Working with us entails that we will partner with you to create the overall aesthetic and beauty of your event. Whether that means showcasing a beautiful venue or creating an environment in a blank canvas venue. We will work with you on every detail: initial creative design, sourcing other vendors, choosing and sourcing colors, linens, stationary and calligraphy, rentals, installations such as escort walls and lounges, and—of course—floral design. If it relates to the overall look and feel of your wedding- we do it! Our event styling services will tie your entire event together.
Don’t need all of that- and only want flowers? Don’t panic, we also offer just floral design. Sometimes clients use a bit of both services. We can meet with you and see what exactly your needs are for your event and go from there.
Please note we are completely bespoke and do not offer packages. Our proposals are completely custom. We have a minimum spend of $7000, plus setup and delivery. If you think we would be a good fit reach out and let's chat!

The Vine and Oak team is so incredibly talented and helped exceed any vision we had for our wedding day. First, the florals were beyond gorgeous. Jackie and team completely nailed ...
the color scheme and all of the types of flowers we had in mind (coral peonies (despite almost being out of season), blue delphinium, among others). They were truly magical and we received so many compliments about how perfect they were. I absolutely LOVED my bouquet - it was perfection and will forever be my favorite arrangement. Although our colors and ideas remained the same throughout the planning process, we added on a few other items including an escort chart, signage, and personalized menus leading up to our day. Jackie understood my vision and was so easy to work with as we finalized these items. All of the signage was beautifully done and made such a difference in bringing it all together. We also had a fun lounge as a back drop to the photo booth (all done by Vine and Oak) and it was a big hit for our guests. Vine and Oak helped bring our vision to life while being organized, communicative, and transparent. They are so very talented and I cannot recommend them enough. I will forever be grateful to have had them for our day.
Wedding florals were a huge priority for me, and the minute I first met with Erica at Vine & Oak, I knew we were in good hands. I knew flowers were important, but didn’t know what ...
type, or exactly what I wanted, and Erica asked ALL the right questions to help pull my fun & bright floral vision out of my head. Throughout the 10 months of our engagement, she & her sister Jackie were so easy to work with, so responsive, so organized, and quick to respond. Erica even made the trip to do a venue walk through 2 weeks out, which helped answer any lingering questions and put my mind at ease. They did all florals & table decor for our wedding, the most incredible hanging florals behind us at the alter, our amazing Patron Bottle seating chart, built a seating lounge beyond our wildest dreams, and made me a dream bouquet (along with gorgeous flower girl hair accessories, stunning single stems for the Moms, and my husbands pocket bouquet - so cool). When I saw my bouquet for the first time, and the reception room, I think all I could get out where squeals and thank you’s because they truly created magic. They also handled our Photo Booth which was hands down the easiest Photo Booth from a guests perspective, and we got so many compliments on it - the accessibility to the photos was awesome. I wish I could have 10 more weddings just to work with them again - I HIGHLY recommend Vine & Oak for all your event decor and floral needs - they are the very BEST and I will never be able to say thank you enough!

ansformed the house we had our ceremony in front of. For cocktail hour and reception, they did a beautiful mix of candles, floral arrangements, and single stem flowers. Each table was different but it worked so cohesively. They also managed our lounge areas which were exactly how I dreamed they would be! On top of their work, the V&O team was so amazing to work with. Very responsive professional, and they even attended our walkthrough which was a great way to get to know them in person. We absolutely recommend them to anyone getting married in the tri-state area!

us and we will forever be grateful to them. Even from our initial meeting, they understood our vision completely and brought it to life bigger and better than we could've imagined. Their design completely set the tone for our big day! Jackie and Erica are incredibly responsive, collaborative (not just with us but with our other vendors as well), and cared about the ease and success of our wedding just as much as we did. On top of that, they are truly some of the most kind and creative people we have ever met. They are full of ideas and executed them all seamlessly. When we walked into our venue on our wedding day, seeing what they did for us is a moment we will never forget. From the bar signs, to the lounge/balloon installation, to the florals down the aisle - they left no stone unturned. The beauty of everything was overwhelming and any expectations we may have had were far surpassed. I cannot sing their praises any louder - I encourage everyone to book them for your wedding because simply put, they are THE very best at what they do.
