Victoria was amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable about wedding dress alterations and it shows! She listened to my preferences and gave suggestions and insight to help achieve my desired look. She was flexible with scheduling since my wedding was postponed by one year, and when I picked up my dress last week she had altered it perfectly! She took in the waist, shortened the dress, and added a bustle. I can’t wait to wear it next month! Thank you so much, Victoria!

I am over the moon with my dress! Victoria is very skilled and knowledgeable and was able to walk me through different visions for my dress. The fit is perfect and the additions matched so perfectly, it was as if the dress was originally made that way. I have almost 50 days before I get to wear it for the big day, but I cannot wait!! I am so blessed to have found Victoria! She is an amazing seamstress! A true artist in what she does. Due to Covid, I was unable to go shopping at stores for a wedding dress. I had to order dresses offline to have shipped to my house in order to try them on. After many different shipments, I finally found a dress that I loved, the only problem was it was an A-line dress and I was really wanting a mermaid silhouette. I bought it anyway though, and started looking for someone to do alterations. After my first appointment with Victoria, I knew she was going to able to make my dress exactly how I had pictured it. She transformed it into the dress of my dreams! I might have started with a simple online dress, but thanks to her I ended with a one of a kind gorgeous dress! Not only was she amazing at what she does, but she is the sweetest most caring person! Do hesitate to call her alterations! I promise you, you will not be disappointed!!

Victoria is an absolute lifesaver! I was supposed to get married pre-COVID and had my wedding dress altered with another person. Once COVID hit and we had to reschedule, I popped my dress in the bag and didn’t take time to look at it until this past month. When I tried it on and realized it didn’t fit, I contacted Victoria. She responded extremely quickly and was able to get me in to work on it. When I arrived and put on my dress, we noticed all these areas where my dress was incorrectly cut around the appliqués and lace by the previous seamstress. I was so upset but she assured me she would fix it! Four weeks later, I was able to pick up my dress and it is PERFECT! She was able to fix all the mistakes (can’t tell they ever happened) and also made it fit me perfectly. I cannot wait to be able to wear it and know that everything was done properly. For reference, she had to redo the hem, redo the bustle, undo where it was improperly taken in and redo that again, and also had to take up the shoulder straps. Highly recommend her for caring for your dress!

Victoria altered my wedding dress which was no easy task because of the heavy beading on the bodice. This is the Finley by Hayley Paige. I'm five foot two, so a lot of the dress's skirt had to be shortened. There's also a slit that Victoria raised to fit my proportions. She shortened the sleeves, hemmed the bottom, added bra cups, and added an easy bustle. The dress fit me perfect, and I felt amazing on my wedding day. I couldn't recommend her enough, especially if you're concerned about more complicated alterations like mine because of heavy beading on your dress. I also purchased a gorgeous headpiece from Victoria, which was very comfortable and stayed put throughout the whole ceremony and reception, though I held it in with two bobby pins just in case.

Victoria was AMAZING, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dress was very fitting, along with my sisters, the MOH. I came in for my fitting and wanted to ensure that the dress was very fitted in the right places :) she pinned everything and I felt very confident that Victoria knew what I was looking for. I was supposed to come back in about a 1.5 month before the wedding but due to the fact that our wedding was scheduled 7.31.20 during COVID shutdowns we weren’t even sure if we were going to have the wedding. She was super flexible in the possibility that the final fitting would need to get pushed due to this. On top of that, I ended up getting pregnant before the actual wedding date! I was SO nervous that the tight fitted dress would no longer work - it either wouldn’t fit or I wouldn’t be happy with the look anymore if you could tell I was pregnant. Victoria pushed my fitting to 2 weeks before the wedding (we never did a new resize after I found out I was pregnant). I came in for the fitting and the dress was PERFECT!! I was only 12 weeks pregnant at the wedding so I really only felt a little bloat but I couldn’t have been happier with my dress. My sisters dress was also very tight, she was thinking she’d need a ton of alterations to make it work but somehow Victoria did limited alterations and it looked amazing. Victoria knew the look I was looking for, accommodated everything w COVID, my pregnancy, and she’s adorable and efficient. Thank you Victoria, would HIGHLY recommend!!

I am so glad that Victoria was recommended to me! She not only fit my dress to me but also built sleeves onto the dress and they look like they came built into the original design. She made my dress into exactly what I visualized and I LOVE it! Not only did she do an amazing job, she did it very quickly. Thank you so much Victoria! I’m so glad I found Victoria! She made the process of altering my wedding dress simple and stress-free. Aside from altering the general fit, I also wanted to make some customizations to my dress—adding straps and buttons to the back. Victoria listened to my ideas and provided several options for me to choose from. I’m so happy with how the dress turned out and I felt fabulous on my wedding day. Victoria is very responsive and easy to work with, which I appreciated as a bride. She also spent many years working in alterations for a bridal store, so you get a high level of experience and personal care without paying the markup prices a bridal store would charge.

Her attention to detail, abundant experience, and extensive knowledge really made my wedding dress!! She came up with an incredibly unique and beautiful way to bustle my dress and even changed the straps to a V-shape to be even more flattering on me!! She is incredibly reliable, easy to communicate with, and her prices are incredibly fair!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding dress amazing!! Oh… and she even created a beautiful drawing of me in my dress to have as a keepsake!! She truly is a gem!!!

Victoria was such a delight to work with! My mother and I had many ideas on how to change up a used wedding dress that I had purchased, and Victoria made our dream possible! She was able to incorporate pieces of my mother and grandmother's dress into my own, along with perfectly redesigning the capped-off the shoulder sleeves to my vision. She worked very diligently to make sure she had the veil, garter, and dress to exactly what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better bridal alteration experience. You can be at ease with Victoria!! My dress didn’t come on until Dec 10th and my wedding was on Feb 1. Victoria quickly turned around a very difficult alteration - lots of lace on tulle, manual sewing. She did a great job and I can’t wait to wear my dress!! 👍🏼 Friendly, professional, fair prices. She customized a veil that matches perfect too!

Choosing Victoria's Bridal Alterations for my wedding dress was one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was professional, responsive, and did an amazing job making my dress look great. She was so patient, even after we encountered several snafus with the petticoat (an error on the dress vendor's part, not hers). Victoria is incredibly sweet and talented; she was worth driving over an hour from Durham each way for my dress fittings! Her prices are also insanely reasonable. Book her!

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased we were with Victoria's services! She altered my daughter's dress, my mother-of-the-bride dress, and my other daughter's bridesmaid dress. In addition, she made a garter and adorned the bride's shoes with lace and crystals. Everything was simply beautiful and perfect. When I took my dress to Victoria, I thought it just needed hemming, but she suggested adjusting the waistline to bring it in line with my natural waistline. What a difference it made, and I would never have thought to do that! After she made that adjustment, there was no need for a hem, and the dress looked so much better on me. I can't stress enough the expert tailoring Victoria did and how her expert opinion and suggestions made us all look so much better in our dresses. We will definitely be using her again for all our tailoring needs!

Victoria is so amazing, kind, and her work is beyond my expectations and her prices cannot be beat. Victoria took my fit and flare, beaded and laced, three sizes too large gown and turned it into the perfect fitting dress! If you have worries that your dress won't fit the way you were expecting it, then you definitely should see Victoria! She will make sure everything is perfect and she'll do it in one fitting. Where do I even start? Victoria is without a doubt, one of the most talented tailor's I've ever experienced working within the Raleigh, NC area. From her personality, attention to detail and just the raw talent she brings to the table, she is amazing. Victoria was out of this world amazing! I could not recommend her more. My wedding dress fit like a glove and every little thing she did to it was perfect. She has so much experience and expertise, really listened to my vision and opinions, has extremely reasonable pricing and even has a special gift for you at your final appointment! I had a short engagement (5 months) and my dress came in less than two months from my wedding date. I called Victoria's Luxury Bridal Alteration and they got me in right away and assured me it would be done in time. I was able to drop off my dress within three days and then it was altered within a few short weeks. They run inside a home, but it's separate from the house and it feels extremely professional while also being VERY affordable. Some brides spend half of what their dress costs getting it altered, but mine was a fraction of the price and it fit like a dream. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Viktoria does absolute magic. I thought that I was going to need to order a new dress, as the one I ordered was so tight in the hips and thighs that I couldn’t walk. I had someone else alter it first, but it still was not wearable. As a last ditch effort I sent it to Viktoria and she performed a miracle. The dress fit perfectly and got back to me quickly. I don’t know how she made it work, but it was amazing! And she is so sweet. 100% would recommend her to anyone.

She did the alterations for both of my dresses - one for the ceremony and one for the reception. She did an absolutely great job! Definitely will be recommending her to friends who need their dresses altered!

I purchased two dresses from an amazing local dress shop. Since I decided to buy my ceremony dress right off the rack, it was so huge. I ordered my reception size in my size, but the built-in corset was terrible. I ordered another one thinking it was just the way them made that specific dress, however, the replacement was terrible as well. The lady at the shop referred me to Victoria. She mentioned how she was the best around and she will be able to get me right. The way she was bragging about her, I was just like…”okkkkk, we’ll see.” Long story short, Victoria did her thing. I told her how I wanted it dress to fit and look and she made it happy. I was so in love with my reception dress when I first tried it one. When I got it in my size and seen how that corset was looking, I was sooooo mad. Victoria really saved my day and not only that one, but both. She is really the best around. Viktoria was a joy to work with! She altered my Hayley Paige gown with the upmost care and expertise. She designed a gorgeous bustle that added to the beauty of the gown, took in the sides, let up the shoulders, added bust cups, took out boning, and shortened the length. Not only did Viktoria provide perfect work, but she went above and beyond and hand cleaned and pressed some areas on my dress to make sure it all laid just right! Her work is truly flawless! I'd recommend Viktoria to anyone and everyone!

Victoria is an absolute doll. She really helped elevate my dress and create a custom fit. My dress - with a full open back - required a lot of boarding to be added to keep it up, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Still required some fashion tape, which I was anticipating. Victoria was so easy to work with and prompt with her work. I did not seek alterations until ~2 months before the big day and after just one consultation, my dress was ready and perfect within just a few weeks. Truly believe it was very good value - price wise.

Victoria was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and helped me out of a bind, as it was a month to my wedding and many bridal alteration places were booked. Victoria is absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what alterations to recommend, was super kind and friendly, and made all the alterations very quickly. She took the dress in, lowered the neckline, added in bust cups and added a bustle (gave me two options/styles to pick from). The quality of her work was outstanding, the bustle was perfect and easy for my sister to work with on my wedding day. Victoria is AMAZING at what she does. She took in my dress from a size 12, to a size 4 in the waist, and 6 in the top, and the dress was ABSOLUTELY stunning!!! She also added a bustle, and took in my shoulders at the top, and hemmed my dress, besides just taking the sides in. Price was BEYOND reasonable for the amazing work she did. I am going to refer her to anyone and everyone, because I was just blown away by the service, and work she put into my dress for my big day. If you don't hire Victoria, you are missing out, because her work is FLAWLESS! It looked like I bought the dress the way it was. Going to Victoria is SO MUCH better than going to another alterations place, I promise. HIRE VICTORIA! You will not be disappointed!!!

Victoria is a very experienced seamstress. She did a great job with the alterations I needed just 2 weeks before my wedding. I was very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Victoria for wedding dress alterations.

Viktoria is AMAZING! She handled the alterations for my daughter’s Vera Wang ballroom wedding gown with absolute perfection. Viktoria was also able to design/create a bustle for the dress that permitted my daughter to keep her gorgeous gown on throughout the reception, and enjoy dancing with family and friends. Lastly, Viktoria was kind enough to come and help the day of the wedding by getting my daughter into the gown and then handling the bustle at the end of the ceremony. She is a consummate professional.

I have known Viktoria for a few years and have seen how professional and talented she is with even the most difficult or unique bridal gowns and brides. When it came time for me to get my own wedding gown altered I knew I wanted to work with Viktoria, even though I now live about 4 hours away. We ordered extra lace from the designer of my gown to be able to create custom long sleeves; however my gown was purchased as a sample and was slightly darker than the new lace we ordered for the sleeves. Viktoria perfectly dyed the new fabric to match the color of the dress and created the most BEAUTIFUL sleeves. She also took in my gown, hemmed it, added bust cups, and added a stunning french bustle. I had such a great alterations experience and I felt truly beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend working with Viktoria!!!
