I recently had my reception there. The Space was absolutely beautiful and the Staff was accommodating and professional. The chef was amazing and food was delicious. They answered all of my questions and Neal really helped us coordinate an amazing night.
Our son and his husband had their first date at Vinology's sister restaurant Vinotecca so they considered that place for their wedding. They were planning from out of state so they asked us to visit Vinotecca but the space didn't suit. Luckily the staff there suggested Vinology instead and when we visited and showed the grooms the Bubble Room, they were very impressed and booked it.
We had a wonderful experience! Alix was super responsive to all of our requests. When my husband and I dropped off various items on the morning of the wedding, they were very helpful. When we arrived for the event, the room was set up exactly as we asked and looked beautiful.
The food was fabulous and well served, from appetizers to desserts. I think my chicken dish was one of the best I've ever had. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our evening perfect.
Vinology was the perfect location for our intimate wedding ceremony and reception for 35 guests! We reserved the Bubble Room and Vine Room, but since the Cellar Room was not booked on the night of our wedding, we ended up with the entire lower level, which was amazing! Alix was so great to work with, and answered all of my questions over email or the phone as I planned the event from across the country. Our guests raved about everything - the beautiful venue, the fantastic food, the amazing bartender who remembered their drink preferences - the list goes on and on. Alix worked with all of our vendors on the day of, and the staff at Vinology did all of the set-up, so all I had to do was show up and enjoy the day! It was stress-free, beautiful, and exactly how we had imagined.
Alix was a dream to work with, handled any confusion or minor hurdle with grace and solutions. The venue is gorgeous and everyone was happy with their beverages and meals. We had a late start due to construction and Alix kept me and my bridesmaids happy and informed.
The venue, food, and drink are wonderful, these deserve a 5/5... but the planning process was a huge pain. A few notes:
- Be mindful of what they say they can and cannot do. This was a huge struggle for us. We got told several different minimums, shuffled off when we wanted to plan early
- My linens were the WRONG COLOR when I walked downstairs. They were shown to me as a dark navy - they were bright blue. Didn't quite fit what I was going for.
- Cindy was helpful with coordinating day-of, as my event coordinator was NOT
- There was an odd thing with the bill at the end - we had 4-5 people not show up, and we were already under, but we were told we would be able to buy wine to take home to make up the difference. When we asked they were like, nope, you came out flat. It was strange and we needed to leave, so it was odd
- We were told we could get left over apps boxed - that didn't happen
Overall, it went pretty smoothly. Just a LOT of hiccups causing stress
We had our wedding reception at Vinology on 6/30/17. It was a night I'll never forget!! Cindy and her staff were amazing!!! Everything was beautiful! We are so happy that we held our
reception here! Our reception took place in the lower level - we had 58 guests. Excellent!
Our wedding was the perfect night thanks to Cindy and all the staff from Vinology. They worked with us from the beginning to make sure we stayed in our budget and even made some last minute changes for us the night before! Vinology did the entire set up for us (!) and helped clean up everything as well. The bartenders made sure my drink was always full and we were even allowed to pack up the extra food and take it back to the hotel (great midnight snack!). We bought out the entire restaurant and had a strolling appetizer type wedding which worked out well with our 120 guests. I am still receiving compliments on the wedding!
Would this space accommodate 100 comfortably?
My Husband and I got married at Vinology on November 28th, 2014.
There were a small number of attendees, around 45ppl. We opted to reserve the entire lower level.
We really did not expect it to be as wonderful as it was. The venue was absolutely perfect! Beautiful for photos and very romantic! We brought in some candles for the isle but even that was not necessary because the space is beautiful as is.
The best part of this wedding planning process was working with Mike, the manager. He was so attentive, had great energy, and knew exactly would would look great in photos. The entire process was made stress-less because Mike had a plan for everything. The food was not your typically wedding food, it was amazing (people are still talking about it). They work within your budget and there were only happy surprises at the end of the night when we paid.
I literally did not have to worry about anything, EVERYTHING was taken care off.
Thank you so much Mike for making our day that much more memorable and incredible! I definitely recommend this Venue to all you brides shopping around for a beautiful venue- stop looking! Vinology was amazing.

We had a September 2014 wedding at Vinology. Both the ceremony and reception were held there. The guest list ran about 65 people which fit perfectly (we could've easily had 15 more). I felt the price was pretty good but the biggest benefit is that the ceremony flowed right into the reception, all in one venue made it so easy and was the biggest draw for me! The food was delicious, everyone commented on it. We also had a DJ and Photo Booth and everything fit nicely. The Vinology staff was great and attentive through the entire process. Only issue I had was the bathrooms are not handicap accessible and no elevator to get downstairs (hard for older folks). However, it was an awesome night all around, glad to have to wonderful memories.
We all still have great memories from the June reheasal dinner we threw at the Bubble Room in Vinology! When we entered that night the room was glowing and the bubbles were perfect against the bare brick walls. Our guests were awed! The tables were set up exactly as planned and Ashley even set out our placecards when we did not show up in time to do it ourselves!. The food was great and beautifully served. Ashley had done a great job not only advising on the menu, but responding with grace to my several emails and table changes!
We had 40 people and the fit for the room was perfect albeit a bit noisey! With the bar right in the room the place was festive immediately. Several guests commented on how perfect the Bubble Room was and we were totally happy with the event.
Sara and her staff did an excellent job to deliver on everything we discussed. All of the staff were pleasant and accomidating for our needs.
Overall, it could not have come off any better than it did!

Let me say that Sarah was probably the best vendor I have ever worked with for anything and I have gone out of my way to express what a wonderful experience this was to whoever will listen. My husband and I had just our ceremony in the bubble room at Vinology and I am beyond impressed. They went out of their way with every detail, all of my family and his were super impressed. Apparently we needed more chairs and before my brother could even get done telling her, there were people bringing them in and setting them up. We did our rehearsal there at no charge the day before and she stayed with us, but at a distance to accommodate any needs, she even helped us pick out a bottle of wine for our love letters ceremony that we incorporated into out wedding. I plan on being back as soon as I have a reason to. Possible to hold a shower there or anniversary party, or any other excuse I can find. II just want to thank them for making my day so special and beautiful.
I sincerely loved my experience at Vinology.
We knew that it was the space for our wedding when we first laid eyes on it. The surprising thing was that we could actually afford it! The bubble room is spectacular and once you get the lighting and flowers in there it's such an intimate and romantic but chic vibe - which is exactly what I wanted!
The service was stellar. Everyone commented that the staff were amazing.
Sarah, the wedding coordinator, helped with all of my questions and helped me design the wedding of my dreams.
The food, seriously, the best I've ever had at any wedding. The beverage selection was great, people commented that my taste in beer was stellar - I didn't mention that Vinology actually chose that for me!
The flow of the entire lower level was perfect for my 50 person wedding. We chose the entire lower level with the ceremony held at the same location. After the ceremony in the bubble room - our guests went over to get cocktails and appetizers in the wine cellar area where the cake was located.
The good news is - they only charge what you get as food and drinks - there is no charge for the room itself. Now, they may change this, but I certainly hope not.
Great service, excellent food and gorgeous atmosphere!!!
I didn't think my wedding would be perfect, but Sarah at Vinology helped execute everything and make my dreams come true. Service was fantastic, food was amazing. I highly recommend getting married at Vinology if you are looking for an intimate, classy affair.
Joey and all the staff at Vinology created a wonderful atmosphere for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests have been raving ever since that they have never been to a cooler location!
We had a very small, intimate wedding with guest number around 35. We didn't want to spend fortune paying for the venue, hiring a cater and renting the tables and chairs, tableware, glassware and silverware. The "Bubble Room" at Vinology was a perfect solution. The name comes from the luminescent glass bubbles on the ceiling, which are really really pretty in person as well as in pictures. They also have smaller adjacent space downstairs to accommodate guests including their wine cellar. The servers provided a great service. Event coordinator Joey was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Only negative is that you pay by glass for alcoholic beverages.
We recently had our wedding ceremony in Vinology's Bubble Room and it was the perfect setting! It gave us a mix of elegance, charm, and our own personal touch. Not to mention it's only $300 to rent the room! The day of the ceremony, staff at Vinology was more than accommodating. They had ice water waiting for our guests as they entered from the 90 degree heat of the day, and the bartender even helped with our videocamera. Highly recommend this venue if you want and intimate setting and aren't interested in going the "churchy" route.
