We just recently booked their private room for roughly 20 people and I will say that Tonya does an amazing job of communicating and is an excellent planner. They have a fabulous selection of menus to choose from at, what I consider, very reasonable prices. We arrived with beautiful pre-printed custom menus and the room felt cozy, very private and just beautiful. All of our meals were warm and my guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. The venue allows cakes to be delivered with no extra cake cutting fee like other venues. This place is a true local hidden gem. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the attention to detail and incredible service that we received! We could not have asked for a better venue for our special day! Many thanks to the entire staff!
I could not be more thrilled with my decision to hold my wedding at Vintner Grill. From the moment I reached out to inquire about holding my ceremony and reception at the venue, I got a great impression from the Special Events and Catering Manager, Leisha.
As a bride coordinating from out of country, I was never worried about the little details as Leisha and GM Tom worked to answer my every need. They accommodated meeting with me in July when I was able to visit in person, and Leisha was always incredibly prompt with emailing me.
The outside space was absolutely beautiful, and I was able to rest easy knowing we had a great back-up plan inside as well. Leisha and I worked together to create the perfect menu and to ensure that my signature drinks and other special touches would be coordinated.
When it came time for my actual wedding day, everything went off without a hitch. Guests are still telling me it was the best food they have EVER had at a wedding. The service staff were top notch and the outside fire pits and lanterns in the trees made for a perfect, dreamy and romantic spot to celebrate our wedding.
Seriously, if you're looking for a Vegas venue that doesn't feel cookie cutter and want to get off the Strip, go here!
Fabulous, amazing, beautiful, wonderful. There are not enough words to express how wonderful Vintner Grill is. We had our wedding and reception at Vintner. We did a full buy out and had about 130 guests. The food was fabulous and they accommodated specialty diets and allergies. Each guest felt taken care of. The service was exceptional. Our guest commented on how great it was. The bar tenders were absolutely a highlight. They accommodated and made the environment so friendly and fun. We heard 0 complaints from our guests and heard hundreds of compliments about the staff, food, and atmosphere.
Leisha, the special events coordinator was beyond expected. Every request was attended to. I had no worries. Everything was done with such care. When she couldn't fulfill a request, she pointed me in a direction to help with the request. She was always prompt with communication and always so genuinely nice. Throughout the process, confusion was minimal and communication was always clear.
Tom, the general manager, took the whole experience to a new level. He walked us though his suggestions for the ceremony, which made things more beautiful. He even helped direct our bridal party down the isle. During the entire reception, everything was so well attended to. I had 0 worries on anything. Everything went so smoothly. At the end of the night, he was so congratulatory and showed genuine happiness for our happiness on our special day. Each staff member did. Truly an experience to remember fondly for our entire lives.
Thank you, Vintner staff. Thank you!
DO NOT DO A WEDDING HERE unless they hire a qualified event planner who tells the truth. Patrick the event planner was a total disappointment and I think dishonest. The “wedding ceremony site” is overlooking a busy street and stares at a blank brick wall. I asked Patrick over and over about it and even had him send pictures…none that he emailed were of the wedding site area.
Days before the wedding, we came into town and looked at the site, my fiancé said NO WAY and Patrick's comment was we would only be out there for 15-20 minutes!! Really this is for our ceremony! So we had to stress out trying to change everything to a new location for the ceremony days before the wedding. He then told us a day before that he was not going to be on site for our wedding and passed us on to the manager who had no clue about what we wanted and had worked out with Patrick. We were worried about the June heat and wanted the dinner inside, We were told the space was semi-private for dinner and it was not. We showed up with our 34 guest after the ceremony at 6:30 as planned and nothing was done that there were suppose to do. Tables were not arranged as agreed upon (and we had a floor plan with all the guest names on it) so I was trying to move guest to other tables, they did not put the menu cards I made or the cookies that were delivered from LA that were our name markers on the tables. Then the first course took ½ hour to arrive. We were charged an extra 1 on the 3 cars for the limo service due to being so late. We had to race out without really even enjoying our cake which was also supposed to be displayed during the dinner and it came out after dinner. My fiance took a couple bites as we were running out the door. It was very stressful and upsetting. I discussed the few little things we wanted and offered to have my friends come and place the menu cards and cookies and Patrick assured us it was not problem for them to do. Yea, right!
The worst part was the manager never came over and apologized or offered anything. We had to contact them to request they pay for the limo. They did that but nothing extra. that was just a wash for us. You would have thought the manager would have brought us a nice bottle of champagne or something that night. He did not even talk to us.
THANK YOU TO JEFF the main waiter, who was really sorry and racing around trying to make things right along with the rest of the wait staff. The food was great, so for a dinner yes, but with Patrick as the event planner, I would never do an event there. He did nothing to be sure my few request were done and we spent almost $4000 on dinner.
Wished it would have been a better experience, but it was not. Patrick could have cared less.
Vintner Grill is a fabulous restaurant off the strip in Las Vegas. The food is delicious, the service impeccable. They have an outdoor patio that is perfect for wedding receptions. There are two cabanas with cushioned "couches" as well as little sitting areas with cushions. There are also fire pits and lanterns that they light after the sun goes down, providing an amazing ambiance.
Not only was our dinner better than any other wedding reception meal we have ever had (and we've been to quite a few weddings!), but the cake was amazing as well.
If you are looking for a gourmet, unique location for your wedding reception, Vintner's Grill is it.
