. They did however redeem themselves and fix the length and after that I was satisfied with my beautiful dress.

One of my bridesmaids ended up ordering her dress from here. Their prices are excellent and below most of the places in the Fox Valley area. The selection to try on however is low but they can order anything!

I was happy with the package price of getting my dress and bridesmaid dresses however getting alterations was not the most enjoyable. One of my girls got a call the night before her appointment and they were canceling it (she had a hour drive and ended up getting altered elsewhere) then another bridesmaid had an appointment at 8am. We were the first to the store (beat the workers) and stood in the dress for 30 minutes while the teenage prom goers were being helped. We ended up being late to my bridal shower because of this!

Some staff members were not the easiest to work with. Although my bridemaids loved their dress, many had to pay for lots of alterations when the staff should have been more careful in their measurements so correct sizes would have been ordered.

The service was not top notch, despite all the good reviews I was given. They never seemed to have enough staff. The seamstress was AMAZING though!

They didn't have the dress I wanted in the store to try on but they were able to order it and match the price of another bridal salon that had the dress. They were so helpful with everything. So much attention to detail it was beyond imaginable.

Janet was amazing she helped me get my dress fitted had great suggestions and helped us remember the small details - and even helped pick out invitations and programs!
