Vineyards was everything I could have asked for!

very beginning, Demi and Ally went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. Months before the big day, they graciously welcomed my mom and me multiple times to play with table layouts and room arrangements—something that meant so much to us as we were planning and visualizing the space. Demi’s communication and organization throughout the planning process were exceptional. She was always responsive, detailed, and thoughtful, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the wedding. On the day of, Ally was a true angel—she made sure my husband and I were taken care of, enjoying ourselves, and not stressing about a thing. She’s sweet, genuine, and such a calming presence to have by your side during such a big moment. The catering staff was phenomenal, and the food… WOW. We are still getting compliments about how delicious everything was—some guests even said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! From start to finish, The Vineyards gave us a flawless, high-end experience without any of the typical wedding day stress. If you’re looking for a modern, newly renovated, stunning venue with a caring and professional team, look no further than The Vineyards. We are so grateful we chose this beautiful place to celebrate the best day of our lives!

prior, my mother and I met Abby during a tour of the venue and we were both floored by how respectful and kind hearted she was. The venue itself was stunning and a perfect choice for our wedding. It was clean, beautiful, organized, and extremely spacious. Thankfully the Vineyards is very comprehensive and they took care of all the table linens, floor plans, food accomodations, parking, etc. Every detail I could think of, the vineyards had it covered. Over the last year of working with Abby, she was extremely responsive to any and all emails and very thorough. If I sent an email at 10:30pm on a Saturday, she would respond by 10:35 that same night. She would remember little details like when I had exams for my Master's program and sent an email reminder to ensure all was well. She was truly a gem to work with. We were very blessed with this venue and with their very helpful and sweet staff. Also, the food was incredible!!! If I could do this day all over again, I would immediately book with the Vineyards. They are worth every penny and more! I will recommend this venue to all our friends who will be getting married in the future.

The reception hall was decorated beautifully, the staff was so attentive, and the food was delicious! Before the event communication was excellent and Abby answered all of my questions promptly. I highly recommend booking here for any event!

e had clear and continuous communication with us throughout the process, gave great insight, and paid attention to detail for what exactly we wanted. We had a rather large wedding (around 300 people) and the reception went smoothly. We had a buffet style dinner and it was perfect. The lines were well set up and planned out for everyone to get their food quickly. We also took pictures outside which created a beautiful background… especially for portrait shots and extended family pictures. Again, I firmly recommend Vineyard’s Country Club as a wedding venue/reception hall and Demi as the coordinator!

would say the food was the most incredible part - we had 150+ people and every single plate was cooked and served perfectly. Especially the filet mignon - for 150 people was excellent each plate. Demi was also ideal - she is patient and on top of everything. We are so lucky to have gotten married at the Vineyards!

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Demi made it so much easier with her guidance, organizational tools, suggestions, responsiveness and positive attitude. Once I arrived the day of our wedding, I was able to just enjoy the experience as the entire Vineyards team ensured everything went smoothly. I would recommend The Vineyards Country Club to any bride and groom, or anyone searching for a venue for a special event. Truly a wonderful and beautiful experience!

Demi our day of coordinator at The Vineyards Country Club is absolutely amazing at what she does and it was a pleasure to work with her on my wedding day. Demi executed every last one of my request and ensured that the groom and I were properly accommodated. Our wedding ended up behind on time due to hair and makeup, however Demi, the staff and the catering team step in and made up the time by rolling out the meals in a timely manner everything went so smoothly that guest had absolutely no idea. She was easy to work with, tentative, easy to get in contact with and provided prompt responses. On the day of my wedding Demi and her staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. I cannot express how appreciative and grateful we were to have Demi and her wonderful team on our special day. I highly recommend Demi and her staff for any event.

se we and our guests had the most perfect wedding day. The bridal suite is gorgeous, the ballroom and grounds are modern, and the our guests are still raving about the food. Even the getting ready breakfast was absolutely delicious. Demi was wonderful to work with and was swift to respond to our many questions and requests. The staff was polite and professional and made the experience top notch for our guests. We would highly recommend the Vineyards for your elegant Naples wedding.

gh ceilings to the gorgeous bathrooms. There was very little extra decor we had to add because the place is beautiful on its own. Since we were getting married during the rainy season, we loved having the option to have an indoor/outdoor cocktail area with built in bar and areas for guests to sit. We decided not to take photos on the golf course because of the rain, but the venue had plenty of spots inside and outside to still take beautiful photos. The reception room was stunning as well and the dance floor had plenty of space of our DJ and guests! Our guests had so many compliments for venue and the staff as well. Everyone had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family!

They went out of their way to accommodate any special requests we made or making changes to dinner choice options. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. We had guest after guest commenting on how wonderful the food was and how beautiful the Club was. We especially appreciated the bridal suites with a large comfortable sectional, mirrors, sinks, and a large area for having everyone’s hair and make-up done. The food, service, professionalism, and the club itself were outstanding. We highly recommend having your wedding at Vineyards Country Club.

e when we visited it in person. The Vineyards has SO much to offer and there is so much potential for whatever theme you decide on here. As soon as you pull up to the country club entrance your guests can tell that its going to be an classy venue. Everything, down the the yard maintenance is on point! There is a really pretty water fountain right at the entrance to the club room itself that your guests will walk past as they enter. The moment your inside you feel the elegance of the club house. It's gorgeous (and that was just our cocktail hour room!) then you move into the ballroom and the first thing you notice is the beautiful chandelier and drapes in the middle of the dance floor. The dance floor is the perfect size. Big enough for 65-150++ guests to dance comfortably. The center of the room also has a beautiful fire place which is a plus! Aside from the Vineyards beauty, the best part about holding our reception here was.... THE AMAZING STAFF! THEY are the example of FIVE STAR SERVICE. All of my guests and I mean ALL of them commented on how amazing all the staff was. From the table waitors, to the set up crew, bar tender and of course the coordinator Ashley. During the wedding my husband and I had our own personal waitor and he was fantastic, ensuring our drinks were full the entire night and standing close by in case we needed anything. The coordinator Ashley worked with me for months assisting me a long the way with my crazy schedule (going from being an dual active duty military couple stationed in WA-yes, WA, and ensuring all my ideas and desires were being met and put into place from across the country), to even helping me reschedule the wedding last minute due to Hurricane Irma. The entire Vineyards team is absolutely fantastic and made our dream day come true!

We have gotten nothing but great feedback and comments from our guests, and everyone at the venue helped make such a beautiful night possible. oom was classy and that the servers were very kind, gracious, and "on top of things." Ashley Fritz, the coordinator, was always quick to respond to our emails, meeting requests, and unique needs. I have already recommended Vineyards to others, and, I will definitely pursue them for my next daughter's wedding. Overall, we were extremely pleased. NO ONE in the area came close to the Vineyards' overall value. The closest venue that we were interested in was 50% higher for what we wanted, and really, their menu wasn't suitable for us.
