Lauren and her assistant, Melyssa, were absolutely amazing. Without them, our wedding day would not have been nearly as amazing as it was. Lauren was receptive of what I wanted out of our wedding day, had great suggestions/design ideas, and was meticulous in creating a seamless timeline. Aside from this, she was flexible in scheduling meetings and was always a text or call away. She coordinated every detail with our vendors (many commenting on how lovely it was to work with her). On the day of, Lauren and Melyssa were vital in maintaining an stress-free environment and found immediate and thoughtful solutions to any problems that arose. I am SO happy we found Virtually Perfect Events and would recommend them to anyone looking for a planner!

Lauren and her team are such a pleasure to work with. Lauren took care of everything and anything I needed help with in planning my wedding. She was efficient and organized and really helped me put my vision for the perfect wedding together. A few days before the wedding we had a bit of a mix up between the venue and one of the vendors and Lauren took complete control and fixed the whole situation going way beyond her duties and alleviating MAJOR stress. Apart from being a great planner she is also a great person and I would completely recommend her and her team. My wedding day went off without a single hitch and I owe so much of that to Lauren. She also kept us sane the months leading up to the wedding, answering all of our questions and walking us through the whole timeline to make sure everything made sense in our minds and I could visualize how everything would flow that day. On the day of i was able to completely release control because I knew Lauren was down there handling and arranging everything. Could not recommend her enough.

Lauren and her team went above and beyond in every sense. Lauren and her team were not only wedding planners, but therapists and guides throughout the entire wedding process as we navigated planning a wedding and COVID. She was there for every question we had, and knew exactly how to make the wedding perfect. The day of, Lauren and her team made sure the wedding went off without a hitch. We are so lucky to have had the pleasure of working with Lauren and her team!

Honestly, we cannot say enough nice things about Lauren and her team! After getting engaged my husband and I were overwhelmed trying to get in touch with vendors during the pandemic, so we went with the full planning option. Lauren helped us make our budget, only brought us vendors that fit our budget and vision, kept us organized, and made sure we stuck to our planning timeline. She was caring, professional, prompt, and competent. No matter how small or silly the question she answered it promptly or would go find the answer. Beyond being a joy to work with, Lauren made us feel like she was just as invested in our wedding as we were. Hire Virtually Perfect! You won't be disappointed!

When I first got engaged, I had originally contacted Lauren for full planning services. After doing some research myself, I realized it wasn’t within my budget to hire her for the entire event. (Which I now realize it would have been worth every penny!) So I ended up hiring her for my day of coordinator. Literally from day one (even before I actually booked her) she was every bit of amazing! From the follow up emails to the detailed questions…she brought up things that even I didn’t think about! (And I am a super OCD planner!) I sent her pictures of my vision, asked for her advice and things she would recommend. I met with her several times before my big day, we sent hundreds of emails back and forth and she was always available when needed. She responded to my emails and my concerns right away and she always had the answer (and when she didn’t, she found it!). She met me at Alder’s to help me pick out items for my reception and when I realized I didn’t buy enough candles just days before my wedding, she went on her own time to pick me up some more! She came to the rehearsal at the church (over an hour away from her office!) and was very thorough at my final walk through at the venue. She showed up at my house at 9 am the day of my wedding and was literally there with me until the very last second-nearly 15 hours later! We had a few bumps in the road throughout the day, and I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t have her there. When the DJ didn’t have the proper set up or equipment with him…she was there. When I needed to change my shoes in the middle of taking pictures…she was there. Even something as small as going back to the bridal suite just to get my chapstick in the middle of the reception…she was there! My wedding had A LOT going on and she was able to handle it ALL! We had everything from a cigar roller, photo lounge, memorial table, candy buffet and more. She set EVERYTHING up exactly as I had pictured it and it looked beautiful! She listened to everything I said and acted out my very own dream! She made sure all the “odds & ends” were taken care of and every last detail was worked out. At the end of the night she packed everything up (just as perfectly as I had) and delivered it directly to me at the hotel. She even made sure I put the top tier of my wedding cake in the refrigerator! I definitely think Lauren went above and beyond her “day of” duties to make sure I had the most amazing wedding and I am so grateful for all that she brought to my day (as is my husband!) I would highly recommend her company as your wedding planner or day of coordinator! On a side note (even more so why I would recommend her!) – I paid for Lauren and her assistant as my DAY OF coordinators. On my wedding day, I had a breach of contract from my DJ. Lauren took it upon herself to write an email to the DJ company expressing my frustration and disappointment in their services - well after her duties came to an end! I came home from my honeymoon to find a refund from my DJ thanks to the email that Lauren had sent while I was away. She didn’t have to go that extra mile, everything that was stated in her contract was already done, but she did and for that I am forever thankful!

Lauren was our "Week of Coordinator" and we are so so so glad we decided to hire her. Our wedding was on a family property in Greenfield Park, NY and we were planning it all from Arizona, so not only were we across the country but the property lacked the traditional staff and help that a normal venue has. Lauren was excellent at getting things done, getting vendors moving and getting me organized before and on the big day. She wouldn't let me or my family do a thing so we really got to enjoy it and take it all in which is exactly what we were hoping for. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I hired Lauren for day of coordination. she was amazing. Her and her assistant were perfect. Every time I asked her something she said she already had it taken care of....always one step ahead. I had zero worry and stress leading up to the wedding and I actually ENJOYED day of. I was worried having to oversee vendors and set up or ask my bridal party and instead we all just had fun. It was great! Everything was on time and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and hire Lauren asap!
