They were also super flexible and generous with our pie dessert plan, even adding ice cream à la mode, which our guests loved. Communication throughout the planning process was clear and organized, with well-structured spreadsheets and menu options that worked perfectly for guests with dietary restrictions. We couldn’t have been happier with their service.

t match for our menu needs, since we have a lot of allergies and dietary restrictions in our social circle and they were incredibly well versed in their menu and what accommodations could be made to support us. We chose a live pasta bar and a separate gf/vegan station, the vegan curry and the butternut squash raviolis are still getting rave reviews from our friends and family! We were matched with Erica as our event manager and she was so easy to work with and brought my reception vision to life. We decided on long family style tables that allowed us to keep the aisles wide for our flower girl’s wheelchair and lots of cocktail tables near the dance floor to house our games and temporary tattoo station allowing people to ebb and flow between activities seamlessly. Even though we came up with the concept together, I couldn’t believe my eyes when we walked in to see the room for the first time. The room was breathtaking, Erica and her team really excelled in a way we couldn’t have imagined. Vinwood runs like a well oiled machine, our cups and plates were never empty and everything was tidy and full the entire time. My wife and I looked forward to every call with Erica and are so immensely grateful for the way she jumped in to help us create the wedding of our dreams!

We never ended up doing any sort of tasting before selecting our menu, so frankly I was a bit nervous....but the food was PHENOMENAL!! We got more compliments on the food than we did any other aspect of our wedding! Aside from the food itself, all the staff were so friendly and attentive to our guests, and we had Kristen working with us the day of the wedding, and she was so kind, attentive, helpful, and it was such a pleasure to have her with us on our wedding day ensuring everything went smooth.

ordinator, Erica, were highly communicative, accommodating, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to make our wedding as great as it could have been! Well worth the price! It's worth noting that they were partnered with our venue, Olio Event Space in Peabody, MA, but I have little doubt that they'd do an excellent job just about anywhere else they're willing to go. We had first heard of Vinwood through our venue because they had specific requirements and a list of partnered vendors we more or less had to choose from without a ton of hassle. While this could have easily become a nightmare, nearly all doubt was washed away as soon as we attended a tasting they hosted. We got to experience firsthand how great their food and staff were before getting into the thick of things, and we were able to get a head start on picking entrees, hors d'oeuvres, linens, and chinaware while we were at the tasting. When we had to lock things in, Vinwood was willing and able to accommodate our handful of allergic/picky eaters and create a dessert spread (cookie, brownie, and ice cream sundae bar) for us because we didn't want a wedding cake. From there until the big day, they remained very communicative about what they needed from us and what we could expect from them throughout the process, even going so far as to help us map out the order of operations in the wedding! Finally, on the big day, Erica and her staff took care of us throughout and were all very kind and personable. They went above and beyond in helping us decorate and brighten up the space to make it perfect for us, and we were once again blown away by the service, food, and drinks. We had lots of comments during and after the wedding about how great the food and drinks were, too. They took care of everything in the table and chair setups/moves/breakdown with what Vinwood, the venue, and we provided, all in a timely manner. I'll never forget one of the staff stopping to let me know the bar was closing, and despite getting lost in conversation again and again, she personally brought over a drink for me with a wink and a smile when she saw me failing to get away. If you couldn't tell by now, I can't sing them enough praise - thank you, Vinwood!!

Getting ready in the recently remodeled bridal suite was an absolute dream, and my husband being about to enjoy time in the gentleman’s quarters with his groomsman was everything. It checks all the boxes with beautiful landscaping, farm life (donkeys roaming), plenty of amenities and they ask all the right questions. The wedding coordinator Leslie went above and beyond to make our day smooth and offered so much extra support. Liz the catering coordinator for Vinwood was also wonderful throughout the whole process to make sure everything went smoothly and was able to make some last minute adjustments effortlessly. Our guests raved about the food, time management and ice cream bar. The wait staff, handyman, all so kind and receptive. I would recommend this venue to anyone who would like an effortless, beautiful wedding. The barn where the reception is held is full of charm and the grounds itself are soaked with history. I could go on and on but I am incredibly grateful I found this venue and trusted the process. They will not let you down. 10/10 helped me, my husband, son Braven and dog Gobi and all my guests have a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Evermore staff. Liz was thorough, communicative and helpful with every single detail of planning. Vinwood’s extensive list of options and choices were so fun to choose from, and the ability to customize many of the choices was a great surprise. Our guests RAVED about the food and its beautiful presentation. The stunning grazing table at our cocktail hour was the topic of many family conversations, as well as how the delicious passed appetizers seemed endless! The food at our reception was fresh, hot, delicious and plated beautifully. The bartenders were friendly and efficient, and our signature drinks were better than we hoped for. On the day of our wedding, Kristin was our coordinator. It’s hard to find words to describe how incredible she was. From the moment she arrived, Kristin was the perfect mix of calm, excited, and prepared. She made us, our bridal party and our immediate families feel relaxed, taken care of, and SPOILED! Kristin handled everything for us behind the scenes, never appeared flustered, and went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable. From communicating with vendors, coordinating with the photographer, organizing big moments, and making sure everyone had what they needed, Kristin was the magic sauce that made our wedding the most wonderful day. My mom won’t stop talking about how Kristin offered to grab her more comfortable shoes, or how she insisted we should NEVER wait in a line for a drink or refreshment. We haven’t stopped raving about Kristin since the day of, and we’ll always feel grateful she was part of our special day. Thank you Vinwood team! m before we even attended a tasting because we loved the venue so much. The menu options were really appealing and the pricing was beyond reasonable for a wedding. Then, we went to the tasting and absolutely LOVED the food. Everything was so well-organized and even the table set ups were really beautiful. It made me even more excited about the food than I already was. I also want to mention that I personally have a tree nut allergy and shellfish intolerance, which I had mentioned ahead of time for the tasting. The staff took things very seriously and made sure that my allergies were accounted for, that I was only served safe food, and that everything was handled safely. I felt very cared for and confident in their ability to handle my own dietary needs as well as those of my guests. For the actual event, everything went better than expected. Not only did all my guests RAVE about the food, but my guests with dietary restrictions were taken care of and served a special (and still delicious) meal to ensure they could enjoy the reception like everyone else. We were also able to do an entire menu free of tree nuts, peanuts, and shellfish to accommodate the most common allergies of me and my guests. Because there are so many food choices, I didn't feel restricted in any way by these limitations. At the event, the staff were incredible and made sure my husband and I were able to eat the food. They even packed up some meals for us to take home so that we got the full experience. I would highly recommend Vinwood Catering for any future wedding, especially if you have allergies or other dietary concerns. Additionally, though we didn't end up taking advantage of it, they also offered cool options like midnight snacks (sweet and/or savory options). Our reception was only 5 hours, and we had so much food planned that we didn't end up doing the late night snack, but it seemed like a great option. Last but not least, I'm so appreciative of Jessica who helped me coordinate everything, made sure to account for any dietary restrictions and also was flexible with some very last minute increases to my guest count. If you want a really special experience for your guests, a smoothly run evening and truly incredible food, you can't go wrong by booking with Vinwood.

want something customized you need to be prepared to work with them on a compromise. I don't drink, and I wanted 6 mocktails for the reception which I know was excessive. We settled on 3 - one in a can, one mocktail with powder mix, and one that actually required bartenders' skills. A customization for a pierogi dish was added as a late-night snack. But all of that is less important than the bottom line: their apps and entrées are exceptional. I can't tell you how many guests came up to us and said how impressed they were with the food we selected. We chose mid-to-high end dishes -- Chicken Picatta, Braised Short Ribs, and Vegetarian Tikka Marsala. This is the big bill for your wedding, and as long as you remain a bit flexible it's money well spent with Vinwood.

We had a super easy time picking our meals for our guests after that event. The food from Vinwood on our wedding day was amazing. I was especially appreciative of the Vinwood team making sure me and my husband had everything we needed. After the ceremony, we were greeted with signature drinks and a sampler of all of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. They were also able to give us a side portion of the vegetarian meal (which we LOVED). They really made sure we were well taken care of and had a beverage when we needed one all night. Working with Harmony was also very easy - she is super friendly and organized, and was on top of all the communication and planning for our day. We had a few questions about special meals and allergies, and Harmony made sure that everything was exactly as it needed to be! She even looked into whether we could bring in a favorite beverage, and although they weren't able to do it, Harmony gave us some great recommendations for other options. I would recommend Vinwood to anyone looking for a caterer!
