I went in thinking I would not find anything. But, Alina let me pick out some dresses uninterrupted and helped me stay within budget. I found the most fantastic and unique dress that was everything I imagined, if not more!
I had a bridal appointment there on 11/5/21. When I showed up they weren’t ready even though I showed up on time. The two bridal consultants didn’t even ask my name or who was with me. The room was a mess and cramped. One bridal consultant would talk about me and not to me. The whole appointment felt very rushed and I was very uncomfortable. They made me feel very unwelcomed.
I just purchased my dress from Viero Bridal and there is not enough words to describe how amazing my experience was. The best place to find your dream dress.
My Viero Bridal experience was like any other. Anelya was my consultant, very very sweet and very warm and made me extremely comfortable in the dressing room. The second dress I tried on I said YES 😂 I cried
My experience at Viero was absolutely amazing. The selection of gowns were above my expectations. All lovely and a wide variety. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience welcoming and memorable. So incrediably grateful to everyone who was involved.
If you're hoping for bridal staff who will treat you, your business, and your gown with respect, I urge you to look anywhere else. Viero Bridal will not go "above and beyond" for anything--let alone do the bare minimum for what's expected of a boutique bridal salon.
I start this off with a disclaimer that Ana at the Las Vegas location was lovely. However, everyone else I have had to deal with at Viero Bridal made every step of finding my wedding dress unreasonably stressful and miserable.
Problems started early on. When I wanted to try on & show this gown to my future Mother-in-Law, I made an appt 2-3 weeks in advance and explicitly told them the only gown I wanted to try on. A few days before, I called to confirm/ensure they had the gown. Only then did they tell me that they had sold the sample--they wouldn't have if I hadn't called ahead of time. After repeatedly asking for any way to show my future MIL the gown, only then did they tell me that I could pay $100 to overnight a sample from New York.
After I couldn't find a gown anywhere else, I ordered from them in 09/19. I was told the dress would be ready in 02/20. I live in LA for work, so I made plans to visit Vegas in late Feb to get my dress. However, the dress arrived in mid-Dec. Since I couldn't drop everything to pick up my dress in Vegas, I asked if I could still leave the gown with them until Feb and was told that was fine. Then, in early Jan, I was told I had until the end of the week to pick up my gown from them in Vegas, or they'd have to ship it to me. I was nervous about entrusting my dress to a third party, so I asked if we could amend the agreement I signed to cover any possible in-transit issues--they refused to amend it, and told me I could pick it up from their new LA location if I paid my 2nd half in advance. I refused, as the agreement is that I would pay upon receiving the gown. They eventually conceded, and the agreement was I would get the gown & pay the remaining balance the following Saturday at their LA shop.
Given Viero Bridal's past oversights, I emailed in advance to see if a proper garment bag would be provided, or if I should bring my own. I was ASSURED I'd be given one, so I decided to focus on my excitement about finally getting my wedding dress.
That excitement died quickly. After paying my 2nd half, I was horrified as the associate came out with my dress stuffed into a torn plastic bag, and then shoved (with the hanger crammed into the tulle/lace/beading) into what was basically a reusable grocery bag. The same way you expect to buy a rotisserie chicken--not your wedding dress you've spent months finding, saving for, and dreaming of.
They ran out of garment bags since they're a "new location"--but again, no one let me know even after I tried confirming my dress would be properly stored & delivered to me just days before. They only "solutions" they offered were to ship my gown (again refusing to amend our agreement to cover for any in-transit issues) or to ship me a garment bag (which wasn't the point--I had several at home).
I tried settling this with Viero staff, and their solution/ "apology" was to mail a garment bag and a Coffee Bean gift card. I put apology in quotes, as the staff didn't seem to see anything wrong with how I've been treated. Because of this, I had to share my experiences beyond my inner circle to do what I can to make sure no bride ever has to deal with Viero Bridal's shocking unprofessionalism and hurtful carelessness.
