VIP Sedan & Limousine

Our entire experience with VIP Limousine could not have been better! The Limousine provided and our very professional driver did meet and exceed our expectations. There were many different times and locations needed for our wedding party and not one was missed. Thank You!

VIP did an incredible job with my wedding. We had shuttles for our guests and a getaway limo driver for our wedding and all of the drivers were so wonderful. It was very smooth planning the details of the event with VIP, and I had no doubts that everything was taken care of during the big day. Highly recommend!

Our driver arrived just ahead of time and took our bags to the vehicle for we finished our goodbyes. We just needed an escape to our hotel, so it was simple, relaxed, and quiet. I'd love to use them in the future for a more extended occasion.

My husband planned for a limo to pick us up from our wedding venue and transport us downtown where we were staying for the night. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and were reasonably priced. Our driver was right on time for us and never seemed annoyed when it took us a little longer than expected to get out the venue from saying goodbye to everyone.

The office was easy to work with and confirmed with me through email, text and phone. They driver was professional and on time.

Definitely not a good choice. Our wedding party was stranded on the side of the road for an hour, after our limo had an electrical fire. Not surprising, considering that the limo looked old and worn. Not only were we stranded, but we were lied to multiple times. Upon exiting, we were told another limo would be there to pick us up in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, we were told it would be another 20 minutes. Then, the same thing again! All in all, we were standing on the side of the road for an hour (in a rainstorm, I might add) and the owner wouldn't even refund the bride and grooms money. In fact, he said (and I quote), "Memories cost money". Seriously, he said that to the bride. Definitely not a company you want to deal with. Try Emerald Limousine instead, they are fantastic.

We had a Sedan pick my husband and I up after our wedding reception. When we booked the service we didn't know exactly were we would be going (hotel, bar, home) however this wasn't a big deal. They were great in working with us. On the wedding day, the Sedan picked us up as scheduled (no drop off location was set), we told the driver we wanted a scenic tour and then to take us to a bar down the street from our venue. The driver was great. He made sure that we were warm/cool enough, had waters waiting when we got in and was super friendly. Additionally the vehicle was in great condition. For a quick sedan ride I would highly recommend their services.

We got a party bus strictly for transportation to a place and then to pick us up and take us back to the hotel. The bus driver while nice, didn't really know where he was going. I also thought he was stopped to let us out so I stood up and then he started driving again causing me to almost fall. He apologized and I'm glad I didn't fall in my dress. He was also a little late picking us up where he dropped us off.

After trying to find a way to get the bridal party to the park for our wedding, I finally called VIP Limosine to have an SUV pick us up. They were great with the last minute scheduling and the man who picked us up was very professional and nice.

Our driver for the limosine was super nice, she even knew the area and suggested some places to take pictures at (our wedding was out of town). The limosine looked nice on the outside, on the inside you could tell it was very worn, things didnt work quite right. Our biggest complaint was that there was essentially no air conditioning, it was cooling to just roll down the few windows we could than to have the ac on. We also bought the wedding package so we received three bottles of champagne which were fine and a dinky red capret at the wedding. The nicest part of the package was the get away vehicle, which was exteremly nice inside and out, and the ac worked great. The driver was also extremly nice, putting up with our request for a quick stop

Courteous service. Prompt and professional!

We used VIP Limo for a 22 passenger SUV. We were happy to find a limo that could seat our entire wedding party including ushers and personal attendants. The only disappointing part was that the driver didn't seem to know how to make the music work in the Limo. So we spent the first half without music in most of the cab which was a little disappointing. But it was gorgeous, clean and he eventually figured out the music.

I rented one of VIP's big party buses. They had two in their fleet and about a week before the wedding, one of their buses got in a wreck. The owner of VIP called me and let me know about the situation and said they were working on solutions. He was incredible and professional about everything. They bus was only about 15 minutes later than expected from the adjusted time that we talked about. The driver texted us to let us know he was on his way and when he would be arriving. The service that I liked the most was that Monday after my wedding; VIP had already discounted my account for them being late and the inconvenience of them not being there on time. I really appreciated not having to ask for a discount when are service was changed. I will use VIP for our transportation needs without any reservations.

Just as expected, no complaints.

This company canceled my reservation just one month before my wedding. I was extremely upset because I had heard they were filing for bankruptcy so I contact the owner and he assured me that my reservation was not affected and that they would be able to deliver. Well, they lied. I was left scrambling for transportation for 40 people. The company never offered me any explanation as to what happen or any compensation for the trouble. Instead they told me to call a charter bus company in the area, hardly the same thing. I was able to book with another company in town but would never recommend anyone use VIP Limo!

Do not use VIP Limosine. The limos themselves are very run down. Our limo driver was not very friendly at all. Lastly, and most importantly they messed up our reservation. So we were rushed out of the church so the limo could take us to our reception. We were suppose to have the limo for an hour but due to their mix up we only had it for 1/2 hour and were still charged for the full hour. I would not recommend VIP!!!

They were easy to work with and our drivers were exceptional. We bought the wedding package which included the getaway sedan at the end of the night and that is a must have! Our limo driver was so nice and worked with us when we stopped at 3 different places to take pictures. He was also very good at getting us to the reception on time (not too soon lol)! We had finished our pictures early so I told him that we didn't have to be at the reception until 5:45 so take his time so he drove 45mph on a 55mph highway! Loved it!!

He showed up 15 minutes late and then said, "It is because I was behind a women driver." We stopped to get some pictures and he did take some pictures for us on our camera so that was nice. But overall nothing special.

The limo was great and my party had a great ride. The major downside was that the driver got lost and I (the bride) had to leave through the partition and give him directions which ruined the mood a bit.

We hired VIP, to have a party bus drive our wedding party around after our wedding ceremony, there was a little confusion with the time they were supposed to arrive but after my husband made several phone calls, it was taken care of, they arrived on time and we had a blast on the party bus, it was the only time we could just enjoy our wedding party, so I loved it and the bus was beautiful! they also sent a towncar to pick my husband and I up at the end of the evening and take us to our hotel, that was so nice!

The limo driver was on time and they didn't charge wait-time during the ceremony. We even received a larger limo at the same rate.

I really wish we had arranged to take a longer ride. The seats were comfortable, everything was clean. There was more than enough room for us and for the 11 extra people from our wedding party. The complementary champagne didn't suck either.

I had a party bus after my wedding, to get to the reception. We had a blast & I highly recommend this to anyone! I've also been in one of their buses for two other weddings and have always had a good experience.

We went with vip wanting a little bigger then a hummer stretch. Then a couple weeks before our wedding they called and told us they sold the one we had reserved so they upgraded us to a bus. I was disappointed at first from just the way it would look...but when I stepped into that huge ass thing it was amazing! It could fit all the wedding party and more - it had a bar and bathroom in back... Amazing! They went where ever we wanted to go and the getaway car was right on time. Great service!

I attended a bridal fair and got a great deal on a Friday night limo. We had some confusion corresponding via e-mail when trying to confirm location and time pick up/drop offs. We had only one problem, but it turned out ok. I had a voice mail a half an hour before my ceremony saying the limo we requested had some problems and was being replaced by the bus. We had originally said no to this based on the outside appearance. When it arrived, it looked a little shaky from the outside and the driver we had requested wasn't there. Luckily it turned out to be a lot of fun and our driver was great too!

We had a 40 passenger limo drive us around for an hour prior to the reception, and it was fantastic! It was actually my favorite part of the day! At the last minute, we decided to drive out to the country for some pictures, so it actually took 1 1/2 hours instead of 1, but our driver was so great, he didn't even charge extra!!! I highly recommend them!

We rented a bus since our wedding party with dates was over 40 and everyone had a blast! The music was great, and we had such a fun time. The drivers were also friendly and fun as well.

This was one of the first vendors I booked because my husband wanted the Hummer Limo really badly. First the person who booked it for me, gave me the wrong rate because he didn't read my e-mail that I needed it in over a year which made it a Saturday compared to a Friday, so way cheaper. He then told me because we were in Lincoln we had to book for 2 1/2 hours but I later found out that wasn't correct. Then sometime in the spring I found out they were retiring the hummer and we were going to have to go with the escalade. At this time I got the time down to just 1 1/2 hours since I didn't really need it booked for so long before. Then about 10 days before the wedding I get a message left on our answering machine saying that the escalade was going in for repairs and that they were upgrading me to the party bus. To me, this wasn't an upgrade, I don't like the party buses for the wedding especially when we didn't have enough people to fill it up. So I call back and didn't hear anything at first, then I call back the next day and the lady I talked to looked it up and said the vehicle we wanted would be there, so I clarified what that vehicle was and that's when she told me it was the party bus. I again told her I didn't want that. She kept telling me it was an upgrade and I kept telling her that it wasn't an upgrade in my mind. Eventually she talked to her office manager and they were going to call me back. I finally got an e-mail from the office manager saying that the escalade would be there. I had her update my contract to reflect that and I told her how disappointed I was in the company. To try to rectify things she did send me a voucher for a free 2 hour limo ride in any vehicle within a year. There are a lot of stipulations with it, but at least it is something. The limo was very nice though.

We used VIP Limosine in Lincoln, NE. We received a great deal from a bridal show for price. I had to call several times after the bridal show before I was able to speak with someone to confirm the reservation and payment. We rented a big bus that seated around 40 people. The bus was on time but it was extremely hot. It was about 100 degrees the day of our wedding and we were expecting to get into the air-conditioned bus after the ceremony. It was so hot on the bus even with the air on high. It was a fun atmosphere with friends but the quality of service was terrible.

Great company. Very reliable and well known company. Was a last minute service request and they were able to accomodate with no problem! The chauffer was profressionally attired and very polite. He interacted with us and added to the great time we all were having! Will use them again for sure!
